Complaints:

1. Does not getting 60 km/h (After the accleration it produce sound only)

2. Milage not fare (40 / liter)

3. Chain spocket sound while after the chain lube (In between 200 km)

4. Small sound from mudguard

5. Seat lock not proper fix

6. The service team of this show room is behiving very crussually (Advisor name is manu) he harrase me like me like a fool

The real complaints beging the period of second service, i tell the whole complaints to the service team and they does not clarrify the complaints, at the second service period i tell them the acclerastion cvomplaints and the didnt clear it amd the advisor tell me "it will always like thet a nd it will clear while rideng," one day they tell me to hold my vbehicle in the showroom for 2 days to clear the complaints. Finally i done that and after the tow days they tell me finally the whole complaints are clear now take the the vehicle to test drive, after the test drive i didnt feel any change, and i were tell them, that time they repeats the word again and again...

I was approached them them in 2 or 4 time after the second service. He repeats the same words again... And again. After that i contact customer care (Honda). Then then shoroom atourities called me to the shoroom and the branch manager tell me to "i am hear, then why didnt you inform me at that time?... Do... Onething... Please hold the vehicle for two days and i will check it"

Sir, how many time i will walking behind this vehicle and the honda???

Really i fed up this type of issues and the honda...

Now i am thinking about to registera case in the consumer court against this vehicle,

    I was complaint in honda service center in bhandup mumbai. My petrol tanki is damage from inside (Honda shine). They told me that your petrol tanki will come in 10 to 15 days then i will call you.. But after 1month still they are not even call me regarding my problm.. They were told me that they will change it n they will provide me new petrol tanki but still they just promise me always again and again but they are not doing anything.
    Plz help me..

      Dear sir,

      I have given my 2 wheeler (Honda activa) bearing regn no - ap29bf4149 for service on 29/08/2016 at aadi honda, karmanghat hyderabad.
      I didn't get 10% concession which iam entitled to as i am a subscriber of amc on my spare parts put during the time of service.
      Moreover the superivsor mr. Harish was very harsh when asked for explanation.

      Please check the job sheet and please do the necessary action to be taken.

      1. Engine transmission shutdown suddenly in rainy season.
      2. Can ride the bike more then 60km/h also. engine jerk @ 60km speed.

        Your staff there need a little more professionalism. Shouting at the customer and that too when the customer has a genuine complaint is not at all expected from such a reputed company personnel. The complacent and easy going attitude is unbearable. It's like they are doing me a favor by selling the products. Also company's handling of issues is not satisfactory at all. My earlier complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved and i have another one at hand again. When will this end?

          I purchased a new cb shine bike in may 2016. But bike not start properly, everytime to give a choke for start a bike. I shown this problem at showroom 10 to 12 times. but same problem still there. Every time mechanic told me that we cleaned the carburetor & changed some settings. Please help in this matters otherwise I will go with consumer court.

          I Arun Gupta purchased Honda Shine on 17th May 2016 from Sachi Honda Untwadi, Nashik. My receipt no is 2016/RU/158 &159.My engine no.isJC65ET0356446 and chassis no.ME4JC652DGT115976. After 4-5 days of using my new bike I am continously facing start up issues with the bike. The bike stops in between and doesn't start without using the choke. I have referred this problem to Sachi Honda showroom where I purchased this bike from atleast 10 to 12 times. Everytime I visit they do some minute settings and hand over the bike to me. It's been more than 3 months now still I haven't got any concrete solution on this issue. As suggested by the showroom person I got my first service done only after 200 kms. But still the problem persists. I am working with Bosch Nashik and I don't have time to run behind the showroom person again and again. We purchase new bike to avoid such issues. This is very disappointing that a reputed company like Honda is providing such products and on that such poor service after the product delivery. I have already registered a complaint on Honda customer care, complaint no: 1-8732935207. Also I have called the customer care guys many times but still there has been no response from them.             I am again writing to bring to your notice about delivery of vehicle without front bumper guard and side pedestal(foot rest). i believe that there must be cctv footage within the shop to confirm the truth.

            the vehicle MH14BG4448 (eterno) was given for clutch repairing under job card 16JC18214 on 01Jul2016. the cctv within floor orr shop can confirm presence of front bumper guard and side pedestal.

            the vehicle collected under inv 16IW24407 on 25aug2016(around 4.30pm) did not have front bumper guard and side pedestal.

            the issue was taken with floor official but they have different comments:
            1. one person looking at invoice said that as we have not done any work on those why will we remove that.
            2. one person was saying that eterno does not have front bumper at all and signed at back of invoice saying that since the technician who did the work will come tomorrow and asked us to come back.

            the attitude of people seems to have not changed and this kind of theft is an improper conduct in an organisation. such people will loot the organisation itself of its glory.

