Dear sir

My vehicle is under insurance and got accident a month back, the vehicle front handle while taking turn slips which is why i met accident.
The problem with vehicle is since day one and i have been complaining the issue to the service manager of sai point honda.
That when purchase the vehicle had issue on taking turn to the right side, and it needs replacement of the front shock up or either handle.
I think the company gave me a accident refurbished vehicle.
Hence many times i have taken for the services but the problem persisted.
Now the honda services are denying the issue and services.
I need your support to resolve the issue.

Dear Sir

My Vehicle is Under Insurance and Got Accident A month Back, The Vehicle Front Handle while taking Turn Slips Which is why I met Accident.
The Problem with Vehicle is Since Day One and I have Been Complaining The Issue to the Service Manager of Sai point Honda.
That when Purchase the Vehicle Had Issue On taking Turn to the Right Side, And It needs Replacement of the front shock up or either Handle.
i think the company gave me a accident refurbished vehicle.
hence many times i have taken For the services but the problem persisted.
Now the Honda Services are Denying the issue and Services.
i need Your support to resolve the issue.

    I took my cbr 250abs for the servicing my bike is now pretty old its 7 years old and ive maintained it like new, recently i was facing several issues with my bike i took it to most reputed bu bhandari workshop and they made my experience a nighmare, iam a motorcylist and now my bike has issues with the coneset which i said them they only tighted my the screw and gave the bike to me i asked them to replace the sparkplugs as the bike was old enugh they said the bike has not crossed 30 km so they didnt do it, i said them there is a leakeage and the clucth cover head gaskit should be replaced they didnt do that either they only replaced the thiings those were easy jobs like replcing indicator lubing chain (Charged me extra for that) i actually paid for everything additional i dont know why was servcing included in it i paid for everything extra and plus for labor its only a scam they didnt change my brake fluid even though i was ready to pay for eveything i took my office off which costed my 1200rs i took my bike at the workshop sharp at 10 in the morning and they took my bike for servicing at 3.45 gave the bike back to me in just 5.30 evening when the bike had so many issues how come they did it this fast, also i took an appointment on saturday itself they confirmed my to bring my bike so i did nothing has changed on my bike all the problems are still there on the bike it self, honda as a brand is legendary but the service is way pathetic even for the most premiuim international products sad but true i never had any issues to my plusar 220 bajaj has offered me a wonderful service they keep there words for real. They didnt even thought of oiling the parts which were jam like the foot pedals the side stand and look the washing quality still the mud can be seen on the engine cover

      I have purchased honda cb shine from nangal dealership on 4th june 2018. Its shocker got scratches without any reason. I took the bike in agency, but they said its all well. Today morning i was starting the bike, but after 10-15 kicks, it is not starting. This is my 1st honda bike and i have been very disappointed. I will not ask anybody to purchase honda bike.

      Dhule honda showroom service centar mecnical are not perfect in there work i went to service center 3 times but till my bike problem is not solved am facing that kind of problems from date of bike purchase. Maneger not coordinating with there workar please neglect there workar and custmors problem .

        I'm owning a cb unicorn 160 in which i'm facing kickstart issues since i've purchased it i have gone through all the regular services in your renowned service centre but even the people over there are not able to fix my vehicle issues and they have tried to console me saying that "ek hazar maine ek gadi aisi toh atti hi hain" is this a kind of a joke that you people are selling to us: i'm tired of these kid of offended replies from your people and tired of wasting my time visiting your service centre where there aare no satisfactory replies for us. My vehicle is still under warranty and i am totally unsatisfied with the approach your people have towards customers i want an explanation for the same asap and i need my issue to be fixed about my vehicle or replace my vehicle because it's quite frustrating when my vehicle makes an annoying noise and it feels as if the vehicle going to have a breakdown in the middle of my ride.

          Purchased honda cb shine in 2017 and with in 1 month, there is vibration in handle at 55 km and mirror shows distorted view above 50 km. It has been around 1 year that i am visiting the service center and the technician make different excuses every-time. Sometimes he said engine will open, some times he said shocker is hard, some time he said road uneven surface and sometimes he said it will remain as such that iswhy honda has launched shine sp to overcome this.

