[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Issue about the damaged product and not making refund(Teleshopping with Homeshop18)

This is in reference to my order on homeshop18.com (Order no.[protected]). I received my product on Feb 13, 2017 but it was received in damaged/defected condition and the quality was also very cheap. I spoke to the customer care for the refund and mailed as well; however they said that the refund can only be made in the form of Gift coupon. I had ordered the product in the mode of COD/Cash on delivery and the refund policy on the website also says that I'll get a cheque in such a case. But Customer care Executives are clearly denying to refund in Cash/Cheque mode; although it's completely the company's fault and not mine? Why would I accept the Gift coupon after such a bad experience? When asked the reason, they said that the policies have changed and the website is not updated; so they can't refund in form of Cash/Cheque. I'm attaching the screenshots of Refund Policy as mentioned in your website.

The dupatta of one set is torn and of the set the dupatta is missing and as the dupatta was displayed on the tv the dupatta was legit supposed to be with the lace. I hope you fix this soon

This time I ordered zoha partywear saree. I was really very disappointed with the product because one of those saree is actually totally different so I want to exchange the Saree .

The Order number:[protected], received yesterday (WOW Men's Polo T-Shirts - Set Of 4-M ), one of the T-Shirt is large size, where as I have ordered for only Medium size.

Kindly replace the large one to medium size.
