[Resolved] Homeshop18 — ignorance towards my complaint for refund | |||
i ordered saree which i found was cheap in material but i told them it was too transparent just to make sure i am not rude to them.they asked me to send it back.first they gave me wrong address, the pack came back to me again they gave me another address..i sent it.they told me they would refund within 7 days.i sent the courier details with pictures on 8th of may 2014. they asked me wait as complaint is being processed .they told me they would call me back but till date no person has called me back.they give fake assurance that they will. then after i called them plenty of times they demanded for POD.on june 14 i went to courier office and collected POD.they told me after recieving POD i would receive refund within 4-5 days. BUT TILL DATE HOMESHOP18 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IGNORING MY COMPLAINTS AND HAVENT CARED TO REFUND MY MONEY.PLEASE NEVER SHOP FROM THAT SITE AGAIN.THEY ARE FAKE. Was this information helpful? | |||