              This is very disatisfying that I bought Honda Shine vehicle from CR Scooters vadodara and only after 10 months the petrol tank got rusted and when contacted the authorised sevice centre they refused to exchange the petrol tank.Therefore I urge to kindly look into matter and resolve the issue by providing fresh petrol tank in Lieu of the old one or else I would be compelled to follow legal action.keep me updated on [protected]

                I had purchased my honda hornet 16R three months before but i am facing some problems
                1. **Bikes left side alloy leg rest is broken and i had attached the pic of it
                2. Chain creats huge sound
                3. Bike front and rear suspension not working properly
                4. Riding comfort is not up to the mark
                5. Gear gets stuck several times while riding
                Plz do something in this regard, because honda is very reputed company, it should have to take action to resolve their customers complain

                  Hi this is rakesh ghadiali owner of dio grey registration number GJ 21 AF 5715.
                  i am talking from bilimora Gujarat.
                  i had given my my for normal service on 22/08/2016 which is last monday.
                  my bike was fine and just wanted to give for normal servicing.
                  i was with the mechanic at the time of delivery and he was still making my bike at the time of shutting down for the day. The mechanic was actually in hurry i noticed.
                  But than i heard a wierd noise coming from my bike everytime i started. And this even that mechanic and other people in the workshop heard. They said bring it tomorrow and ill fix it as before. I said not an issue i[censored] cn fix your mistake. But now they are telling that the bike has some prob and you need to pay 4500 to fix it. I said before handling it to you my bike was not at all making such noise and they clearly told me to come next dayto fix it.
                  I DONT KNOW ANYTHING. I JUST WANT MY BIKE AS BEFORE AND I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY MONEY FOR IT. ITS NOT MY FAULT. I WANT MY BIKE TO BE FIXED ASAP.

                  First you send a notice on available address & ask for relief's you want. Don't forget to mention that if they fails to comply then you will be constrained to file consumer complaint. Send notice by speed post. Keep track of Postal receipt. If Opponent failed to comply then you can move to consumer court where opponent has office. In case you have done transaction online then you can file your complaint in your areas District Forum if yours demand is below 20 Lacs. If above 20 Lacs you need to file the same complaint before State Commission.

                  I had bought a brand new DIO but having trouble in starting after 1st service. there is no one in the company responding to this complaint, they took the vehicle to repair and nothing is done still. it got into the problem again today. it is brand new DIO 2 months old. i have no idea what to do and so i am complaining here

                        Staff at yume honda is very arrogant and unprofessional and ignores the customers on their faces mr. Kamal bakshi (Service attendant) and mr kamal (Manager) specifically. They charged me rs. 310 for engine oil and didnt even change it. I received the same feedback from other customers as well.

                        2 month ago i my bike started making a weird noise, i asked a mechanic about it and he said it is due to lack of engine oil. So i went to yumi honda and told them about this and they charged me rs. 310 for oil and other service charges. But the voice didn't get fixed and i used my bike for 1.5 months and suddenly my bike stoped working. I went to yumi honda and then they told me that your engine has seized.
                        Please take strict action against this and make them realize the results of cheating a consumer.

                        Daily usage of bike : 7-8 kms

                          I have dream yuga which is bought one year ago. Its speedometer cable and clutch cable damaged after 10 months(below 7000 km). So I have doubt about durability of parts of honda bike. I serviced at your service centre(cannanore automobile company, Pallikkunnu, Kannur11, Kerala). They take cost of the cable and fitting charges from me. If the cables are good quality is its life time only one year? Before I used yamaha crux, its cables damaged only after 5 year. So take necessary steps for giving good quality parts.
                          Take necessary steps to refund the cost of cable and fitting charge if you are taking care of consumers (My invoice no;10743 dated23 august 2016)

