Very bad service experience i had at mitra honda service centre, elurroad, vijayawada. I gave my honda activa to service centre on 07.10.19 and took delivery on 9.10.19 just for changing accelerator wire and brake pads changing they took 3days time. After with in few mins of delivery my scooter horn not working. Service centre people cut my call twice and they charged 2 times labour charges in single bill, there is no proper response from them for that. Very annoying experience i had at this service centre. After keeping my scooter for 2 days for minimum repair they made my scooter with new troubles and charged me with inappropriate reasons

    On saturday (05-oct-2019) i gave my bike to rockfort honda service center (Your dealer) which is located at this address : no-123, trichy chennai trunk road, near indian oil petrol pump, thiruvanaikoil, srirangam, tiruchirappalli, tamil nadu 620005.
    (Saturday cctv footage of 9:10 am will have clear view of bike without any paint damage, they were not ready to provide those - due to their irresponsibility revealing).
    They notified the faults in their inquiry paper and mentioned few scratches where in my bike they noted those things also. Later by evening i got a call from that service center that mentioned faults where unavailable finish it off by today itself, so they assure that by monday (07-oct-2019) evening we will deliver the bike. I replied them monday am not available to pick the bike from your service center (As i had some work) could you please do it as a door delivery, they accept it delivered the bike.
    But am receiving the bike i noticed paint has been rubbed off from 3 places which looks like major dark spot paint removed (Look at the images attached).
    Called the service person who took volunteer, he is telling already they were like that only. Casually i lied. Then i didn't cleared the bill amount, then they gave there manager number to speak with him.
    I attached the snaps of paint damages they madon bike to him (Service manager) through whatsapp.
    Service manager (Suresh) attended the call and responded that you clear the bill amount as we are leave on tuesday (08-oct-2019) you just bring your bike on wednesday (09-oct-2019) we will take necessary action for it.
    So manager spoke genuinely, i trusted him and cleared the bill, sent those delivery persons.
    On wednesday morning am making an whatsapp message as well as sms, that may i get your available time so it might help me soon to finish of this issue. But the manager didn't responded back itself.
    Morning i went to their service center, that respective service person welcomed me showing that fault inquiry notified paper with extra written words as "p/d". And explaining this as "p/d" denotes to paint damage. Which is not written earlier and modified their paper as per the issue and explaining it was already there.
    During water wash they supplied high pressurized water to clean my bike due to that paint is ruined from most of my bike body areas. They never accepting to it. I called the manager (On phone, he is not in service center), he responded that paper telling paint damage was already there, why our technicians going to do grinding in your bike. I explained him lot, he denied to accept it. And started speaking that u did repainting and came to us and blaming us.
    Why the technicians cant even know how much pressure we should use for water service, my bike paints got ruined off.
    Then i requested to check your cctv footage, when am leaving the bike on saturday to repair it (Actually there was a cctv camera where i parked and mentioned the faults in my bike - am confident there is no paint damages in my bike).
    One hour happened no response from manager, then again called him to inquire about had checked the footage. He is replying that its zoomable to view it. But i noticed that after service you are riding the vehicle out. (Notable thing - they did door delivery, then how come i able ride the bike from theirs service place). I came to know that this manager not mode help the consumer. He was not in service center then how he could able check the cctv footage?
    Manager is replying that your vehicle is not fit for the high pressurized water service mean what we used to do? And finally he accept it paint was ruined off from the bike during water service.

    I need a solution for it?

    If the paint is not capable to withstand, then honda is using low-quality for bikes?
    Or
    Unknownly they missused the water service with high pressure?

      Respected siri am s. Sheikmohideen from eroe district tamilnadu. I am brought honda unicorn bike in r. K. M honda shoeroom in bhavani (Erode dis) tamilnadu. Brouht at time on wards problem. (1st gir slip, engine noise low millage) i told to showroom, he told to me 500km running 1st service problem slove. But 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th service complete same problem at fist time.           My activa is not starting after routine service with no prior complaint but ASA my activa came out from shop shop it has shown lot of issues like no engine switch off, at honda authorized service centre allahabad i.e. Shree Grand Honda Prayagraj-211001 dated 21sept 19.
          Same was conveyed to the service centre but since activa is not starting hence i can not reach to the service centre.
          It is requested to please send your technician to resolve the issue on-site.

          After given bike for service they are not given time when we will finish bike service and they are not responding to customer.

