Sir i bought honda aviator on january. After passing 6mnths my dealer agency not providing me rc and i met with an accident on 5 may.. Till today after passing one month 10 days they are not repairing my scooter and ask for money... I insured my scooter.. They didn't provide me insurance. I want to claim my insurance and rc but they are troubling. Their service is worse and inconvenient for me.

    I have recently purchased 5g activa last month, the chasis number is me4jf50adju063029, it started giving problems in the very first week. It takes approximately 5 min & more than 25 selfs to start. Kick does not work. This issue arises every morning when i try to start the bike. I spoke to the sales exec form whom i had purchased (Parekh automotive pvt ltd) from whom the vehicle had brought. He assured that the issue would get resolved post first service.
    I had told the service guy regarding the issue faced during the service that was done last week but the issue stands un resolved. I had given a one time payment of 62000.
    I am getting this issue right from the begining. I am staring to feel tthat the product is of inferior quality. Please reolve the issue immediately else, refund me back my money asap

      Dear sir, today i was going to jps honda service center amravati for routine service of my bike cb trigger. When make a job card for servicing of my bike that time my bike was ok.. No major problem... But after one hour technical assistant call me and said ur bikes block, piston, plug, filter, clutch plates was gone... I was shocked... Then i answered don't make engine work... Only do routine service. So i think anybody created problems my bike in workshop... So please solve my problem.. Thanks..

          Sir,

          This is with utmost disappointment i'm writing this email. I went to evm honda, vyttila last thursday[protected] to purchase honda activa 5g. The dealer told me that they will deliver the scooter next day and asked me to make the payment immediately. I made full payment in cash and left the showroom with the receipt hoping the scooter will be delivered next day. You won't believe that i had to wait for a full week to get my vehicle delivered even after paying the full amount in cash. I got my scooter today[protected].

          I just want to let honda know how this dealer is handling fellow customers like us giving false commitments.

          Hoping honda will take necessary action against this dealer.

            Iam brought a new activa 5g. Starting onwards vibrate the handle and body parts. First services l go to honda serivces centre (12-jun-2018, invoice no:- knr-5606, cannanore honda, pallikulam kannur11, kerala). I tell compaint to that service centre attending person. That day not resolve the compaint. I go to next day l tell same compaint to serivce centre. That time one attending person misbehive to me and tell no warnatty for compainting spare part and he also shout to me. That time service manager came he tell this compaint manufacture defact. Activa 5g many series vechile compaint will be there. This compaint not resolving for honda. (I have an audio recorder of evidance)
            Manufacture defact activa give and cheat me. I want solution for both compaint (Manfacture defact and mis behive company represitive)
            Immediately i want reason for compaint offically. Otherwise l will go legally.

            Hello, Sir,
            I have purchased a bike in 2015 called Dream Yuga Honda, and this year some of the parts of the bike has been damaged.
            So, please may I know about warranty, what are the things covered & how many years?
            Today I reached 9.15 am from pachora 60 k.m ram Honda showroom at jalgaon for my active 4 g 4 th servicing but showroom employees denied servicing because of showroom styles repairing work is start that why we cannot accept your motorcycle. But last is forth servicing 16 jun .I have not avail leave .

              I purchased my cb unicorn 150 on 29/06/2017. And now, my meter assembly is not working. I approched an authorized service centre near to me, vahini honda, kollam for my warranty. But they denying my warranty by saying some silly, irrelevant reasons. They are driving me the way back and forth. Please take necessary action for this and do the things that i need to get my warranty.

