I purchased honda unicorn abs model. I can say it's a failure product since day 1 am facing issues especially engine overheating, and low mileage and it has no road grip slips very easy and the gearbox is not comforting sometimes it won't work need to stop the vehicle for gearing. Also, i observed that petrol indication is not working old model vehicles are simply awesome but this version is failed also service is very bad not even up to mark and there is oil leakage issues

Bad engine and mileage issues
My first service is in JP Honda dubagga Road. When they have given me vehicle blaint paint is lying on front and also one scratched. I am totally unsatisfied of this type of service.
Vehicle number UP 32 KU 9468.

They have doing Teflon coating BTP totally wasteful

    I purchased honda 2 wheeler scooter activa 5g, vehicle no. Dl9sbr7910 on 23 sept 2018. And from starting i faced the problems of starting the vehicle in 2-3 self.in every service i told the agent or service boy about my problem, but not a proper solution was there.
    Till date, total running kms of vehicle is around 6000 only and 3 times services already done with every time engine oil change every time gear oil change and in 3rd service spark plug additionally changed.
    My 3rd service was done on 30 june 2019. And on 13 july 2019 in night i was travelling from gurugram to delhi and vehicle was braked down. And after getting pull by my friend it was arranged to get it reach to the service station and they resolved the problem by same day.
    And since that day i was facing the problem of starting the vehicle increased day by day and once again vehicle was braked down on 6 sept 2019 and i raised complain in honda and after that from service station someone picked the vehicle and delivered the vehicle next day.
    And again on 16 sept problem was raised and vehicle comes under brake down and i was in gurugram that time and service station and one person from honda ask me to get the vehicle in delhi by anyhow. It took around 4-5 spark plugs changed to reach delhi. I bear that cost and after that on 23 sept 2019 service boy from station picked up the vehicle from my home and till date i am not getting any proper response whether the vehicle will be ok or not by when?
    Almost 5 days gone, but the problem was not analyzed yet.

    So, i am requesting to replace the vehicle as i am not comfortable with that kind of vehicle who took so much analyzing time.

    Pl look into matter.

    Mere paas Honda livo ki bike hai aur usko do sal ho gaye hain ab uska average bahut hi kam ho gaya hai 40 ka average mileage de rahi hai ki
    Front socker is not available in service centre chunni ganj kanpur u.p. over 20 days says that your bike is new model this soccker is not available here

      My name is ganesan, i had enquiry on 19/08/19 in sathyamangalam honda showroom for cb unicorn. I had given my mobile number to sales executive ms. Navamani with the condition of dnd.

      After two days i have got a call from same office and some other male sales executive, so i realise this royal wing dealer never obey with customer wish, so i have requested to him the ex show room price only for the vehicle, that sales executive told we will get back with you shortly but he is not reply even after a week.

      I feel royal wing dealer has not serve well to honda customers so i directly contact with sathy show room manager mr. Senthil kumar regard my ex show room price enquiry, but he also told he will inform shortly but he didn't contact me even after a week.

      Then i get a call after 10days from another male sales executive, he also heard my need and he also promise to call back shortly but he also not contact regard my enquiry.

      And then today 26/09/19 i have received a call from mr. Gowrishankar i have informed please inform to your manager to call me for my previous enquiry but he get rude with me he make me angry in the morning in non obedience conversation. I am very upset with honda service.

      Please teach to honda dealer, royal wing regard how to approach with customers and how to respect and response for customer. Honda is very good brand but they prompt with improper way. Please tune it and confirm the good service.

          For virabation issue and noise is from 7 month of purchase and and many time they change clutch plate but after 6 7 month same problem as been started

          Why without physical check of vehicle your asm mayur patel is saying that due inregular service promblem has been created. He is saying on call all this thing from rajkot. He refused repair for vehicle. And already eariler that had repair too many its not showing system they have done offline work i think so..

          Kindly provide me solution without physical check of vehicle how they can say that your vehicle is inregular service.

          As per said of mr. Mayur patel asm that in every 3g, 4g, 5g activa model there is vibration promblem. He said that its manufacture problem.

          Then why honda is providing manufacture defect material in market. Why not giving proper solution for it

          I have paid full amount on my vehicle why i should keep manufacture defect vehicle.

