Dear team I m purchase my bike 25/05/2017 from sterling Honda pimpri.more problem in bike but till not solve by showroom.1.bike heating problem, 2.bike oil leakage from my, 3.pick up problem, 4.petrol meter wrong reading, 5.back side black board bend.6.abnormal voice in MC.pls solve it
I purchased Shree shiridisha Honda shine in nellore . They are troubling us for every small thing they didn't provide service book and warranty and registration. Everyone got who purchased with me. But he is talking rude with us.

    From 4th free service onwards complaints are mpre and i am walking to service center frequently to fix the issues. Tvs tyres are totally waste, because of honda management decision in using these tyres customers are in trouble. Gear changing is getting stuck frequently from the date of purchase, still honda management or service people unable to fix it. Your product is utter waste compared to hero. I never walked in to hero for such frequent issues. Sales wise you are doing blunders.

      My activa having the number 27 h 8666 act wht km was sent for servicing on june for regular service and we had been told that the parts were supposed to be changed for the betterment which cost us rs. 2400 and just after a month the vehicle did not start niether with self start nor with kick start so we had it tow at shahalam workshop and now they are asking us to change the battery then why didn't they change the battery before a month and changed entire vehicle parts?? We are really disappointed by honda! We have to get it tow every once in a week even after service, we don't understand what's the point. Since 3 days now my vehicle is at apex automotive, we talked to the manager mr. Sunilbhai and he did not provide any satisfactory help regarding our issue. So that's how we complain about this to honda because we have been suffering after this since 2 months now yet we did not receive any satisfactory response. It's really disappointing how such a huge company like honda can be so irresponsible and irrelevant!!

        Hi i went for service of my bike but there was no one to take headache of their clint as wel their product. Worst treated to me. And they do not check proprly what is exctly fault in it or what bike need. I waited 1 hr. But no responce. I hv told them every problm facing from bike. But they did not repair. Every time i visit there same problm u face.

          We taken our honda activa tn56j9073 vechile for 2nd free service 17.07.17 but they have taken rs.274 with invoice in the name of free service charge and another rs.362 in the name of some parts failure with non invoice like small slip by nobel honda dealer locating at perundurai main road, erode. Tamil nadu. By this it showing that honda makes dealer to do such type of system follow up to yarn profit to dealer and making customer fool in the name of free service for new vechile. Kindly take necessary action against this dealer/cancel his dealer ship and revit

            I bought a honda dream yuga bike from mascot honda ca road nagpur and they gave the vehicle having a bent back chassis!!! I am never going to suggest anyone to buy a honda because their customer care quality is the worst! They need to learn something from from seva maruti...
            Never buy a vehicle fromascot honda atleast... And ensure to get every minute detail about the vehicle from tyre to the buttons on that vehicle that you are going to get!! Yes literally take care of everything! They don't leave a chance to ditch you!

              Hi,
              My name is mr ashok shinde and i have purchased honda sp shine drum on 07th october 2016 of however the booking was done on 06th october 2016 so from my invoice date till now i have not received my registration number.
              It was a very horrible experience in the honda showroom in shraddha motors kopargaon dist - ahemadnagar (Maharastra). The sales agent and manager mr. Dattu waghchowre is disloyal there. They returned me many times after so many excuses. I am having such a worse experience in honda and getting frustrated for just only a registration number.
              Now mr. Waghchowre (Manager) telling me if you want to register then you have to pay fine. If like that your employees are very disloyal and they are creating a bad reputation for the company.
              Please help me to get out of it otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                Respected sir,
                I bought a cbr 150r sports red (Chassis no me4kc181hf8019967, engine no kc17e8041234) from cbc honda, trivandrum in the year 2016 (Purchased date:05/09/2016). I bought this vehicle with lot of hope. Some times gear will stuck when i'm gear shifting, it will be very hard. Here are some of the problems that i felt while using this vehicle. They are...
                1. Irresponsibility of service centre.
                2. Gear slipping (Major problem
                3. Uncomfortable riding.
                4. Not eliglible for better travel.

