First of all. The technicians are not at all efficient in doing their jobs. The mechanic doesn't even know what's he dealing with. I have had my bike cbr250r serviced 3-4times. And not at all satisfied. They are never able to rectify the problem. And upon suggestions or questions, the mechanic would give illogical answers.
Yesterday. 12th june 2018, went to have a paid servicing. Got my bike serviced for 1374 rs. But after coming back home. I checked the bike properly and came to know that. They didn't even checked whether their was enough coolant in my bike or not. The coolant chamber was empty. Oil leakage in the front suspension fork. And no proper servicing done. The bike is feeling in unserviced again. Dear honda. If you cannot provide proper service to your customers please don't sell this product. I love my cbr250r. But if you guys are not able to provide proper service then it's a shame.

    Before 2 days ago i put my activa in apex honda. When i gave activa nobody their adviser to taken my activa. Every body adviser eaten chikko at that time. So i had written complain for this. But not give me properly satisfaction.

    After service
    1 days ago i reached apex honda to taken my activa. And i observed and find the apex honda used for both side gum tape for solution vibration. I told when i put my activa vibration in job card. But do not give me properly answer by mr. Sachin borisa (Manager).
    Really i realized cheating with the customer.
    I hope you will step and action for this.

      Hello,

      I recently bought a new honda activa in april, 2018 — it's important to mention that i especially waited for 4 months to buy a new model ie 5g having smart features, new style and upgraded version from the previous vehicle.

      But eventually, my happiness is converting into a sorrow. Being a female its really troublesome if your vehicle stops in the mid of road or does not start — this is exactly whats happening with me. I have no words to convey the extremes of inconvenience am facing with this new activa. I really want you to look into this matter and resolve asap as the service engineer are helpless in resolving this.

      Your quick assistance will be greatly appreciated.

        Hi, sir i have problem regarding my scooter battery. As per in scooter bill they mention that your scooter comes with the exide battery. But when i going to see in my scooter there is a some local battery provided in the scooter. Now after 4 month the battery get failed. Now they said that we cant provide you a exide battery. Also said that this local battery comes from company we cant do in that. And i also pay the battery charges to that honda showroom i. E rs 1000. Please do something sir i am in trouble. Hope you can take action as early as you can.

          And they also didnt provide a proper accessories to me.even i pay the accessories charges.
          We have gone through several times with M.S. Akansha Honda Moradabad dealer for complaint for my scooter is not working properly as it's handle is hard and it's washing is not done properly . serviced are not done as job card are not made and several reasons are made for not making .

            I have purchased the honda activa 3g on 13.10.2016 and mileage run 13220 km.
            Reg. No. Tn12 q 7366, engine no. Jf50et3844952
            Horn is not working. I have given to service center svm honda, avadi they inform horn problem to be replaced.
            They inform horn will not come under warranty. Only engine warranty for 2 yrs. Then why i should purchase this bike which is covering only warranty for engine.

            I have not used horn that much and no one can use continuously buzzing on road. Then how horn has gone within one and half year. This is your product quality limit of parts.

            I have service regularly in same center starting from purchase and no accident in bike. If i dont get proper reason for this concern and replacement. I will escalate in all social media networking and cimplaint website.

              In my new bike unicorn 160 engine kicker compressor problem coming many times. But Honda service people's are not properly answers me. I bought the bike in the believe with Honda but I am absolutely not satisfied with my bike. Please give your solution. Still my bike ran only 15, 000 Kms. How could I expect the quality of your handa products will be reliable???? I néed a permanent solution for this.