              Ther charged us 14000rs in last 4months and didnt even maintain records
              We have given again on servicing on 4/10/19
              And they called us and taking 1000rs as servicing charge
              We have servicing book then why??
              Their service is so low that if i have to rate then i will rate them minus
              They didnt have complain or feedback registet

                Sir, i gave my activa 5g bike for servicing and i see that servicing was done properly. Second think what i noticed is battery, which i feel is been replaced because their is no details about it in the invoice. Upno asking the service people they gave answers which are not satisfactory. Details are missing of battery they are saying battery warranty is one year so not to worry will change if anything happens when asked about battery information they said they considered invoice date

                  Hello honda team,
                  I am writing this email to express my grief and grievances towards a well known and reputed 2 wheeler company known for its reliable and trustworthy service, about its after sales services and product quality.
                  Its really a sad experiences after being associated with honda 2 wheeler as a regular customer that honda activa 125 disc purchased/delivered in a month of august and started giving me an absolute trouble by the end of september month...
                  Understanding the fact of materliastic properties, i took my bike to honda gandhi service canter at shringartali, patpanhale (A branch of gandhi at chiplun) dated 30th september.
                  Bike has been diagnosed and inspected and confirmed that its a manufacturing issue. They recieved 4 5 cases of such complaints, because o[censored]navailability of parts bike repair was on hold, said we will procure within 2 days which then turned up to be 6 days then 15 days saying you bought this bike from other dealer so we have to get approval and some sort... I waited... But yesterday when i approached the service manager (Pradip chile-[protected]). He said we will not cover under warranty, u will have to pay for it... I was stunned, was he kidding...
                  What sort of mental disorder is he going through, the way he reacted to me... He doesn't deserve to be service manager..
                  I know what customer handling is, how customers should be treated.. I myself work in automobile sector working as a service engineer for audi.
                  This is totally unethical, lethargic and unprofessional.
                  For your info, i bought bike from sai point honda mira road.
                  Now i leave it upto honda customer care to decide whether this guy deserves to be a service manager
                  I request your technical and customer care team to look into this matter and resolve to the best..
                  Its been almost 5 days now i am suffering because of someone's stupidity and nausines. It should be sorted on topmost priority as the bike is no longer safe to be used...

                    I bought my honda activa 5g on january 9 th 2019. The number of kilometers i used the bike is only 500 kms, i have already gave my bike to service 2 times, on september 15 2019 mybike sef start button stopped working. When i take it to pioneer honda showroom on ongole, they are not taking my complaint, & even after 15 days they won’t handover my bike to me, they are making me to come their office dialy & not responding properly, lookover my issue as soon as possible

                      I bought a scotty from honda delhi showroom in 2018. After a month its handrail started vibrating automatically. I raised a complain to honda company but they told me that it's a inbuild feature. However when a checked by scooty to a local dealer then they told me that its a defective part is came directly from compnay. A lot of time i raised the complain in their official website but now they are telling that they did'nt receive any complain from my side.

                        But now I realise that why I choosed honda ...
                        I purchased my bike in 2015 th May ...still now i am service in honda service center sai baba colony coimbatore
                        ..But I am not satisfied in their servicr because every service i use to pay 1200 or more that that ...
                        Now on 1st Oct i left for service in 36000 kms ...
                        They are telling bike condition is very worst so please u have to change cylinder ... Head some thing and all they r telling everything is spoiled... Niw the charge is Rs.7000...
                        How dare they doing every service ...still I am servicing in honda center only...not even given yet to another shop ..
                        Now my doubt is how it happens for my bike in this changed and parts damaged...
                        Really i never refer to anyone to purchase honda vehicles ...if i did not get correct result for my question...waiting for reply ...
                        Really a middle class people should not but honda because every service we did in servuce center only right Now all parts are damaged so ...now my service charges are in hike...need solution...

                            1) this service centre forces me to replace mobil oil in every serving though my scooter does not cross the maximum specified km. They are telling me that i will be not given any warranty or guaranty if i disagree to replace mobil oil every time.

                              Dear sir,
                              I extremely sorry to say that i have got a bad impression about my honda shine bike service in our nearest aradhana service centre 109, foreshore road, howrah - 711102 because i did a full service of my bike vide reg. No. Wb12au 0087 dated 03/09/2019 from aradhana service centre. Phone no[protected] and i spent of rs. 1816/- (One thousand eight hundred and sixteen only) attached herewith and few days later i started feeling that my bike is in very trouble with engine which is going to be heated in a few distance riding and i felt also heat in my leg being burn with this extremely hot. At last i arrived the centre 21/09/2019 again for the above said reason. Hence, they admit my bike in their service centre again as they felt the same. He took 3 days time for service and again spent of rs 1362/- for service the engine.
                              I regret to say that my bike has started same problem and again i feel that engine of my bike is being very heated in a few distance. And i also feel that my leg is getting burnt for the same.
                              Now my question is that in below points:-
                              • how to start engine trouble of my honda shine bike where as i purchased it just 1 year 7 months back on dated 08/02/2018?
                              • do you have experienced or skilled service provided employee or mechanic who are able to do the job of engine repairing?
                              • do i think that i am being harassed by service person of honda aradhana service centre for 3 times as they are not working well or not skilled about that?
                              • i could not understand why they are taking extra money for engine service rs. 1362 /- on 21/09/2019 just after 18 days from paid service date 03/09/2019.
                              • can i get solution promptly or i think that honda motorcycle is not good than other products?
                              • i have a bad impression about honda bike as engine is being worst condition within one year.

