Dear sir,
This is regarding my two wheeler number and registration number.
I have purchased activa 5g on dated 08th july, 2019 from rajpal honda (Sapna sangeeta show room) but still waiting for my rc & 2 wheeler number.
Whenever i talked with honda showroom agent but he told me same things it will take 2-3 days.
Request you to plz confirm how much time it will take for my rc and vehicle number.
Traffic police have given warning to me to don't run vehicle without both numbers.
Pl confirm if it is possible otherwise i will contact to rto & consumer forum regarding my issues.
I didn't purchase my activa to kept in home.

I have purchased active 5G on date[protected]. Dealer has not provide vehicle invoice & registration Copy till date. He saying vehicle invoice & registration copy will send by traffice office. Whenever we buy any item, its bill is received at the same time.
I have honda shine bike. My bike has changed a some parts and service also but here dealer have not available parts.. So give me a answer how I repair my bike

    This is with deepest regret that i have to write about the service that i have received from one of your dealer. I have been through mental torture given by Mr Swami (Manager). Below is the complete details of my grievance.

    I have booked a Active Honda 5G and paid cash of 74, 000 Rupees to Mr Swami (Krishna Motor, Shastri Nagar, Pune), on 07th September 2019 and was promised bike delivery in next 2 days. So here i am, it is been 18days and still awaiting for my bike. Rest will be posted on Social Media (Character limit on this website). Please contact me on below mentioned number ASAP.

    Sir I bought Honda cb shine in year 2016
    It was two years warranty + three years warranty extended by the company
    Now my bike engine is half damage
    But I have 1.5 years warranty remaining
    But agency owners clearly denied for this warranty and upcoming 10-15 days my bike minor fault changes in major fault.

      In may this year, i purchased honda activa 5g from city honda showroom in kalyan nagar, bangalore, india. Since then, i have faced multiple issues which has led me to give it for servicing atleast 5 times. Each time, the problem that i face is acknowledged and resolved, but soon again similar or another one starts.

      Initially it started with the bike wobbling a lot. I took it to service centre and they fixed it but then soon i noticed that it is getting stuck and not freely moving right turn or left turn. After that was fixed, i noticed that the air is constantly low in the bike.

      On the last occasion, there was air leakage in the front tyre of my bike. I was sent to mrf showroom to change the tyre. I was also told that several new customers are facing this issue. If this is the case, why would honda continue to use mrf tyres? On one evening while returning from work, my bike skid on the wet roads (Since we are currently having heavy rainfall). This was due to the faulty tyre. Imagine if i had broken a leg or worst - lost my life due to bike going out of control?

      It has been just 10 days since i got the bike fixed from this tyre problem and now the pick up is too low. It does not go beyond 20kmph. This is even lower speed than my other 12 year old honda activa bike is giving as mileage. Yesterday my husband was riding the bike and suddenly it stopped in the middle of the road. A bus was coming behind us and luckily it wasn't too fast. Else, i wouldn't have been alive to write this email.

      After two incidents which have been life threatening, i am writing to ask you would you accept this to be an acceptable standard of bike quality to be sold by honda? Would you risk you loved one on a bike this on indian roads?

      I come from a customer service background and i have to say that your company's customer service is simply amazing. Right from the executive who answers the phone to the showroom manager to the service centre people - they all are polite & genuinely try to help me. But there is only so much that they can do. If the product is already so defective what can they do? How many times will they keep repairing it. I don't see this bike lasting longer than 1 year.

      Honda forced me to take back the bike despite the issue not being resolved. Despite taking a test ride and telling them that there is a problem with the bike still, they did not agree.

      I am very unhappy with the attitude of Honda staff. They seemed to be more focused on closing the complaint rather than resolving it. Towards the end the staff became pretty rude during their interaction and made me feel petty which is so unfair.

