I purchased honda activa 4g on[protected] from a show room and he said that we will do free services here not necessary to go to the service center so we did all the services at the place where i bought..
From april 2019 i am getting starting problem of the scooty so i went to him it is due to plug problem so cleared and gave then after also repeatedly i am getting the same problem i struggled a lot with the bike when i went to office.
Then i went to authorized show room sowmya automobiles which is located in medchal, telangana. They kept my bike for one day and cleared plug and returned to me..
But the problem is not cleared and also there is some noisy sound in the handle side, i went to sowmya automobiles again then they checked and said that it is a manufactured defect some times it happens unfortunately it came to you, they kept bike for nearly one week and they changed some parts like gasket, valve and etc., and gave it to me but again i got the same problem. I went again and again the problem is not rectified.
After which again they said that they have made the necessary changes and now it would not face any problems.
Recently went for bike servicing and asked about starting problem and sound in the handle then they are saying that the starting problem is due to some crank problem and if it is not cleared it may cause engine failure, and sound in handle can cleared at place ranigunj, hyderabad.
These many times i went to show room for the same problem and i paid the money every time but now they are saying it is due to crank problem and they said thet you people go and ask the person where you bought the bike.

If am to go behind the repairing of scooter why so much money invested by me and purchased a brand new scooter. A second hand vehicle is more than enough then.

Me writing this complaint today itself proves that there is no end to my woes.
Even today it won’t start easily.
This is definitely a defective vehicle.
I want the concerned authorities to help on this issue,
Also i want guaranteed solution to this problem or i want a replacement of this defective vehicle.

And if required i am ready to share the bills and kindly do the need full.

After Complaint they told us to take the bike and kept for some days and gave to us. And I checked for the condition of the bike for nearly a month after which I observed that the starting problem is some what cleared not completely. And sound in the handle is still coming and it is not cleared.They are not taking this issue seriously and we are suffering like anything, and there is no end to my woes.
This is definitely a defective vehicle.
I want the concerned authorities to help on this issue, I want a replacement of this defective vehicle.
kindly do the need full.

    starting problem in my scooty activa 4g dl90-4598

    Since i bought scooty in aug 17 my scooty has starting problem. During all my free servicing period this issue has not solved. After that we have paid services from vd honda palam with estimated cost rs.5000 but problems remains same till date. They are not redressing our complain and not responding to our calls.
    Kindly register the complain and resolved the problem imidiately....

    My brand new hornet have gear shiftng problem.. I cant down my gear 5 to 3or 4. And my dealder refuse to solve my problem.. They said to me, you have to little bit adjust and drive your bike.. This is mohan from srikakulam recently i went to honda showrooms in srikakulam town to purchase a new honda unicorn abs, black varient bike actually price nearly 1lak to 1.2 but they telling 1.8l to 1.9 they have a bikes but if i ask seriously they telling we don't have like they kepted in secret place and selling in black market. Please help me in this issue.

        I have bought honda unicon (Black) in march 2019. After 10 days, it started giving trouble in self start and seat is also defective. On 15th june we sent bike for first servicing & raise issue in service center regarding self start & seat. Since that day till now i getting different reasons instead of solution on my problem. It looks like honda service center is not serious about customer issues.
        On 22nd june 2019 i got my battery back but issue is remain same.
        Now they are saying there is an issue in bike wiring. My concern is why they dint check whole bike on first instance when i raised the issue & how can they given bike back without resolving the issue.

        Kindly help me on this issue. I think honda gave me defective bike.

            I'm writing this complaint after total frustration with aadhi honda service station in cheran ma nagar - coimbatore. Sorry for my long e-mail.

            I gave for service (15000 kms) on 6th april reporting complaints - fork noise occurring often and the rear brake noise. But on that day i received my vehicle only with water wash alone (Tat also not good) without rectifying the above 2 complaints. Along with this i received 3rd complaint - extra horn not worked after i got my bike from service with bill amount rs. 625 (Attached with this e-mail). I asked the supervisor like whether all the 2 complaints were rectified and whether u test drive my vehicle. He told yes sir all the complaints were resolved, so can test drive and pay the bill. I test driven my vehicle and told none of the complaints were rectified and still i'm facing the same issue. One technician then came and test driven my vehicle. He told issue still persist there was a problem with razor kit and need to change tat one to resolve this fork issue. I asked then what u people's done in this service for this bill amount 620 (Labor alone-300). Not even chain lube (Billed rs.70 for chain lube) and even a grease or oil not applied to clutch, brake, etc (Other consumables rs. 60). Thank god i changed my vehicle oil outside. Otherwise they will bill for that oil also without changing.

