I taruna chaudhary having vehicle no uk07dd0211 as i went for the service of my two wheeler scooter activa 125 i made the job card n told about the person who was noting the complaint of my scooter in the morning and he told me that ur scooter will ready at 4 pm neither my scooter was ready as he was saying at 4.30 pm ke ur air filter is not working as i waited for 1 in the half hr in the agency not he wash my scooter and saying that scooter is washed which i have seen n no one behaved well and they charge me with the payment of the service which they have not provided and saying that they have fill the oil. I have no knowledge that they have fill the oil in scooter or not. I asked for the feedback form they didn't provide me at every service they give print bill and print feedback form but this time they only provide cash receipt which was hand written after wasting so much of time they provide me one register where i have given the feedback of the service which was held in front of my eyes and they are more over making hassement regarding the payment as they didn't do anything in the scooty and one of the vehicle of mine was given at the same time in the morning and got delivered at 4 pm what was bad in my scooty as i m not satisfied with honda service as every one was complainging as it was not ready on time

Self start not working.

More than 20KM driving condition some time on but many time not start through self motor.

Iam not expect this much of trouble in Honda bike even though i give enough time for delivery..

Dear sir i am purchase honda cb shine i am trust honda 2 wheeler but my cb shine milage is 32 km per liter & i am regular servising in my motorcycle but not solucation my motorcycle please help

    On[protected], i had my honda activa 5g service from mh honda, nangal dam in which they left one engine nut bolt loose and yesterday while driving, that nut came out with which the engine oil spilled. From that place i towed my scooter in a tempoo and repaired it from some other mechanic. It exhausted my time and money. When i put my complaint in mh honda they misbehaves with me. So i need all my expenses.

      I purchased a honda unicorn 2 wheeler bike on 27/12/2018. My battery was damaged within 6months. Icomplained to the showroom from where i purchased, they said to give the battery to your local showroom but the local showroom refused to change my battery. They told you giove the battery from where you purchased the bike. After then again i gave the battery to the showroom (Kesar honda, jeypore, odisha) and they told we will refund after 15 days. But till now they not returned. Please help me. I am unable to use my bike.

        This is happening second time with me. I was not willing to do service in honda because of their staff behavior. But continuously i was getting calls from your customer care to come for a service. I gave my bike for servicing. They did no work in it.in fact they just wiped my bike from dust so that it should looked like a serviced bike. When i observed and yelled at them their service manager asked me how do you know that it is not serviced. I said it comes to know easily and then he looked to his staff and they were smiling in front of me as if they are doing this with many customers. This is a real fraud. I wont suggest anyone to service their bikes in an authorized service center nor i will do personally.

          I mrs harshitha. N, applied for honda red color dio on[protected] from tansi honda, marathahalli, bangalore-560037.

          On[protected] rs.70, 000/- was disbursed done but still now i haven't received the my red color dio two wheeler.. Now i have to pay emi without getting my red color dio two wheeler. Yesterday i enquired with the my executive mr. Rishi he is telling another 45 days to get my new red color dio.

          Please kindly help me to get my red color dio two wheeler immediately other wise i have to complaint against the showroom and company at the ambudson court... So kindly help me to get my red color dio two wheeler only immediately.

            I bought a new scooty Honda dio deluxe at 25th October. Then I get this scooty after c/f at 18th November. But very first day scooty doesn't start with self but start with kick. When scooty start with kick then I press break and again stop. Meter doesn't show anything and headlight also off. So what can I do. I have a big problem with new scooty and this is horrible experience in my life. I thought that Honda is a very good company for scooty but after that my thinking was wrong. I want this solution but I don't hire this kind of product. I want new product

              I have purchased vehicle on 9th july 2019, from raam two wheelers india pvt ltd, bowenpally, secunderabad, from the day one vehicle is having body shapeout, handle rods bend, pulling vehicle ledt side, they have not given for test drive, next day when i complained about it, they said once vehicle delivered, they cannot exchange, but with this default vehicle i am struggling lot, even after paid lot of amount, i have approached police also and complained about same, i would request convern person to help me and do the needful,

                Dear sir/madam,
                I purchased honda activa 125 from silicon honda, rr nagar, bangalore. I got annual maintenance scheme with them for servicing. Now the problem is whenever i go for service the vehicle they are asking me to come 2 times. For service 1 time and cleaning next visit. As i am an working professional could not visit for servicing more than 1 time. Kindly help me to cancel my annual service agreement. I dont like this kind of service (Servicing vehicle need to take 2 days leave)

                  Dear sir/mam, i am jagdish padmar i have cb unicorn 150 which now not running in good condition, i feel like that i anything could met with an accident. Actually i'm recently 1 week before i had done cb unicorn 150 serviced from druv honda service center, dhule maharashtra but i don't know what they have done my unicorn bike it is now in very condition because before servicing it is running good. I also visited the service centre but no one tells me that what to do.
                  So, it my humble request from you plz co-operate with me and make me good solution of it...