                On my each complaints i went to cbc honda trivandrum and vahini motors, kollam. I was not at all satisfied with their services. They only consume only my money but they never provided me with a better service. They totally ignore me.
                So iam planning to give a case to consumer court about this issue. So iam looking forward for a better solution for this issue. I hope you will co-operate with me.

                  Dingra honda nangloi make excuses about my bike's starting problem that there is no problem in my bike. They said that choke of my bike is in wrong position that's why bike is troubling me but in all position bike should not problem in starting. But bike still have starting problem. I m very fustrated by the behaviour of dunga honda nangloi. Please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    Good day!

                    Need to explain more about the issues we are facing @ abvr motors, chidambaram.

                    Please have patience to read my issue and take action. Sorry for the delayed complaint registration

                    Initially, i brought a sample quotation about activa 4g one month before. Then on june 9th morning i called abvr to cross verify whether the rates (Price of the bike after one month) are same as in quotation. A salesperson attended the call and confirmed it is same.

                    So, i got a bank loan and dd for the mentioned amount as in quotation and reached the abvr motors by evening 5.30 pm. After confirming the bike, they are saying that the price got increased by 500 rupees.

                    My question here is, why cant the respective salesperson inform me that the activa 4g amount has been raised by 500 when i called morning before taking the dd?

                    ‘’ so should i think about the cheating of amount here’’

                    After lots of argument we have agreed to pay that. Also i clearly informed that next morning i will take the bike by 9.30 am (As i need to rush to chennai). They also agreed. The next morning it got delayed.
                    Fine, i also accepted that as it happens. We reached the place by 10.30 to 10.40 approx. They asked us to wait as they are handling the formalities. We were waiting. I was asking them please make it fast as i have no time. It went on, then one girl came and said no seat cover available, can you get it later.
                    I said to reduce the seat cover money and give the bike asap. We were waiting, waiting waiting and it reached above 12 pm, no one spoke to us.

                    I lost my patience. I asked where is the bike? Why you people are making us to sit? One guy replied.. Its already there and you should take it?
                    I got shocked and its very surprising to me.. I have never seen any firm informing the customers to take the product just like that.

                    I hope they should have hand-over the key to me properly. But the way they treated us is worse. (If anyone knows tamil. They can understand what i am saying.. Athaan nikkuthula.. Neenga eduthuka venditana)

                    Also its very surprising for me, as per the customer services followed in any country, product should be given to the customer properly by the selling authority as soon as they receive the payment

                    The most important question to the reviewer of this complaint

                    1) if you are buying a bike by taking a loan from the bank, what are the documents should be submitted to the bank?

                    2) in general, if you buy a product from any shop, what they are supposed to give you or what will you ask as per the norms of government?

                    Coming to the question 1,

                    They are supposed to handover the invoice copy, insurance details, keys, service book etc.
                    They did not give me any of this. When i myself asked for the invoice, they informed me that the internet is not working, can we give or email later.?
                    Fine, i am agreeing to get it later. But my point here is

                    • why did they made me to wait 1 and half hours?
                    • later saying that internet is not working and we cant provide invoice copy now
                    • why cant they say it before one and half hours?

                    If they have told me earlier i would have never waited this long. (Though i have payed the amount and informed them that i have urgent work – please let me know in case of any issues)

                    Coming to the question 2,

                    I hope my question 1 answer is the best example and will help in getting the correct answer for question 2.

                    If we buy any product, the seller must give the bill for the product

                    Finally, if you guys ask for the rating for all the overall experience. I will not even give less than 1 (Even negative marking) for the services they offered

                        I have claimed insurance on my activa red 3G but the service centre is not responding properly. I have submitted my Scotty in the service center on 23 july but they are not doing their job properly. They have approved the claim on 26 july. They are asking money for claiming insurence. It's been 7 days still they are not fixing my scooty so I request Honda to kindly fix my problem thank you

                          This is a complaint regarding the sale of a defective activa 3g from the dealer. Since the day of purchase there are issues with multiple parts of the scooter. The battery was already expired in 2011 but was used in my 2016 model. A complaint for this is already raised. The horn/indicator device was expired and had to be replaced within 2 months. The tyres have issues of air leakage and had to be replaced within 10 months. Engine performance is a constant issue since the purchase. I have complained about this a lot and have suffered enough regarding the old and expiry parts used in my vehicle. If the company can't use genuine parts then they should not claim the brand as no. 1 and authentic.