          Tell mr mayur patel how to speak with customer. For way of talking mr mayur patel i am were disappointed

            I purchased activa-4g on 24.03.2018 took delivery on 25.03.2018 activa 4g blue, vehicle no. Ka-25 ha 6233, from day 1 the vehicle has starting problem, till now i use to start by pulling of chock. I complained very next day of purchasing and told them to replace or repair the vehicle, but they were saying after service it will be ok, but after 4 free services also my vehicle is unfit, and its too sounds like goods carrier vehicle. And due to starting problem, starter button was not working properly, after free service they were saying starter button to be change and oil tank parts also omitting that also should be change, and at the time of 3rd servicing i paid for oil changing but oil was not get changed, i checked, that also i complained. But no response, customer orientated good at the sales time but not on service, and for free service bill also comes around 600-800 not worthy, and mines is single handed vehicle smooth running and daily 30 kms often it increases, hardly its 1 year and 5 months completing, by seeing of vehicle condition looks like 4-5 years old. I think at the time of service they will wash and gives it seems and every service consumable charges they charged, for what purposes i don't know, after free service they were saying new - new drawbacks of vehicle. Do the needful at the earliest. We fed off with your honda company.

              I had done my all frer services from calicut motors kallachi-payanthong. Now its my paid service and its now in same calicut motors. They dont even have a water service bay in there service center. We the customers are supposed to take our scooter to another water washing station running privately and we are supposed to wait a long time to get our vehicle washed even after the service job has done. Its quite disgusting as a customer, that we are not supposed to bear such # for the sake of service center management irresponsibilities.in my area there are alot of my friends are using honda motor cycles and all have the same complaint. So please do the needful. Please make sure that alla service center are having water service bay. Its irritating when thought of doing the service from the above mentioned service center. Looking forward for your reply

                I have annual amc with yug honda last service was done 3 months back and vehicle run only 1500 km after that.
                Given for servicing on 22nd aug and at the time of submission engineer took test ride and didn't found any major issues and prepared estimated jobcard for rs. 1600 only.

                After that ithey have not delivered my vehicle till tuesday and said that repair cost would be 10000 to 12000 which is almost the value of the vehicle!!!

                Very very disappointed by the service quality and standards of yug honda wakad pune.

                  I am pinkesh patel. I have purchase new cb shine before 4 month. Bike one service completed but facing the issue of more voice in braking system after 1st service 3 time visited in amideep honda showroom, gujarat, surat. Yesterday gone for 2nd service. Now 2nd service completed but problem still running. Based on noise i feel purchase new bike is 10 year old. Provide to mesolution regarding the isue.

                    I bought my honda activa 5g 10 months back. It got damaged in parking lot and got a dent. I took it to the service center at maansarovar honda at pallikaranai, chennai, tamil nadu 600100. They didn't give me any estimates and also they said the entire expense will be paid by insurance as this is 1 year old. They promised to repair and give me back in 7 to 10 working days. After 2 weeks when i called they didn't replied to the call and so i went to the service center and they said they forgot the mobile at home for last 3 - 4 days. They made second promise that i will get my vehicle after 3 days. Aftare 1 week i called and they didn't pick up. I went and escalated to service manager and he said i will get the vehicle after 3 days. After that i called him multiple times and everytime he said he will call back in 1 hour but he didn't. Out of frustration i went to the branch again and asked them they said the work is completed and bill is rs 8000 plus. When i checked the bill with the parts that have been changed, 1 part was billed but it was not there in my vehicle. Other parts listed in the bill was there. My concerns are 1) why are you billing for components that are not replaced? 2) why did you not give estimate and why you didn't sk me for confirmation to proceed with the work. If estimates are said as rs 8000 plus i would have said i don't need this repair. 3) why are you giving false estimation that insurance will cover entire expenses 4) why are giving false timeline that vehicle will be ready in 7 to 10 working days while you can't repair after 21 days. I suffered a lot both physically and mentally at the hands of this service center. Finally they said insurance will pay only rs 3500 and i have to pay rs 4500. I don't know what to do. I have complained at all possible ways - crm, customer toll free, branch sales manager, etc...

                    This HONDA ACTIVA 5G which is being selling here is fully fraud . this vehicle is financed but the person told me that it is on cash payment.after further probe he was neither having NOC(no objection cetificate)and thier are 5 challans due on his motor vehicle.

