    Dear sir

    We are highly pertubed to bring to your kind notice that we have given our honda active for servicing at your raghuvanshi auto service, navsari (Gujarat) - 396424, on 18/09/2019, but when they delivered the vehicle on 21/09/2019 after charging rs. 3122 and i came to my office i skipped falling twice, which immediately was informed to rupesh service person, which he argued with baseless talk. After that again they collected my vehicles for two days and gave my bill for abourt rs. 400, with complaint unresolved. The major problem was of brakes getting jammed on applying which result in imbalance/falling of scooter and another was steering pulling on left side. The brake jammed was after they changed brake cable and linner.

    On 07/11/2019 my son while comming from sachin to navsari falled down on road divider after applying brake got jammed, he had injuries on shoulder and skipped head injuries, who will tak responsibility for the same. After that my scooter is lying with raghuvanshi auto since about 12/11/2019 for repairs.

    I strongly claim that your channel partner is raising false bills for repairs or their service people are stealing material and raising false bills to the customers.

    Your ealrly action will be hihgly appreciated.

When i called them named vivek and amit asked me to give 11000 again for giving me rc and vechile number which shows how you people are cheap.. I have attached invoice for your reference..         I was surprised. Recently i have visited hyderabad one of the honda service centers for the second service. Here i got to know that my vehicle is not registered online. So they are suggesting me to do this from where i took the vehicle.

            I bought a activa i on[protected] bearing frame no. Me4jf48 clj8017212 engine no.[protected] from your dealer :tn050003. From the first free service i am complaining about the battery as the battery is not functioning properly. Even after one day idel self starter is not functioning. Even after kick it is not picking up immediately. I have to struggle for start. But dealer is not bothering to check battery function. Now the 4th free service is due on[protected]. Every time they are telling one or other reasons with out checking the battery. Now i am going to leave the scooter for last free service. I feel this time also they will give one reason with out checking the battery. I request you to instruct the dealer to properly check the battery and if battery is not in good condition please make for replacement within the warranty period. Otherwise i have to go for other source for redress my grivence.

            My bike is not RTO reregistered.my DOP is 10/06/2019 and today date is 11/11/2019 and I am priches bike diler name is VEER HONDA in ASANSOL. 713304.
            We want a competitor in 150cc segment of yamaha r15 v3. We are waiting for HONDA CBR150R. I[censored] launch the cbr 150r in 150cc segment, it will be a best comoetitor of r15 v3. So I request you to launch the CBR150R 2019 edition.

              I give the scooty for the third servicing and a small problem of fuse to shri balaji honda showroom bareilly road on[protected] after hour days the fuse problem is on again i give the scooty again in same showroom at that time the solve the problem by fake work the use the copper wire and by using the copper wire the CDI are damage and if the CDI are damage the self and kick are not working
              so i give the scooty in same showroom on[protected] the change the CDI and the fuse but the not solve the fuse problem then again self are not working but kick are working so i go in showroom and the use again the copper wire so again the the CDI are damage so i go to the showroom they change the CDI and regulator and make a bill around 2500 now my scooty are in showroom i don't have so much money to wast it

                I have to send my bike 2nd free service and then returns with service he did washing the vehicle and but it not done, with the oil service he is directly polishing the vehicle without washing i showed him to that... But he taken her bill he spokened with me out spoken language is doing fake in services the show room in bangalore kengeri sattalite honda show room... I did not mean it... Worst worst... Fraud service he is a fraud...

                  I have purchased HONDA SHINE SP in March 2018 GJ17BJ8891 and have complained many times about fuel economy of bike but there showroom and also godhra showroom are not able to make it up.
                  I felt that it is the worst bike i got as uts economy is only 30km per litre which is a great loss for me and production of harmful fume is also high due to which its PUC is failed.

                  I can prove the mileage might be company problem..Manufacturing defect

                    I have purchased new bike honda shine sp. While i am starting the bike it not start properly i ask with jkm leela honda they said that bike need to be warm you have to take choke first. My question is why we need to use choke in 22 degree temp to start the new bike. Tell me what's the issue either it's having all honda bike issue because first time i purchase honda and i am fed up with the starting part very worst not recommend.