          So my humble request to you all is not to buy honda cb shine infact do not buy honda vehicle so that you may not face any hassle as honda technicians are not capable enough to resolve an issue in one year.

          The Vibration and distorted view is same as earlier. The mechanic tried to tighten the mirror to get it resolved but failed to overcome this. Again there is rust at the petrol T connecting with the fuel tank. We checked another new & old vehicles but there is no rust. It is a manufacturing defected vehicle that we are facing all the issues in this which Honda and its Service Dealers are not ready to accept.

            I submit my bike in mf honda, nanded for servicing during service some scratches and stickers damage on petrol tank, he is accepted after checking cctv, but he say the sticker is not available if sticker available then stick. I am waiting after 30 days the sticker available and go to service center and he say give sticker and stick self. If i stick self some tank damage or color damage after he say his your problem. I bought a bike only 3 months, only 3 months they give bad service and many problems related to service but customer have no idea about complain. And bad behavior of service advicers and no solution properly.
            So i kindly request to you please accept my complain and give everyone one proper solution as possible

                5 months back i sold that bike
                I have one problem in engine. When i start the engine there is more noise like extra sound engine is not a smooth condition. When i am run the engine the noise increase. So i am consult the showroom 3 times but there is no one to solve my problem so kindly solve the problem as well as shortly thank you.

                  In karnataka bidar district there is honda two wheeler showroom that is ramesh honda we have booked a scooty wen i was gone to enquire about my booked scooty after ten days they're telling the scooty will come after one month booking time they said scooty will come in just 10-15 days now they are not responding and they are using unparliamentary words and telling we don't care what will u do so.                     Today inform your elan honda service manager, my bike not eligible for ew engine head spare warranty, because service millage laps but 2016 history not your system

                    My bike[protected] in - between 3 service in meereddy honda service in miryalaguda, nolgonda dist, but your service history not show 2016 year, and not show in your nalgonda dist my bike service history

                    2015 year meereddy honda service invoice also attached above and 2016 year invoice missing

                    Total 4 years my bike usage is approx 30000 km

                    I don't know what is the meaning of warranty policy in two wheeler, i have warranty 5 year why not given free service in engineer head spare

                    Please look in the issue asap... Otherwise case file to consumer form

                      One of the 3rd class service provided i ever seen. They did not take any responsibility for our bike. Never provide timely. Valsad (Gujarat) leela honda, called me and told monday 8 am you can take your bike but when i reached 8:15 my bike was not ready (No employee available (Not reached) and also job card is also not found after 1hour they found my job card and afrer that my bike going to work and another 1.5 hour waste so that day my 3hours totally waste. My tuition classes missied and half day consider in my office. I never prefer my self as well as my all frnds to go honda centre. They are not responsible

                        Trainee workers only repair the vehicle, no response for customer complaint, worst service in the company. Not responsible for the customer, i submit the vehicle for service on 8/06/2018, and i received vehicle on 9/06/2018, ofter that my vehicle occurred clutch complaint. Again i submit 11/06/18 after finishing the service i received on that day again i occurred more noise, on clutch part.. Worth of money didn't satisfied me..

                          I visit the abhii honda show room of othakadai branch, madurai for 3rd free servicing my honda activa 4g, tn 59 bq5783 purchased on 13.12.2017, but the service was not done service coupon in the owner's manual teared, i asked the service engineer named sriram in this regard, he said that you register a complaint, i know to solve that issue within a second, in the same way you already registered a complaint i solved it easily.

                          Action may be taken on this regard, Photos taken while servicing after i said that complaint raised by me now itself.From delivery to this third service I face a issue regarding registration, service and irregular delivery time as promised and actual.                             Extended warranty digital meter activa 125 change problem.

