This is to notify you that i had purchased a bike honda cb shine from your centre 2 years back dated[protected], that was my life biggest mistake as since first service it is giving problem. First of all the bike handle is giving strange noise continuously, when i reported this complain in dhingra honda service centre (Mataila road om vihar uttam nagar) it gets rectified for 10 days then again the situation is same, there is no proper solution to this repeatedly i had complaint about this handle noise problem on every visit.

Then since last 3 months bikes engine is giving noise and when i reported this problem they are saying that in case it gets increased then we will see to it and now when the warrantee is over they are saying we can’t do anything to it. From last two times i am telling this complaint to mr amit kumar in the same centre before that there was other advisor who has made my complaint card or job card. Finally now advisor amit is saying that warranty is over we can’t help you now. But ideally they should solve all the problems during warrantee period. I have very bad experience of your service till date and really regret the day i had purchased bike from honda. Even though i had spent money but still i am roaming around in metros train and buses wasting my more money and time also. Social media is very active active now a days i will surely share my worst experience with everyone so that people should know about your product and service. I had already left my bike since last three days at your centre and has not received any positive response from your side. Kindly look into this case asap and give me any positive response.

I am facing many issues with the bike and all the time i have to drive 10-13 km to the showroom to fix it.

Issue like gear shifting, seat locking, performance, fuel guage, disc brake, etc.

The new recent problem of heating and getting bike accelarated automatically.

I have visited your service centre thrice to fix the problem of my bike rear disc although it has not been resolved. They informed me that this much only we can do this is default problem you have to face this problem, if wish more assistance you can raise complaint against the bike.

Before 2 months i was complaining about my bike issue i. E., behind tyre of bike was rubbling off during riding i'd felt always that i'll fall down.in 2 services store done mistook i. E. Volts of bike left loose (In1st service), chain left tied (In 2nd service). Then again i complaint against these mistakes by store after 3rd service bike's condition is worst bike isn't in condition to ride then store suggests me after 2 months that i should take it in jaipur service centre. Yesterday (29-nov-2019) i put it (Bike) down in jaipur's service centre. Today i got a call that i'll have to pay some amount against changing the part i. E., tyre & etc. But why will i pay amount? I already complaint about the issue of my bike and the mistook done by service store. So, why should i pay any type of amount? Please find below some detail & attached documents of store and bike:

I purchased new bike this year january at honda showroom kothapet guntur city. Iam getting vibration when i go above 40 kmph. I informed at the showroom when i given my bike for 3rd servicing but it was not rectified. Mileage also dropdown to this product and so many small issues iam racing within a year of purchase. Please pook into this problem.

I purchased honda cb unicorn 160 from raj motors (Shaan honda), amravati, mh on 05/05/2018. Within 18 months, bike engine oil leakage started, mileage not more than 43 kmpl (Company claimed 62kmpl). Parts color fading and rusting, front shock absorber started oil leakage even riding on smooth roads daily. Battery deteriorated in 1 year and took 1 month to replace, battery was under warranty still charged 100/- as processing fees. Also, dealer charged me for teflon coating that's i do not applied to bike and forcibly charged for extended warranty which i never asked for. Complained to honda company about these issues but not taking any action and supporting black deeds of dealers.

Recently arrived a vehicle from keerthi honda hosur,
By running upto 500km till now i got a complaint of clutch problem in engine making some noise on running and gave to showroom service they opened the engine and sort out this issue.
By having this vehicle from honda i was not satisfied on the problem which i have faced that my new bike engine is got dismantled and assembled make a very bad impression on honda 2wheelrs.

Even after 20 calls at your customer service and many conversations to your enquiry cell, i am not receiving a clear reply on the below-mentioned problem.

Repeating my problem statement: i have serviced for my unicorn bike in september and its been more than 2 months. The professional took 7 whole days to investigate the issue and after one month when i asked for my unicorn bike, he gives my unicorn bike back to me without repairing it.
After that honda service centre (Aman honda service centre, banner pune.) told me that they are providing another professional, and when my unicorn bike inspected by 2nd professional they found that the previous professional repaired my unicorn bike in such manner so that he destroy the engine so need to work from scratch, they are costing me again even my bike is under warranty period. Which is very unfair to me.

I asked several times to resolve this issue but haven't got any resolution.

Pathetic experience had an issue with gear shift and breaking they have charged me for other things stating its gone bad which has cost a lot and the gear shift has become worst and now making a sound that is again a horrible thing my bike was good before service and its become worst after service.

My bike is only 1 year old and has come up with so many problems.

