I (Navinchandra chanulal rana) have purchased my new honda aviator (Black clour) on 30.06.17 by case payment but at the time of delivery the sub dealer (Pramukh motor - devgadh bariya) which is owned by (Rahul motors - dahod) neither provided me original bill invoice nor service book & extended warranty booklet. So i request them many time to provide me my vehicle documents as soon as possible so at last they provided me my vehicle documents on 16.08.17. But when i see the my service booklet, i found the 1st service coupon is missing in it, so i inform them about it but they are not giving me proper answer on this matter and cut the phone. So i request you to take strict action in this matter and provided me compensation for diverging my documents late and 1st service coupon missing.

    My self c. P kumar. I've purchased honda dream yuga (Het) 2 years in the heritage showroom in mysore. But some is our big mistake on trust of brand. Bike have some repair issue with brake & brake rod i have searched almost your honda show rooms for that spare in mysore city for 1 week no where i am not getting that spare. If you cant provide the spares why your leaving such bikes in the market to trouble the customers. Kindly make arrange spares should available in all the showrooms immediately & do the needful otherwise take back the vehicle & return back the money

Battery of this was not working so i deposited to singal auto for replacement on dated 17th august. Till date there is no reply and nobody is giving me answer.         I bought honda activa 3g scooter tn38ch 2355 on[protected] in aadhi honda (Sanjay motors) - coimbatore, my scooter done 2nd free service on 29-4-17, on that date mr. Raghul only attended my service process, i got some issues on my scooter after service, and they call me for a feedback, i said some issues regarding this service, they insisted me to talk to raghul, but i didn't get a proper response, i kept my patience on that time, now my scooter done 3rd service on 20-8-17, previously i said some issues with mr. Nishanth,
        (I. E.,) 1. My double mat is theft on 2nd service, and another mat they didn't fixed properly,
        2. Kicker jam problem,
        3. Mileage dropped,
        4. Poor pickup, etc.,

        They provided free service but, they do it without any concern, they misplace parts/things and sometimes they are careless in fixing things, it being in time reputation of your service,

          As per online customer care disquisition i am purchases bike from srinivasa honda, davangere karnataka and i made sevice in vani honda harihar when i am saying that in my bike head light water was going inside, thy are telling that go to where you are purchased. On 18th of augest 2017 i went their and thy are telling that we want history of services. We want once again i went to vani honda asked service history but the key person not in office.

            I bought new bike one month ago, and i have visited to my bike first free service in honda authorized service center.
            I have paid 600 rupees, but service is very worst, worst, even if it is not doing the water wash, and oil change, only the people applying the but oil and wipeing the bike given to me back.
            Not checked properly engine quality and breaking system also.

            I bought Honda shine six months back. Two servicing has been done but the average which i get since beginning is not more than 40 also. As well many times the bike do not start even after standing for 2-3 hrs. it takes almost 15 minutes for starting.
            Mail karne se kuch nahi hota ae sab log . Ame **** bana rahe he .pata nay din bhar kya karte rahte he

              Due to sudden demise of my uncle i was unable to report in time. Today i visited to radiant lucknow for service and they denied of taking 4th free service. Kindly allow me to avail the 4th free service

                I had purchased my vehicle - scotty 4g - yume honda patudi, — chassis no me4jf507ehu214929 on the 20th of may 2017, for rs.61, 765 for which i had paid the full amount in cash -
                But the dealer had not given me receipt of the same and pfa the list of accessorizes i have not been provided with the item no.10 on the list. As on the company a/c register the amount mentioned is rs.58, 000. Some fraud has happened with me. As a customer i'm very disappointed at the moment. Please look into the matter and provide me with the original cash receipt and the missing accessories.

                  Dugar honda baguihati, kolkata from where i have purchased a new scooter honda dip on 8 aug 2017. I paid in cash but not get the complete kit like foot step guard but they charged for that and ask to come after 3 days to collect rest of the documents like tax, pollution etc. Along with the foot step and ask to fit that kit from local garage.

                  I stay far away from the location at garai station around 36 km. But because of the name dugar honda i travelled 36 km by paying 450/-

                  Now the most bad thing the post service. I called them after 7 days and a lady asked to come n collect document n ask to carry the chalan copy.

                  I went there after 9 days and called before i go and again a lady received the call n asked to come because the document is ready. Now when i reached there the guy from registration dept. Inform me that it was not yet processed because i have not submitted my adhar card. Which i have already send them on the same day 8 aug 2017 at around 7 pm to there provided email address.

                  The guy checked and find my document n said now he will processed it. Which again cost 400 + 400 up n down charge with no result because of the miscommunication and irresponsibility.

                  The guy also ensure me that by 17 aug i will get the sms for tax paper but today is 18 aug and i not yet received any think.

                  Might be i have made a mistake to buy a 2 wheeler from honda. Shameful

                    About my honda unicorn 160 quality of silencer. Its around 2.3 years completed now i am facing issue in silencer but dealer has explain that it will not cover in warranty. Why within 2.3 years is your quality for the product? For silencer have to pay 8000rs. For replacing new one. Why i have to pay for new one.

