I bought hornet 160r at vijaya lakshmi honda showroom in kovvuru.
My new bike display will not working
I will complaint to branch manager
They will not respond properly
He take two months time
My problem doesn't solve
So plz rectify my problem and give me reply with in 24 hours
If we doesn't rectify my problem i will go to consumer court

    I have been constantly suffering service related issues since past 1 year. Even after paying all bills, changing all the recommended parts there are weird notice from the vehicle whenever I hit a rough patch or even a hump. Last time they changed bush but within 2 days same problem occured again. Today when I gave my activa for service at Harsheel honda, Rourkela. My delivery time was 5.30PM. When I got there, hardly 2-3 members were present. And no work as per job sheet was done. The vehicle was just washed and marked as ready. On enquiring I was told to bring the vehicle not being rectified, they said we are unaware some other mechanic might have changed the part last time what can we do. They asked to bring the vehicle again, I asked them atleast they could have informed if the vechicle was not ready by call or something first they said sorry and later they started making aligations that we called but no one received. Which was clearly faked up. As I live far I said I will bring back the vehicle again some other day as I stay a little occupied hardly get time to visit service station, they made bill of some part which was already ok and forced me to pay the bill and take the vehicle. The part was working perfectly and had no connection with the job sheet moreover was changed without any approval. Then they agreed to put on the previous part back and take out the new part. (Please note the new part is no more used in nowadays vechicle, and this was clearly a stunt to get there left over stock used as when I asked that this was working perfectly why did you change it, they constantly changed the topic). Then they started to become rude and eventually said that the noise that my vehicle was making in jerks and potholes is because of visor not having rearview mirrors which is completely baseless. What do mudguard and batter cover have to do with headlights. It's been a year and so much money to get it fixed. Cout have get it done somewhere out but have booked one year amc with the service center so insisted on getting it done there as only one out if 3 free services were used. No reponses to calls when I called all available numbers and the number from where I got a call when my vehicle was being handed over to mechanic. I must have called at least 10 times it was on call wait and no reply.

      Dear sir/madam,

      1. I booked cb unicorn at nidheesh honda (Devanahalli bangalore rural) and transffered money (23.08.19) to showroom account. But when i went to delivery as instructed by staff, they said fuel tank has some problem and we will give you new bike next day. They said that matter after completion of all signature process that is not fair. They can say the same matter before only and that too i m in touch in call with them from morning onwards. They said in the evening that too completion of all process.

      2. And the same day, i paid extra fitting charges for cb unicorn by cash rs. 1830 by giving 2000 rupee note and i forgot to collect change and i left showroom. After some time i came and ask the change, the lady cashier in billing section was saying i given change already. I dont know why the people are behaving like that in showroom. I thought to ask the cc camera footage but for rs170 asking that is not manners and i left the showroom without talking any single word.

      I am requesting, whoever reading this complaints please instruct staff to dont behave like innocents with customers and at the same time dont misuse customers patience for their business purpose.

      I hope this will not happen for another customers.

        I went to service my activa 3g in harish honda silchar assam, where they were supposed to normal service my scooty as i don't had any trouble they gave me list of things to be done in my scooty i said ok, evrything done i paid when i saw scooty it was not even properly washed and polished after i said they washed it and polished and made a big scratch and said it was already there, but that scratch was not there earlier and i took my scooty and went, in the middle of road i found my horn is not working then after sometime it worked and again it stopped working, my question is that we go to servicing centre to get our scooty serviced or we allow your staff to make them bad after payment, its horrible as we dont have time for doing all these only.

          Poor customer service, staffs do not show any interest/ courtesy or any welcoming gesture. Even standing in your show room asking for water, that is also not made available, until asked again and again.
          We have doubt about accessories purchased, for which manager start misbehaving with my colleague send yesterday.
          The person who assigned to me, even not helped in anyway. I asked for fancy numbers, but that useless fellow ruined my hope in getting that number.
          Service center person does not paid attention to recheck before handing over to vehicle, which leads to unsolved my problems of brakes and noise. Overall sad experience with all over association of radiant honda.