I bought new activa5g last december. Eversince i bought it i am having problem of starting up. Whenever i go to the honda workshop with the problem it was done but it was temporarily. Then after sometimes the same problems comes again. So many times got stuck with the starting and wasted so much time. I even bought honda joy club membership. I think either you people are not able to sort out the problem in professional way or you just dont know

Mene jalgaon district se bike kharedi ki, lekin uska engine 20 din me hi block ho gaya, to muze ab vapas nayi bike hona, nahi to muze consumer court me aapke khilaf case registered karni padegi. Nahi to mera payment muze return hona, aapki company par muze bharosa nahi raha kyu ki aap bahut hi problematic 2 wheels bechke customer ki lut kar rahe ho.

Dear sir

We are highly pertubed to bring to your kind notice that we have given our honda active for servicing at your raghuvanshi auto service, navsari (Gujarat) - 396424, on 18/09/2019, but when they delivered the vehicle on 21/09/2019 after charging rs. 3122 and i came to my office i skipped falling twice, which immediately was informed to rupesh service person, which he argued with baseless talk. After that again they collected my vehicles for two days and gave my bill for abourt rs. 400, with complaint unresolved. The major problem was of brakes getting jammed on applying which result in imbalance/falling of scooter and another was steering pulling on left side. The brake jammed was after they changed brake cable and linner.

On 07/11/2019 my son while comming from sachin to navsari falled down on road divider after applying brake got jammed, he had injuries on shoulder and skipped head injuries, who will tak responsibility for the same. After that my scooter is lying with raghuvanshi auto since about 12/11/2019 for repairs.

I strongly claim that your channel partner is raising false bills for repairs or their service people are stealing material and raising false bills to the customers.

Your ealrly action will be hihgly appreciated.

When i called them named vivek and amit asked me to give 11000 again for giving me rc and vechile number which shows how you people are cheap.. I have attached invoice for your reference.. I was surprised. Recently i have visited hyderabad one of the honda service centers for the second service. Here i got to know that my vehicle is not registered online. So they are suggesting me to do this from where i took the vehicle.

I purchase my honda cb sine no up 41 aq 0514 as on dt 27- nov-2018. Bike performance is very good. But i have complant my bike colour is black but in rc mention athletic blue metall.
Regarding this i camplant to deeler in written but he is not taking positive action.

I bought a activa i on[protected] bearing frame no. Me4jf48 clj8017212 engine no.[protected] from your dealer :tn050003. From the first free service i am complaining about the battery as the battery is not functioning properly. Even after one day idel self starter is not functioning. Even after kick it is not picking up immediately. I have to struggle for start. But dealer is not bothering to check battery function. Now the 4th free service is due on[protected]. Every time they are telling one or other reasons with out checking the battery. Now i am going to leave the scooter for last free service. I feel this time also they will give one reason with out checking the battery. I request you to instruct the dealer to properly check the battery and if battery is not in good condition please make for replacement within the warranty period. Otherwise i have to go for other source for redress my grivence.

I give the scooty for the third servicing and a small problem of fuse to shri balaji honda showroom bareilly road on[protected] after hour days the fuse problem is on again i give the scooty again in same showroom at that time the solve the problem by fake work the use the copper wire and by using the copper wire the CDI are damage and if the CDI are damage the self and kick are not working
so i give the scooty in same showroom on[protected] the change the CDI and the fuse but the not solve the fuse problem then again self are not working but kick are working so i go in showroom and the use again the copper wire so again the the CDI are damage so i go to the showroom they change the CDI and regulator and make a bill around 2500 now my scooty are in showroom i don't have so much money to wast it

I have to send my bike 2nd free service and then returns with service he did washing the vehicle and but it not done, with the oil service he is directly polishing the vehicle without washing i showed him to that... But he taken her bill he spokened with me out spoken language is doing fake in services the show room in bangalore kengeri sattalite honda show room... I did not mean it... Worst worst... Fraud service he is a fraud...

I have purchased HONDA SHINE SP in March 2018 GJ17BJ8891 and have complained many times about fuel economy of bike but there showroom and also godhra showroom are not able to make it up.
I felt that it is the worst bike i got as uts economy is only 30km per litre which is a great loss for me and production of harmful fume is also high due to which its PUC is failed.

I can prove the mileage might be company problem..Manufacturing defect

I have purchased new bike honda shine sp. While i am starting the bike it not start properly i ask with jkm leela honda they said that bike need to be warm you have to take choke first. My question is why we need to use choke in 22 degree temp to start the new bike. Tell me what's the issue either it's having all honda bike issue because first time i purchase honda and i am fed up with the starting part very worst not recommend.
Complaint already raised in honda but they didn't respond yet.
