I BHASKAR PRAJAPATI, I have purchased new honda shine on 20/4/2015 from DIVYA SAI HONDA (GWALIOR) Chassis no.ME4JC652CF7014637, From nexy day ie. 21/4/2015 i am facing a problem that oil leakage from main engine, same day ie.21/4/2016 i have visited showroom (DIVYA SAI HONDA), they have not open my job card and also said me thaT it is not a big issue problem is solved by minnor repair, but my problem is not solved, on 23/4/2016 again i have visited service center again they have said same thing problem solved by minnor repair, but my problem is not solved, after 4-5 days i am facing another problem is overheating, if my bike is overheated it will not start... then on 30/4/2015 again i have visited service centeragain they said same thing that problem is solved by minnor repair but my problem is not solved. after that many times i have visited service center on 25/05/2015 for free service, but after free service also my problem is not solved, for same problem i have visited service center after one month, again they have said me that problem is solved by minnor repair, but my problem is not solved, after two days again i have visited service center but my problem is not solved, on 11/08/2016 again i have visited service center for free service after free service my problem of oil leakage and overheating is not solved... then i raised my complaint on tollfree and visited service center on 19/12/2015, then they open my jobcard SR-MP[protected]... they comitted me that now your problem will solved.. but after few months i am facing same problem, after that i have visited service center against jobcard SR-MP[protected] on 19/03/2016 but my problem not solved, ON 07/04/2016AGAIN I HAVE VISITED SERVICE CENTER AGAINST JOBSHEET NO.SR-MP[protected] FOR FREE SERVICE but my problem is not solved, on 30/12/16 again i have visited on service center FOR SAME PROBLEM against jobcard no.
SR-MP[protected] BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED..
AFTER THAT ON 19/04/2017 I MET AN ACCIDENT ON 20/04/2017 I VISITED ON SERVICE CENTER THEY OPEN jobcard-SR-MP[protected] BUT after repair i am facing same problem of oil leakage after that on 03-05-17 again i have visited
service center but my problem is not solved till now, i have facing same problem from the date of purchase to till now...
So i am requesting you to please resolve my proble otherwise i will take legal action against you because many times i have visited service center they ussally maked me fool..