            The supervisor told like we got huge number of vehicle that's y we didn't look into this one. So i argued why should i pay this bill amount without doing any work and he promised me that he need a day my vehicle to resolve all this work. I too accepted and i gave my vehicle to resolve this issue on 9th april evening 6 pm. Then thy changed razor kit on 10th april and i was not available on 10th to take my vehicle. So i told i'll take my vehicle on 11th april and i received (Fighting for getting my vehicle on 11th where they told to get my vehicle on12th april due to their closing time) with bill amount rs. 399 for razor kit (Attached with this e-mail).

            After that also issue not resolved and i came on 13th april to service for fork, brake and extra horn complaints. The supervisor, technician argued with me that the issue was resolved after test driving and there was no issue with the fork. I'm not accepting their words and another technician test driven my vehicle and confirmed the issue is not resolved. So he guided the technician to do something to resolve this issue. But the issue was not fully resolved only sound got reduced compared to last time. Even though the brake and extra horn issue not addressed and again i got the same comment like the service load is high today sir so please leave your vehicle on weekday. I didn't accepted and again the fork noise came. I fought with customer care that the issue is not rectified and why should i paid the full bill without rectifying the issue. After the long argument i accepted to give my vehicle on may 4th. Upon my customer care feedback they took my vehicle to resolve the issue, again the noise in fork got reduced only (Not fully resolved) and brake noise resolved. But still fork issue persist and extra horn not attended (Got feedback from technician that leave your vehicle one more weekend, we will rectify extra horn issue from local service stations). Also they promised me on may 5th they will deliver my vehicle in home which is near to service station. But they didn't delivered. So i called that person in mobile around 5 pm on may 5th whether all the work done and vehicle delivered since i was in out station. Again the promise fails here and they told issue resolved except extra horn and please collect vehicle on may 6th at 8:30 am where the technician will arrive sharply at that time. So what to do, i too accepted to get my vehicle on that time and went to service station on may 6th at 8:30 am. Checked with security and he told all peoples will be coming at 9 am only. Then i called that person and he told, he is on the way, i was about to goto my office at 9:30 which is 10 kms away from there. Then one person came around 8:50 am to service station. I told him that i have to take my vehicle which gave for complaint, then i called to the vehicle attender and told that this person came, please ask him to issue my vehicle. Then finally i got my vehicle on may 6th 9 am. Also they asked me to sign in empty job card and i told i wont do in empty job card. The person told, the vehicle attender asked to get the sign. So i too was in an urge to go to my office, then i just signed and left off. But the issue still persists and only sound in fork reduced. Not completely rectified. Still i'm having fork and extra horn not working issues.

            I'm not ready to give my vehicle again in aadhi honda service station in cheran ma nagar. Really frustrated with this service. Very bad service. After 4 th meet also the issue not resolved means what i have to do from my end. Please suggest from your end. Due to this kind of service honda name getting spoiled. Trusted relationship will end here.

            From this service i understood one thing like they are looking only for billing amount and the target of the vehicle service. Not the quality of the service.

            Also one more thing i noticed is that, job card created by person x, work done by person y, test drive done by person z (Not done for my vehicle but process is like this). Here i told the person x like this is repeated issue which i'm facing for more than 1000 kms and also brake noise is coming, he told yes sir we will rectify and resolve this one (For brake issue just wrote brake noise coming, once after i told particularly rear brake, he mentioned in the job card). But the communication not clear to person y where he will check and do the work only in job card which person x wrote. So quality check completely zero here. Only they need to deliver all the vehicle on that day for name shake without clearing issues. If you would like to save honda name and trust please address this issue, else i will take it as trusted relationship with honda is going down nowadays.

            Thanks for reading my long complaint report.

            Note: this e-mail has already sent to [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com on 8th may 2019. But only complaint reference number created by honda team 1-[protected] and no other action taken from honda2wheelers till date. Very bad and ashamed on honda2wheelers customer service team.