                I have a activa 3g scooter MH 04 HT 8369 bought last year cuurently in warranty period one day bike got stuck and can't start my bike on road after checking ( service centre name -: aditya honda bhayandar (+[protected],[protected], [protected]
                Shop No 2, 3, 4 & 5, New Shree Trade Center, Bhayandar East, Thane - 401105 (Near Reliance Office, Opposite Equity Restaurant) found service was not done properly mechanic was untrained and after complaining in honda they checked my bike in service centre and found that engine block piston and valwe was all damaged and finally they mentioned in job card that new part will be installed i told them to change it in front of me or call me i will be there while changing parts but without informing they told me that they have already changed while i was not there i questioned why they did not changed in front of me they don't have answers and finally at the delivery time when i ask them if you have changed engine parts where are the old engine block piston valwe then they suddenly change their answers they told me your parts are good and we have not replace your parts finally the fraud had been caught this means they in warranty they gaved me my old parts in exchange and told me that they have fitted new block piston they are fraud and now they are telling me your bike is fine how could they can do this type of things and every one is irresponsible and careless in service centre. Kindly take strict action has soon has possible

                  Rahul auto. Aundh. This is authorised service centre.
                  First of all. The technicians are not at all efficient in doing their jobs. The mechanic doesn't even know what's he dealing with. I have had my bike cbr250r serviced 3-4times. And not at all satisfied. They are never able to rectify the problem. And upon suggestions or questions, the mechanic would give illogical answers.
                  Yesterday. 12th june 2018, went to have a paid servicing. Got my bike serviced for 1374 rs. But after coming back home. I checked the bike properly and came to know that. They didn't even checked whether their was enough coolant in my bike or not. The coolant chamber was empty. Oil leakage in the front suspension fork. And no proper servicing done. The bike is feeling in unserviced again. Dear honda. If you cannot provide proper service to your customers please don't sell this product. I love my cbr250r. But if you guys are not able to provide proper service then it's a shame.

                    Before 2 days ago i put my activa in apex honda. When i gave activa nobody their adviser to taken my activa. Every body adviser eaten chikko at that time. So i had written complain for this. But not give me properly satisfaction.

                    After service
                    1 days ago i reached apex honda to taken my activa. And i observed and find the apex honda used for both side gum tape for solution vibration. I told when i put my activa vibration in job card. But do not give me properly answer by mr. Sachin borisa (Manager).
                    Really i realized cheating with the customer.
                    I hope you will step and action for this.

                      I recently bought a new honda activa in april, 2018 — it's important to mention that i especially waited for 4 months to buy a new model ie 5g having smart features, new style and upgraded version from the previous vehicle.

                      But eventually, my happiness is converting into a sorrow. Being a female its really troublesome if your vehicle stops in the mid of road or does not start — this is exactly whats happening with me. I have no words to convey the extremes of inconvenience am facing with this new activa. I really want you to look into this matter and resolve asap as the service engineer are helpless in resolving this.

                        Hi, sir i have problem regarding my scooter battery. As per in scooter bill they mention that your scooter comes with the exide battery. But when i going to see in my scooter there is a some local battery provided in the scooter. Now after 4 month the battery get failed. Now they said that we cant provide you a exide battery. Also said that this local battery comes from company we cant do in that. And i also pay the battery charges to that honda showroom i. E rs 1000. Please do something sir i am in trouble. Hope you can take action as early as you can.

                          And they also didnt provide a proper accessories to me.even i pay the accessories charges.
                          We have gone through several times with M.S. Akansha Honda Moradabad dealer for complaint for my scooter is not working properly as it's handle is hard and it's washing is not done properly . serviced are not done as job card are not made and several reasons are made for not making .

                            I have purchased the honda activa 3g on 13.10.2016 and mileage run 13220 km.
                            Reg. No. Tn12 q 7366, engine no. Jf50et3844952
                            Horn is not working. I have given to service center svm honda, avadi they inform horn problem to be replaced.
                            They inform horn will not come under warranty. Only engine warranty for 2 yrs. Then why i should purchase this bike which is covering only warranty for engine.

                            I have not used horn that much and no one can use continuously buzzing on road. Then how horn has gone within one and half year. This is your product quality limit of parts.

                            I have service regularly in same center starting from purchase and no accident in bike. If i dont get proper reason for this concern and replacement. I will escalate in all social media networking and cimplaint website.

