Respected sir, i have booked an activa 5g from aero honda pune on the 4th of june 2018. I have made the downpayment of rs.14196/-. I was given a manual booking reciept instead of the computerised reciept. The manual booking reciept does not have any serial no. At all. I was told that i would be getting the amc & ext warranty under foc. They denied their word and i did not get these two things in foc. Even they said that my total disbursement...

Sir i have purchased a activa 5g from aero honda pune. Have made downpayment of 14196 on 04.06.2018 was promised ext warranty & amc will be given in foc but was not given. The disbursement & downpayment which came to the bank was 68200 while i was told it will be 65200. Excess payment of rs. 3000 had to be given by me for no fault of mine.
Aero honda dealings are not good with customers. Please want immediate resolution on this matter...

My honda hornet jf 3748 sevricing was due date was till 1october but stil i was called from beearer honda, lucknow for servicing of bike. They told that last due date is 10th june aftr that my free serive will be lapsed.
On contacting service centre they told that service due that is in october so please come in october.
I have taken a leave from job for this purpose only and the staff there also not coperative at all.

I have gear shift problem with my bike
Its not comfortable at all. Shift from 1st to 2nd gear is very hard. Driving in traffic requires frequent gear shifts.
0-5 km/h — 1 gear
Reached 5-8 km/h — shift to 2 gear (Pulling little bit more in 1st gear makes engine screaming and bike stalls at the spot)
Reached 12-15 km/h — shift to 3 gear
Reached 25-30 km/h — shift to 4 gear

I have a 2013 Honda CBR250R, I am greatly displeased with the company, as because I had lost one key and broken the last key I had, so as soon as I broke the key I called up the customer care (ready with the Key No.) to do the required proceedings, but on inquiring about the proceedings, I was told to get a New Lock Set which costs a whooping Rs.12, 000. I am not ready to shell out that amount for a Spare Key. Please help....

Agency says, paper of activa will give tomorrow due to non availability of paper provider and give possession of bike. No paper have handover till today and not rc make, whereas all paper submitted. Arsh automobile harrased me more than 1 month. Please see the matter....

I am being a big fan of Honda Bikes and was very impressed with Honda Hornet 160r.

I booked Honda Hornet 160r Deluxe ABS - Orange/Grey on 30th March 2018 from a nearby showroom of Silicon Honda RR Nagar.

The advance amount of 1000rs was collected and my booking was confirmed with a promise of delivery by 30 days. I was asked to submit all the required documents for finance by a week, but...

There is no proper comunication with customers .and they are dealying in promised delivery time .and not serviced my bike regarding (thermostarter )last one year back i complainted about thermostarter one of the technision repaired that but it not solved now my bike is not initial pickup ...worst worst service...worst worst worst service ...

I have service from shail honda, jabalpur. But service is not proper and effective. Today 05.06.2018 my scooter is started. Then, i call back to sahil honda about the problem. My scooter is not used only for home to office and back. Tehy did not tell me about the batter is exhausted and vechilce is not started through kick. I have paid service charge of rs 2837/- to them. I hope my problem will be solved by you.

I have purchased a honda activa 4g from akhand autos caisar complex bardhi bazar chungi naka utraula (Dealer name: devendra singh wheels pvt ltd sub branch: bahraich road pahalwara balrampur u. P.) on dated 14/01/2017 but till date (Near about six months) i have not received my rc. I have talked several times to dealer but he not responded me in a good manner.

The round guard at the back of the vehicle is having rust... It has not been even a year after the purchase of the vehicle... And at the service centre i have been waiting today from morning 9 'o clock... Still the replacement is not done till 1'o clock coz of serviceman mistake...

I purched cb shine from santhosh honda. Commute guntur (Dt) ap on 5-3-2018. I went to pranove honda servicing center tenali for repair on 4-6-18. There is response from your service center. Simple they said speedometer broken. And no response from your service center.
