[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Product Not working

I have done order online for Tablet Ambrane A-707 Android on 21 may 2014, , today i get this product 27 may 2014, i am done charging for this but after 04 hours charging its not on its shut down again & again showing plz charge this, also done calling to Ambrance regd this and his customer care team repling me sorry sir your charging is not working we will replace this product but i dont need to replace this product i want refund my payment, , as per HomeShop Policy with in 48hours they return full payment but today they are saying we can nt refund plz help me resolve this problem other wise i will loss my payment, , ,
