Complaint against — shantesh honda, gokul road, hubli-580030.
I purchased activa-4g on 24.03.2018 took delivery on 25.03.2018 activa 4g blue, vehicle no. Ka-25 ha 6233, from day 1 the vehicle has starting problem, till now i use to start by pulling of chock. I complained very next day of purchasing and told them to replace or repair the vehicle, but they were saying after service it will be ok, but after 4 free services also my vehicle is unfit, and its too sounds like goods carrier vehicle. And due to starting problem, starter button was not working properly, after free service they were saying starter button to be change and oil tank parts also omitting that also should be change, and at the time of 3rd servicing i paid for oil changing but oil was not get changed, i checked, that also i complained. But no response, customer orientated good at the sales time but not on service, and for free service bill also comes around 600-800 not worthy, and mines is single handed vehicle smooth running and daily 30 kms often it increases, hardly its 1 year and 5 months completing, by seeing of vehicle condition looks like 4-5 years old. I think at the time of service they will wash and gives it seems and every service consumable charges they charged, for what purposes i don't know, after free service they were saying new - new drawbacks of vehicle. Do the needful at the earliest. We fed off with your honda company.
