I regret to inform you that the best decision what i believed to buy my dream vehicle in honda unicorn again was the worst experience i ever had and am going through with null support. My branded unicorn bike is often getting turned off while driving and further not getting started. Recently i was to meet with an accident and this has been life-threatening for me and my belongings who travel along with me. The extraordinary risk that i undertake while traveling on highways and roads are beyond the normal ceiling.
Initially, on 7 june i objected to honda lodha service center in chromepet location for the above-mentioned issue. The engineer who took the complaint said that he needs to clean the carpeter and need to change the coil. He promised that bike will be delivered on the same day & when i went on the very next day, ie; saturday they literally made me wait for more than an hour and casually said that they didn't complete the work which was really unprofessional & again insisted me to come on 11th june. I went on 12th june and took the bike, after driving 2 km's away, again the muddled problem started. On 14 th june again gave the vehicle for service and they said all the issues will be get resolved by 18 th. I went on 19th june & told the service engineer to drive the bike and tell if he finds any problem. Engineer told still the issue persists and said they will replace the coil and also said they will inform when the bike is ready to deliver. This shows the attitude hoe to treat your customers.
Being in follow up since last 15+ days, continuously visiting the station, mingling with engineers, patiently waiting for hours outside and still if the same concern endures, i don't think honda holds workers who can give permanent solution instead of finding temporary frame up's. This really underlines how pathetic your service stations runs, execute & deal with the customer/client base. It's really pitiful and poignant to such a big brand representing world-class automobile comforts & facilities. Without the two-wheeler, i am ached a lot since the past two weeks and spending huge money on cabs and permissions in office. This not only affecting my productivity also its creating family issues. Previously another issue happens on battery & only after 3 weeks it got replaced that too after the several emails. There is a zero percent tolerance for all and moving forward its becoming loathing and my mentation is falling down and thinking to move legally. It's clear that you had given me a poor quality vehicle. For sure after the warranty period, all the parts will get repaired i have thrown this bike to scrap.