                    From Past two months on wards am trying for FAIRING FRONT WITH HEAD LIGHT ASSY for grey color Aviator 2010 model but could not get in any service center ( Mehdipatnam, Mallakpet, Kothapet & LB nagar).
                    almost i changes 8 bulbs & driving without light in the night times.
                    it is very difficult to drive.
                    Don't know what to do!

                      This is regarding my two wheeler number and registration number.
                      I have purchased activa 5g on dated 08th july, 2019 from rajpal honda (Sapna sangeeta show room) but still waiting for my rc & 2 wheeler number.
                      Whenever i talked with honda showroom agent but he told me same things it will take 2-3 days.
                      Request you to plz confirm how much time it will take for my rc and vehicle number.
                      Traffic police have given warning to me to don't run vehicle without both numbers.
                      Pl confirm if it is possible otherwise i will contact to rto & consumer forum regarding my issues.
                      I didn't purchase my activa to kept in home.

                      I have purchased active 5G on date[protected]. Dealer has not provide vehicle invoice & registration Copy till date. He saying vehicle invoice & registration copy will send by traffice office. Whenever we buy any item, its bill is received at the same time.
                      I have honda shine bike. My bike has changed a some parts and service also but here dealer have not available parts.. So give me a answer how I repair my bike

                        This is with deepest regret that i have to write about the service that i have received from one of your dealer. I have been through mental torture given by Mr Swami (Manager). Below is the complete details of my grievance.

                        I have booked a Active Honda 5G and paid cash of 74, 000 Rupees to Mr Swami (Krishna Motor, Shastri Nagar, Pune), on 07th September 2019 and was promised bike delivery in next 2 days. So here i am, it is been 18days and still awaiting for my bike. Rest will be posted on Social Media (Character limit on this website). Please contact me on below mentioned number ASAP.

                        Sir I bought Honda cb shine in year 2016
                        It was two years warranty + three years warranty extended by the company
                        Now my bike engine is half damage
                        But I have 1.5 years warranty remaining
                        But agency owners clearly denied for this warranty and upcoming 10-15 days my bike minor fault changes in major fault.

                          In may this year, i purchased honda activa 5g from city honda showroom in kalyan nagar, bangalore, india. Since then, i have faced multiple issues which has led me to give it for servicing atleast 5 times. Each time, the problem that i face is acknowledged and resolved, but soon again similar or another one starts.

                          Initially it started with the bike wobbling a lot. I took it to service centre and they fixed it but then soon i noticed that it is getting stuck and not freely moving right turn or left turn. After that was fixed, i noticed that the air is constantly low in the bike.

                          On the last occasion, there was air leakage in the front tyre of my bike. I was sent to mrf showroom to change the tyre. I was also told that several new customers are facing this issue. If this is the case, why would honda continue to use mrf tyres? On one evening while returning from work, my bike skid on the wet roads (Since we are currently having heavy rainfall). This was due to the faulty tyre. Imagine if i had broken a leg or worst - lost my life due to bike going out of control?

                          It has been just 10 days since i got the bike fixed from this tyre problem and now the pick up is too low. It does not go beyond 20kmph. This is even lower speed than my other 12 year old honda activa bike is giving as mileage. Yesterday my husband was riding the bike and suddenly it stopped in the middle of the road. A bus was coming behind us and luckily it wasn't too fast. Else, i wouldn't have been alive to write this email.

                          After two incidents which have been life threatening, i am writing to ask you would you accept this to be an acceptable standard of bike quality to be sold by honda? Would you risk you loved one on a bike this on indian roads?

                          I come from a customer service background and i have to say that your company's customer service is simply amazing. Right from the executive who answers the phone to the showroom manager to the service centre people - they all are polite & genuinely try to help me. But there is only so much that they can do. If the product is already so defective what can they do? How many times will they keep repairing it. I don't see this bike lasting longer than 1 year.

                          Honda forced me to take back the bike despite the issue not being resolved. Despite taking a test ride and telling them that there is a problem with the bike still, they did not agree.

                          I am very unhappy with the attitude of Honda staff. They seemed to be more focused on closing the complaint rather than resolving it. Towards the end the staff became pretty rude during their interaction and made me feel petty which is so unfair.

