I bought a honda white activa 5g on 10th june 2019. After 3 days there were showing red spot on body of front right side and bach right side. When i went in honda service centre after one month, i told this matter with supervisor and he replied me that you have to submit this vahical and we will paint white on that red spot. When i reached to take my vahical after one week, i found that the body was changed and there was so screeches, suddenly i told him about this, the supervisor told me that again submit this vahical we repaint this and will be ready after 4 days. When i went after 4 days, the supervisor told me that that vahical will be deliver after one week. This vahical is not ready to deliver after submission of 10 days.
In this connection i request to you that please take needful action against this other wise we will go in consumer forum court, guwahati and will complain against your cheat.

    My bike booked on september 2016 at pudukkottai kv honda showroom. From the first service of my bike racing lot of problems like battery issues (3 times battery replacement done). Shock absorber complaints, starting troubles, bike gets off when slower speed, self start not working properly while start in the morning and full day. Kv honda customer not consider my issues from the date of bike registration.

    Now I gave my bike for full service on showroom. I need full attention on my issues. Otherwise I won't take my bike from showroom. This is serious issue on bike. Please consider this as a first priority. Thank you

      I have purchased a honda unicorn 160 bike on june 2017 from swastik honda, mandvi, kutch bearing registration no gj12de9941. Chassis no - me4kc209bh8002506. Engine no - kc20e81006293. This is the second time to giving complaint to complaint board and honda customer complaint service. While driving very noise sound coming out from cylinder. I made a complaint after the 1st service. They are replacing the cylinder and again i found the same problem after 15 days. Before when i given to the second servicing my bike giving 60 kms of mileage after servicing totally dropped mileage, pickup and problem raised again.
      I asked to the mechanic at the service center like this, why same problem was repeated many times? He replied for my question is this is the failure model that’s why the manufacturer stopped the manufacturing this bikes. Then again i raised the question why selling these complaint bike to the customers, why company cheating customer? Then he is not replied.
      Doubt casted in my mind that the said dealer have cheated me by selling a bike with defective engine knowingly and also making deficiency in service to me as a customer. Hense i request you to replace the defective engine bike which is with the above named dealer within a week, failling which i will constrain to take selter of proper court of law for redressal on that event you are jointly severally will liable to pay cost of litigation along withcost of harassment and mental agony. Treat it most urgent..

        Dear sir,

        I am facing many problem in my new bike - engine sounda, missing (After 60km speed), gair shifting problem, from first day of purchasing, i purchased cd-110 dream dx in mid month of may 2019. Same problems it started drom first day of purchase so far it is serviced 1 time and visited 3 tym by honda service deal5 (Rohini honda) and couldn't fix issue i too strongly believe that thus is failure model and honda not taking care of it i planning a legal action against honda
        I am also complaint regarding this 3 time in rohini honda service center but not provide positive response from there side, this time my bike second services
        I give my bike again rohini honda and i am not pic from there.
        Please give me my money bcoz manager told me this is engine issue in my new bike please return my money

          Hi,

          I bought activa 5g from sterling honda, pune showroom on 11th july and i faced issue on same day with vehicle. It's getting stop and need to start again when we reduce the vehicle speed. After that they took it to service center and increase rpm. Next day after recieving we faced viration issue while driving and again we give it for servicing and service center people send it back saying issue is resolve. And after receiving vehicle we again faced issue that it is not even starting after keeping choak on. Now they are saying there is issue with petrol supply kit. We have received vehicle just 6 days back and giving it for servicing 3 times till date.

          Please look into it and take serious action. We want replacement, we don't want vehicle which have problem since first day of it's delivery.

            Hi sir am staying in balanagar hyderabad i went for buying new bike... At ram honda balanagar branch collected on 27/06/2019 at night 08:30pm. But on the to vehicle getting sound on engine and shock obeserve and gear system problem.. I intimate them., but they won't take care of my vehicle., they informed me to give for service... I gave my vehicle for service but they won't intimate after servicing vehicle.. Again they shouting on customer... They take lot of time for waiting and not properly answer also... This is the way to showing on customer...

              I have purchased activa 5g having chasi no.98260 eng, no.98381 on 20/01/2019, i am suffering some problem with the authorised service centre named as vihaan honda at shahapur 421601 and they have charged rs.376/- for part replacement of rollersetweight code no.22123-kwn-780, but even after that my vechical is not in good to drive as it started and switch off immediatley, i have put the vechical at the seller shop named as raj motors at shahapur, later they told that one party is damaged and able to get it, you have to wait for it, i have not taken back my vechical, so please advice.

I have done total complete payment maid to bmj honda vikasnagar dealer, so please honda two wheeler resolve my case immediately.

                  Honda has made beggers to all the employers of vanishes honda. What is next step of those employers those who were working in that company. Honda said that we all r family. But were is the family going to go after terminating the dealership. Honda didn't take any risk of the employs. So we have all decided to ban all honda vehicles in belgaum district. We will make activities in ever village to not purchase honda vehicles.

