    I m very old lover and user of honda product i m aready using two activa and unicorns bike and wanted to have cliq new launch i have booked by broucher pic no test drive or display bike available at any of mumbai jhaveri showroom so i was very uppset with your marketing people as your organization is launched new product and do not have any product to show customer only broucher very weak and poor marketing sell people in mumbai jhaveri honda showroom hope for positive response from your organization soon

      My self ashok yadav. I've 1 year old honda stunner but some is our big mistake on trust of brand. We phasing mileage issue 25 kmpl in this vehicle from very first day and not resolved to till date, three times we reported this issue in authorised service center 'jugal kishor honda' badshah nagar lucknow but this problem is not resolved by service team and service engineer suggest now this problem is solve & mileage 45-50 kmpl but in really this problem is not rectified and now till i'm suffering this mileage issue.
      Plz take seriously action for my concern

        My self raju rai, i buy honda activa 3g scoty as on[protected], for my sis, but same is our big mistake on trust of brand. We phasing statr related iasu in this vechel from very first day and not resolved to till date, three times we reported this issue in authorised service center anamika honda hajipur bihar, but same is not resolved by service team and service engineer suggest this is manufacturing defect in this model hence he is not abel to fix this issue,

        Smart card not given by the showroom
        I am using honda activa from last 4 yrs. Just now by mistake side stand was not release and I have suffered from road accident and fracture my leg. I have complaint about company that why company not installed seafty indicator for side stand. I have totally loss of bike and 1.5 lac for hospital. Kindly help me and do some action further details.

          My name is pepsy philip, my honda activa is having problem of self start. I brought the bike more than 6times in row for the same problem. They didnot fix the problem till now. The problem still persists. I paid lot of money to fix this, i am not satisfied with the customer service centre in ranny (Valliyil building), in bypass road, angadi postoffice ranny. I am fed up with the irresponsible staff and the customer centre..

Priviosally my complain is my third service coupon is left and direct doing forth service and between 4th service my 3rd service coupon reedem in company so why this type found for your side for my side your company image is good but local dealer reduce your company reputation i will attached the photo regarding service shedual photo and also attached my service book shedual photos why mismatch km only and only your benefit my other step is complain your dealer and company in consumer form pls appropriate reply within 2 days

              I have given my bike on 05th aug 17 for repplacement of two things i. E guard and tank fibre.. They had promised me it will take 3 days to arrive.. Since it is 5th day i called up and asked about the parts but they are clueless on when it will arrive. Asked for the manager however someone on call said manager is in a meeting and not available. If the honda genuine parts are not available at the honda service centre itself what else to expect. Please treat this on priority and help get my bike in a proper condition

                Mumbai, byuclla service center people are just fooling people. Not giving porper attention while servicing. They just wash the bikes and do oiling and giving back not solving the issues with bikes. Even after informing about the oil leaking issue but while delivery we see that still oil is leaking and top of that they are not accepting their mistake. Its vert pathetic never expected such service from Honda.

                  I have booked the bike at pashankar auto agency shivajinagar, and i told i am very much urgency of bike, ihave paid the amount of 59100 on 07/08/2017.since daily they are saying the different reasons for delivery of my bike for new customer only they are treating in this how about the old customers. Please teat it is most urgent. After paying the amount they are doing like this it is not at all acceptable.

                  Please resolve immediately
                  Worst service by honda till now i did not got any reply regarding my complaint and there no responce from the staff also. Once you pay the amount for booking only they will take care. After if we pay amount booking they will not see us also and they will not bother aboit the delivery of bike also. So many of our colleagues facing same problem. Please dont purchase honda bikes.

                    Dear sir my self Chetan Malali I have purchased Honda unicorn 160cc on 01/06/2015, now my bike running is 32000 kms I have paid and taken extended warranty also upto 31/05/2020, now I'm having problems in my bike, average is very less 45 kms/litre, silencer emitting more smoke, and silencer has to be changed because moopller inside silencer is cut and making unpleasant sound, I contacted show room dealer in Mudhol 587313 pin code, but they are not responding to my problems.

                    So I kindly request to help me to sort out my problem and make positive impact on costumers like me.

So my vehicle received on 9-8-2017 Time :6:45pm. When i went to home and checked i found that there is no tool kit and battery has been exchanged as well.

                      In bill, amount is mentioned against 'others ' 940 Rs for no justification.

                        Sir,

                        I have buyed an Activa 125 STD M- Blue (SCV125 G) Frame No- ME4JF493LG8322676 Engine no-JF49E81378735 from Ganpati Honda, old DLF colony, Sector - 14, Gurgaon Haryana on[protected]Order Date). I have gone through all services till date on time.

                        On 05th Aug 2017 i got serviced the activa by the same ganpati honda service station. Yesterday dating 09th Aug 2017, My Activa stopped in between the journey, so we called the Ganpati service station and they took the vehicle from the place to there other service station at palam vihar. After checking they told us that your clutch assembly has worn out and told me that it will cost around 6, 000 Rs. I told them its in warranty and we got it serviced on 05th Aug. They do some phone calls and pics exchange of my activa and again told me that it will cost 2, 500 Rs and we will get the vehicle by tommorow.

                        Please do the needfull as my activa is still under warranty with running status of only 2, 400 km. Why should i pay if it is in warranty and if something has happened to the activa then why isn't rectified on 05th Aug 2017. It clearly shows there mistake of not servicing the vehicles properly.

                        When i called the customer care they are not picking calls and even when they pick they simply cut the calls by saying voice not audible.

