[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Regarding short shipped delivery of 25 Test Strips of Dr. Morepen Gluco Monitor | |||
Dear Forum, I have purchased a Dr Morpean's Gluco Monitor from Home Shop 18 by ordering online through prepaid payment channel on dated 09.06.2014. The order received to me on my address on dated 16.06.2014 with the missing "25 Strips" box which was completely free with product mentioned over product & in info too. I have file a complaint request no.is #506456on a very same day to the customer care by calling them and awering about the short shipping of free Strips.My complaint was forwarded by Customer care executive and she assured me that I will get my product with in 4-5 working days. After 4 days when I dint received the product made a call to customer support team for asking about the status of my complaint. This time another customer executive again forwarded my complaint and assured me for the delivery till 26 June 2014.In the whole period from filing the complaint to suffered period till 26, I had not received any call or status info about my product or late delivery shipping. I my self again make a call to assure about the product delivery on 24.06.2014.And the representative told me that I'll receive it till 26 June. I should wait. Today on 26 June 2014 I have again made a call to customer support team regarding informing & asking about product which was not received yet. They again trying to making me fool by saying that "we have forwarded your complaint again, you will receive a call in next 48 hours regarding your product info.We cant confirm you any date but we are trying to resolve it soon." Please help me out with the situation and suggest me how may i get rid from all these stuffs. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per the reply mail & revert call received on 26.June.2014 evening from Home shop Executive, I should got my partial refund of rs. 500 till 8th or 9th July 2014.
It's 10th July today & I'm still awaiting for the refund check, neither I have received any confirmation call after 26.june.2014 in regarding this.
Kindly help me out for further process.
