My battery is in warranty period and i go to the agency where i but the product and the dealer said you place the battery here we will recharge it and will call u after 8 hours .. I wait for 8 hours and they said that they have to transfer the battery to the main service and it will take a week. I again wait for a week. But after week my issue was not solved and the person on the desk use rude language

    As I have purchased a new honda activa from west point honda ahmedabad 4 months ago, since then I haven't received my registered number plate !! I cannot drive activa because of number plate as police files a charge on me for driving activa without number plate. As my number is issued by company that is GJ 01 UP 1717 than also i am not getting official number plate from the showroom which is tied up with RTO Ahmedabad they both are being careless for issuing. When i call honda dealer they blame on rto and thats it.

      Before some days my new bike under 2nd
      servicing (x blade) was found some problems like (peck up issue, wheen speed in 40-50km/h inching issue, gear shifting issue etc...) And I talked to the service center and gave the bike to the service center, He placed my bike in the service center for 1 week for checking and rectify the problem, After 1 week released my bike, They told me that the bike has become normal, but now still the same problem is coming . Plz help me

        I purchased Activa 4G from Sterling Honda (Finolex Chowk, Pimpri) on 12 Sep 2017. My bike stops while running at no matter what I do, it won't start. The issue started from June 2018. I visited the Authorized Honda service centre in Sterling Service centre (MIDC, Chinchwad) and in Aman Honda in Baner, and its about 15 times now. They still are not able to resolve the problem.

            I have honda hornet160r.My hornet having problem in suspension &also he reduces back tyre one side fastely.Only 30000km I changed back tyre 3imes. I tell the problem to devashwa honda jalna in 3times in last 2months but he could not solved my problem.I m unsatisfied for devashwa honda service Jalna.Please give me proper response &solve my problem immediately.                 My vehicle Honda liva Rj23hs9615 service done on 14 may 2019. But not done properly. After service 2 to 3 time check in dhoot Honda but not care properly. Soma noise come from Motorcycle engine and back side of motorcycle and chain . Mechanic of dhoot Honda is not trained. Mob no [protected]

                  I bought on activa l on 7th of may by exchanging my old hero honda pleasure. At autorider honda solapur there was a jadhav sales person who told me that within 10 days your vehicle will be rto passed, but it's now about one month our activa l vehicle is still not rto passed and we have not got original invoice, insurance manual etc it's really hopeless service at solapur autorider honda showroom

                    I have done the third service at vinod honda, i have some issue on vehicle, they replied that there is some problem in trye side and give me a letter of mrf co., first of all they given me the wrong address then they given me another address, i gone on that address they (Mrf co) refuses to listen a single word and says to me that you take out the tyre from the vehicle and then brought to us so that we can find the problem, now i can i take out the tyre from vehicle? In that jungle area? So pls say to vinod honda to solve my problem as soon as possible, my vehicle is not in running condition, i m going to work with a cab daily

                      Now what is my grievence is i am visiting shoroom morethen 5 times from the week for deliverd the scooter for service. But the showroom owner told me as, the mechanic is not coming and come tommorow. As like i have got the same replied from two weeks. Now iam request please arrange service fecilities.

                        I have purchased new honda livo on 20.5.19. Today i have taken my bike to service centre for first service then the technician found that air filter was not fitted in the bike means the deliver delivered me the bike without proper check up and they delivered me without air filter. And without knowing this i ran the bike around 600kms. Now you tell me who will be responsible for further wear and tear in my bike's engine. This mistake is not negligible how the dealer delivers the bike to customers without proper check ups.

                          I request you i purchase of above name bike but it is not statisfation of customet point of because it, s engi. Not working as well as new bike.

                          There are 2 time clutch plate problem,
                          One time replace it but not working as well as regular other bike.

                          Now its battry problem so, your servicr provider can tell me. But it is not do that.

                              I purchased honda activa in mar 2012, i appreciate its performance as claimed by the company except a repeated snag happened in fuel/petrol pipe. A couple of years back it got damaged and there was heavy leakage of fuel, got it replaced by a nearby mechanic available. On 29.05.2019 again the same snag reoccurred, draining full tank of petrol. I know you would advise me why i didn't approach an authorized dealer/agency at first incident itself, the fuel was draining like water from the tap, to avoid the loss of fuel and also any untoward incident/accident i was compelled to take the vehicle to the nearest mechanic available. My issue is why a company of your repute should install a pipe of such quality which is not able to withstand the adversaries for a longer period. Before this activa i had bajaj rtz for almost 20 years not a single incident occurred during the entire period of 20 years. You are requested to either install a cock/regulator to stop the fuel in case of such situation (Presently there is no provision to open and close the fuel flow) or improve the quality of the fuel pipe for a longer life.

