On 23 or 26 june i did service in yug honda. Problem was auto start and they fixed by replacing the battery. Again within 2 weeks same problem came. When i visited they the service manager vinayak gurav from yug honda was very arrogant in talking. He was showing is my mistake to be in yug. Bike was kept for 3 days and returned without putting the battery. They struggled a lot and then without fixing return the bike.
Very horrible service and experience with yug honda.
Prior to this also had faced similar problem. After bringing back, immediately started the petrol leakage.
Because of all these i am thinking about not recommending honda to any one. Hope you will take serous action against them and will keep me updated.

    I have Purchased new honda hornet from parabh honda akola[protected]. the bike creates problems from[protected], i went showroom for that problem for resolving for 5 times. but they are unable to resolve and refer to workshop, i went workshop approx 4 to 5 times but they are unable to resolve and saying bike have no problem . But in really thy are unable resolve that problem .
    The bikes having following problem :
    1.engine noice
    So plz action my complaint and say what i do

      Dear Sir/Madam,


      I purchased Honda bike (Livo) on 27/04/2016 from Ashwani Automobiles –Hissar. After ten days I visited at Ashwani Automobiles that this bike is creating problem(Vibration and bubbling due to Shockers problem ) in field when it goes to above speed of 40kmh, and I meet with service manager who reluctantly said that there is no such type of problem please come again at service time we will look at this. My residence address is approx. 30 km from Ashwani honda.


      Now I am asking to Honda is it taking responsibility of people life.

      Next time I visited at service time on 10/05/2016 and same problem I explained in Job sheet after service I take test drive and again make request to service manager but he again gives me lollipop i.e. please comes on next service we will replace your bike shockers with new one.

      Then again I visited on 17/06/2016 for service with same problem and same problem I explained in job sheet but no shockers were replaced with new one, again requested to service manager but now picture was different he replied that we have no stock of shockers on next service we will replace it.

      On 27/07/2016 again I visited likely to be fool person for service and with same problem mentioned in job sheet, and same wordings repeated that please visit on next service.


      Now I am asking if Honda is not capable to provide service to people on time and parts on time then why honda is selling product in market and wasting time and money of public.

      Who will be responsible for any miss happening if occurs with me due to shockers’ problem.

      You are again humble requested please resolve my problem, If you are not capable to do this then tell me ?

        I HAVE PURCHASED new honda CB SHINE from shuban sai honda najafgarh new delhi 110043 on 13 july 2016. the bike creates problems from 14 july 2016, i went showroom for that problem for resolving for 5 times daily . but they are unable to resolve and refer to workshop, i went workshop approx 4 to 5 times but they are unable to resolve and saying bike have no problem . But in really thy are unable resolve that problem .
        The bikes having following problem :
        1. missing problem
        2.start problem after 3 to 4 hours interval
        3.no smooth running like a new bike
        4.bakwas engine .

          I have booked Honda ACTIVA vehicle on[protected] in Haritha Honda, Narayanapuram branch, Madurai. I have taken the vehicle on[protected]. The vehicle's engine no. is JF50ET3566112 AND CHASSIS NO. is ME4JF505GGT565916. The problem is that the vehicle is automatically switch off while driving when I taken off my hand in the accelerator grip. I also informed to the particular dealer about this problem on the same day itself. No response from them. Please rectify as soon as possible.

            I have booked honda hornet 160r at surya honda, kattuppakkam, chennai, tamilnadu on 29th jul 2016 while take delivery of the bike 05th aug 2016 i found the bike have level-3 scratches in front mudguard, petrol tank head light cover, front right indicator side cove the beauty is bike having iron rust in chaises front joint, the same thing is happening to all my activa and duo scooter

            I want bring to your notice that I am facing following problems in my new bike from the day one of the delivery date.

            • Engine is giving more noise like old bike
            • Also when I give accelerator, the throttle gear is getting hit
            • While climbing the flyover the speed is reducing by 5km
            • There is power at the initial stage after that when I accelerate there is no power
            • Horn sound different from other hornet bikes.

            Above mentioned difference I have realised after I drove my friend bike and test drive bike.

            Now a days I am feeling reset less because of this bike. I am unable to sleep when I think about the bike after spending so much of money I have got the worst bike from the Surya Honda showroom (Hornet bike is good but they have given me the worst one from showroom).

            When I went to showroom to book the Hornet bike, I saw the bike in rust condition and with the birds poop on it. They promised me that they will give me new bike from their warehouse. But now I understand that they have done water service, applied oil in the rusted area and given me the same old bike.

            Hence I request you to change this bike immediately.

                    Respected Chief person,
                    I would like to draw your kind attention regarding the faulty vehicle - Honda Activa 3 G (Chassis No. 20589/19533, Capacity 110, Mfg year Oct 2015), purchased on 26th Oct'15.
                    Frequently, the vehicle goes off on running mode, this is happening from last 2 months every time I go to the "Honda Service Centre, near Hindustan Naka, Charkop, Kandivali (West), Mumbai - 400067. They tell me that there is dust and it has been cleaned.
                    On 18th June'16 the vehicle went totally dead, I explained the problem (same Service Centre), they kept the vehicle for 4 days and changed the CDi (without any charge) and they said now it will work fine.
                    Again on 23rd July'2016, there was problem the vehicle was miss firing, they (same service centre) changed the plugged ( I paid).
                    But Again today 3rd Aug'16, vehicle is today dead on running position on middle of the road. I called the (same service centre) and the mechanic came, he tried and checked but the vehicle did not start. they have taken the vehicle and as been told by them that they will update on the same.
                    As I have faced lots of problem and I would like to request your kind intervention from your end, if the problem is not permanently resolved, please replace the vehicle with new one.