                              In my new bike unicorn 160 engine kicker compressor problem coming many times. But Honda service people's are not properly answers me. I bought the bike in the believe with Honda but I am absolutely not satisfied with my bike. Please give your solution. Still my bike ran only 15, 000 Kms.                                   I met with an accident on 3rd february 2018 after which i had given my active mh14fe0887 for repair at rohan honda on 4th february 2018.
                                  For 3 days nobody had even touched my vehicle let alone to repair it. After constant nagging and arguments they finally started with the repair work.
                                  1 month later, when the vehicle was brought back from repair i noticed that the speed meter and indicator was not working, vehicle was making noises, handle was not set properly and even the servicing was not done properly.
                                  So i again gave my vehicle for repair one week later.
                                  When i got my vehicle from repair meter, it was again not working and on the top of it dikky (Boot of the activa) was broken. They told me that the meter and dikky lock will be provided by extended service and they need to order it.
                                  They finally brought both the parts 3 months later on 27th may 18. It is highly unprofessional on their part to take such a long time to get a vehicle repaired and even after repairing, most of the parts are defective & are of low quality and the customer has to struggle for months to get their vehicle repaired.
                                  I had also asked to change the activa mud guard, but unfortunately they had just colored the previous one and has not changed it.
                                  Currently inner cover shell of activa is also broken. I would appreciate it if you could replace the defective parts like inner cover shell, mud guard by 20 june 2018
                                  I am very disappointed by the laid back attitude of rohan honda. Your dealer is tarnishing honda's image severely. Due to such pathetic service, i don't think i'll be recommending honda to anybody if it continues in the same way.
                                  As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my scooter for transport and apart from the inconvenience, and this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost (I have kept the receipts as proof).
                                  I look forward to settling this matter amicably. I request you to take appropriate action against rohan honda at the earliest. I hope to get justice. Awaiting your reply. Thanking you in anticipation.
                                  Please respond to my complaint/complete the work in the next 7 days. If you fail to respond in this time, i will have no option but to consider taking the matter further.

                                    Respected sir, i have booked an activa 5g from aero honda pune on the 4th of june 2018. I have made the downpayment of rs.14196/-. I was given a manual booking reciept instead of the computerised reciept. The manual booking reciept does not have any serial no. At all. I was told that i would be getting the amc & ext warranty under foc. They denied their word and i did not get these two things in foc. Even they said that my total disbursement and my downpayment total shall be rs.65200/-. When i recieved the details from the bank i was shocked to see that they had charged me rs.3000/- extra for no fault of mine. The total came to 68200/-. Aero wheels honda pune has quiet a bad reputation in the market. The salesperson name is sunny.
                                    Kindly resolve the issue and refund me my excess amount of rs.3000/- as early as possible.

                                      Sir i have purchased a activa 5g from aero honda pune. Have made downpayment of 14196 on 04.06.2018 was promised ext warranty & amc will be given in foc but was not given. The disbursement & downpayment which came to the bank was 68200 while i was told it will be 65200. Excess payment of rs. 3000 had to be given by me for no fault of mine.
                                      Aero honda dealings are not good with customers. Please want immediate resolution on this matter or will escalate it further. Aero honda has given a manual reciept on which there is no serial no. At all. How are they working in this matter. Please take action or i shall escalate the matter further. Would like to have the refund of rs.3000.00

                                        Sir, i have acvtia 4g which i have purchased from m/s auto world ambala cantt on 15th of october 2017 and its registration number is hr-85a 1080. After 3rd service which was done on 01.05.2018 after that i m facing problem of vibration in handle while giving initial race the problem has occurred only after 3rd service, then i again complained to the service center in ambala cantt on 28.05.2018 but problem was still there then i again approached the service center on 29.05.2018 they told that problem has resolved but it was resolved temporarily only again i approached to service center on 09.06.2018 but the problem is same, the person who have made over to me told that the little bit problem will remain there and can not be resolved. I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve my problem.