                      Dear hero motor corp,

                      What's the poor service and fake commitment of such a dealer who commit when we buy a bike of hero splender. Battery submitted in showroom dated 07/08/2017 but still not get whts tat of replacement am unknown its just orally day by day callus they give date on date so who is responsible for such a rediculus service and the time of vendor replacement part not mention in book how i understand to get my battery in time
                      The battery died within a year...
                      Due to lack of battery in night focus not clear, horn, indicator not work any incident happen with me who is responsible. Why not understand importance of battery its take casually,

                      And they sent to battery dealer date 14/08/2017 what they do in between time am already submitted last 12 days gone. Now i want my battery within two days other wise am going for my justice my way

                          Hello team,
                          This is swapnil gholap, i paid cash amount for unicorn 150 on 23rd june 2017, got bike on 25th june from sterling honda-pimpri, maharashtra.
                          After 3 weeks still i don't have tax receipt and vehicle number.

                          Sales excutives are very rude and unprofessional specially sales executive mr. Sachin, when i wanted to give complaint his sales manager mr. Lawrence also avoiding me.

                          No one answering my call and from reception phone counter getting rude and senseless answers.

                          After paying 85000/- cash still i am not able to use my bike, 3 weeks completed, my first free service end date is near.

                          After 2 weeks they paid tax in rto on 7th aug, what they did in this 2 weeks??
                          In attachment i am sending invoice copy and rto message too.

                          Your business going to cut down because of such employees, please do necessary things against it.

                          I have to file complaint at consumer forum against this.

                                I bought honda activa on 3.7.2017. The planet honda dealer bheemesh took 600 rupees for the number plate and gave the no. Plate bearing ka 04 jl 3361. I told i will collect the no. After getting the smart card. But he said same no.. Will be given. Now i have received smart card with a different number ka 04 jl 3354. I asked the dealer to give the number plate for the new number. He said no. I told him i have paid 600 rupees for the no. Plate. Is it fair on his part or not? Or else i will file a complaint in consumer forum for the negligence of the dealer.

                                  Sir I have purchased a Honda active 4g from Dassani motors private limited Chittor garh and dealer told me about insurance policy price 1890 and take full payment in advance and give me only 1332 rs insurance policy in my hand when I talk to about this they haven't any answers and take very rough behaviour with me. And not give me Honda activa paper last 5 days so plz solve my problems

                                    I bhaskar prajapati, i have purchased new honda shine on 20/4/2015 from divya sai honda (Gwalior) chassis no. Me4jc652cf7014637, from nexy day ie. 21/4/2015 i am facing a problem that oil leakage from main engine, same day ie.21/4/2016 i have visited showroom (Divya sai honda), they have not open my job card and also said me that it is not a big issue problem is solved by minnor repair, but my problem is not solved, on 23/4/2016 again i have visited service center again they have said same thing problem solved by minnor repair, but my problem is not solved, after 4-5 days i am facing another problem is overheating, if my bike is overheated it will not start... Then on 30/4/2015 again i have visited service centeragain they said same thing that problem is solved by minnor repair but my problem is not solved. After that many times i have visited service center on 25/05/2015 for free service, but after free service also my problem is not solved, for same problem i have visited service center after one month, again they have said me that problem is solved by minnor repair, but my problem is not solved, after two days again i have visited service center but my problem is not solved, on 11/08/2016 again i have visited service center for free service after free service my problem of oil leakage and overheating is not solved... Then i raised my complaint on tollfree and visited service center on 19/12/2015, then they open my jobcard sr-mp[protected]... They comitted me that now your problem will solved.. But after few months i am facing same problem, after that i have visited service center against jobcard sr-mp[protected] on 19/03/2016 but my problem not solved, on 07/04/2016again i have visited service center against jobsheet no. Sr-mp[protected] for free service but my problem is not solved, on 30/12/16 again i have visited on service center for same problem against jobcard no.
                                    Sr-mp[protected] but my problem is not solved..
                                    After that on 19/04/2017 i met an accident on 20/04/2017 i visited on service center they open jobcard-sr-mp[protected] but after repair i am facing same problem of oil leakage after that on 03-05-17 again i have visited
                                    Service center but my problem is not solved till now, i have facing same problem from the date of purchase to till now...

                                    So i am requesting you to please resolve my proble otherwise i will take legal action against you because many times i have visited service center they ussally maked me fool..

Talegaon Dabhade they assembled my engine on warrenty based and couldn't solved my engine abnormal sound problem, oil leakage from block packing, high fuel consumption, engine ress problem. Hopeless service from om wheels pvt ltd. Talegaon Dabhade. I want a justice from Honda. Please supporting me. Please

                                      My bike issue was the faulty tyre will gave me in Honda CB hornet 160 which has 13 puncher and also starter problem also facing which bike will not start by cellstart 3month old I buy this plz change the tyre and starter of bike.bike in warranty condition

                                        I m very old lover and user of honda product i m aready using two activa and unicorns bike and wanted to have cliq new launch i have booked by broucher pic no test drive or display bike available at any of mumbai jhaveri showroom so i was very uppset with your marketing people as your organization is launched new product and do not have any product to show customer only broucher very weak and poor marketing sell people in mumbai jhaveri honda showroom hope for positive response from your organization soon

                                        Sir i face in frem problem so bike back tyre one side new and one side finished on 9000 km so i make castumer care complain no1-[protected] on 05/05/17 and any time call to service engineer on most b no [protected] no any response within 4 month so please help me for frem problem Thanks