                            Since i have taken this vehicle. I have suffered a lot... Due to pork problem i had covered insurance which costed 11000..in which i paid 5500in showroom... After service 2days later again pork problem handle shaking.. I paid 1000 in private centre and got it done... Again the vehicle is stopping suddenly... Totally about 15000 i have spent on this vehicle... I want value for my money... This is seriously #... Pls kindly help me

                              I'am never satisfied with honda service center service... Its the 3rd class service i have ever seen. Every time i have to reach twice for proper servicing. No one take responsibility there to solve our issues. Every time they repeat the same mistake never done the things i have told to do. I have to reach again and again to solve my issues.

                                I am Alok Kumar my vehicle no is Jh01BS 1002. My broblem is loced my vehicle Dicky. Face lot of problems so, I opend the loced goes to easy ride Honda service center but the high invoice bill send in my hand. That is not good. Face lot of problems.please solve it.

                                  I am manjot singh bhatia, i purchased honda activa 5g (Brown) on 8th june 2018 vehicle no mp 18 sa 0314 from keshav honda beohari dist - shahdol mp 484774 and till now i have not received my rc, in month of october 2018 i receive my no only, and in rc name was incorrect.
                                  I continue talk with owner mr. Gupta and head mr. Anil, personally face to face and over phone also. But they were just paasing time.. Now day before yesterday i talk mr gupta then his reply was that "rto is denying to change my name, he has 3 file with same problem 2 were corrected by rto but one o[censored]r (Manjot) denied by rto" i told him u r telling lei then he is telling that it is not my responsiblity to do that work.. Then i told him that who is responsible for it..

                                  I confirmed from rto sir shahdol, he informed me that it is totaly mistake of dealer either he has not submit proper document or he has not file ur case. We will deffinetly do if all the needed documents will in proper manner..

                                  This such type of behaviour is not good, and now i will not bare it.

                                  Now i am giving u 5 days for it else i will go consumer court for it, as u also know how trafic fine is going on if i will be fined because of it i will take it from ur end..

                                    Sir, i have bought ny scooty 1 years before.. And it is showing issue in starting.. I have complaint in mascot honda, aligarh 5 times.. But they are not solving my problem.. Worst service od honda mascot.. I usually kicks it 50 times.. Then it get start..
                                    Honda mascot, aligarh is not listening to my issues.. I complain 5 times still they don't solve my issue

                                    I HAVE PAID RS 7783/- ON 01.08.2019 VIA SWIPE MACHIE BUT AS PER THE MERCHATN PAYMENT NOT YET DEPOSITED IN HIS ACCOUNT . I HAVE COMPLAINT TO HDFC BANK ON 06.08.2019 AND CDF (CONSUMER DISPUTE FORM) FORM SUBMITED TO BANK EXECUTIVE AND IT WAS INFROM ME THAT THIS ISSUE WILL BE SOLVE WITHIN 7 DAYS, BUT TILL DATE IT WAS NOT YET SOLVED. TODAY 15.09.2019 I HAVE REGISTRED ONLINECOMPLAINT AND IT WAS TOLD ME THAT IS WILL TAKE MORE TIME TO SOLVE IT. THE MERCHANT CAN NOT WAIT MORE TIME. I AM REQUESTING YOU TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP

                                      I has been given bike to addi honda service center for servicing at vanasthalipuram, near d mart, hyderabad on 14.09.2019. The service manager doesn't listening customer words also and servicing also done in a same way. Before servicing, bike is in good condition but after servicing, my bike creating noise and disc break is not working and disc plate is heating. Rear wheel break is not working properly and it is also heating continuously as well as engine also. I was paid rs.1650 rupees for servicing, after facing these problems, i met to service center once again, they simply asking one more thousand for replacing all the parts which has been heating in bike. So, instant of servicing the bike, i may go for purchasing new bike is better choice. Now honda continue the service in a same way, the future definitely will give good reflection on your products. Products is good but servicing is not et all good, which means poor management or worse service system.

                                        Worst ever service done by a honda service dealer. The manager doesn't even care for the customer complaints. Service done is not at all related to the job card noted down at the time of taking bike for service. And the customer care number they provide won't even pick up the call, and even if they pick up they talk recklessly as if they are not bothered. It took 4 days for my bike to get servicing and even then they didn't call me and inform...