                    I have visited motoden service centre in mahim for repairing my bike and servicing. I had an accident because of which my handle bar has bent a little. I wanted to replace it. I was being told that it will be replaced and 550 would be the charge. I was being told that total amount would be 3550. I was being charged 3665 and on top of that my handle bar has not been replaced. The attendent told me that you can ride with this tilted handle bar, u wont have issues. This is pathetic service and i was mis sold amc by the service supervisor. I am extremely unhappy about this.

                      I am md nadeem. I have purchase a bike on 22/07/2018 honda activa 5g from your authorised dealer s s honda allalpatti darbhanga dealer code (Br070001). I did my bike service thrice at s s honda allalpatti darbhanga. Every time they only wash vehicle on the name of service. Worst experience with their management and employees. I have to bring your kind attention as well as wish to lodge a complaint that my vehicle honda activa 5g vehicle bearing registration no (Br07ae3147) and have warranty. From the purchase month regularly i am facing so many problem in my vehicle.
                      Some major problems are:-
                      1. Excessive vibration.
                      2. Low mileage approximate 25 kmple.
                      3. Kir kir noise i guess it (Tapet loose noise).
                      4. Self is not working.
                      5. Battery is damage.
                      6. Vehicle is not starting it was not starting neighter on self nor on kick.
                      7. Seat opening switch is loose.
                      Most painfully saying that after drive of around 8-10 km just after delivery it got stopped creating erotic sound issue on the time of first servicing. I am not happy with this honda service center which is 12 km far from my home.
                      I think customer should go to consumer court & register complain this is right action for ss honda.
                      In such a situation i have to regret my decision for taking this vehicle. I had never supposed this type of service from honda. The employees are irresponsible please take suitable action so that this incidence will not happen again to someone else.

                      We have given for servicing with the complaint of rear wheel getting heated and became black. After taking 15 days time in show room they are saying the heating is common and charged 5000 inr bill. How should I resolve heating problem?
                      My mirror not fix up proper, and say servor down so bill send email, im not satisfied this type of service..
                      My bike s disc brake s master caliper hard. I want change in warranty.

Overall very good scooter but im not happy with the headlight its very difficulty for rider & opposite vehicles.                           I have purchased unicorn 150. After 8 months it stopped suddenly while riding. Service center replaced the coil. Again i am faced starting problem. They have replaced the battery. After 10 days again i faced the self start problem. They told replaced battery was not good but this time they refused to change the battery since warranty periods expired 8days. I need the solution. I am very frustrating with honda.

                            honda grazia - fake parts or damaged parts are fixed with just glue

                            1.in few months battery was drained and the showroom people said it is from a battery company n it will be replaced but it was not replaced i think because the vehicle stops abruptly while riding.

                            My honda cbr 150r fell so its handle got bend, they put new left handel its still bend and again they say u have to put right handel again its same then the service centre said u have to put handel t so i put handel t which is very costly from them again my handel now is bent and hard also. Very poor service now i am asking for refund they are denying and they dont know how to make it right.

                              My 1st problem is that my activa 5g is not working properly it is not starting with self start daily in morning i give it at least 10 kicks to get it start and after some time if i keep activa in stationery mode again i want to give at least 7-8 kicks to get it start it doesnt start with self start function only some time it starts with self start this is so bad for a new scooter even from the day i purchased it it is giving problem and many times i gone to my dealer sumedha honda to get this issue fix they never did a permanent fix of this issue only they fix the issue but it works only for few days then again problem and even i take again to them to fix they say it is starting properly but it doesent one time i have complained to honda customer care in 24 january 2019 vide ticket no 1-[protected] they fixed my issue but again temporary fix i have also serviced my activa 5g time to time even i tell them the problems but they fix it in a temporary way today also i am suffering from this issue my legs also pain while kicking this defective scooter

                              My 2nd problem is that my activa 5g is not giving mileage proper it is giving only 30km in 1 litre of petrol even i measured the quantity of petrol in my water bottle of 1 litre before puting in activa 5g tank many times and honda says that activa 5g gives 60 km and it approved by automotive research association of india but my activa 5g is only giving 30 km mileage

                                I regret to inform you that the best decision what i believed to buy my dream vehicle in honda unicorn again was the worst experience i ever had and am going through with null support. My branded unicorn bike is often getting turned off while driving and further not getting started. Recently i was to meet with an accident and this has been life-threatening for me and my belongings who travel along with me. The extraordinary risk that i undertake while traveling on highways and roads are beyond the normal ceiling.