                            Servicing from date 18/02/2017 workshop in-charge asks delivered till
                            24/04/2017 i said ok, but after 4 months i am visit workshop bike not
                            Ready. After that i am visiting 25 days later he was saying job
                            Card missing, whose person to given my bike is not in duty, after that
                            I am asking my bike details he is fullisly asking once again bike
                            Details. Once again i given bike details. But till now bike not
                            Completed. Not responsible work in on-duty. He is asking my phone no:
                            And gives 3mobile nos. I waiting for last 15days her phone, but nobody
                            Call me. After that i calling toll-free no: from u r company then
                            Submit my complain. Toll free guy asking 3 or 4days sort out the
                            Problem. Port blair workshop guys nobody called. After 4days i
                            Repeated to call toll-free no: and he says wait, i can see the
                            Problem. After he called port blair showroom given to u r bike
                            22/7/17. After visit showroom my friend bike not ready that date. He
                            Asking monday 24/7/17. Then today 25/7/17 going to collect my bike,
                            He saying bike nothing to ready. Then showroom service manager asking
                            Few days. Ok but after few days my friend 4/8/17 going to collect my
                            Bike, my friend tell i want test drive service manager ok, after test
                            Drive
                            My friend call me and aux lot of extra sound i am not satisfied ok, me aux my friend i need full good condense my bike. Last 5days no
                            Update. I love my bike.

                            I have lost lot of mane, regan is i am rent a bike for 25/4/17 to
                            8/8/17=106*500=53000/-rs.

                                Gud evening sir my name is rakesh malviya.2 year ago i purchased honda activa from rani aiji motors rani station with 2 year installment mode. My installment have completed in august 2017. Due to some personal reason few installment i could not submitted on time so penalty payment generate after 2 year. I agreed for paid penalty payment but showroom owner saleem sabri and finance officer told me that we will not give receipt of penalty payment. This my complaint that why they should not give penalty receipt to me..???

                                  Good day,

                                  This is to inform you with great grievance about how a senior citizen is being cheated by your dealer (Peeyem honda) in kannur district of kerala.

                                  My father is a retired army officer, he had paid advance full payment of honda activa 125 on 02/aug/2017 (Please find the receipt below) on the assurance that the vehicle will be delivered in 2 days. The sales manager also showed him the same bike which will be delivered in 2 days.

                                  My father called the dealer on 07/aug/2017, the dealer said that he has no idea when the bike will be delivered as it has just been booked. The dealer also refused that he ever committed on a 2 day delivery.

                                  This is clear case of cheating with the customer, if it was for booking we would have never paid the full amount in advance. And moreover the ethics, now the customer will have to make a video recording whenever going to your dealers. We paid you 68304/- in advance, so we expect you to let us know what is happening with our money.

                                  Your dealer is ready to cancel the order but he wont apologize.

                                  Moreover talking/ respecting with a senior citizen cannot be taught over a mail.

                                    Honda used low quality material steel, i purchased Honda Hornet on 12/05/2017 and today is 07/08/2017, in just 3 month rrusting is start in my bike, on fule cap and in handle. I didnt wash more my bike so if honda company will have any excuse, i have all answers of it.
                                    Abui tak mera solution short out nahi huva
                                    I am using activa 125. i am going mangesha honda 9 to 12 times so he not provide well service and response...

                                      I had bought a bsiii vehicle from (Calicut ktc honda near ymca - kerala).
                                      Step 1 : they had told me to pay entire amount, so that they can deliver the vehicle within 4days.
                                      Finaly wait for 1month after the payment, due to some rc issue.
                                      Amount payed on 18/5/2017.

                                      Step 2 : after 1 month they had deliverd the vehicle without rc. And told me that will be receiving the rc within 2days and will be tranfering to my name.

                                      Now the date is 08/08/2017. Till now the rc hasnt been tranfered to my name.

                                      While called to ktc honda bm (Shyamjith) i havent get any responce or he is not proving any good type of service to the coustomers. Comparing to any honda showroom this is the worst service.
                                      Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      not dear Honda your service is your service is very bad service why I am morning give you 9 o'clock only engine service but take five six hour no water service not cleaning anybody is not happy

                                        This is regarding my honda activa - mh27av7100.

                                        I purchased this vehicle in nov 2012 with extended warranty of 3 years which is valid upto nov 2017.

                                        Issue - my vehicles engine suddenly got seized on 8th july. I reported this to nearest annapurna branch of rajpal honda. After investigation they said it may be due to insufficient engine oil.
                                        I already had full service done on 11th june at shyam honda with all filters change, engine oil replaced etc.

                                        All free & scheduled services are carried out on my vehicle over this period of ~5 years. But same is not reflecting in service history.
                                        This problem i faced earlier also. Whenever i m taking my vehicle to any honda workshop, they are saying that my vehicle number is not getting found in the system.
                                        Every time they are providing me manual bill & gate pass.
                                        On 11 june at shyam honda also i faced this issue.

                                        There is full mismatch in service history also.

                                        1) free service 1, 3 & 4 coupons are available with me - dealer has not taken while doing free service
                                        2) lucknow dealer has taken – free service 2 coupon but in service history its showing free service 1 is done
                                        3) all other scheduled services not reflecting in service history except 1 or 2.
                                        4) 11th june schedule service is reflected as attended on 27th june.

                                        These are clear evidence that there are issue in service history capturing.

                                        Poor worskmanship issue is also clearly seen at shyam honda.

                                        Csm - mr. Arbindra patel is very arrogant & not speaking properly when i asked for technical reason of this failure.

                                        Request you to please help me to consider my case under
                                        1) extended warranty
                                        Or
                                        2) poor workshanship issue of shyam honda.
                                        Or
                                        3) technical / commerical goodwill – considering all above facts
