I had submitted my vehicle for servicing on 5th May'18 to airport road honda showroom near ramchandra nagar, issue starts - 1st the service is very very poor they takr too much time to attend the customer even am approched them.
After that when will goes for the vehicle collection they give invoice on which deduction summery mentioned others in 6-7 columns when today (06/08/2018) my sister going for the clarification of others and showing them one issue with vehicle alignment they said this is our lunch time please wait for the 30-40minutes after that my sister came back and going after 45 minutes they again assist her and said wait for 10-15 minutes continuesly 3-4 times then when my sister get irritated she gave one person phone then i had conversation with him others issue they sorted then i said for the alignment issue he was misbehaved with me amd try to manipulate the things said "to ap bol rhe ho servicing k baad gaadi khraab ho gyi" or "aap inni baate kr rhi hto m check krwalunga jo kaam niklega bta duga" even gave for the resolution.
Please help me with the best possible resolution and again they said for the submitt the vehicle for one day, i don't think for alignment they need one day time.
I am really disappointed with the behaviour and services i thought of required vehicle servicing have to go for the Honda after that i am going for local service center they have better services then honda.

    I purchased activa (Engine no 7706606) from arsh honda kurukshetra and paid cash 59500+ rc charges. Agency says, paper of activa will give tomorrow due to non availability of paper provider and give possession of bike. No paper have handover till today and not rc make, whereas all paper submitted. Arsh automobile harrased me more than 1 month. Please see the matter.

      I had given my honda activa 125cc for service on 30/5/18, i found my dikky fibre cracked, when i asked the service provider to change he refused giving me different offers and asking me to go for other options such as going into insurance
      I refused for the same.
      Apart from the damaged part, servicing quality of the vehicle is pathetic. It doesn't seem as if the vehicle is serviced well, there is a lot of sound heard while driving.
      I dont know what kind of service these people are doing. I have paid 755rs for the same atleast paisa diya hai tab to karo ache se service, today its 7/06/18 still no action taken no solution provided..

        I am kulamani acharya i have buy a scooter activa125 from the dealer of your company on dated 29thsept.2017 which name is sunhonda baripada mayurbhanj odisha dealer code noor/6000. Now my warranty period doesn't cover but my scooter kick is not functioning when i complain about it he asked me 150/-for servicing charge. It is not fare to me plz take right action about this and repair my scooter otherwise i will go to cosumer court

          Hi All,

          I am being a big fan of Honda Bikes and was very impressed with Honda Hornet 160r.

          I booked Honda Hornet 160r Deluxe ABS - Orange/Grey on 30th March 2018 from a nearby showroom of Silicon Honda RR Nagar.

          The advance amount of 1000rs was collected and my booking was confirmed with a promise of delivery by 30 days. I was asked to submit all the required documents for finance by a week, but the entire process took around 3 weeks and I was told to wait for another 10 days.

          During this time I had been visiting showroom every week to ensure that the loan is approved. Subsequently on 5th May I paid the down payment and was told that bike would arrive in a week.

          Till 13th May there was no response from the showroom, then after my visit and talking to the Manager - (Babu) on 14th May I was told to wait for another 10-15 days as the ABS Deluxe Model and Orange colour were not available.

          Finally I called up the Manager and dropped an SMS on 29th May and subsequent days, I got a response on 1st June by the manger regretting unable to respond due to some personal ailments and told to give me update by the next day.

          Today June 5th marks 67 days since I have booked the bike and no response on an expected delivery date.

          I have been patient all these days trying to understand your side of the story but now I feel a great regret of having opted for a Honda Bike. My EMI is starting this month and I need an update on this ASAP.

            There is no proper comunication with customers .and they are dealying in promised delivery time .and not serviced my bike regarding (thermostarter )last one year back i complainted about thermostarter one of the technision repaired that but it not solved now my bike is not initial pickup ...worst worst service...worst worst worst service ...

            Honda CB hornet 160 fuel tank became white and tail lights cover became white up to the 1 st service ing of bike .bike no MH 34 BK 7662 .on the name of Anil vithoba fale urjanagar kondi ward no. 5 durgapur chandrapur .bike was bought form vijay wings Honda.
            My bike Honda dream Yuga 110cc.my bike engine head and cylinder problem so changed .but repeated issue the engine.please sir this problem solved.honda service for Salem Ramani Honda bad service for customers reviews.

              I have service from shail honda, jabalpur. But service is not proper and effective. Today 05.06.2018 my scooter is started. Then, i call back to sahil honda about the problem. My scooter is not used only for home to office and back. Tehy did not tell me about the batter is exhausted and vechilce is not started through kick. I have paid service charge of rs 2837/- to them. I hope my problem will be solved by you.

                I have purchased a honda activa 4g from akhand autos caisar complex bardhi bazar chungi naka utraula (Dealer name: devendra singh wheels pvt ltd sub branch: bahraich road pahalwara balrampur u. P.) on dated 14/01/2017 but till date (Near about six months) i have not received my rc. I have talked several times to dealer but he not responded me in a good manner.

