Don't buy activa, read below to know problems and pathetic customer support by hmsi dealers.

Previous complaint numbers[protected] complaint handled by mr. Ganesh [protected] from hmsi rajaji nagar previous complaint also made in regards to excessive vibration and weak front shock absorbers. Promised by ananda honda executives to replace clutch assembly and front shock absorbers under warranty, but after multiple checkups, still not done. Issue is dismissed by saying there is no problem. Previous conplaint 673145 dismissed saying scooter is ok and no problem in cushion. I am complaining about clutch and front shock absorbers and complaint is resolved by saying no problem in cushions. Very pathetic response of ananda honda and hmsi. Request you to replace the promised parts as the scooter is having manufacturing defect and problem is reported since first service. Very pathetic customer support by honda. No reply on email and on phone, when ever i call on toll free number, only reply is that systems are not working.1-[protected].

Misbehavior by area manager bangalore

Previous complaint handled by mr. Ganesh [protected] when complained multiple times mr. Ganesh from regional office of hmsi responded to my complaint. He arranged with ananda honda dealership and took my honda activa for checking to regional office as communicated to me today 3 april. They took my vehicle around 12 pm and delivered it back at 5.30 pm. As told by mr. Ganesh [protected] from regional office hmsi, there is no abnormalities in vehicle and the problems i am telling don't exist. However, after the checkup by regional office, there is still more vibration than before. I reported this to mr. Ganesh, he clearly denies any problem and behaves rudely and as if he is doing charity saying"for your satisfaction i will replace any part you tell, but problem does not exist" also he gives challenge saying that "if any technician says that there is any problem i will replace the parts mentioned by you" first off hmsi should take action against mr. Ganesh from regional office bangalore, as he is very rude and does not have manners to talk to people and such behaviour is not expected as per his seniority and position. He is spoiling image of hmsi in his area. As requested in previous complaint also, request hmsi to replace 1. Clutch assembly which is said to be reason for excess vibration by device advisors 2. Front shock absorbers, as they are very weak. As both the above problems are since day 1 of purchasing the honda activa. This is not a service fault but use of sub standard parts in honda scooters. And it comes under manufacturing defect.

Sir I am Aakash I have to a active before 6 months but i have given my bike for service for 3 times telling that I have a problem of vibration and mileage but they have not done ànything and my problem have been increased

    Sir.. Ive given my new bike for 1st service.. Wich has not even crossed 100kms... But honda service... Has been repeatedly.. Calling me for service... I thought its been a month... And need to be serviced... During the month of last few days my self starter dint work... Ive given complaint regarding that too...@customer service centre... They gave me a bill for rs.106 (For freeservice)... My tail bulb has been fused... So i need to pay for that,, and next comes the miscellaneous charges... Its the charge for workers... I dont know in free sirvice why the need to pay...& at delivery they gave me the bike by kick starting... When asked their reply was... Battery is in charger... I forgot to fix it... They called us... Leaving our job and came to get our bike delivered... Their reply was... Now take the bike later take the battery... And @the time of entry to service station (Ashok nagar branch chennai) they got our signed regarding... Delivery of bike... But... They r... Not intrested... To service... They our fully intrested in getting money for free service... Really worst day... Of my life... Dear honda please make this error perfect.. For your million coustermer.

      Dear sir,

      Subject: improper service and rude behavior of officials.

      This is to notify to the concerned people that the managing officers at "yogi honda", gonda are very rude. The service is improper. The person named raj is dealing very badly with the customers. The customers of the showroom are really disappointed with the service. The people talk in vulgar languages and talk very badly with people.

      This is a severe issue and all customers complain about it. So, steps must be taken as fast as possible. The customers are reducing due to a single person called raj.

      Hope the concerned authorities will take proper steps against the rude behavior of this person.

      Bought Honda Hornet on 8/03/16. I have already done with 3 free services and have taken yearly AMC also. I have complained about poor suspension both front and back from the 2nd free service and still its the same. Due to poor suspension I'm facing tail bone pain now. Immediately resolve this on priority.