                            Let me start by saying that my recent experience with Honda has been pathetic and frustrating and I totally regret my decision of buying a Honda Car.
                            Now, to brief about my complaint I Would like to bring into your kind notice that I had purchased Honda Amaze on 31st March’16 ( Registration no – RJ14 NC 2908) from Pinkcity Honda Jaipur ( Pinkcity honda near tonk phatak flyover, jaipur)
                            I had driven 4700 KMS, on the nicely paved roads of jaipur city for 2800kms and then after on pune roads and it comes with factory fitted Goodyear tyres. After 3000kms the tyre sidewall got damaged while driving. Somehow managed to park it on the side of the road and put the spare wheel. After[protected] kms the same thing happens with the another tyre.
                            Right from day 1 till date, my car has always and only been serviced at Honda.
                            I complained about the condition of car tyres to your dealership and I would appreciate that they were prompt enough to call my car to the showroom to have this check.
                            Now, to my utter surprise I was told that “It’s Completely Normal” for tyre’s to get a cut while driving it is because of road conditions or because of sharp object.
                            Infact I was told that It is because of your driving skills.
                            WELL, EXCUSE ME ???
                            If my driving skills are not proper then my car has to be full of scratches unfortunately there is not a single scratch.
                            As good year are rejecting my claim as per there supervisor it is because of sharp object may come on my way. Is it only me who have to face all the sharp objects on the paved roads where you cannot drive your car in 3rd or 4th gear because of traffic.
                            And honda is saying that it is all upto the good year. I have purchased the car from honda not from good year.
                            THE GOOD YEAR SUPERVISOR SUGGESTING ME TO BUY BOTH THE TYRE FROM GOOD YEAR AND AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, ASK THE SELLER TO GIVE A WARRANTY AND IN THIS WARRANTY IF THE NEXT TIME THE SAME HAPPENS THE COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU A NEW ONE.
                            So would like to ask them the roads are not changed, other factors are same then how they will replace it. So is this means that they wanted to raise there sale to make more profit or something else. If i purchase a tyre from them they will ready to give a new one under warranty but when i purchased a vehicle from honda and the tyre are the parts of it they are not liable to give a warranty. May be, i paid to honda not to good year. If i purchased a new one then only they are liable to give warranty. May be honda is giving less money for tyres and i am giving some more? Is it actually true? Don't think so. Honda please maintain some standard.
                            Since the cars comes with manufactures warranty and if there is any manufacturing defect the said company should replace and provide me a new tyres.
                            In this case, Honda should deal and discuss this with Goodyear and replace the tyres with a set of new ones. (NOT GOODYEAR PLEASEEE)
                            This isn’t my first car or 1st set of tyres, I’m well aware of the tyres and driving conditions.

                            I suggest you handle and resolve this and get the cars tyres changed immediately without any more follow ups, else I’ll be forced to take this up legally against Goodyear and Honda India.
                            This whole experience has been disgusting and irritating which has totally changed my positive and good perception regarding the company. This was also a mental harassment.
                            New Honda amaze car with MRF tryes and both the back tryes got complaint after running 9.5K kilometers and in good driving conditions. Both MRF and Honda washed off their hands and claiming there is nothing to be done from their side. Pathetic
                            Same case for me also after running 1k kilometers Honda was telling that cant do anything very pathetic.
                            MRF is worst day by day, i saw today 6 cases in Honda service and why honda is not taking care..god only knows

                              I am Anand Maniyar complaining on be half of Tejas Deshmukh that i have purchased HONDA UNICORN 150 from Amam Honda Showroom, Baner - Aundh Rd Sanewadi, Near Green Park Hotel, Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra 411045Phone:[protected] on 14-Aug-16. From the same day i was facing problem in oil leakage and pickup, i have consulted to their technician they solved oil leakage problem but pickup issue is still there and they are not ready to agree that its an issue. i have consulted to many people and i can prove its an issue. New bike should not have such oil leakage and pickup issue but still i am cooperating with them but they are not helping and every time ignoring it with the same answer that bike doesn't have any issue.

                              I didn't get solution for the problem as i mentioned above please let me know the your view on this else i need to go consumer court. I had purchased bike on 14 Aug 16 so its been almost 16 days and out of this 8 to 9 days i kept my bike to their showroom to solve that problem.

                                No quick response??? from any one of the ananda honda karnataka bangalore bommanahalli dealer.

                                With out service manager & assistant manager they have conducted service at sundays. if any concern or queries no one is their

                                For your kind information, i have been to karnataka bangalore bommanahalli ananda honda service point for 1st free service on 20.8.2016 & my concern was regarding accessories footrest & ladies handle.

                                1. ladies handle they have sold me for 150/- rs because of that, my vehicle original seat cover & extra added seat cover got damaged. because of its bending angle faulty, so they replaced new seat cover. but they have fixed the same designed ladies handle again due to lac of technical analyst, i would like to inform you to have a look into this matter.

                                2. footrest found projection out of the lhs body. so i have explained advisor mr. karthik. s & mr. lakshmi pathi both didn't catch my point, when it is closed position it should be in 90 degree angle. but my vehicles was not exact 90 degree for that they have replaced new then also it was still projection, they said we are manufacturing like this only if you want to raise the complaint you can do it. so i would request you to kindly look into this and treat this as high priority.

                                Because of accessories honda is getting very bad impression i have struggled to get this organised kindly instruct your dealers to respond quick & with out service manager
                                Hould not be conducted service else are not authorized to replace any part under warranty thanking you.