                  I met with an accident on 3rd february 2018 after which i had given my active mh14fe0887 for repair at rohan honda on 4th february 2018.
                  For 3 days nobody had even touched my vehicle let alone to repair it. After constant nagging and arguments they finally started with the repair work.
                  1 month later, when the vehicle was brought back from repair i noticed that the speed meter and indicator was not working, vehicle was making noises, handle was not set properly and even the servicing was not done properly.
                  So i again gave my vehicle for repair one week later.
                  When i got my vehicle from repair meter, it was again not working and on the top of it dikky (Boot of the activa) was broken. They told me that the meter and dikky lock will be provided by extended service and they need to order it.
                  They finally brought both the parts 3 months later on 27th may 18. It is highly unprofessional on their part to take such a long time to get a vehicle repaired and even after repairing, most of the parts are defective & are of low quality and the customer has to struggle for months to get their vehicle repaired.
                  I had also asked to change the activa mud guard, but unfortunately they had just colored the previous one and has not changed it.
                  Currently inner cover shell of activa is also broken. I would appreciate it if you could replace the defective parts like inner cover shell, mud guard by 20 june 2018
                  I am very disappointed by the laid back attitude of rohan honda. Your dealer is tarnishing honda's image severely. Due to such pathetic service, i don't think i'll be recommending honda to anybody if it continues in the same way.
                  As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my scooter for transport and apart from the inconvenience, and this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost (I have kept the receipts as proof).
                  I look forward to settling this matter amicably. I request you to take appropriate action against rohan honda at the earliest. I hope to get justice. Awaiting your reply. Thanking you in anticipation.
                  Please respond to my complaint/complete the work in the next 7 days. If you fail to respond in this time, i will have no option but to consider taking the matter further.

                    Respected sir, i have booked an activa 5g from aero honda pune on the 4th of june 2018. I have made the downpayment of rs.14196/-. I was given a manual booking reciept instead of the computerised reciept. The manual booking reciept does not have any serial no. At all. I was told that i would be getting the amc & ext warranty under foc. They denied their word and i did not get these two things in foc. Even they said that my total disbursement and my downpayment total shall be rs.65200/-. When i recieved the details from the bank i was shocked to see that they had charged me rs.3000/- extra for no fault of mine. The total came to 68200/-. Aero wheels honda pune has quiet a bad reputation in the market. The salesperson name is sunny.
                    Kindly resolve the issue and refund me my excess amount of rs.3000/- as early as possible.

                      Sir i have purchased a activa 5g from aero honda pune. Have made downpayment of 14196 on 04.06.2018 was promised ext warranty & amc will be given in foc but was not given. The disbursement & downpayment which came to the bank was 68200 while i was told it will be 65200. Excess payment of rs. 3000 had to be given by me for no fault of mine.
                      Aero honda dealings are not good with customers. Please want immediate resolution on this matter or will escalate it further. Aero honda has given a manual reciept on which there is no serial no. At all. How are they working in this matter. Please take action or i shall escalate the matter further. Would like to have the refund of rs.3000.00

                        Sir, i have acvtia 4g which i have purchased from m/s auto world ambala cantt on 15th of october 2017 and its registration number is hr-85a 1080. After 3rd service which was done on 01.05.2018 after that i m facing problem of vibration in handle while giving initial race the problem has occurred only after 3rd service, then i again complained to the service center in ambala cantt on 28.05.2018 but problem was still there then i again approached the service center on 29.05.2018 they told that problem has resolved but it was resolved temporarily only again i approached to service center on 09.06.2018 but the problem is same, the person who have made over to me told that the little bit problem will remain there and can not be resolved. I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve my problem.

                            My honda hornet jf 3748 sevricing was due date was till 1october but stil i was called from beearer honda, lucknow for servicing of bike. They told that last due date is 10th june aftr that my free serive will be lapsed.
                            On contacting service centre they told that service due that is in october so please come in october.
                            I have taken a leave from job for this purpose only and the staff there also not coperative at all.
                            This type of serive is not expected at all.
                            They told me under complain section your bike will be repaired i[censored] want something to repair.