          We have contacted many showroom of your honda theyt were saying that the parts will be coming in 5 days 10 days and 15 days but the thing is there were no parts avaliable in the city of hyderbad and all the days have been passed from past 20 days we have been trying for the spare parts and my vechile colour is yellow and it is 2014 model but the avaliblity of spare parts and response from your custoimer service and information regarding these parts was very poor and parts are dio front shield upper het zadon, mudgaurd and headlight set. We didnt expect such a poor response from a reputed company like this so please kindly take action on this hope soon i will get a good respone

          Hello sir / madam,
          We are buying Honda unicorn 150cc bike for 2 months ago, but the bike battery is not working, front mutcaurd was damaged so kindly take action for immediately
          I have purchased honda unicorn 150cc from Lakhani Honda waluj Aurangabad in September 2017. Within a 8 month I have suffered so many problems like suspenssin, tyre, average, engine noise and many more. Currently from last one month I have done 5 time servicing of my bike within one month, but issue is no resolve, the spoke person of Lakhani Honda and the Honda company employee are not giving a perfect solution for that, althought they are mentally harassing me please help me to out of this.

            Sir, i have made 2nd free service of honda activa 4g from sj honda service centre jind on dated 12.05.18.in starting the coupon no.2 was cutted from service book, but at the time of billing, 3rd coupon was also tear from service book on plea that one day above has been gone from the service day of my vehicle and it will be treated as 3rd free service, while one msg was delivered to me before some days that you may service on 12.05.18 or before. At that time no limit was declare of any day and one call on 10th may was also come in which i have also cleared that i will service on dated 12.05.18, but no objection was made at that time by caller. My vehicle has raised only 466 km at that time. Now the complaint is that why my 2nd service ignored to treat it 3rd that means cheating made by the firm to avoid the one free service. As per firm reply my one free service is pending now instead of two free service. Secondly the showroom was opened on 9:20 am on dated 12.05.18 and there was great rush in outside the showroom for serviceable vehicle, and no queue was made, no arrangement found for first come first serve basis, thirdly, no service provides for water serving between 9:20 to 11:30 am very hot day when i was there.

              Your this 3g model has worst quality. Company claim that it's best in technology and quality. But my experience says that it's not. If you cannot improve your quality then i and my known stop buying and promotions of honda products. Suspensions, bubbling, greasy issue in very 1 st year, then how can you think that investment be get in your products.

                I had purchased activa honda and availed 4th free service from rudrashree, auto wheel pvt ltd n. H 15, suratgarh road, at vd motors, sriganganagar raj vide invoice no cr[protected] dtd 16/5/2018 two wheeler no. Rj13sy8718. After service they have excess charge amount rs.60)+utgst rs.5.40 total amount rs.65.40 excess charged against free 4th service forcedly. Which is injustice from the customer, rs. 65/- is nothing but why saying free service. Scanned copy of bill also attached herewith for ready reference. Please take necessary action against defaulter

                  I had given my activa for 4th free service at parkash automobiles, a -38, sector-8 on 13th may 18 at 8.35 am. My job s. No. Was 3. I had received a call form [protected] at 13.43 pm for vehicle was ready, but i am sorry to say that i had reached & wait for 1 hour, then paid bill amount at 14.48 pm. After that my vehicle was not ready. I had recived the at 3.15 pm. I had serached their record they cleared other 6-7 vehicles which job nos are above 30 at 12 to 1 pm. This is very unfair, secondly i had 5 complian at time of giving to servicing, but only one work was done, but nothing other four complain was not done.
                  You are humbly requested to resolve the issue immediately without fail

                    I bought a Honda scooter but ever since I have purchased I am complaining repeatedly to the customer care regrading the problem of tilting towards the right side.The dealer has done all the required checks but to no avail .It is apparently a manufacturing defect.I don't know if it will ever be rectified .I will have to live with it .But buying a scooter from such a reputed company does not guarantee a peacefull mind.Totally disappointed .

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that i bought a honda activa 5g,
                        From your reputed dealer name capital scooters pvt ltd.

                        Its not even one month i have purchased scooty and i m facing hell lot
                        Of problem while using it.

                        Since i bought it i was facing some issue with the stating of the
                        Scooty and on 8/05/2015 i got stuck in the middle of my way to office.
                        The scooty got switched off in the middle of the road but however, i
                        Manage to start it and reached my destination.

                        On 11/05/2018 i was returning to my home at mid night my scooty again
                        Switched off and i have to drag my scooty all the way to my home at
                        Night for around 1.5 km.

                        On 12/05/2018 i put a complaint on bhasin honda workshop and they send
                        The executive for pickup of the scooty and delivered in the evening
                        Saying that the scooty has been rectified and you won't face any
                        Problem in future.

                        Bills are attched for your refrence.

                        On 16/05/2018 again the same situation came when i came out of my
                        Office to go home i started the scooty and it did not got started the
                        Same problem arise it did not get started and i have to leave the
                        Scooty at my office and had to go through cab.

                        This is really rediculous of it if i m buying a new scooty and within
                        3 months facing this problem so there is no use of keeping it.

