Sir
Battery of honda activa 5g od33w1844 within warranty became faulty within 6 months of purchase and handed over the same in plg honda service center baramunda, bhubaneswar on 29.07.2019 for replacement. It was assured to replace the same within days. But the same has not yet been replaced inspite of repeated telephonic request and visit to the service center.
Please do needful.

    I have given my honda active for service to yume honda railway road gurgaon on 4 aug 2019 at 8:45 am after telling what issue to fix after servicing it's not done and i have been charged for work. I told manager over there however he is least bothered about costumer hence i have to go with arugement with which i never wanted. But it's a serious failure of customer satisfaction and this is not the first time i faced problem after purchase of viechle this is third time. Kindly look into this matter

      I've purchased honda cb shine last year, after 3 months, 1) excessive noise started comes from engine and 2) key lock doesn't oprats smoothly its making so trouble to insert and out key from lock, but amideep service center techinician and some other officer continously dening from 3 months of purchase, on other hand other honda cb shine doesnt making noise like my bike, so i requesting good support from you to repair or change my engine and key lock, otherwise i'll go leagle actions against amideep and honda ltd.       Sir, I purchased two wheeler CB shine on 18.09.17.Now given for second paid service at JSPHONDA, arumbakkam. They are telling chain sprocket is weak and to be changed. With in this short period how chain sprocket will become weak and kilometer I used is less and also my bike is giving 45kms/liter which is comparatively less than other CB users.

        I gave my honda activa for service on 29/07/19 to an authorized service center located in madinaguda area of hyderabad. They returned the bike breaking my front doom. When asked about this they started telling that it all is present even before giving the bike for service. We are hopeless and are trying to make it known to every honda user to not to give their bikes for servicing in this center.

        Scooty is not working properly, it's many part's (mottor, meter, bettry) not working one by one, i can't repaire part's again and again, my scooter is only 6 month old, if warranty is finish then what can i do, plese give me the one perfact solution otherwise i take it action behalf of honda company. I want to replace my scooter that solve.
        I was admitted my scooty (dio) Adika service Hosur tamilnadu centre didnot keep the promise and not followed proper service . tbey wash vehicle and handedover the Vehicles So the costmer are disappointing. please investigate and inform me.

          This has reference to above subject, i p saravanan residing at no. 304, 122nd street, 5th block, muthamiza nagar, kodungaiyur, chennai, tamilnadu 600118 purchase new two wheeler cb shine model code. Cbf125l, engine no. Jc65e, frame no. Me4jc65 purchased dated 12/06/2019 and got the delivery on 20/06/2019 current meter reading is 75 km on[protected] and registered on 01/07/2019 registration no. Tn05bw8557, while driving the vehicle it got stopped and when it is showed to service station (Velachery honda show room) they have informed that you two wheeler clutch plate is got jam and need to replace and it will take approx. Rs. 4000/- and the same not covered under warranty.

          I was very much shocked to hear that, and i would like to bring this to your notice.

          Further, i request you to kindly check and clear my two-wheeler issue in the warranty only as the vehicle first servicing also not done till date.

          Please note that the customer purchase two-wheeler of honda because of trust, service, quality and brand image of the company.

          Hope you understand the same and resolve my two-wheeler issue at the earliest.

          Complain to agency they told replace with new one on paid basis.

            Hi team i bough honda activa 5g on 25/06/2019, during delivery i found a big scratch on back side so i t contact company sales manager mr. Tiwari and he told me that back side left panel is not available now we will change in next 2-3 days, i go to store 2 times then they said we will change it on service time. When i go for service they are telling that we wont change it we will paint it and it will take 2 days time. But this is not fair you change your promise and on service time you have not change back panel and now you are saying that left scooter and come back after 2 days. I have mr. Tiwari signed copy back side the bill. Hope you will solve this issue.