                                This is regarding Honda Activa 3G extra accessories, recommended by Ananda Honda they are dealer of Karnataka Bangalore Bommanahalli pin code 560068. I have been for 1st free service but they didn't respond me.

                                I am finding very difficult with the Ladies handle, because of that my vehicle seat is not getting lock properly & seat cover got damaged.

                                I am finding very difficult with the footrest, because of that I am confused to drive accurately in the traffics it is out of the body steel guard when ever it is in closed position it is not in the 90 degree

                                  Hi honda2wheeler team,

                                  Your honda kerala kottayam ettumanoor service centre is very bad .No one is responsible .
                                  I was purchased a honda dio at your kottayam shope last year.I was serviced all the four free service and one paide service. My vehicle having some vibration and some noise from the front shoke absorber then replaced the 2 shoke absorber and paide the amount .now the same issue repeted with in 3 month. No one responsible at that office not troubleshoot the issues perfectly .
                                  Please check your service persons knowledge. And service centre capacity . This type of service is very very waste.
                                  Amc, extended warranty all your additional packages are waste .they need only money.

                                      I had buy a new 3g activa (Chassis no. Me4jf505hgt677583) and challan no. 5823 from s j jind automobile in 18/08/2016..
                                      Unhone mujhe aaj tak (22/08/2016) tak na to bill diya h aur na hi insurance aur na hi temporary number.. Main kafi baar vaha agency ja chuka hun but vo har roj next day par taal dete hain... I am driving with full of risk and ye ek illegal work bhi h agar future main mujhe kuch hota hain ya vehicle ko traffic police imbound karte hain. Than who will be the responsible for this?

                                      I am a employee in lic. He had charged me 55850/- (Ex showroom 49850+acces.+insur.+extend warrenty) which is higher than from other dealer and same customer. They take differ charges from customer to customer for same product and facilities.

                                        The bike was delivered to me on 27th-feb-16, soon after one or two weeks of delivery there was some strange noise (Knocking sound) coming from the engine while de-accelaration, i waited for some days as i thought it might be because the engine is new, then slowly gradually the noise increased so i started comparing with the other hornet 160r owner's bike and i found that it is happening only in my bike so i registered a complaint on 14/04/2016. I asked for the replacement but i was told that it cannot be done, they said that they can diagnose and repair the bike, so i visited service center and i showed to mr. Sunil, he tested the bike and accepted that there is a some sort of knocking noise. He is service head of my wings honda, pune. Initially they tried but there was no success and i went back again and again and again so many times, then i asked them that if they cant repair it then call the technical team from the honda to repair, but i was told that they are very busy to attend, then again they tried to repair the bike, at last when i was frustrated i told them i want some technical person to repair my bike or else ill have to go to consumer court, then the person from honda pune region mr. Anantha visited and tested the bike and agreed that there is some noise from the engine, even he suggested some changes but that also didnt help, then after some tries and after some days there was a visit from another person mr. Rajendra he came but it was already 3-4 months or more around that my bike was pertaining the problem and i was really furious. So many changes were already done to my bike which lead so many other issues. He appointed a technical person who knew about the hornet 160r and then my bike was repaired, this was almost around 20 time or more i had visited the service center. The head lamp is tilted little bit also. While riding in between[protected] rpm there is another strange sound for which mr. Rajendra said that is normal.

                                        The noise is reduced but
                                        1). Bike does not reaches to its highest speed actually it does not even go beyond 95-100 km/hr.
                                        2). Bike looses its pickup frequently while being in speed, it feels like bike is pulling itself behind rather than pushing forward when tried to give full throttle.
                                        3). Engine sound is totally different than any other hornet 160r
                                        4). Riding in between[protected]rpm strange noise still persist which i didn't find in any other hornet 160r.
                                        5). I get mileage of 35-45 kmpl, if i ride below 50km/hr i get mileage of 40-45kmpl but as i speed more that 50 or 60km/hr i get mileage of 35kmpl.
                                        6). Head lamp is tilted from the day one, i noticed this recently and i have also told this to the service center. I didnt had time to go to service center so this thing is still pending but how a bike is not qa properly before it is taken out of production house?
                                        7). It seems that either of the wheel is imbalanced.
                                        8). Bike vibrates a lot comparatively to other hornet.
                                        9). Tail lamp area was making noise if the road is little rough, so they put some kind of roubber below the tail lamp which solved the issue, but how can i accept a bike which is repaired and done so many adjustments to it just in 6 months of purchase?
                                        If the bike was perfectly the same like the one came out from the showroom then i would have accepted.