            I own a 2018 model, cbr 250 r which has completed 3900kms. Last week when i was casually checking my bike, to my surprise i noticed the front and rear brake pads worn out completely. Initiating consequential wear to the brake discs.

            I took my bike to the showroom @ evm honda, vyttila on friday i. E.[protected] around noon. The supervisor checked and confirmed the wear and asked me to wait. Later i was told the case has been escalated to the head office (Probably principles) through mail and we need to wait for their reply for further action.

            As nobody from the service center called me, by evening i called the service advisor mr. Rahim regarding the status of the mail, he said the vehicle would be returned the next day with necessary repairs carried out after receiving the mail reply.

            Next day i. E.[protected], as nobody from the service center called me i called mr. Rahim for the status and spoke to the supervisor. He said the pads need to be replaced and as this being a wear & tear part no warranty is covered.

            At around noon mr. Joyish, crm called and he offered a discount for the brake pads; which i straight away refused. He said a technical team is visiting the workshop and that they would look into the matter and call me back within two days.

            Also i can hardly refrain myself from mentioning the tragic service experience i had earlier.

            When i bought the vehicle there was a rattling noise audible from the right side kit, a nut was missing. They said the part would be ordered and will call me as they receive the part (Which they never did).

            Later i called and enquired about the part and then on its arrival, got it fixed.

            I had the bike got serviced @ 1000 kms for 1st service in june 2019. After taking delivery noticed there was oil leaking from underneath; a nut was missing. I called up the service center. They took the vehicle to service center, got the nut installed and returned the bike.

            Sadly the rattling noise which was audible when i first bought the vehicle has started again.

            It appears no final quality check is done before the vehicle is delivered.

            One thing is for sure; however good the vehicle is, your service is dreadful.

            With the vehicle well under warranty, i am wondering why i have to shelve something from my pockets; that too for the premature wear of the brake pads.

            If the standard and quality of one of the foremost safety related part is in this condition and that too for such a less driven kms what assurance can you give on the replaced part?

            I had reg. complaint regarding my bike MH04JR 7095 on your website portal, but till no any call from your end I am very frustrated from V J Honda Management Ulhasnagar and Titwala also.
            I had handover my bike on 8th August 2019 with all required documents and at V J Honda Titwala But till date no any call from your side.

              My honda shine fluctuate during running on road, below 50 km/hr.
              Jurk is taking during riding.
              Very high level noise over the 40 km/hr as compare to other honda shine.
              Chowk have to use in every start.
              Fuel consumption is very high.
              Total 4 times have shown to honda showroom (Yume honda old railway road gurgaon haryana) and after repairing only one day will have in normal condition and after that same behave will do.

                Hi,
                I have purchased activa 5g from mogha automobile honda in 13 june 2018 but unfortunately it was with damaged battery. Don't know where the mistake happened either at honda or dealer, but i was cheated by trusting honda. Really i felt so bad about this and now facing air leakage through tyres. You have taken full price from me. They why did you cheat me like this. Really i never trust honda again. Even dealers also don't respond well... Through honda two wheeler service center i am told that the warranty of the battery is 1 year.

                While the warranty is written in the customer manual for 18 months. I am charged for the battery during the warranty period.

                  Hi this is ramesh sunnapu my new cb unicorn 150 bike is giving 28 kilometers per liter. Company says 55kms/ltr i'm already told the service center they are not responding properly and abs also miss performing some times. Company given 4 free services but they are collecting 100rs for labour charge and 90rs for maintenance charges. How can say it's free service so kindly solve my problem.

                      This is gokul from erode. I purchase honda activate 5g on july month in noble honda showroom, nadarmedu. At that time of purchase they told that total price is 78000. We think that the same price is in all showroom but after one week in main branch they sold the same vehicle for 74000. I reason i purchased in this showroom is near to my home. But the price difference is too high. And the customer quires also not cleared properly. Whatever the question we raise they simply told that we will do it in next week or 10 days. After a week if we ask the same question they reply the same answer. Very very worst. Don't purchase any vehicles in noble honda.