              I purchased honda activa125 from rohini honda on 11th july 2019. From next day, i am facing problem in starting it after parking it idle for few hours. And on every morning i have to use choke or kick to start it daily. On my first visit, dealer changed battery. On second visit they were not accepting it as a problem and after a debate dealer sent it to their workshop and they handed over it to me after some tuning. Unfortunately, both solutions did not help. So i visited rohini honda third time again and they kept my scooter for 24hours to see why it is not getting started using self start and did some cleaning of taped, carburetor, oil line, air line etc and handed over it to me. On same day, i parked it for 3hours and started it again and recorded a video of same, sent it to rohini honda supervisor and no response was give. Everytime they insist to get it repaired and they failed. Meanwhile, i raised complaint two times to honda motorcycles and scooters directly but they are also not accepting that this scooter is a manufacturing defected piece which was sold by their dealer knowingly to me. Their dealer has cheated on me. I have demanded for either refund the amount i have paid or replace it with a new one because issue is not resolved after 4 attempts. They are stating that choke is recommended everyday by honda but it is not written anywhere. Their technician have also visited my place to check it and recorded a video and again insisted to get it repaired. My concern is why should i accept a repaired piece if i have paid for a fresh fully functional piece.

              I need either a replacement of it or full refund. Have to go to district consumer forum otherwise for legal action.
              I buy a honda cb shine in may 2018. in statring my bike avrege is near about 45 . now my bike avrege is near about 25-30. i goes to honda agency in two times i have talked about my problem but my problem is not solved pls set my bike avrege i seted in two times in already in honda showroom but my problem is still going on.

                I have purchased a cbr 300-abs on[protected] from dugar. And paid them a total sum of rs.367529/- the following are the details of invoices/costs given by them to me:
                1) invoice for cbr 300r-abs 241000/-
                2) insurance 23484/-
                3) road tax 24690/-
                4) accessories bill-1 38688/-
                5) accessories bill-2 8197/-
                6) rsa amount (?) 1499/-
                Total 337558/-
                Amt refunded by chq 13929/-
                Grand total 351487/-

                After deducting rs. 351487/- from rs. 367529/- paid by me in total a sum of rs. 16042/- still stands refundable to me.
                Ms. Dugar automotives private limited refuses to give me any futher invoices and claims that the amount was paid as facilitation charges/bribes.
                Am i to believe that a reputed company like yours indulges in such activities?
                You are requested to intervene in this matter and arrange for refund of rs. 16042/- and avoid escalation of this matter.

                  On 13th july 2019. I paid the complete amount 81, 700 in two parts 50000 on 13th july 19 and 31700 on 14th july 19. Sales person suman requested one week for bike's registration. I gave him 10 days but still no registration process was initiated. On compulsion and continuous calls he managed to give us the bike but without registration. Noticed scratches in three places in the bike he gave and the way he treated was very bad. Andalso there were no invoice slip given and no tool kit was there, bike wasn't cleaned properly. I asked for refund of amount and since i lost all hopes with this dealer i did not have any intrest for replacement. Manager of the same gem honda shop mohan accepted to refund the amount on 25th july 19. I asked as cash because i no longer believe in them. He was insisting to give it as cheque. And also he asked to return the bike the day he will give the cheque. We have no hope on them nd the cheque processing will take time. If it has to be settled by cash he told it will take time. And now he is not in chennai and he is somewhere else. He is delaying the process nd we are hopeless now. Please help in getting back the cash and help us to relieve from this depressing situation because we had paid all the money and standing with a damaged bike.

But to my surprise you people are least bothered to take action against the said complaint.., today these dealers have supplied duplicate helmet later they will supply duplicate parts.. You people keep mum that time also.. I called up your customer care number and the person over there does not any manners to how to speak over phone and hes not listening to my complaint rather he"s going on telling like a recorded message..
                    Hope you people take immediate action and see to that i get my original helmet...