                      I taruna chaudhary having vehicle no uk07dd0211 as i went for the service of my two wheeler scooter activa 125 i made the job card n told about the person who was noting the complaint of my scooter in the morning and he told me that ur scooter will ready at 4 pm neither my scooter was ready as he was saying at 4.30 pm ke ur air filter is not working as i waited for 1 in the half hr in the agency not he wash my scooter and saying that scooter is washed which i have seen n no one behaved well and they charge me with the payment of the service which they have not provided and saying that they have fill the oil. I have no knowledge that they have fill the oil in scooter or not. I asked for the feedback form they didn't provide me at every service they give print bill and print feedback form but this time they only provide cash receipt which was hand written after wasting so much of time they provide me one register where i have given the feedback of the service which was held in front of my eyes and they are more over making hassement regarding the payment as they didn't do anything in the scooty and one of the vehicle of mine was given at the same time in the morning and got delivered at 4 pm what was bad in my scooty as i m not satisfied with honda service as every one was complainging as it was not ready on time

                        On[protected], i had my honda activa 5g service from mh honda, nangal dam in which they left one engine nut bolt loose and yesterday while driving, that nut came out with which the engine oil spilled. From that place i towed my scooter in a tempoo and repaired it from some other mechanic. It exhausted my time and money. When i put my complaint in mh honda they misbehaves with me. So i need all my expenses.

                          I purchased a honda unicorn 2 wheeler bike on 27/12/2018. My battery was damaged within 6months. Icomplained to the showroom from where i purchased, they said to give the battery to your local showroom but the local showroom refused to change my battery. They told you giove the battery from where you purchased the bike. After then again i gave the battery to the showroom (Kesar honda, jeypore, odisha) and they told we will refund after 15 days. But till now they not returned. Please help me. I am unable to use my bike.

                            This is happening second time with me. I was not willing to do service in honda because of their staff behavior. But continuously i was getting calls from your customer care to come for a service. I gave my bike for servicing. They did no work in it.in fact they just wiped my bike from dust so that it should looked like a serviced bike. When i observed and yelled at them their service manager asked me how do you know that it is not serviced. I said it comes to know easily and then he looked to his staff and they were smiling in front of me as if they are doing this with many customers. This is a real fraud. I wont suggest anyone to service their bikes in an authorized service center nor i will do personally.

                              On[protected] rs.70, 000/- was disbursed done but still now i haven't received the my red color dio two wheeler.. Now i have to pay emi without getting my red color dio two wheeler. Yesterday i enquired with the my executive mr. Rishi he is telling another 45 days to get my new red color dio.

                                I bought a new scooty Honda dio deluxe at 25th October. Then I get this scooty after c/f at 18th November. But very first day scooty doesn't start with self but start with kick. When scooty start with kick then I press break and again stop. Meter doesn't show anything and headlight also off. So what can I do. I have a big problem with new scooty and this is horrible experience in my life. I thought that Honda is a very good company for scooty but after that my thinking was wrong. I want this solution but I don't hire this kind of product. I want new product

                                  I have purchased vehicle on 9th july 2019, from raam two wheelers india pvt ltd, bowenpally, secunderabad, from the day one vehicle is having body shapeout, handle rods bend, pulling vehicle ledt side, they have not given for test drive, next day when i complained about it, they said once vehicle delivered, they cannot exchange, but with this default vehicle i am struggling lot, even after paid lot of amount, i have approached police also and complained about same, i would request convern person to help me and do the needful,

                                    I purchased honda activa 125 from silicon honda, rr nagar, bangalore. I got annual maintenance scheme with them for servicing. Now the problem is whenever i go for service the vehicle they are asking me to come 2 times. For service 1 time and cleaning next visit. As i am an working professional could not visit for servicing more than 1 time. Kindly help me to cancel my annual service agreement. I dont like this kind of service (Servicing vehicle need to take 2 days leave)

Actually i'm recently 1 week before i had done cb unicorn 150 serviced from druv honda service center, dhule maharashtra but i don't know what they have done my unicorn bike it is now in very condition because before servicing it is running good.