                                My dio scooter was making noise in the front wheel n front tyre cover was broke and i went to replace the cover. The manager told to replace fork also staying it's bend n faulty n it's clip broken which was replace in august. Again sound is coming from front wheel n when i approached honda dealer at kashipur inder honda for complaining, i was told that fork is again broken. No impact or accident has taken place n the wheel top is perfectly all right. The fork is a duplicate or welded refurbished one and now he is refusing to replace the fork in 2 months time.

                                  I bought activa 5g on 14 august 2019 from your branch honda pancholi showroom achrol. After 14 august i contact many time above mention dealer but he does not provide bike purchase bill, down payment acknowledgment slip, insurance policy and number. I last time contact to dealer on 28 august 2019. But he does not give satisfactory reply regarding above mentioned complaints

                                  So i request you please take necessary action and resolve my above mentioned complaints.

                                    I have taken unicorn bike from malakpeth aadi honda branch because i was satisfied with the services provided earlier to my old unicorn bike. Now this time, the service center people have cheated me when i gave my bike for servicing on[protected] by saying that all the issues have been addressed but when riding the bike post servicing i didn't feel any changes also washing was not done properly. When i came next day and informed about the same then they told me that there is part (Air filter) beneath the seat has gone bad which needs to be replaced. I asked them why it was not told earlier for which they didn't have any answer. They showed me watsup pic of bad part saying we will replace it and do the servicing along with washing of my bike whenever i have time. I told them that i will give it on sat[protected] and they agreed upon but, when i went to service center on 21-9 they said that part is not available and they will call me once it is available with them. I asked them for their manager's number because i was totally frustrated with the response and i wanted my bike to be running fine as i have to travel daily to my office which is in hi-tech city. Manager hari ([protected]) called me up and asked for the issue which i have explained him and then he asked me to come on 28-9 to get all the issues fixed but, when i went on that day he was not available neither picked up my call i got to know that he was trying to escape so i reported to another person name verma and he call hari for the same. Immediately, hari answered the call and asked verma to check whether part has arrived or not. Later verma tried convincing me saying he will take care of my issues so i asked him that i will be submitting the bike on[protected] and he okay to it. If someone is reading this compliant then request you to help me resolving the issues otherwise, i am sorry to say that i will report to police on[protected] being no options left.

                                    The issue is still not resolved. I had a word with Aadi Honda Service CRM name Nancy she is also trying to followup with the technicians for the part but not getting response. I am fedup of the service now and will complain in police today to take strict action against service center people for ignoring calls and not providing proper support in resolving the issue. Please do not resolve this untill my further notice.

                                    My bike engine was problem from 8 months so, i was shown at M/s ram Honda balanagar and M/s JSP Honda kukatpally they said simply warranty not cover why Honda given 5 years warranty which parts will cover under warranty .
                                    kindly check and close my issue at earliest.

                                      Hello sir's,
                                      Recently i have bought a new honda dio bike to my wife.
                                      From the day one we found there is starting issue - in the morning it won't start with self start button even after applying choke fully... Instead we have to apply kick for more than 5 to 7 times to start. The same has been communicated to honda show room in the first week of purchase. They said we have apply choke & start then it will become ok & it will become ok after the first service.

                                      I completed first, second service - even the problem mentioned the job work.
                                      But the problem is still there, means without kick start it wont start in the morning & unfortunately my wife is not able start with kick start method, daily morning i have to do the kick start & keep warm - she to take this scooter to office or she will not take. This is a big challenge. Feeling like we wasted our money.

                                      The same other honda dio & activa scooters are starting with single start without choke in our apartment, i am feeling very bad that honda sold to us defective bike??? What the mistake did we do???

                                      As per my strong complaint today (28.09.2019) the team from prime honda vijayanagar (Mr. Jeevan) has visited & witnessed the complaint, that it wont start without kick start & they taken my bike to show room again for analysis. The last service is done just 2 weeks back.

                                      My sincere request is honda should correct this problem 100% or replace this bike as my wife cannot use this bike in the same condition.

                                      Hello Sir's, any updates??? I have not received any reply yet.
                                      And Honda is loosing the market in our area, because of this faulty bike.
                                      I must strongly recommend to the people not to any buy Honda scooters from now onwards.

                                      I sold my scooter due to no support from the team after the many complaints... Not able to start my Dio bike without kick start morning, cant be used by ladies.
                                      Already 5 people rejected Honda Dio Scooter from my group based my feedback..
                                      My target is : I should make 500 people not to by this bike.. I will publish this in social media...
                                      I will do the marketing taking my experience as an example... wait and watch..
                                      This is how I will make you to worry...