                        Kindly take back your scooty and i don't want to use it any more and
                        Kindly return my money.

                          My name is sathishpandian from chennai today 17.05.18 morning 10.25am i have went to jsp honda perambur branch chennai to book honda unicorn150cc black colour. There the branch sales manager name called sathish told me the details and he is ruling me to put extra fitting as well as external warranty compelsary for the bike for that i said it is not compelsary to put these things for my bike for that he is saying then ur bike will get delivery after 60 working days only put sign in the booking form and speaking rubbishy & bad words. So i have not booked the bike i camed back. So kindly pls take sever action regarding that jsp sales manager sathish and give me the solution to book my bike.

                            I had purchased a Honda hornet 160r in Hyderabad at fortune Honda west maredpally branch . On 08/03/2018 I bought my vehicle with the help of sales representative . I had found a damage on the front dhoom after 1 month at the time of time service. Then I asked on the same with sales representative and showroom manager they replied with inappropriate and unethical behaviour. First time I felt shamed with the behaviour of sales representative. They are not baring any responsibility for that and advised to buy a new spare part. Still now iam riding my with that damage part . I had a good experience with Honda even though I had spent a 1Lakh on my bike

                                I booked activa 4g through multi dealership from m/s royal honda (Mob-[protected]). I have paid an amounting to rs. 50500/- to m/s bhavna autowheels pvt ltd, nerul (Authorised dealer a/c) as advised by multi dealer m/s royal honda. Balance 11500/- paid in cash to m/s royal motors and got delivery of vehicle on[protected].

                                At the time of booking dealer advised that within 20 days i will get my rc copy and other documents. Now almost 5 months has gone but i have not yet received any further documents. Every time when i call dealer he keeps saying next week.

                                Reason for filling this complain due to non receipt of any further documents. Dealer has not deposited any amount in rto account till the date of complain although he has received whole amount from me. Request to please take up matter with dealer and provide me all documents and compensation for delay in receipt of documents as 4 month is a significant time, vehicle is standing ideal, i am facing lots of problem. I am spending daily rs 200/- because of non receipt of any documents due to booking of cab and all.

                                Authorized dealer such as bhavna honda is also silent as 5 months is a significant time. Can dealer leave the customer after sale. I want compensation of my time and my money from royal honda or bhavna.

                                I know I booked my vehicle from sub dealer not authorised dealer but authorised dealer has sold the vehicle in my name to sub dealer, If sub dealer is fraud then it is responsibly of authorised dealer to get the thing back. Even Invoicing has done in my name not in sub dealer name.

                                  Sir I hv buied honda shine sp nearly in December but till now they hv not provided me number plate with number.I my self made contact then they provide me the certificate of registration they never took there self interest to call me and provide me the certificate of registration. I had made complain on toll free number. Local authority promised me to provide me till Monday l.e on 14 of may.But they failed neither they call me also. What type of service your company is providing, they took nearly 6 months in providing certificate of registration and now will they take another 6 months to provide me number plate. If question about number plate will be asked by govt administration while checking then responsibility will be yours . My contacts[protected] [protected].Thanks.

                                      Duplicate spare parts are using in swomay honda medchal hyderabad,
                                      Recently our activa as given to serivicing they used fake spare parts billed as huge amount and the is not in condition now. I went asked they were not answering on it.
                                      We bought the activa at this show room about 10 months. Now it troubling with engine problem..
                                      So please help me regarding this

                                      Dear Honda Team I was brought a Honda hornet since 5 month ago now I am totally disappointed at your survicing centre the service manager denied to servicing my byk since two days . Is it said a service worst and poor service provided by mangaldoi Honda servicing center
                                      I hv purchased last month of April 2018, A New 4G Activa. Now Activa's some places color went out and rust also, On only one month this condition r. So ple take action as early as possible.

                                        This complaint is regardi one of your service centre in, sai point honda, gokul nagar, thane west, 400607.
                                        Being a single girl, i know they always overcharge me whenever i go for servicing but this time it was just the limit for me. They added things without telling it about me, gave the crappiest wash possible, my mud guard is still dirty. And my total bill was 6.5k. Utterly ridiculous.
                                        Why don't you have a transparent system honda?
                                        This is just plain cheating. A good condition activa being charged 6k + for servicing. Shame on you.

                                        I have Honda Dio, bought in September 2017. I completed my 3rd free servicing in the month of May I.e. on 2nd of May 2018. How can I complete my 4th free servicing in the month of May itself? Are you people aware? I received a message today, saying 4th free servicing due. Complete it before 20th of May 2018.
