    From 1st day of purchasing new bike i have facing problem in handle tee, parking light button, gear shifting and pickup.
    After complainting dealer no positive response from their side.
    Honda customer care also not responding positively.
    I have purchased honda x blade bike from tajshree autowheels pvt ltd nagpur.
    One month has been passed but still i didn't received bike registration number. Im very disappointed.
    Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Bike service not done properly. No cleanliness, no maintenance, not rectifying the problems which was stated. Bike no. AP03BP1464. Brake failure, no proper response from the service executive. Very very late response without proper knowledge.

      I visited jp honda daliganj. I wanted to make pos payment for activa 5g. They asked me to pay 1.8% extra as surcharge. Why should i pay any extra amount. They are taking money from customers to bear their merchant charges of pos. Nobody was able to justify. Phone pay or google pay were not working that is why i wanted to pay through pos machine. When alternate payment methods are made available by govt then why are these people charging us for. Are we here to pay their charges

        Evertime i visit to have service done of activa 125, the free service is charged, i objected for this they told me now nothing will be serviced free, next is when i book service online even then i have to wait for 6-8hrs, they are irresponsible, they service very recklessly, ask money evertime, i am talking about azamgarh honda, azamgarh uttar pradesh

          I want to tell u that my scooter's battery get exchanged in the pioneer one honda, sec-63 noida. When i left my scooter to the agency, its battery was in good working condition. It works very good. But now after we take my scooter from the agency it doesn't work properly. Even it doesn't work 1%. When we told the whole thing to the pioneer one honda. They neglects. So i want that u get a strict action against this. And give my battery back or other new battery.

            I have took new honda shine from dealer shantesha auto pvt ltd. Gokul road hubli on 17/07/20148. Model cb shine (Cbf125j), colour black, frame no: me4jc65aejt074374.

            There is a problem in pickup and running of engine and i reported the same from first service. Every time while giving the service i reported the complaint and no one is taking the issue seriously. Last time even i reported to sales manager, they will resolve the problem for time being and again the same problem is continuing. The problem is remained un solved. There is much difference in my shine engine and other shine vehicles. This month 16th july 2019 its completeing one year and still problem is remained unsolved.

            Its better if you people resolve the problem at the earliest. Else i need to search for alternate solutions or need to go for consumer court.

              I got my activa 3g (2016) serviced from ess ell honda patel nagar on 13th june but the activa is performing several problems like starting problem, low rpm, automatically engine shuts off, and many more. Even every morning i starts engine with kick start but then it creates too much problem. My service adviser was vinod and charged me ₹1100 and he is responsible for all the problems. And today at 11:50am (06/07/2019) i received a call that sir when are you coming to get your activa serviced this means that they haven't serviced my activa atleast they should have a record. After all this even the handle seems to me little tilted before service it wasn't. How come within 15 days i will get my activa service again.
              I want a strict action against vinod and re - service of mt activa.

                  I am facing the issue from my first day when i bought my bike, and i informed to service center that water contamination is appears when i am riding the bike in sunny days, but i crossed almost 3 services still this problem not solved, ery worst response from service center, no worth for doing service for bikes,
                  They did not hearing what i am telling during vehicle submission for service, very very worst experience,
                  Any way lets coming to the point, need replacement of front mask console

Ja only mera sath nhi ho rha sunam ka sabi logo ka sath ja asa hi kr rkha hai bhut logo ki to isna service book v apna pass hi rkh rkhi hai.. Log issa frustrate ho k hor khi sa vehicle la rha hai kuch log to mind hi change kr deta hai or dusri agencies ka hi vehicle la rha hai honda ki reputation kharab kr rha hai...

                    Muja activa lia hua ko 6 month ho gae inona abi tak activa ki rc v nhi di bhut pachta rha hu main k activa hi kyu lai issa acha kisi hor agency ka vehicle la leta agar honda walo ki ja service hai...

                      I am, satya narayan patro ownership of honda shine sp. On 19/06/2019 i went to the aditya honda authorised service centre, rayagada, odisha for my second service. At service centre the staffs are rudely talk with me, when i am saying about my bike problems. My front disc brake is stopped working after the service of my bike. Again i came to the register complain about my bike brake problem on the next day of service but they denied to put on complain. After heat argument they said me to replace my disc with the warrenty period within 5-7 days. Till now being after being15 days on 05/07/2019 i didnt get any replacement. My brake is still not working. Is this to way to serve custmer with being behave rudely and verbal abuse in the name of authorised service centre. If i dont get any result i will get upon the legal way to protect my consumer right.

                        My motorcycle honda cb shine model 2014 under 5 year worrenty period.in this bike come to sound in injne some time i already register complaint but sales manager is saying to me your worrenty book is only 600rs so we are not take accion this type complaint. They are not provide solution to me agency member are saying to me my complaint is reject by company. I am already do all type work on company policy than how reject my complaint.                           I am working as a govt sector, I would like to bring your attention to some bitter experience. I met with your dealer sakthi (honda) Mayiladuthurai road, Kumbakonam, Tamil nadu.
                          on 16.04.2019 myself with my husband visited the said dealer of honda, and purchase a honda dio .
                          from the purchasing date that bike having so many complaints, brake failure, forke locking problem, automatic seat locking, starting trouble and mileage 10km per liter .
                          I visited the honda service showroom 4 times but the problems not resolved.
                          Finally today i request the manager make to replace the vehicle.
                          but the manager not responding.

