I have purchased a new scooty honda 5 g limited edition on around 20 august 2019 after first service i m facing lots of peoblum pick up problum. Sound problum. Handle one side goes peoblum. Foot mat peoblum. Front shocker problum. Scratch problum. R. C problum.in 3 month i visited service center 5 times but they r making me fool no one is taking seriousely i m. Soing night shift in morning i sleep but from last two months due to this scooty i cannot sleep b'coz every time i m facing the same problum n whn i visit to work shop they checked n said next time u il not get this kind of problum again i had a words with service manager but nothing could b done im very very disspointed with that kind of service in new scooty m facing lots of problum after one year what they do i canot imagine. Mahanta Honda persons are not response and till today he will not given vehicle documents also problem for so Many customers so kindly solve this problem other wise I will go for station and law complaint,

If any highly problems are creating vehicle or my said directly or indirectly it will be responsibility the Honda company.

Service issue, Mahanta Honda persons are not response, , kindly solve the problem as well as early, otherwise I will go for complaint for law and station.
Dear Sir I have given Honda Activa bike for service at radhesyam Honda service at atchutapuram.But showroom people given worst service and communicate with me not in good manner, replying answer is not good, I had visited three times for bike servicing.my contact no [protected]
I purchased Honda bike cd 110dream khamgaon showroom on dated June 2018 . Till date not receive number so please resolved my query urgent basis

      05/12/2019 that day i go to handover the honda cb shine 125cc in sornam honda service, dindigul, tamilnadu. My complaint is engine head leak and general service. 07/12/2019 today i went to get the bike in service center after services. But my major complaint head leakage not solved and they are already collected the money for this complaint.

      Then i go to asked the manager. His telling silly reason. The engine head leak reason is engine over heat. I'm just delivery the bike on service center. Then how to engine get over heat. I'm also engineer this is could not agree. The sornam honda dindigul dealership is not good.

        I have given my cb unicorn bike for servicing at my wings honda kothrud. While doing servicing service person broke front disk brake caliper and call me that you need to replace this caliper. Cost of this caliper is 1800 which i have to pay because of mistake done by workers from my wings honda. These people broke ur bike part intentionally. This is a second time i am facing issues like this from my wings service center.

          I owned eterno in2005 now spares are not available in market. You are givingheart broken result for the eterno owners. Please i am requesting u plz produce and distribute eterno spares to all india market dealers.. And also plz continue eterno production and relaunch eterno. More than 10 lakh people per state are waiting for relaunching eterno if you don't take any action. Surely we will protest against honda.. And give it to consumer court... And also surely u will get loss on gearless scooter production...

            Since there was vibration in front side of my bike activa 5g so i took it to show room on 23rd nov19 @ sharp 9.00am @ goa rajee ponda. When i approach to concern person then he asked me bring bike @ afternoon. When i went afternoon then they said bring tomorrow. Again when i went next day i drop bike and evening went to collect the bike. Then there is problem in clutch assembly need to replace however right now they dont have parts it will done under warranty and they asked me to come after two days. Then before going there i had called and confirm them about part, they it available again i drop my bike there while evening going to picking up they said we can't replace under warranty as you have done the four servicing however i told them i had done four servicing regularly then asked provide invoice of servicing. And i said i dont have who will keep this. It your mistake you missed one servicing to update in your system. Then they asked to mail or invoice from particular service centre. Then i informed to mangesh honda belgaum about the query after four days follow up then finally they sent mail to goa rajee ponda. And today dated 06.12.2019 when i again went to drop bike and i asked them to check their mail. They acknowledge that they received the mail. But this time they said we cant replace part under warranty because your bike crossed running 7000 km we could replace if bike running is within 4500km. And earlier they said me different rate and now they are telling very different rate. And problem are occur within a year this is ridiculous service which i never expected to leave my work and run behind them. Even they dont receive the call also and no proper response. They don't have courtesy, only looking for bakra to halal. Very cheap service gives honda service center.

              Dear honda agency my 125 activa clutch belt parts sold to me by platinum honda chd. It was a wrong part. After that i suffered for next 4 days and spending money to shops which are totally extra waste of money. They said they can only change the belt. But i need vehicle so i repaired from outside and spent 200 rupees. What can you do that for this. I know its a pathetic country i have to do adjustment on every single issue so please make sure if you do not want to destroy activa name then do some ethical practices in business.

              I have purchased my scooty 4 oct.2019 but now in november some part of scooty body may free when i ask this type of problem from scooty deller and serviceer then he say these parts are auto free when scooty come from factory but i see in other scooty this type of problem not happen .

                I gave my scooter for service in authorized service repair facility on 15/11/19 as i had problem with my front of scooter some noise was coming from front whenever the scooter hit any pothole or speed breaker. After that i received my scooter still the issue was not resolved. They changed all the other things but didint i got call from them about the feedback regarding the service so i said my issue was not resolved. The lady told me to come to the service center as they would check and resolve it. I went there after 2 days the checked it there only and the technician didn't even drove it and dis something and said it's solved. But still i'm having problem with my scooter and i don't know what they are doing.
                I just want them to resolve my issue that's it.

                    I have purchased activa 5g dlx on 30th sept 2019 from "khusi honda" near muhana mandi, muhana mod 302029 vide invoice number rj01sh0219v01047.

                    I have finalized amount 69300/ inclusive all (Rto+insurance+accessories). I have asked them to process bank loan for 50, 000 for 24 installments and remaining i will transfer rs. 19300/- through my saving account. After this i have received below documents.