                  The round guard at the back of the vehicle is having rust... It has not been even a year after the purchase of the vehicle... And at the service centre i have been waiting today from morning 9 'o clock... Still the replacement is not done till 1'o clock coz of serviceman mistake...
                  I am not satisfied with the service... Worst quality of accessories... Its not genuine... Its the worst quality... Uhh must remove all the boards of genuine accessories from all your showroom!!!

                    I purched cb shine from santhosh honda. Commute guntur (Dt) ap on 5-3-2018. I went to pranove honda servicing center tenali for repair on 4-6-18. There is response from your service center. Simple they said speedometer broken. And no response from your service center.

                      I bought a two wheeler from srivari honda, kuriyichira thrissur in 28/11/2017. After second service, it make a vibration from front part, i take my third service and compliant for it, but no results, after third service it also make vibration from front part.

                        2018 model of honda shine sp 125cc disk break, i have purchased recently on 26th apr'18 from b u bhandari auto lines pvt ltd pune,, from the day one having issues with this bike

                        1. Engine over heats after only 5km ride, you can not even touch engine, 2-3 times my leg was burned out due to accidently touched the engine while ridding.

                        2. Gear shifting issue, you can not put 1st gear need to push your leg 4-5 times then it will shift and also cracking sounds during that time, also while ridding when you try to shift gear from 4th to 5th its need too hard push to shift in 5th gear.

                        I already did twice complaint to service center b u bhandari honda showroom, viman nagar, but each time they responded same we did all checks and everything is fine now, they also change engine oil in just 500 km running for over heat issue but no resolved my issue

                        This looks like some engine manufacturing fault and faulty gear box issue, honda needs to look out this issue on priority and they have take necessary actions on this compliant, have searched in google many people have same complaints which i have.

                          I bought honda activa 5g in santhosh honda (Mangalagiri) show room 6 days ago. It is good when i bought, but in next 2 days it showed many problems. Kick start not working properly, speedometer needle not working properly, vehicle is giving some anonymous vibrating sounds. When i took the vehicle to the showroom, they tested it and said there's no problem. But the issues didn't fix. Mileage is a big issue. Before selling u r showroom staff told me that it will give 60 kmpl. Its not giving atleast 30 kmpl! Show me a solution to this problem!!

                            Sir i am. Customer of 2 wheeler of honda company.. There is branch named hindon honda there is no value for customer today is my first service of scooter at 12 :30 pm. To 3 pm my scooter standing where i park and they said right next is your my turn is 66 and 70 no. Is going before me... When we ask for our turn the supervisor stirring at us. That i ask 66 that means there are more customer to handle....

I m faced its the big problem starting my active for kick and cell start... I was fursted about this. I was 15 time check my problem in single honda branch. Bt i cant satisfied.. Plz i request u...                                 I went to the service center at9.30 am 1/6/2018 and submited my service book for paid serviceing of my activa 125. At the evening when i reached there i am shoked to see my scooty even did not washed. I asked for body poliching and gave my contc no there to inform me about my bill. But i was shocked that they could not able to show my job card.. Took 30min to find out my service book.. How careless they can be. When i complained for not washed my scooty they said there machin not working.. They did not polished the body not even informed me. One staff shouted on me and tried to argue with me prove i am wrong they are all right and taking it very easy. Worst behaviour.. They prepared bill without show me the jobcard. Its very unfortunate that if customer is not able to stay there whole time they dont do properly. I did not mind for not washing and cleaning my scooty even though they are taking servicing charge if they inform it me either in the morning or in between the day. I am very much dissatisfied with their service to me.

                                  The manager over there is very irrelevant and irresponsible aslo shouting at the coustomers and not behaving politely as my bike is cbr 150 r and went to service and the mechanic over there is already known to me he kept the order for my bike and they said they will come with in one week or 4 days i ordered them 22 may of last month and today i went they said they did not get the parts and now i went to the manager regarding about that. I said i am roaming in sun past 5 days and u could not even inform me about that then he replied did we asked to roam like that and my bike also got spoiled due to it and asked him to bring them fast he shouted on me and aslo scolded me now tell me what i have to do for that

                                    I have purchased bike of blue colour, bill received of black, rto book also receipt of black, phone received from Honda company of black.
                                    If my bike colour is blue how rto book and bill of dealer was black,

                                      Hi i purchased honda activa 4g in october 2017 in anagaputhur chennai dealer is lodha honda show room executive did not allow me to select the bike when i am purchased starting itself problem in bike service i mention the problem it was not solve it is continuing next week i giving the bike to service pls ask them solve my problem.

                                        I recently bought the honda activa 5g model and i am not happy about the led headlights they have introduced. It only looks good without any functionality. Even in the darkest regions on road the dipper light is quite dim to light the road ahead clearly. Also the led light projects the characters printed on the headlight cover. Part of the light is also projected on the sides where it is not desired. Overall the led headlights lacks the practicality and in fact endangers the driving at night. Please rectify this problem at the earliest.