                            I bought an activa 125 on 07/10/2014 from malik honda panipat haryana, whose engine no. Is-jf49e80069292 have an extended warranty upto oct 2019. Activa runs 21000 km approx and its digital analogue meter is not working since one month. I contacted to lk honda panipat (Where current service is running), they says it is not under warranty from lk honda, kindly contacted to malik honda (The dealership from where i purchased the vehicle). I go to malik honda and shows the bill, insurance, extended warranty slip and service record, the service manager says that your last service is done through lk honda so they will be replace your meter.., i say that lk honda deny the fact and say that malik honda sell the vehicle and they issue the extended warranty so they replace the meter. After that the service manager is some how convince but after that he says that your vehicle service is not regular as per company rules. He says vehicle will go for service in every 4 month and 4000km whichever is earlier and i done the service in every 6-7 month gap, he deny for replace the activa 125 meter.
                            Sir i want to say that how is possible for a working people to service the vehicle in every 4 month where the total running of vehicle in local route is around 800-1200km in every 6 month, and every service costs min rs-500-800 with paid service oil and filter.in my family there is three no of activa, s and all have extended warranty but there is first chance for avail the warranty benefits and this is the results.
                            Please help me in this issue and meter costs rs 2100 without labour cost which is a healthy amt for me (Service class).

                            Clutch jerking, all body vibration, engine nose, above 50 speed not done in evry service itss a big issue it may not solved till yet ..

                              Sir i bought honda aviator on january. After passing 6mnths my dealer agency not providing me rc and i met with an accident on 5 may.. Till today after passing one month 10 days they are not repairing my scooter and ask for money... I insured my scooter.. They didn't provide me insurance. I want to claim my insurance and rc but they are troubling. Their service is worse and inconvenient for me.

                                I have recently purchased 5g activa last month, the chasis number is me4jf50adju063029, it started giving problems in the very first week. It takes approximately 5 min & more than 25 selfs to start. Kick does not work. This issue arises every morning when i try to start the bike. I spoke to the sales exec form whom i had purchased (Parekh automotive pvt ltd) from whom the vehicle had brought. He assured that the issue would get resolved post first service.
                                I had told the service guy regarding the issue faced during the service that was done last week but the issue stands un resolved. I had given a one time payment of 62000.
                                I am getting this issue right from the begining. I am staring to feel tthat the product is of inferior quality. Please reolve the issue immediately else, refund me back my money asap

                                  Dear sir, today i was going to jps honda service center amravati for routine service of my bike cb trigger. When make a job card for servicing of my bike that time my bike was ok.. No major problem... But after one hour technical assistant call me and said ur bikes block, piston, plug, filter, clutch plates was gone... I was shocked... Then i answered don't make engine work... Only do routine service. So i think anybody created problems my bike in workshop... So please solve my problem.. Thanks..

                                      This is with utmost disappointment i'm writing this email. I went to evm honda, vyttila last thursday[protected] to purchase honda activa 5g. The dealer told me that they will deliver the scooter next day and asked me to make the payment immediately. I made full payment in cash and left the showroom with the receipt hoping the scooter will be delivered next day. You won't believe that i had to wait for a full week to get my vehicle delivered even after paying the full amount in cash. I got my scooter today[protected].

                                      I just want to let honda know how this dealer is handling fellow customers like us giving false commitments.

                                      Hoping honda will take necessary action against this dealer.

                                        Iam brought a new activa 5g. Starting onwards vibrate the handle and body parts. First services l go to honda serivces centre (12-jun-2018, invoice no:- knr-5606, cannanore honda, pallikulam kannur11, kerala). I tell compaint to that service centre attending person. That day not resolve the compaint. I go to next day l tell same compaint to serivce centre. That time one attending person misbehive to me and tell no warnatty for compainting spare part and he also shout to me. That time service manager came he tell this compaint manufacture defact. Activa 5g many series vechile compaint will be there. This compaint not resolving for honda. (I have an audio recorder of evidance)
                                        Manufacture defact activa give and cheat me. I want solution for both compaint (Manfacture defact and mis behive company represitive)
                                        Immediately i want reason for compaint offically. Otherwise l will go legally.

                                        Hello, Sir,
                                        I have purchased a bike in 2015 called Dream Yuga Honda, and this year some of the parts of the bike has been damaged.
                                        So, please may I know about warranty, what are the things covered & how many years?
                                        Today I reached 9.15 am from pachora 60 k.m ram Honda showroom at jalgaon for my active 4 g 4 th servicing but showroom employees denied servicing because of showroom styles repairing work is start that why we cannot accept your motorcycle. But last is forth servicing 16 jun .I have not avail leave .