                        Hi, this is ratnadeep arvind rane i have purchased a unicorn honda bike on 2/08/2018 from the date it started stopped working so i replaced it with a new battery from the branch of jhaveri auto pvt. Ltd, precious building, t. J. Road, cotton green, mumbai. But during the warranty date came near the starter problem occurred so i went to them to show the problem they took the details and told me within a week we will replace the battery but when i went to get it replace they told me that your warranty is expired within this two days wherelse i reported before time the battery which was placed had a starting trouble which i can say it was a duplicate one now they told me you have to buy a new one for which i have to say it is a cheating done with me where the trust we the product of honda bike is gone it is worthless to ride the bike, they have spoiled the riding mood hence i need justice regarding the battery.

                          I have purchased honda activa from sarvpriya honda activa agency located at dandran road dugri ludhiana and dealer ensure me to register rc and i will get the permanent registration number next date. But i am sorry to informed that after the one month passed but i have not recieved permanent registration number, i have visited the agency many times. I am facing many problem. I am working and purchased the scooter for my daily routine work and for going office, but i am unable to drive the scooter due to non recieved of rc and permanent registration number. Kindly di the appropriate steps to issue me rc and permanent number.

                            Your company has a good repotation in the market this kind of lineancies is not good for your company this affects your companies repotation
                            Gs honda jalandhar had collected rs.470 from me they didn't gave me any proof/bill regarding that money

                              Wheel tyre is voobling, i a sure there is a defect in the tyre.. Keeping this in mind we approached the honda dealership which is at frazer town at mosque road.. We could not believe that the staff was never supporting not even listening to ur queries.. Really found the staff to be very rude and do not have throw knowledge.. I a serious i think they need attend customer oriented programs.. Any way choice is your honda..

                              Coming to the matter we showed them the bike and told them that this is the problem and the tyre has being bulged.. Immediately all you staff started pouncing that this tyre is not our its tvs company and we have nothing to do with it

                              Now as a customer i get into honda showroom.. Do i get the choice where i can choose or get my own brands and get the vehicle done???

                              We as a general public keep the brand on mind honda active (Hope u getting it sir/madam)

                              No when i go to your show room and show my bike.. Your own staff says it is not our problem please go to tvs showroom and they will do the needful (We only come in keeping honda brand on our mind... Why the hell should i go to a different brand overall and tell my issues..

                              Looks like going forward will need to give all the bills of all the parts that your honda active as been assembled.. So we can start going to different brands and getting our vehicles rectified...

                              Honestly since this is a small issue i do not want to mark this mail to your seniors

                                  My company has purchased an Honda vehicle for myself and the vehicle and RC were distributed by Honda Dealer.The Dealer has given wrong vehicle and RC details are not matching with Original vehicle number.The same vehicle has been sold to myself and received the NOC as per RC and Shifted the vehicle to my home Town.While re registering at my Native place RTO they have found the mismatch and rejected the same.During detailed investigation found that the wrong vehicle and RC has distributed by Honda Dealer .We have contacted Honda Customer care as well as dealer but no solution has received yet

                                    I have bought activa 5g in october 2018. From past 1 month, i have been facing self start problem. Its very worse experience with honda brand. While riding, bike gets off (Engine gets off) automatically on road that's bothering me. I gave bike for servicing complaining about this issue, but after servicing also self start is not working. As a women, i chose activa for better experience, but its quite different.

                                      My name is subhasish pyne&i from westbengal berhampore... The honda showroom situated over here is akd honda... For last 3 months i m continuously visiting the showroom for battery side box (Black colour) bt continuously they are disappointing me. I do have a honda shine cb125... Which i have purchased from akd honda in the year 2014... But there customer service is very poor.. Plz look after this fact&try to solve it as soon as possible...