                              I have gear shift problem with my bike
                              Its not comfortable at all. Shift from 1st to 2nd gear is very hard. Driving in traffic requires frequent gear shifts.
                              0-5 km/h — 1 gear
                              Reached 5-8 km/h — shift to 2 gear (Pulling little bit more in 1st gear makes engine screaming and bike stalls at the spot)
                              Reached 12-15 km/h — shift to 3 gear
                              Reached 25-30 km/h — shift to 4 gear

                              This creates lots of inconvenience while driving in traffic

                              If gear is not shifted withing the above specified speed range, it either slips during downshifting or stuck during up-shifting.
                              Also change in gear not happens in one push of pedals. I have to push long way down and shift happens with 2 clicks... Kit... Kit...
                              If i am not pushing it hard and leaving the clutch after 1st click... Gear is getting stuck between middle of two position and engine is making weird wwwwhhhhhhhiiiirrrr... Sound.

                                  I am haren chandra pandey. Resident of beldih., purulia district, westbengal. I purchased activa 4g two wheeler scooty on 13 march 18. Number of this scooty is wb56m9577. Frame no me4jf50cbj7114690. The wheel drum of the rear wheel becoming redish colour after continuous driving and also becomig very hot when it is running condition. I went for second servicing on 6 june 18 and also complained about this problem. But member of the s p honda servicing centre (Purulia) isimply denied abot this problem and they also could not care about this. I am so afraid about this problem.                                     MY name is dhananjay n pednekar from Arpora purchased active honda in february at porvorim showroom, highly disappointed with the after sale service of the unit and the reply given by the staff on my issue.
                                    on the first servicing i mentioned the issue that my bike handle tilt towards right side in turn bring heavy pressure on my right shoulder especially when double seated, they failed to sort out my issue and i have given my feedback about the same who calls to take after service feedback.
                                    On second servicing i mentioned the same issue but person who take registration at first told me to come at 3 p.m. on reaching at 10:00 am, acceptable as you'll take chargeable servicing also, gives me call at 13:00 hrs saying rod needs to be changed as it has a bent that will cost Rs.3500/-. on this i told him that my issue is carried forward from first servicing and nothing is done about it, i collected the bike at around 16:00 hrs and got a reply that bent is removed .
                                    After 2 days i again complaint on same issue and issue were checked again but till date facing the same problem.
                                    for me i were sold defective bike with the problem already known to sales team, people who take registration are more interested in other services like polishing of bike etc. rather then sorting out customer issue giving a indirect feel of commission involved in this and how customer is cheated
                                    Hope higher authorities will take a call on this before people loose hope on activa management

                                      I have a 2013 Honda CBR250R, I am greatly displeased with the company, as because I had lost one key and broken the last key I had, so as soon as I broke the key I called up the customer care (ready with the Key No.) to do the required proceedings, but on inquiring about the proceedings, I was told to get a New Lock Set which costs a whooping Rs.12, 000. I am not ready to shell out that amount for a Spare Key. Please help.

                                        I had submitted my vehicle for servicing on 5th May'18 to airport road honda showroom near ramchandra nagar, issue starts - 1st the service is very very poor they takr too much time to attend the customer even am approched them.
                                        After that when will goes for the vehicle collection they give invoice on which deduction summery mentioned others in 6-7 columns when today (06/08/2018) my sister going for the clarification of others and showing them one issue with vehicle alignment they said this is our lunch time please wait for the 30-40minutes after that my sister came back and going after 45 minutes they again assist her and said wait for 10-15 minutes continuesly 3-4 times then when my sister get irritated she gave one person phone then i had conversation with him others issue they sorted then i said for the alignment issue he was misbehaved with me amd try to manipulate the things said "to ap bol rhe ho servicing k baad gaadi khraab ho gyi" or "aap inni baate kr rhi hto m check krwalunga jo kaam niklega bta duga" even gave for the resolution.
                                        Please help me with the best possible resolution and again they said for the submitt the vehicle for one day, i don't think for alignment they need one day time.
                                        I am really disappointed with the behaviour and services i thought of required vehicle servicing have to go for the Honda after that i am going for local service center they have better services then honda.