        Since i have taken this vehicle. I have suffered a lot... Due to pork problem i had covered insurance which costed 11000..in which i paid 5500in showroom... After service 2days later again pork problem handle shaking.. I paid 1000 in private centre and got it done... Again the vehicle is stopping suddenly... Totally about 15000 i have spent on this vehicle... I want value for my money... This is seriously #... Pls kindly help me

          I'am never satisfied with honda service center service... Its the 3rd class service i have ever seen. Every time i have to reach twice for proper servicing. No one take responsibility there to solve our issues. Every time they repeat the same mistake never done the things i have told to do. I have to reach again and again to solve my issues.

            I am Alok Kumar my vehicle no is Jh01BS 1002. My broblem is loced my vehicle Dicky. Face lot of problems so, I opend the loced goes to easy ride Honda service center but the high invoice bill send in my hand. That is not good. Face lot of problems.please solve it.

            Take any action dues to billing issues.

              I am manjot singh bhatia, i purchased honda activa 5g (Brown) on 8th june 2018 vehicle no mp 18 sa 0314 from keshav honda beohari dist - shahdol mp 484774 and till now i have not received my rc, in month of october 2018 i receive my no only, and in rc name was incorrect.
              I continue talk with owner mr. Gupta and head mr. Anil, personally face to face and over phone also. But they were just paasing time.. Now day before yesterday i talk mr gupta then his reply was that "rto is denying to change my name, he has 3 file with same problem 2 were corrected by rto but one o[censored]r (Manjot) denied by rto" i told him u r telling lei then he is telling that it is not my responsiblity to do that work.. Then i told him that who is responsible for it..

              I confirmed from rto sir shahdol, he informed me that it is totaly mistake of dealer either he has not submit proper document or he has not file ur case. We will deffinetly do if all the needed documents will in proper manner..

              This such type of behaviour is not good, and now i will not bare it.

              Now i am giving u 5 days for it else i will go consumer court for it, as u also know how trafic fine is going on if i will be fined because of it i will take it from ur end..

                I HAVE PAID RS 7783/- ON 01.08.2019 VIA SWIPE MACHIE BUT AS PER THE MERCHATN PAYMENT NOT YET DEPOSITED IN HIS ACCOUNT . I HAVE COMPLAINT TO HDFC BANK ON 06.08.2019 AND CDF (CONSUMER DISPUTE FORM) FORM SUBMITED TO BANK EXECUTIVE AND IT WAS INFROM ME THAT THIS ISSUE WILL BE SOLVE WITHIN 7 DAYS, BUT TILL DATE IT WAS NOT YET SOLVED. TODAY 15.09.2019 I HAVE REGISTRED ONLINECOMPLAINT AND IT WAS TOLD ME THAT IS WILL TAKE MORE TIME TO SOLVE IT. THE MERCHANT CAN NOT WAIT MORE TIME. I AM REQUESTING YOU TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP

                  I has been given bike to addi honda service center for servicing at vanasthalipuram, near d mart, hyderabad on 14.09.2019. The service manager doesn't listening customer words also and servicing also done in a same way. Before servicing, bike is in good condition but after servicing, my bike creating noise and disc break is not working and disc plate is heating. Rear wheel break is not working properly and it is also heating continuously as well as engine also. I was paid rs.1650 rupees for servicing, after facing these problems, i met to service center once again, they simply asking one more thousand for replacing all the parts which has been heating in bike. So, instant of servicing the bike, i may go for purchasing new bike is better choice. Now honda continue the service in a same way, the future definitely will give good reflection on your products. Products is good but servicing is not et all good, which means poor management or worse service system.

                    Worst ever service done by a honda service dealer. The manager doesn't even care for the customer complaints. Service done is not at all related to the job card noted down at the time of taking bike for service. And the customer care number they provide won't even pick up the call, and even if they pick up they talk recklessly as if they are not bothered. It took 4 days for my bike to get servicing and even then they didn't call me and inform...