                                Initially, on 7 june i objected to honda lodha service center in chromepet location for the above-mentioned issue. The engineer who took the complaint said that he needs to clean the carpeter and need to change the coil. He promised that bike will be delivered on the same day & when i went on the very next day, ie; saturday they literally made me wait for more than an hour and casually said that they didn't complete the work which was really unprofessional & again insisted me to come on 11th june. I went on 12th june and took the bike, after driving 2 km's away, again the muddled problem started. On 14 th june again gave the vehicle for service and they said all the issues will be get resolved by 18 th. I went on 19th june & told the service engineer to drive the bike and tell if he finds any problem. Engineer told still the issue persists and said they will replace the coil and also said they will inform when the bike is ready to deliver. This shows the attitude hoe to treat your customers.

                                Being in follow up since last 15+ days, continuously visiting the station, mingling with engineers, patiently waiting for hours outside and still if the same concern endures, i don't think honda holds workers who can give permanent solution instead of finding temporary frame up's. This really underlines how pathetic your service stations runs, execute & deal with the customer/client base. It's really pitiful and poignant to such a big brand representing world-class automobile comforts & facilities. Without the two-wheeler, i am ached a lot since the past two weeks and spending huge money on cabs and permissions in office. This not only affecting my productivity also its creating family issues. Previously another issue happens on battery & only after 3 weeks it got replaced that too after the several emails. There is a zero percent tolerance for all and moving forward its becoming loathing and my mentation is falling down and thinking to move legally. It's clear that you had given me a poor quality vehicle. For sure after the warranty period, all the parts will get repaired i have thrown this bike to scrap.

                                          My cousin owned a Honda 125 from your authorized dealer in 2016-17. He is deaf & dump personal so that he can't here the sounds & can't identify the complaints respectively. So far before 1 month it is not starting as he informed me & i says that pls took the vehicle to near by workshop & ask them to check the complaint in it. Unfortunately that local workshop technician worked on it & after some days he deliver the vehicle without resolving the complaint. Then he visited a HONDA AUTHORIZED SERVICE center & ask them to check & resolve this case. After 2 or 3 days one adviser contacted me & says that its CRANK shaft & clutch is gone & says that it take ABOVE 18K to work the same. after 1 day i confirm them to work on it & they revert that it will take 5 to 7 days to finish the same. After 3 days i call them & they said that work on progress. Then after 2 days i again called them & one sercvice manager or some one reply that the part is delay will deliver tomorrow. again i called them on next day but he says that "DELIVERED PART IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THIS" (what a ###!!!) & revert in 2 days it will be ready. Today i called for knowing the status of the same & the answer is " PART IS NOT YET COME" I ask them that i will mail this case & the phone talking person revert that DO the same & they can't do anything as part is not suplying from HONDA as the company is the main character in this case. THUS I need to say one thing "CASH IS NOT PAPER"  Why you guys not keeping minimum operating stock??????? if this is not clear arrange the same from next dealer to resolve the same or post knowing person to parts department as i dont want to here part not suitable like that. SO I NEED A CLEAR RESOLUTION WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE I POSTED THIS ON CONSUMER FORUM INDIA & YOU. They tell that pls pay advance for the same & i paid 5000 INR on 10/06/19 (very HAPPY TO buy the cash from us)

                                    My personal experience on 20/6/2019.

                                    Planned to book a scooter (Honda Activa) comparing with KSN honda here pricing differs on the higher side..

                                    Affidavit Rs.750 or Rs.600 (Mandatory to do here only Sales executive says..for non resident of chennai proof)

                                    Sales Executive Mr. Allwyn keeps on moving to other customer before completes previous customer..

                                    Forcing us to take 4900 worth extra accessories.. with 10% discount if take as bundle of all accessories...

                                    If i take Extended warranty for engine, warranty will be covered if all services happened in KUN Honda.. as per due dates.. i asked the sales personnel then they says not like that

                                    But warranty from Honda only right not from KUN..

                                    At last i started filing the details for booking, once i started discussed about the complementary by Mr. Allwyn about helmet..

                                    As complementary helmet only on black colors.. i requested them to give a red color.. they refused us to arrange..

                                    Then i said will rethink n come either go with KUN or not..

                                    Overall i had a worst experience..
