Delear is not providing full documents, as we have purchased activa near diwali 28.10.2019, but temperorary no and extended warranty have not issued to me.

Calling to agency owner but not responding, i am not able to drive my activa, we are facing harshment from police department due to non compliance of documents
And not responding also.

    Earlier i used hero honda super splendor bike. Recently i procured honda shine bike from your dealer pearl honda. Daily i ride the bike 30 kms to reach our factory. I used to put my office bag in the right side of the bike. The first day i ride the new bike honda shine, my office bag got burned due the heat of silencer. I checked the silencer and shocked that the silencer steel cover has covered only half of the silencer. There is no safety to protect from the heat of the silencer. It is a blender mistake of design. I checked the super splendor silencer, the silencer steel cover has covered fully the silencer. It is 100% safety. Request you to take the action against my complaint at the earliest.

      After 100 follow up and wasting about 200 kilometres humiliation from mr

      Very bas treatment from shrikant shukla on his agency.

        Sir maine 18th oct ko activa125 bs6 ka top model liya tha, lekin abhi tak mujhe registration certificate nahi mila, jiske liye mujhe kafi pareshani ho raha hai. Aur kal maine apne activa ka pehla free servicing karwaya tha, lekin servicing bhi ghatiya tarike se kiya gaya. Isiliye honda company se mera request hai, kripaya inn baato me dhyan de. Aur jitna jaldi ho sake mujhe registration certificate dilwaye.

          I had put my activa for servicing. And my double stand was little broken but it works perfectly. But when i put my activa in service and then after when i collect it then my double stand was totally broken. I don't know how they are giving this type of service. When i told him then they are arguing with me.

          Please help me here. I already taken its service membership but not satisfy with this service. Please do needful here

          I go maa Durga service agency at 11 : 00 am and they give delivery time 12:00 pm but still (1:15 pm) they not started work.when I said for delivery time he misbehave with me.

            My vehicle REG NO TN 45 BT 3406.NAME S.JAYARAJ.last service date 07.11.2019 dealer code TN05BA01 MA HONDA manapparai.realy sorry to say this, this time service is useless service in your centre..Because knowboday can not authorized care about vechicle complaint..Just service booking asuseual oil change some consumable and labour charges..Evening delivered correctly, realy my vehicle complaint is chain cover over noising in running time, i said specific this problem but nobody can not care about it.today 11.12.2019 on words i am going again your center, but 35 minutes waste of my time kindly give the proper training to your staff. I will solve my vehicle problem in under the tree most experience mechanic..Don't call again to remind service call..

              Hi this is santosh khetade i have bought a honda cliq scooter last 3 months ago when i bought this scooter sels man sell me one year old bike just wash with delayed at 8 pm
              Next morning i saw that my bikes mudguard meter glasses and frontlight panal are break and so i go to showroom and demanded another cliq bikes but they said me paper and registration are completed so they give me a written slip for chenging front fibre items but till date they don't take responsibility

              I have purchased honda aviator last year gj 23 da 4052 in the month of October. since my purchase my aviator face problem regarding CDR and wiring, i have kept my vehicle several time at there service center but they are unable to trouble shoot my problem. They have accused that this breakdown will not happen again but the problem persist.
              I bought new bike past 8 days. I Need full size of helmet because of avoiding dust formation & safe our life but They only off size helmet gave. If I full size helmet they receive extra charge so humble request to honda showroom please maximum Two helmet gave to customers

                I bought scooty 3 years ago from your dealer named hindon automobiles and the address is 89b, near shriram piston, meerut road, ghaziabad, up, 201001. (M) [protected]. During the service, i asked the agency to fix the clutch problem and they also took the money to fix it, but the problem was not solved. And when i went to tell them again that the problem was still there, they completely ignore it. Please help me regarding this problem. It effects the customer loyality against honda users.

                  My scooty was doing good and just wanted to service it as it was due. So in september 2019 i have given it to harmony honda service center in lingampally. 2 days after, i started to notice that petrol consumption was increasing and there were vibrations from the rear part of the vehicle.

                  So once again i took it to the service center and mentioned the problem. They over ruled it and told me that as the engine oil was changed it will take few days time to adjust which not compelling to me. Additionally, few weeks down the line my scooty has broke down in the middle of the main road. This has never happend to me in past 4 years. I got it fixed from a honda mechanic later that day. From then, the front part of the vehicle and the handle started to vibrate during the initial start of the vehicle from rest.

                  So after one and half months of service i decided to take it to lingampally service center again and mentioned all of the complaints very clearly and demonstrated the vibration to the person in-charge of the workshop. The next day i got a call that my vehicle was ready and can be taken. But as i reached there and took my vehicle and rode it for just 10 feet i could still feel the vibrations. By this time i lost the trust on honda.

                  However still maintaining my composure i informed the mechanic again about the problem and he was giving all stupid reasons that had nothing to do with the vibration. I informed supervisor and then it was the first time the mechanic took a test-drive to experience the vibration. It is so pathetic that the main problem was not at all considered during the service. Then the mechanic with the help of other senior mechanic got to know that there was a fault with clutch.