                      It's about 15 to 25 days of buying activa and look what happened over flow of petrol and after consulting employee of pioneer honda (Shree dadu auto pvt. Ltd.)
                      They started blaming each other. Poor response from them.

                      Even i came 3 to 5 times for rc and other documents. They just give other dates.
                      They just attend those costumers who are there for buying. Rest all are stupid.

                      Hope for a positive response from your side.

                        We purchased 2 scooter from sidhivinayak honda thakurdwara moradabad on intervals of 15 days almost 4 months back but till date waiting for its RC and and after putting into the knowledge of customer care has now threatened us to take the papers from honda. As now he will neither give the RC nor take care of anything. We finally are left to make honda a party and file a suit against this hoodlum of company who is not bothered about the ethics of business or HONDA discipline.

                          I purchased activa 5g fom ASR honda Krishna Nagar Kanpur on 16 june 19 vehicle number UP78 FV6889 delivered at evening 1815 hrs a transportation damage was seen on next day told to them they told will do needful when visited Mr Deepak told to make some more damage and get part replacement via insurance but i did not agreed and having same one as it is .Assesries given focre fully another problem scooty rear wheel having misalignment due to that air going out between tier and wheel every after two days i have to put air now and then two services done problem given in writing in servicing performa nothing was done only oil change done servicing part in ASR Honda hopeless I have given written complaint on 26 October 2019 in service center regarding servicing no action was taken do not know what to do both problem still persist in my vehcle attached is one of complaint put in asr honda Krishna Nagar kanpur service center during recent service but they do not bother not even asked or what is being done to improve upon.

                            As per below email I have been cheated I was been told that we have arranged the part and we will replace it but you will have to pay as u can read​ that I had said that I will not pay for it .
                            So now I want refund for the Rs 1600/- what i had paid for change of head light assembly twice which got broken due to the part which was not available with you from last one year, which i had explained to the parekh honda manager Mr Devendra in sion branch.

                            This is very disappointing from honda.Giving false commit to just close the complaint .

                            If I don't get refund then I will file case to consumer court

                              I have purchased honda's 2 wheeler bike named cd 110 before 2 year's ago. At the time of purchasing honda company/representative told me it's mileage 74 km but when i practically experienced, it found only 53 km. So one thing is noticed that a big difference between company declaration and practical. So no one else can faith on your honda 2 wheeler company

                                The service experience i had with my 1st free service is absolutly misserabke, as the washing was not done properly, mud atains were clearly visible, then no time valuation as i kept waiting in the morning for 2.5hrs just make them write down the problem i was facing in the bike, now my question is that is it bcoz the sercice was for free or is the same customer experience given to all the consumers of dugar honda kolkata vip road, and is it dat we dont have time valuation?

                                  Honda providing worst service, i never see this type of service. They are not at all doing anything to vehicle, they just cleaning the bike with water and giving it back. We just gave bike for serviceing just one week back. We asked them change chain sprocket, etc. With in a week complaint repeats on bike they are not at all responsible, their behaviour also not at all good.

                                    I have given my activa scooter for service morning at 10 ambin vaishnao honda located in kondapur hyderabad
                                    Initially they said they will handover the scooter by end of the day but they didn't instead they said it's getting delayed and will give tomorrow morning at 10 am
                                    When i went morning they said again it's getting delayed and they need another couple of hours.
                                    Finally they handover my scooter @1 pm.

                                    It's not the first time they are delaying earlier also they have done same thing.

                                    They don't have enough man power to service the bikes/scooter.
                                    Just they are collecting all bikes and not handed over on time.

                                      I had done the servicing today at rohan honda, shop no 10, r. K. Plaza saikheda phata, mumbai agra road ozar nashik, material like bulbs not available at station so i have to buy from another shop is that mean a authorized service station. Also for changing the simple oil seal they are saying me need to pay extra 150 excluding service charge of 310 is it so. Also not fix the problem of break light saying that bulb not fixing properly then it should be there problem customer wants full satisfaction from the service station. Worst service i had experienced today from this... Guys plz put ur 100% for that then only you can grow much more.

                                        I brought a vehicle from ananda honda and made the the payment 15 days back and took the vehicle delivery 8days back but still these people not provided with a temporary registration number, and traffic police is asking for the temp. Registration number. And when l ask for the same dealership people giving me a reply that temp registration is not required and they are being rude.