                        I bought honda activa 125 cc yesterday from the dealer called "wings honda" located on old madras road near tc palya signal, bangalore, they charged me 2% extra just for credit card transaction that is about rs.1800, why should customer bear that cost... What is digital india then? And its not a small amount, its about rs.90000 purchase... This is really ridiculous.

                          Purcahsed activa 5g from sai honda stadium road, bareilly on 30.06.2019. At that time mr moin told that i will get my rc with in a month. Now on asking today ie on 28.07.2019, about rc he showed me a board, hanged by the show room that rc will be given after 50- 60 days. I strongly condemn the nothing to do behavior of honda staff mr moin and harassment of customer. At the time of purchase they take rc charges including commission for making of rc. After that they show us the board. This is pathetic and will hurt the image of honda. Staff of sai honda stadium road bareilly is of very bad attitude, they don't even offer chair to customer whereas they shamelessly sitting on their chair. You are requested to look into the matter and instruct your dealer for providing me rc well in time and take an action against their employees for this type of attitude.

                            I gave my honda activa for servicing in jsp honda "authorized" service center madinaguda hyderabad branch on 26th july 2019 with brake issue and oiling issue and few minor issue. On the same day, they said that servicing is done and when i went to collect activa back it was not starting. On contacting they said battery is not functioning. They said electrical item can dysfunction any time and will not fix or replace. On arguing with them that when i came and they checked it was functioning they said it is like tube light can be off any time and thus even though it dysfunction same day of servicing by them they said its your fault and wont replace. On contacting there supervisor they said we will recharge and check so i kept bike for a day. Now, on 27th july, when i went to collect bike battery was not functioning as was the case day before and there is new problem where front end of vehicle part has gap now and now they said it might be prior problem and they cant help. So, i gave them 1 extra day to fix battery problem and they introduce new problem. All these are external problem, god knows how much internal damage is done. Being there 2 days, i can see almost all customer are dissatisfied with there service. Being "authorize" charging at good rate and delivering pathetic service. This is becoming a norm now a days. Please help

                            Hi this is tate dinesh.I got an accident at 14/062019.I am giving bike at swaraj honda showroom wai today is 23/07/2019 but still my bike is not delivered to me.plz help me out.the showroom owner says the parts not available.plz help me & deliver my bike as possible as early.

                              Hello sir/madam, i am telling about the workshop at bathinda international honda there the waiting area system is too bad the area^s air conditioner is not working also there is no fans. The time period of waiting for the work done by workers and receptionist is also too long also the service is not done properly. The workers donot pay attentionon our complaint.