                      This is inform to you say that i had purchase a new honda Activa from Ganpati honda Sec 14 gurgaon as on 06.07.2016 the total invoice amt is 51460. and i pay this amt thru my credit card. than the cashier asked me to say there is 1.5% extra charged if you pay thru card and i agreed. After the payment success of payment i asked cashier for give me the receipt of full amout of 51460 + 771 of 1.5% than he reply me we cannot provided the 1.5% extra amout receipt and cashier give me only 51460 amount receipt only.

                        On 08th july 2016 around 9 am in the morning at beeaar honda service centre hazatganj lucknow uttar pradesh. The service center authority charge unnecessary labour charges without prior information as already they had taken the service charges before, the mechanic provide wrong information and misguiding customer and rudely talking, they had provide me free service discount coupon when i had purchase my bike from beeaar honda 10 a shok marg hazatganj lucknow but when i visit to beeaar honda service center to redeem it they do not accept that coupon and say to pay for the service. Please look into the matter and do the needful so that in future such type of misleading and unlawful incident not happen to other customers.

                          The service provider give the delivery time at 2:15 p. M. On2/8/16. But my activa was not ready at that time. I have to pick my child on 2:45. I harassed by the service provider which given me the wring time. Nobody service provider touch my activa till 2:25. P. M. I have waste my time in visit at honda service center.In amritsar (Punjab) at aryan honda, court road.

                            I purchased a cbr250r in the year 2011. Right from the first till today i am facing a lot of problems with the product. I told the company to replace the bike but they said it is not under there norms. You can even enquire into the service center and ask about my bike licence plate number as-01-aw-1992 about how much money i have invested. It may be have reached rs 100000 till now i think all total which i have invested due to the faulty parts. Right now there is a new problem i have been facing that is my bike stops and doesn't restarts again while it is in motion. Due to that problem i have shown it to the service center vinayak honda and again spended a lot of money but no solution they said now it was fine but i faced the same again. That was the day when there is a important exam of mine and for my bike i have been marked as absent. I am very disappointed with the company and there product and as well as the service center. To be honest faulty products like those should not be sold to public creating tremendous harassments.

                            Please help and provide me a solution.

                            Right from the first till now I am facing a lot of problems of my bike CBR 250R and the company as well as the service center are not giving any solutions and help. I feel helpless so please help me.My bike stopped on the running that was my recent problem I might facing and due to that I can't able to attend my important exams and we're marked as absent so please help me I feel helpless .

                            not satisfied his customers. He will be charged much more charges of repair and parts form customers.

                              i bought a Honda livo bike of your company last year that is really good bike.
                              but we have an issue regarding to Honda livo bike.
                              i noticed some part is must be in the back side of wheel for protect and safe from dust and mud to engine.
                              but there have no such a part to protect engine.
                              in view of me Honda team must take any kind of resolution about that.

                                I did first service on 27/07/2016 on YUG Honda Wakad.Then agian visited on 30th July 8:000 AM because problem was not solved.
                                but they have denied to resolved the issue with reason i have purchased my bike with another Honda showroom.
                                Major problem still facing with Petrol meter indicator is always showing full while there is no petrol in the bike.
                                direction indicator sound also got flushed in 3 days. i am not happy with the service provider.

                                Person who are working as Service providers not supporting to the customer. should not matter from which honda showroom you are purchasing.all should provide the proper service. i purchased activa 125 20 days back and facing much problem as petrol indicator is always showing full and direction indicator sound stopped working after 3 days.i asked to technical person they suggest to service center from where i got this bike. even i have done the first servicing but they have not checked properly and said that your bike is ready.but still am facing many problems since i bought 15 days back.

                                  I have got purchase honda shine november 2015 engine number - jc65et0199102 and bike number - rj11sh0971 my bike sound problem coming on date of purchase bike saw service center 4 time but bike sound do not solved then service ceter called engineer from jaipur to dholpur service center, engineer saw my bike solved sound but sound stop 2 days after 2 days again problem

                                  I have purchased Honda shine bike in November, 2015. i found a moss in my fuel tank. on compliant in service center and respective honda dealer. they told that Honda company is responsible for it. and they don't send parts of vehicle on time. we have mention an order for you tank. and a employee did misbehave with me.

                                      I own honda unicorn bike which i bought in 2015 march, recently i face a problem in engine,

                                      Bike number : ts02eh0301

                                      In engine its getting some sound so i have approached to honda service center located at kondapur hyderabad "sri vaishnaoi honda automobiles". on[protected]
                                      So that informed me that "timing chain" has gone so need to replace with new one.
                                      I have warranty so they calmed me the party which are related to engine in warranty.

                                      The below are the parts which they have replaced

                                      Piston cylinderkit
                                      Lifterassy tensioner
                                      Kitvalve rocker
                                      Head comp cylinder
                                      Camshaft comp
                                      But after replacing all these items also am facing same problem. i took my bike on[protected] from service center.

                                      After this i went to them some many times and told them i'm facing same problem again and again.

                                      But proper response from.

                                      Could you please help me

                                        I have puchase honda activa i in august 15 and i have drive only 700 km in one year and when i reached for 4th service in service center service man tell me. There is a problem in your handle because your handle is tight and tell me you will have to change a bolt near about rs. 650 when i asked this is in waranty period then he tell me no waranty is running part so i want to know which type of part that problem is comes in 700km this is not a quality product if honda company do something then ok unless i don't know what i do