                      Dear sir, i had given my activa for service to shri ji honda, udaipur-rajasthan.
                      The main problem for which i had given had not been solved.
                      Other than that they had done all work.
                      At the time of delivery, the problem remained unsolved.
                      The service supervisor told me to wait for some time, thereafter an hour he told me to leave the vehicle for a day. That man has no professionalism, that how to talk with the consumers and co staff.
                      I feel that i m on a road side garage of irresponsible man.

                        I had done my 3rd service on dated 27.06.2019
                        From Shri krishna auto, sonipat stand rohtak and I paid 1238 rs for 3rd service but I am not satisfied from their service.
                        I complaint to them for bad service and again I left my vehicle to the service center but they delivered my vehicle in same condition.
                        Problem is that when active pickes speed over 40 then there is some noice produced which is irritating to driver.
                        But no one want to understand my problem or they don't have capability to resolve any issues.
                        I am requesting to please help in resolving this matter other wise I don't have any option for service my vehicle at company service center.

                          Very worst service of honda for servicing and also employee conversation relation...I left my motorcycle honda grazia for claim on dtd.27.6.19 and till today not delivering to me even when every parts of claim reached to showroom Honda Grand motor opp. G.T.plaza, main road pandri raipur cg up to 5.7.19..They told to me take your motorcycle on drd.6.7.19..But till date not delivering to me..
                          Today I talked to them but they told that take a bike in evening..Bcoz billing pending...It's too ridiculous ...

                            On 4th July 2019, I have buy the New vechicle 110cc 5G form JSP Honda madinaguda branch, we had an issue with 2 wheeler vechicle, on the first day problem I have faced with vechicle I.e that is self start is not working, indicator is not working and more over in between bike is not getting started, so i have tried so mANY TIMEs still it is not working and with kick vechicle has been started and in between bike slow down and stopped, while giving any vechicle to anyone you won't check whether the vechicle is working properly or not.

                            Next day went to show room to resolve the issue, I have discussed about the issue with them and they have given info that issue will be resolved and i have waited half an hour then they return the vechicle for me and I have checked the vechicle again i have faced the same issue with the vechicle, so this issue has been discussed with manager, He's name is Mojeus I think and moreover I can't remember the name. So he has not responded properly and more over he don't have any manners how to speak with customer's and he shouting on us, he is too rude with me and brother as well, moreover first he need some what of respect towards the customers but I think he don't have that and he won't deserve that position over there i think becoz of if manager continue with the same manner with customer's and co-workers also will respond with customers same as like manager respond to the customer's as per my view, so first he need some what of training I think how to respond to customers, how to speak with them and how to communicate with them because of he is the manager for that branch and he need some what of patience. Moreover Customers are paying around 68000/ Rupees for the vechicle to listen his ### words and one of the worst service I have never seen.

                            so kindly look in too this issue and Resolve that As soon as possible and take an action against manager as well .

                              I had very bitter experience in honda two wheeler service center @ bhumika honda bailahongal. I called service station and took appointment for my bike repair, i went to service station around 10:45 after an hour they attended me and asked me to come around 3:30 get my bike. When i went there to take my bike... They said they are yet to check as they were busy with other bikes they forgot to check the bike... Its only after 3:30 they took my bike inside service station... Yes we are helpless once we buy honda bike

                                I had to service my shine on 3rd free service but the authorised dealer didn't accept my free service coupon because of it extend over the said date but i service my vehicle regularly on km basis now it shows 7960km your manual said it will be between[protected] km please give me suggestion of possible free service to my vehicle.                                     From 1st day of purchasing new bike i have facing problem in handle tee, parking light button, gear shifting and pickup.
                                    After complainting dealer no positive response from their side.
                                    Honda customer care also not responding positively.
                                    I have purchased honda x blade bike from tajshree autowheels pvt ltd nagpur.
                                    One month has been passed but still i didn't received bike registration number. Im very disappointed.

                                    Bike service not done properly. No cleanliness, no maintenance, not rectifying the problems which was stated. Bike no. AP03BP1464. Brake failure, no proper response from the service executive. Very very late response without proper knowledge.

                                      I visited jp honda daliganj. I wanted to make pos payment for activa 5g. They asked me to pay 1.8% extra as surcharge. Why should i pay any extra amount. They are taking money from customers to bear their merchant charges of pos. Nobody was able to justify. Phone pay or google pay were not working that is why i wanted to pay through pos machine. When alternate payment methods are made available by govt then why are these people charging us for. Are we here to pay their charges

                                        Evertime i visit to have service done of activa 125, the free service is charged, i objected for this they told me now nothing will be serviced free, next is when i book service online even then i have to wait for 6-8hrs, they are irresponsible, they service very recklessly, ask money evertime, i am talking about azamgarh honda, azamgarh uttar pradesh