                                  I had serviced my bike at sterling honda chinchwad pune on 11/05/19. I had following issues in my bike (Cb hornet).
                                  1) it's breaks were not working properly.
                                  2) issue in bikes pickup.
                                  3) clutch were tight.
                                  4) bikes break liver was hard.
                                  5) suspension was bouncy.
                                  6) gears were hard

                                  Now during my last servicing which was done 5months earlier they had changed following parts in the bike. Costing me bill of 3500.
                                  1) they changed filter.
                                  2) they changed break pads.

                                  1) in this servicing they again asked me to change break pads and break disk as the issue of breaks was not solved last time.
                                  2) they say my suspension is too bouncy so i will need to change it. I asked them to change it into warranty but they are not ready to do so saying if it leaks than only it is covered in warranty. Let me know if honda has any written terms in their warranty shield.
                                  3) now the technician has changed the bikes filter saying it was affecting my bikes pickup. I said ok knowing that he had changed it last time. After changing filter also my bike doesn't take pickup at speed lower than 40.
                                  4) they took almost 3 days to service my bike and when i got my bike i experienced that my bikes clutch were tight as usual, my breaks liver was too tight to press, bike was not taking pickup at low speed. Even spraying for swiches and key was not done.
                                  5) i have shared you photos of how they washed my bike after servicing. Please have its glimpse.
                                  6) after this issue on 15/05/19 i returned to service center asking them to solve the issues. The person who serviced my bike was totally illiterate. He had no knowledge of how to service a bike. He just loosed the clutch wire and tighten the chain. I asked this fellow to check about my vehicle pickup. He started quarelling with with me saying should i service your whole bike? He started saying you need to change clutch plates if you want to pickup. Now let me know if filter was the issue or clutch.

                                  Now bill i had payed for your worst service is 2600. None of my problems are solved. Wasted my 3 days for servicing and 1 day to take bike to them back and even after so much efforts landing on same place.

                                  I will never service my bike in your service centers and also will not buy honda products in my life.

                                    I have purchased one honda activa 125 in the name of siji w/o manoj. Krithika, t s parameshwaran road, chettupuzha 680012 during april 2019. I have already paid the necessary registration charges and submitted the documents to your office at the time of purchase itself. As per your office direction, i brought my vehicle to your showroom on 3rd may 2019 for registration.in the evening, your office informed me that the registration was over and i have taken my vehicle on the same day itself. But till now, i have not received my rc book or my registration number. When contacted your office, i have not received a satisfactory reply. Several times i contacted your office, two or three times, i have gone there. Each time i am getting the same reply like "pending with the agent. Call you back". I am not getting a responsible reply. One week back, police personnel warned my daughter regarding driving an unregistered vehicle. I am very sorry to say that your customer relation may please be enhanced. I do not know whether i will get a suitable reply. Looking forward to hear from you

                                      I am subha sankar, have a complaint with the subjected matter as follows below.

                                      I purchased a grazia on 16th may 2019 in name of sachi sankar panda (Brother) from kusum honda bajkul. From the very day of buying i got an engine problem and i informed the same issue to the showroom authority. The engine was giving a clanging sound. I visited showroom for 4 times till now and the engine was opened for repairing for three times (18th may, 25th, 29th may). There was an issue of mobil overflow issue as well.

                                      On 29th may an engineer who was assigned from honda, visited to the showroom to repair the scooter. The mobil overflowing issue was resolved though, the engine noise is still persists. After rechecked primarily it seemed that the engine issue was resolved but not in real it was. So i want to open a complaint to get the better service

                                      I demanded a replacement / refund from the beginning, till now i demand for the same as i think this issue cannot be resolved by the technicians of honda. I hope i will get the better service this time.

                                      Case details :
                                      18th may - i was said that it is not an issue at all. All the scooters have the same issue. I was in hurry so i left the showrrom.

                                      25th may - i was said that the issue is not major and it can be resolved. Technician opened the engine and changed a part. Technician promised that the mobil overflow issue is resolved and he also assured me that the engine noise will not come again. After coming back to home i found the two issues were still there (Mobil overflow and engine noise)

                                      29th may - technician sent by honda. Technician opened the engine and replaced a part inside the engine. After fitting he assured me that the problems are resolved. After coming back to home, i found that the mobil overflowing issue was resolved but the engine clanging sound was still then. The issue of engine clanging sound is still persisting.

                                        It is my 4th service it was very poor experience.in the job card sit lock was some time not function. But the technical
                                        Person is not bother to check. Nither
                                        He is clean air filter not clean spark pluck.
                                        Maximum time he was gossiping with
                                        Other. Manager was very nice as well as
                                        Supervisor. Tecnical person was not follow the instruction. It was not good for
                                        Any service center in this way you will loose the customer. If they give this type of service why's people comes to u.
