This is vippin gs asst. Manager dept. Of service at vertiv energy (Ebp) in field of power line. I was purchased honda hornet ka -04 jl-9292 bike on 2017 at planet honda t. Dasarahalli bangalore from the day first to till this people given very bad experience and poor service support, i was given my bike for service of 14000/- km to planet honda t. Dasarahalli branch and i'm facing some problems submitted while giving the service and mentioned in job card 1) pickup issue 2) millage is poor 3) rear disc break is not working properly 4) handle is tight 5)*fuse is blowing while water servicing or raining*6) engine oil change.in the month of october 2019 i have given 4 times to resolves the issue
1) 1st time -3/10/19 - inv number - ka01bb[protected]
2) 2nd time - 9/10/19.
3) 3rd time -12/10/19 - job card num-8561
4) 4th time-30/10/2019-job card num-10251.
Let me know is it possible within 45 minutes sort out the above problems? This people was done service while before given the service and after the service it's same no changes and they are not rectify the issues. Any one can wants pls visit this branch simple they will charge thousands of rupees... And more over we have follow their rules of technicians if we raise the complaints next time they not done anything in the service and no one is taking a responsibility to customers satisfaction and mainly non-technical people's in service line.
Honda is a brand customers is trusting this name but planet honda this type of dealer is creating black mark on this brand, sales any one can do but service is backbone of the company, after the sales good service is very important. Let me know how many times customer has to visit in a single problem for rectification? I was visited 4th times in a month but not satisfied with their services. Why your giving service policy to this type of dealer they doesn't know the service, not only am telling check with all customers who are all given the service to this dealer after the service, you can check with all the customer or visit to this branch take the feedback from customers at the point it will comes to "0"%.
Let me know best service provider in peenya side. If local service provider people also...
Finally i was decided this type of service getting from the honda service center am looking local service providers to rectify my bike issues and upcoming services also.
Dear customers never ever go to planet honda showroom this people are money minded people's, why am telling you normally push pin locker around its cost is max 5 rupee but this people's will charge 180 rupees we can buy full packet in any service spares outlet. I have a bill what they are raised for the same.
Dear honda team i never expected this type of service after the sales, it's very bad experience i will never ever promotes or comes to service/ buying any new things this type of services and i'm giving ratings of this -10/10 (Ten out of minus ten) it's fully dead.
I will not leave this quiry until my amount to be refund or rectify the problems.