                    I have send my activa for oil change to company. The activa was in a good running condition before oil change and we are not facing any problem. But still the service center has change the ignition coil without reason and without informing us. I have told them only to change oil in the job sheet. They have charge rs 1032.90. And after changing the coil the new starting problem begin. Kindly resolve my issue otherwise i have to go to consumer court

                        I buy a new honda cb unicorn 150 cc from a b. U. Bhandari, pune dealer before a 1 month ago. Initially i complaint against dealer and company but they do not take initiate action on my complaint. They have delivered a defective bike, through showroom & without quality checking handle and chassis part.
                        Issue with the my new bike handle assembly is right side tilted. That's way bike is not maintain proper balance & many time bike skit on road. Increases a stress on my right hand after driving a bike not conformable a rider. I have complained it to company 3 to 4 times and shown to service center 5 to 6 times they have tried to repair but the issue is still persist (On date:). Service center now saying that problem is solved but it is not solved.. They have forcefully signed the letter with problem is solved and mentally harassed on me by a service center lady said "please check your right hand problem on medical center". Also she don't have a manners to talk with customers.
                        I want service my bike problem by company but they are not ready to do this.. Plzz help me to solve this problem asap. Otherwise i will fill a case against a company by the motor vehicle amendment act 110a.

                          I, lokendra tatwavedy bought honda shine from dhanlaxmi honda sirohi rajasthan approx oct-18. All the three mandatory service done by me timely. I found some uncomfort from last three or four months. I went to the service station and complaint that. The service person check and advised that it will improve automatically, but it never improved. Than i met to the manager/ owner, he told me that the sock absorber has finished/spoiled and you have to change at your own expense. I told that it run only 13400 km. He didnot response and misbehave with me.
                          Now what should i do. That type of owner/ manager would harmful for company. Give me your advise otherwise i will have to take further decision.

                            Hi team,
                            I have bought new hornet bike and delivery on 11/09/2019 (Wednesday). On friday nit suddenly my bike got stopped in the middle of the road @ 11pm so i parked in my bike friend home. Next day morning i contacted that showroom ([protected]@10am), they dididn't pick the call. After an hour they call me.. I have informed them. They said i will send some service persons to that place. After waiting 3 hrs then i called them, they said we are going to start. finally i got irritated and went to near my mechanic shop. They solved the problem in 5 mins. He said this is very minor issue.
                            I really fell bad no one from the showroom supported me to solve the problem, where bike is delivered 3days ago.
                            Please take necessary action on that showroom.

                              Myself shayan hanif khatri purchased activa 5g deluxe chasis no. Me4jf50baku188761 engine no. Jf50eu8188798 dt.[protected].

                              Only 5 months has passed my vehicle start button is not working properly and also kick is not working properly & engine get cooled within fraction of second after 2nd service is done and also i do not get average of vehicle

                              I think so i have received a defected vehicle from authorized dealer or else replace the new one as i am not satisfied with this vehicle because every time engine get cooled down when i am stuck in traffic then i need to kick more than 5 times after giving accelerator

                              Please look into the matter at the earliest

                                I am having starting problem in my honda activa 5g since i purchased 1 year back & serviced 4 times regularly but after the service, every time i had an issue of starting problem in 4 services also & has been escalated & highlighted to service center. Due to the belief in honda brand i was quite confident that there wont be any major issues but when checked with service center i came to know that there is an issue with carburetor problem, air filter problem & finally said engine (Head problem). The last service was done on 18th of august 2019 & within 2 days i faced the same issue & following up the same issue since last one week but no proper response nor issue is resolved, i need proper solution to be provided or replace my scooter as its covered with 2 year warranty...

                                    Delay in replacing the CDI part by aadhi honda at coimbatore

                                    They are dragging for past 1 week, saying 5 more days required,

                                    when raise a complaint they resolve it immediately without resolving the problem

                                    I was told the warranty part has to come from rajasthan .Not sure why any stock there for such parts in south india.

                                    Even standby vehicle not there .

                                    Your service centre at Gaunariya Babu, byke servicing is too bad, because after servicing byke the same issue is continuing in byke.

                                      Dear sir

                                      I am purchase honda 2 wheeler hona sp shine 125 near about 6 manth before. First few days it's running ok. But after that some issues comings in some time no start or triffc time sandly auto stop bike, after 10 to 20 start and front disc brack pad finish only 8000. Alrady complaint for online but no salution my complaint. I shall go to service center but they are not gives complete satisfaction to me.
