I have bought activa 5g in october 2018. From past 1 month, i have been facing self start problem. Its very worse experience with honda brand. While riding, bike gets off (Engine gets off) automatically on road that's bothering me. I gave bike for servicing complaining about this issue, but after servicing also self start is not working. As a women, i chose activa for better experience, but its quite different....

For last 3 months i m continuously visiting the showroom for battery side box (Black colour) bt continuously they are disappointing me. I do have a honda shine cb125... Which i have purchased from akd honda in the year 2014... But there customer service is very poor.. Plz look after this fact&try to solve it as soon as possible......

Usually i have seen motor vechile i have given for servicing is washed at the end and before that is servicing is done. But today i have seen them doing the viceversa and on being asking about the fact i was said that this comes as per rules that 1st washing will be done and than servicing. But i am damn sure regarding the fact that this is false and there is no such rules...

I want to complain that i harpreet singh from kapurthala bought an activa from gs honda jalandhar. I done a payment through check. Dealer asked me for giving rs.470 because of check bounce. I had to paid rs.470 extra which is not justifiable. They don't even gave me any proof (Bill) of charging rs.470 from me. My compaint ticket number is 1-[protected]

Given my vehicle on 7th aug first they said they will delivery my vehicle on 8th aug evening and post pond it to next day without any intimation they didnt even cal me still i call them and next day they said to come on 2pm. I have send to my brother for service my scooty Activa 5g the service manager has ask him any paid scheme he had refused that but after reject the scheme he has told me my brother I'll confirm one more time over the phone so bother reply ok
But haven't get any call but during the bill time service centre added the 500rs approx in service
When my brother refuses for that he told him bill already...

I like honda very much but in my vehicle having vibration issue on feb 2019 on wards so many complaints given but not solved my problem.

Battery of honda activa 5g od33w1844 within warranty became faulty within 6 months of purchase and handed over the same in plg honda service center baramunda, bhubaneswar on 29.07.2019 for replacement. It was assured to replace the same within days. But the same has not yet been replaced inspite of repeated telephonic request and visit to the service center.

I have given my honda active for service to yume honda railway road gurgaon on 4 aug 2019 at 8:45 am after telling what issue to fix after servicing it's not done and i have been charged for work. I told manager over there however he is least bothered about costumer hence i have to go with arugement with which i never wanted. But it's a serious failure of customer satisfaction and this is not the first time i faced problem after purchase...

I've purchased honda cb shine last year, after 3 months, 1) excessive noise started comes from engine and 2) key lock doesn't oprats smoothly its making so trouble to insert and out key from lock, but amideep service center techinician and some other officer continously dening from 3 months of purchase, on other hand other honda cb shine doesnt making noise like my bike, so i requesting good support from you to repair or change my engine...

I gave my honda activa for service on 29/07/19 to an authorized service center located in madinaguda area of hyderabad. They returned the bike breaking my front doom. When asked about this they started telling that it all is present even before giving the bike for service. We are hopeless and are trying to make it known to every honda user to not to give their bikes for servicing in this center....

Hi team i bough honda activa 5g on 25/06/2019, during delivery i found a big scratch on back side so i t contact company sales manager mr. Tiwari and he told me that back side left panel is not available now we will change in next 2-3 days, i go to store 2 times then they said we will change it on service time.