                          Since the day of purchase i'm running behind the service center for one or the other issue. They then send me to some other office to register a complaint with the parts manufacturer. This is not what i signed up for after paying this much. It s almost as if i had purchased an old activa with expired parts but paid the full amount of 70000 rs. Which is not worth at all.

                          Never expected this kind of fraudulent service from honda.

                            I am talking about punjab honda service near alphaone mall, ahmedabad. Very bad service centre their staff doesn't respond properly and guards are talking rudely don't have any manners how to speak with customer. Didn't get right information and have to waste my time. Whenever i try to contact them they doesn't respond. I hope for favourable and quick reply.

                              This is regarding serious inconvenience that we face since the time we bought new honda activa 4g. Around just 40 days back we purchased this scooty from shastri nagar showroom and after just 10 days it's not taking self start and its horn is also almost dead which is a problem of battery.
                              In 30 days we went to palam honda service station for its regular service and mainly for battery concern that why it's dead however it's just 40-45 days we purchased this.
                              After waiting for 3-4 hours there technician told us that we have to leave scooty for overnight to charge it up and then they we say anything. Next day we went there and they said this battery is dead and asked us to change it by exide shop which is in mayapuri.
                              Then again we went to mayapuri exide factory with our battery to get replaced with new one which is advised by service center technician.
                              There at exide factory things were more worse then honda service center.
                              They again asked us to leave battery for overnight to get it charge and then they can say anything.
                              Then in next morning we went there at exide mayapuri, they pass the battery report as of good battery.
                              At that time battery was working fine because they charged it up.
                              But just after 2 days my battery is dead again, its not taking self start even just a spark, it's totally dead.
                              So now again we have to run for this whole procedure?
                              I totally disappoint with honda service and its product.
                              I purchased honda product on it's reliability but after buying this i defame honda very badly.
                              Please get it resolved asap

                                Point of complaint are as follows:-

                                1. The washing motor was not functioning properly but the said facts was not informed/disclosed by the institution to me at the time of receiving the said bike.

                                  Dealer has charged rs. 6000 extra for my bike honda shine sp purchased by me on 31/03/2017 and both dealer as well as company accepted the same
                                  And neglected the complaint fiked for last 2.5 months with no progress seen from there end always stereo type reply
                                  Dealer looted around 600 customers by this way
                                  This is very shameful to the company and our country also that this foreign companies just advertising in fake manner and looting the customers
                                  Also made compulsory to get insurance and amc contarct from the same dealer though its being optional
                                  Company is neglecting the matter and involved in bug fraud along with dealers

                                    They will not fill the oil completely when we give for service they will fill only 600-650 ml of oil when we do oil change. Also when we change parts they will replace with some old parts. They will not change fork oil and clutch oil but they will take money for changing those and they will say they have changed them.                                       Kindly be informed that vehicle is sent for the regular service (6th schedule) to your authorized service center emvision honda lucknow on 26th july 2017.

                                      I became surprised to be intimated that engine of the vehicle is collapsed with abnormalities in engine crain. Which is to be repaired opening entire engine seal.

                                      1. Vehicle of such a renowned automobile brand showing low standard of product life

                                      2. With in span of 18 month and 6000 km milage, how it is possible to get a serious trouble inside of the engine.

                                      3. Quality issues are not being addressed while manufacturing and assembling of your product.

                                      4. As advice ed by your service center, repairing of crain will loose the originality of entire functionality of this machine (Vehicle).

                                      5. This is something which is related with quality issues of your brand.

                                      6. Why should i accept this poor quality product / engine opened & repaired so early even after the regular serviced with in your service center as per manufacturer guidelines.???

                                      7. Originality of this machine is being lost out of this issue.

                                      8. I request on this serious failure of quality assurance, manage to replace this vehicle with new one.!!!

                                      Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am go to s.center on Sunday. He ask no service today and that persons ignore our problems i came out 30 to 40 km arrived to s.center. i also enquiry phone talk to came out service my bike. But there are all ignore and not reply to best customer service.