                                  I have purchased honda hornet 160 r as on 2 nd january 2019. Within 3 months as on 14th april my vehicle steering was fully damaged by vihaan honda service centre thane manpada.in that case my upper tree brace, alignment and handle bar was fully damaged and it happened in front of me after that when i said to repair it they were never done the repairs professional else they use to take the vehicle inside make a job card and list give it as it is to me which i have seen everything. As on 18th april mr preshit todankar started shouting on me that we will not do it and cannot repair it as it was and shouted on me to go away from 14 th april till today 26th of july they never reverted me on my complaints as almost more than 60 mails were sent to them but no one is responding. Then my front tire is not rotating freely as the disc is bent but still that part was also not been changed. I made a complaint about starter that it's not working properly that too they didnt solved and as on today my vehicle just stopped in between the road while riding and the display, horn, starter not is working now and i needed to push my vehicle to bring at home. My whole hands are paining a lot whereas i asked to solve the issue of steering and handle bar but always say there is not problem whereas i showed them with an measuring tape that the handle bar is bent but still they changed it after explaining them with and old handle bar which was already damaged and my hands are paining a lot because of bent handle bar and improper alignment as the vehicle goes to right side while driving. Still i get answer that the vehicle is ok. So please let me knows after so many issues my vehicle they are not been resolved and why they are allowed to damage my vehicle. Currently i'm not able to start the vehicle who is responsible for this and who is responsible if i fall in an accident with that vehicle which is out of alignment. Another is the mr sagar patel an honda engineer says that the vehicle goes to right side because my body moves to left side. Mr abdul an mechanic of vihaan honda says that the vehicle goes to right side due to air and the other mechanics says that the vehicle goes to right side due to improper roads in india. So i want to ask is it a joke going on from last 4 months i'm not able to drive vehicle as i'm scared if i fall in accident with that no one is responding and what i get answer is vehicle is ok. Fine so i just asked an question to the honda engineer and vihaan honda technicians senior technicians that what is rake angle or head angle or swing arm via mail and verbally and i was shocked that no one was able to answer on my question. So the people who doesn't have any knowledge about steering how can they repair it or say the vehicle is ok as they dont have any knowledge and currently i'm looking for honda company that atleast you will resolve and repair my brand new vehicle costing 112000 but still you people are not registering my complaint and no action has been taken. May i know that should i expect any response and professional work from team honda or should i sell my vehicle and go for bajaj motorcycle as they have an alignment machine in their service centre which gives accurate alignment for the steering. It's been more than 4 months no one is even responding the service centre does not service the vehicle properly and due to your negligence i need to suffer a lot. What's is going on please let me know. Should i expect any help from honda or should i sell the vehicle. As currently my vehicle is not in working condition. I really dont know why honda sells defective vehicle and why service damages the vehicle very badly for which they cannot pay it. Why i should bear their mistake. I request you that please make a proper alignment of my vehicle from company with a new handle and check the whole vehicle properly as i'm not receiving any service from dealer vihaan honda. He will just create a job card and without doing any work he will return the vehicle. Looking for an positive response. Vehicle no mh04 jx 4643.

                                    This mail regarding about the quality of my unicorn bike is 1 year 2 months old,
                                    There are many defects in my bike mainly in engine, their is leakage of oil at the top of engine. Suddenly bike getting off, and my self is not working properly, and more over i am requesting your service center, they are refuse to solve and they are least bother abt my problems.

                                      I sincerely hope you spend the next 3 min reading this message.
                                      I had given my Honda Activa for service at Tirumalashettyhalli service station, Bengaluru on 24th July at 1000 hours. I was promised the bike would be delivered on 25th July in the evening.
                                      I called the service center on 25th July at 1620 hours and was told that it would be ready for pick up in an hour and would receive a call upon completion. I received a call at 1824 hours and was asked to pick up the vehicle at 1830 hours. I requested them to stay available at the center for some more time as I would take about 30 min to get there.
                                      I was promised that the center would be open for the next 30 min. I rushed to the center and reached there at 1856 hours to find that the store was closed.
                                      I called the same number and the gentleman said that he is about 10 km out from the service center and abruptly ended the call (which logically implies that he had closed the store at least 20 min ago). I called the store manager Mr. Sunil, but received no response from his end.
                                      I am sure this behavior is not up to your promised standard and you do not approve of the same.
                                      I have a few questions to the concerned party here:
                                      1. Why was I informed 6 min before the closing time of the store?
                                      2. Why was the store closed before the extra 30 min promised to me?
                                      3. Why was I not informed when the store guys were closing it?
                                      4. Why is there no prompt reply from the manager?
                                      5. Why should I put my trust in Honda for any future engagements?

                                      I appreciate a response at the earliest. It would help if I could communicate with a higher official regarding this complaint.
                                      Attached below is the call I made when I reached the store at 1856 on 25th July.
                                      I request for a complete refund of the entire bill amount. If not I'd request for a call back. You can find my number with the store.

                                        Madhavi residing at balamurugan street owing a activa and when ever the car is given for service the person at service station mis behaves, though he was warned no action has been taken on the manager behalf. Either change the manager at the work station at anna nagar. This was already complained to many higher people at the activa, no use, kindly change the person.