                          so, I file the online complint against the said showroom.take immediate action to aviod likely legal action to be taken aginst honda, wasting of my time, money and also my mental torcher.

                            Hello this is omer purchased activa 125 from aadi honda dilsuk nagar. I have already post complaints to honda but no response. I have paid rta registration charges. Because they asked at the time of delivery. Now they are denying. My bike not yet got registration. If anything happen who is responsible. Whey they have took registration charges otherwise i would have done from agents plz this is secont time im complaining to honda i took 2 activa from other different dealers all dealer service is worst and waste.                             I have done the service of my vehicle TS08 CG7600 and it was the free service and the servicing was not done nicely and I am facing the gear noise when u am changing it. What is the use of free service when you are not doing it properly. I went to hubsiguda honda service station Hyderabad 500076. My Phone number 7013548734
                            When i am going to service my bike, they r only wash my vehicle in free if they clean air filter then its chargable, i want to know what is the free service check up policy . I can wash mh vehicle outside its nt required to go to u r show room, and if any part change they r charging service amount .

                              I purchased honda activa 4g on[protected] from a show room and he said that we will do free services here not necessary to go to the service center so we did all the services at the place where i bought..
                              From april 2019 i am getting starting problem of the scooty so i went to him it is due to plug problem so cleared and gave then after also repeatedly i am getting the same problem i struggled a lot with the bike when i went to office.
                              Then i went to authorized show room sowmya automobiles which is located in medchal, telangana. They kept my bike for one day and cleared plug and returned to me..
                              But the problem is not cleared and also there is some noisy sound in the handle side, i went to sowmya automobiles again then they checked and said that it is a manufactured defect some times it happens unfortunately it came to you, they kept bike for nearly one week and they changed some parts like gasket, valve and etc., and gave it to me but again i got the same problem. I went again and again the problem is not rectified.
                              After which again they said that they have made the necessary changes and now it would not face any problems.
                              Recently went for bike servicing and asked about starting problem and sound in the handle then they are saying that the starting problem is due to some crank problem and if it is not cleared it may cause engine failure, and sound in handle can cleared at place ranigunj, hyderabad.
                              These many times i went to show room for the same problem and i paid the money every time but now they are saying it is due to crank problem and they said thet you people go and ask the person where you bought the bike.

                              If am to go behind the repairing of scooter why so much money invested by me and purchased a brand new scooter. A second hand vehicle is more than enough then.

                              Me writing this complaint today itself proves that there is no end to my woes.
                              Even today it won’t start easily.
                              This is definitely a defective vehicle.
                              I want the concerned authorities to help on this issue,
                              Also i want guaranteed solution to this problem or i want a replacement of this defective vehicle.

                              And if required i am ready to share the bills and kindly do the need full.

                              After Complaint they told us to take the bike and kept for some days and gave to us. And I checked for the condition of the bike for nearly a month after which I observed that the starting problem is some what cleared not completely. And sound in the handle is still coming and it is not cleared.They are not taking this issue seriously and we are suffering like anything, and there is no end to my woes.
                              This is definitely a defective vehicle.
                              I want the concerned authorities to help on this issue, I want a replacement of this defective vehicle.

                                Since i bought scooty in aug 17 my scooty has starting problem. During all my free servicing period this issue has not solved. After that we have paid services from vd honda palam with estimated cost rs.5000 but problems remains same till date. They are not redressing our complain and not responding to our calls.

                                No steps taken . As per telephonic conversation with Ranjeet Choudhary mob no 9212670293, he said that we do not take complaints on saturday and sunday. When we asked for the complaint no he does not ask for any detail and told us an invalid no. This is very unprofessional..they are not picking up our call .is the the kind of assurance you people provide

                                As the complaint has been marked as resolved... But my issue is still there.. how can you people marked it "resolved". No steps has been taken yet...
                                My byk was damaged due to an accident and front dome need to be replaced .but Honda show room in kandukur, prakasham district, Andhra Pradesh .they are unable to replaced dome and unable to receive correct model byk dome
                                We have purchase with new Honda shine for the date of 14.06.2019.Payment process done at the date.Till now not delivery.
                                Reason for not registration in this vehicle.Poor response for dealer Man power and also.

                                    Hi! This is mohan from srikakulam recently i went to honda showrooms in srikakulam town to purchase a new honda unicorn abs, black varient bike actually price nearly 1lak to 1.2 but they telling 1.8l to 1.9 they have a bikes but if i ask seriously they telling we don't have like they kepted in secret place and selling in black market. Please help me in this issue.

                                      I have bought honda unicon (Black) in march 2019. After 10 days, it started giving trouble in self start and seat is also defective. On 15th june we sent bike for first servicing & raise issue in service center regarding self start & seat. Since that day till now i getting different reasons instead of solution on my problem. It looks like honda service center is not serious about customer issues.
                                      On 22nd june 2019 i got my battery back but issue is remain same.
                                      Now they are saying there is an issue in bike wiring. My concern is why they dint check whole bike on first instance when i raised the issue & how can they given bike back without resolving the issue.

                                      Kindly help me on this issue. I think honda gave me defective bike.

                                        Mene october 2018 ko honda shine waheguru honda jagdalpur se purchase kiya tha.

                                        par 16/06/2019 ko achanak bettry me problem aane k karan 17/06/2019 ko showroom me jakar shri naveen ji ko diya tha. to unhone naya bettry aayega to call karke batayenge bole the.
                                        par aaj tak kisi prakar ka na call aaya na massage . Abhi warranty me bhi hai

                                        please samadhan kare.
