Dear sir,

Five month back i bought a brand new honda activa (125) from v. D. Honda show room. They offer me for accessories to be fitted and i agreed with them. They charged me for vehicle along with accessories parts. After i month i got to know all are local made only honda stickers were pasted. The material is also worst used in accessories.

I beg you sir please take action against them. Please find my details...

Hii team.. Hond knws for his quality.. Bt the personal experience of mine was not good... Buy 1st moped active 3g on 21 nov 2016.. On the day day we bought home... Suspension was sounding horribly... Next day given to showroom problem got sovled... Bt wobbling problem of haldle yet not solved.. Even aftet 3 servicing.. And 1 complaint.. Kept the bike at showroom for 2 days... Temporary got resolved.. Bt its same again... Its been very annoying...

From 4th free service onwards complaints are mpre and i am walking to service center frequently to fix the issues. Tvs tyres are totally waste, because of honda management decision in using these tyres customers are in trouble. Gear changing is getting stuck frequently from the date of purchase, still honda management or service people unable to fix it. Your product is utter waste compared to hero. I never walked in to hero for such frequent...

Hi i went for service of my bike but there was no one to take headache of their clint as wel their product. Worst treated to me. This is a complaint regarding the sale of a defective activa 3g from the dealer. Since the day of purchase there are issues with multiple parts of the scooter. The battery was already expired in 2011 but was used in my 2016 model. A complaint for this is already raised. The horn/indicator device was expired and had to be replaced within 2 months. The tyres have issues of air leakage and had to be replaced within 10 months. Engine performance...

I am talking about punjab honda service near alphaone mall, ahmedabad. Very bad service centre their staff doesn't respond properly and guards are talking rudely don't have any manners how to speak with customer. Didn't get right information and have to waste my time. This is regarding serious inconvenience that we face since the time we bought new honda activa 4g. Around just 40 days back we purchased this scooty from shastri nagar showroom and after just 10 days it's not taking self start and its horn is also almost dead which is a problem of battery.
In 30 days we went to palam honda service station for its regular service and mainly for battery concern that why it's dead however it's just 40-45...

I have visited prashant motors pvt. For servicing of my bike namely activa 3g br-06-ar - 5297 but no satisfactory service was provided by said institution.

Point of complaint are as follows:-

1. The washing motor was not functioning properly but the said facts was not informed/disclosed by the institution to me at the time of receiving the said bike.