                  More over i had to wait 2 hours outside the workshop. During this time there were 5 more complaints for the customers regarding the quality of the service and their respective vehicle problems were not resolved.

                  I really wanted to bring it to the notice as this is not what we as customers expect from a genuine honda service stations. I feel the quality of labour is not to the mark.

                  I need this complaint to be taken seriously and aproper feedback mechanism so that the customer experience and trust is not effected.

                    I have given my honda xblade vehicle for 3 rd service.. Previously bike was in good condition. After the service its started producing more sounds.. I taken that as complaint and went to the service centre 3 thrice. Again and again same problem occurs after 1 week. Feeling frustrated on the service. Requires immediate attention to resolve this issue.

                      My honda activa 125 showing starting trouble.. Only 7 months old. 31.10.2019 i gave for service to nikkoy honda calicut that time i informed them scooter have starting trouble.. Again same prblm shows very next-day. Nikkoy honda calicut very irresponsible service giving to customers.. I'm disappointed for purchased this product because very bad service also cluster panel glass... Poor quality..

                        Using activa 3g for 17 years. Recently my vehicle is getting stopped when i slow down the bike. I have given service frequently as 3 times in 20 days interval. It works for first 3 days after that the vehicle stops again when i slow down.

                          Hi, i left my bike for service at balaji honda near chennai on saturday (November 2nd 2019) and i got my bike on next day (November 3rd 2019). But today i was shocked to see that under my seat the storage space was damaged, there was a square shaped screw space and 2 sides of that square got damaged, its only because of the person who tried to remove/restore the screws, for me its none of the business to touch the screw i am sure that the person who is servicing my bike have broken that material. Is that professional? I need it to be replaced on time.

                            Sir, i purchased honda activa 125 limited edition on 24 oct 2019 at raba krr honda krr thottam, opp. Diamond theatre karuvampalayam, tirupur 641604
                            Tamil nadu.

                            When i reported for a complaint of vibration of high intensity at the time of move and also while moving after a halt at signals., i was asked to bring the vehicle after deepavali. When i again took the vehicle on 31 oct. I was informed that no mechanics turned up for duty after deepavali. Again i took the vehicle to the dealers workshop, again same reply...
                            This kind of reply is of irritating nature to the customers.

                            When will the fault of my vehicle be attended to? Is there anybody to pay prompt attention. The new vehicle is now at the dealers workshop from 05 nov 2019.

                            If the same worst post service situation prevails, it will not only spoil the reputation and prestige of honda group and also it's honorable leadership.

                                Dear sir / madam, request some one to at least reply for our grievance and request for advise what to decide and whether to consider dealer estimation of rs.16, 000/- for a vechicle 10 years old but driven only 65000 km +. Very disappointed on false allegations from coimbatore regional office staff whom we managed to reach out via landline but unfortunately not having courtesy / business attitude for acknowledging / replying to our emails. Would appreciate a courtesy reply or call from a nodal authority at least for customer satisfaction who has trusted honda and bought vechicle instead of forwarding and relying dealer to handle it when the customer has a different request.                                   Servicing not carefully, the showroom management ignoring all the issues at the time of servicing. Just because the customer will come again to the showroom to pay extra charge and he could change or repair his parts of bike which is necessary.

                                    As my choice of honda bike i had bought i bike livo from the trilanga near by aura mall showroom but i totally discertify of your showroom miss guide they made us full and robbed money from the customers their behavior is also not good, when we visited and chosen that livo bike they gave us cottation and we paid 31000 thausand but they gave use recipe of rs 27000 and second they didn't say anything about the pay of rs 400 for agreement and we had also but after gave all payments they again demand of rs 400. They didn't put sound bujjer till today and they promised to give us helmet but we are visiting there from the 31st of october they don't give response properly about these how long have to visit there please give response and company compelling us to go to consumer court,

                                      I am using a honda unicorn 150. It's just 1 year and 2 months old. For the past 4 months i have been facing problem with oil leakage in engine.in the past four months i gave service twice reporting the same problem to the service centre at anna nagar, chennai jsp group. First time in june and second time in october, both the time my compliant was not resolved and i am still facing the same problem. I was also charged 1280rs in the october month. During my 2nd time service i reported only two compliants 1. Engine oil leakage 2. Chain sprocket improperly fit, as soon as i took delivery of vehicle i noticed that my 2nd compliant was not at all resolved and within a month 1st complaint had also started giving me trouble. Totally disappointed with the quality of service and products. I demand a better service for the cost i have paid last month.

                                        I have purchased honda activa two year back in the month of november. Since my purchase my activa faced same problem regarding self start, i have kept my vehicle several time at there service center but they are unable to trouble shoot my problem. They have assured me that the battery is not charged will not happen again but the problem persist and will not repeat. After warranty period is over they are saying that battery is not worked properly and its damaged.

                                        This is a truly misguide and wrong intention. There are two reason for misguide
                                        1) technical staff not expert in their work
                                        2) they want to purchase new battery related to sales only

                                        You can see job card of my vehicle service. You found every time i have defined the same issue.

                                        I want to resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will escalate such type of poor service on social media resulting you have to great loss.