                    Invoice amount: 56380 (Inc gst)
                    Insurance bill: 5063 (Inc gst)
                    Rto charges : 6410 (Message attached)
                    Remaining 1447 (Bill not provided)
                    Total 69300

                    I have transferred amount 1000 and 18300 total 19300 and asked for loan processing for rs. 50000/- remaining amount. When they shared emi amount 2905 pm i have not satisfied with loan amount. I have asked them to provide loan sanction letter which was sanctioned for rs. 55000/-.

                    It seems they have showed less down payment. How they can exceed loan amount which burden comes to me into 23 installments. I am very surprised how agency can do this type of forgery.

                    I am requesting you to please interfere in this matter and resolve this on priority otherwise i will go for legal action after 07 days of this communication.

                      I have bought activa 125 on 13 sep 2018. First it has got defective back tyre and now it is having the defective silencer. Silencer has cut into two pieces without any external force and tyre has got air bubbles on it. I have purchased new tyre and now it's turn for new silencer. An insurance company could not agree to claim because tyre doesn't include in claim and silencer has got rust. How could i bare all this without any mistake from my side. I could not understand how the silencer has got rust within 13 - 14 months of purchase. Who is responsible for all this kind of problems

                            I bought activa in june 2017 from that time issue of changing spark plug, i told to dealer that he ignored this every 200km issue of charging spark plug service says the engine problem but why engine problem in last week i changed 2 plug plz honda plz raised issue do analysis on that, because every 400 to 200 km i changed till date spark plug but now it giving more trouble and i very on service dealaers answers what the problem of engine???
                            Why they told to need of engine maintenance till date my activa not crossing its km so why to check engine in very short period

                              This is to notify you that i had purchased a bike honda cb shine from your centre 2 years back dated[protected], that was my life biggest mistake as since first service it is giving problem. First of all the bike handle is giving strange noise continuously, when i reported this complain in dhingra honda service centre (Mataila road om vihar uttam nagar) it gets rectified for 10 days then again the situation is same, there is no proper solution to this repeatedly i had complaint about this handle noise problem on every visit.

                              Then since last 3 months bikes engine is giving noise and when i reported this problem they are saying that in case it gets increased then we will see to it and now when the warrantee is over they are saying we can’t do anything to it. From last two times i am telling this complaint to mr amit kumar in the same centre before that there was other advisor who has made my complaint card or job card. Finally now advisor amit is saying that warranty is over we can’t help you now. But ideally they should solve all the problems during warrantee period. I have very bad experience of your service till date and really regret the day i had purchased bike from honda. Even though i had spent money but still i am roaming around in metros train and buses wasting my more money and time also. Social media is very active active now a days i will surely share my worst experience with everyone so that people should know about your product and service. I had already left my bike since last three days at your centre and has not received any positive response from your side. Kindly look into this case asap and give me any positive response.

                                I am facing many issues with the bike and all the time i have to drive 10-13 km to the showroom to fix it.

                                Issue like gear shifting, seat locking, performance, fuel guage, disc brake, etc.

                                The new recent problem of heating and getting bike accelarated automatically.

                                I have visited your service centre thrice to fix the problem of my bike rear disc although it has not been resolved. They informed me that this much only we can do this is default problem you have to face this problem, if wish more assistance you can raise complaint against the bike.

                                  Before 2 months i was complaining about my bike issue i. E., behind tyre of bike was rubbling off during riding i'd felt always that i'll fall down.in 2 services store done mistook i. E. Volts of bike left loose (In1st service), chain left tied (In 2nd service). Then again i complaint against these mistakes by store after 3rd service bike's condition is worst bike isn't in condition to ride then store suggests me after 2 months that i should take it in jaipur service centre. Yesterday (29-nov-2019) i put it (Bike) down in jaipur's service centre. Today i got a call that i'll have to pay some amount against changing the part i. E., tyre & etc. But why will i pay amount? I already complaint about the issue of my bike and the mistook done by service store. So, why should i pay any type of amount? Please find below some detail & attached documents of store and bike:

                                  Service centre: 1) shanti honda, dadhi nagan, kalwar road, jobner-303328 (All mistook done by this service centre and after 2 months they suggest me for another service centre of honda)

                                    I purchased new bike this year january at honda showroom kothapet guntur city. Iam getting vibration when i go above 40 kmph. I informed at the showroom when i given my bike for 3rd servicing but it was not rectified. Mileage also dropdown to this product and so many small issues iam racing within a year of purchase. Within 18 months, bike engine oil leakage started, mileage not more than 43 kmpl (Company claimed 62kmpl). Parts color fading and rusting, front shock absorber started oil leakage even riding on smooth roads daily. Battery deteriorated in 1 year and took 1 month to replace, battery was under warranty still charged 100/- as processing fees. Also, dealer charged me for teflon coating that's i do not applied to bike and forcibly charged for extended warranty which i never asked for. Complained to honda company about these issues but not taking any action and supporting black deeds of dealers.

                                        Recently arrived a vehicle from keerthi honda hosur,
                                        By running upto 500km till now i got a complaint of clutch problem in engine making some noise on running and gave to showroom service they opened the engine and sort out this issue.
                                        By having this vehicle from honda i was not satisfied on the problem which i have faced that my new bike engine is got dismantled and assembled make a very bad impression on honda 2wheelrs.
