Dear sir, i was purchased my honda dream neo at 21 september, 2018. So i completed my four free services. During every services, i complain for corrosives silencer of bike. But everytime this matter ignored by them and told me with consolation that "it will be solve by us, so don't worry". After completion of four services i was taken warranty for change silencer because of it downplayed too much, so the workshop supervisor of showroom told me that "i will change your silencer in two days". After two days they call mee and said that "your bike's silencer is change and please come at showroom to take your bike". I was gone their showroom and take my bike, i saw my bike's silencer and it was looked like a new. But i seen deeply with small eyes and knew that only black color spread on silencer. They was colored and didn't tell me. Then i told them that it was wrong with me. But didn't take action and behave with badly.
It is too much poor service quality of honda 2 wheeler showroom of morbi in gujarat. I have no words to tell them. I am disappointed for playing this kind of game with me. I think, that's like too many cases were make their.
