This is inform to you say that i had purchase a new honda Activa from Ganpati honda Sec 14 gurgaon as on 06.07.2016 the total invoice amt is 51460. and i pay this amt thru my credit card. than the cashier asked me to say there is 1.5% extra charged if you pay thru card and i agreed. After the payment success of payment i asked cashier for give me the receipt of full amout of 51460 + 771 of 1.5% than he reply me we cannot provided the 1.5% extra amout receipt and cashier give me only 51460 amount receipt only.

    On 08th july 2016 around 9 am in the morning at beeaar honda service centre hazatganj lucknow uttar pradesh. The service center authority charge unnecessary labour charges without prior information as already they had taken the service charges before, the mechanic provide wrong information and misguiding customer and rudely talking, they had provide me free service discount coupon when i had purchase my bike from beeaar honda 10 a shok marg hazatganj lucknow but when i visit to beeaar honda service center to redeem it they do not accept that coupon and say to pay for the service. Please look into the matter and do the needful so that in future such type of misleading and unlawful incident not happen to other customers.

      The service provider give the delivery time at 2:15 p. M. On2/8/16. But my activa was not ready at that time. I have to pick my child on 2:45. I harassed by the service provider which given me the wring time. Nobody service provider touch my activa till 2:25. P. M. I have waste my time in visit at honda service center.In amritsar (Punjab) at aryan honda, court road.

        I purchased a cbr250r in the year 2011. Right from the first till today i am facing a lot of problems with the product. I told the company to replace the bike but they said it is not under there norms. You can even enquire into the service center and ask about my bike licence plate number as-01-aw-1992 about how much money i have invested. It may be have reached rs 100000 till now i think all total which i have invested due to the faulty parts. Right now there is a new problem i have been facing that is my bike stops and doesn't restarts again while it is in motion. Due to that problem i have shown it to the service center vinayak honda and again spended a lot of money but no solution they said now it was fine but i faced the same again. That was the day when there is a important exam of mine and for my bike i have been marked as absent. I am very disappointed with the company and there product and as well as the service center. To be honest faulty products like those should not be sold to public creating tremendous harassments.

        Right from the first till now I am facing a lot of problems of my bike CBR 250R and the company as well as the service center are not giving any solutions and help. I feel helpless so please help me.My bike stopped on the running that was my recent problem I might facing and due to that I can't able to attend my important exams and we're marked as absent so please help me I feel helpless .

        I want to complaint for dealer in rampura phul.he will be fraud with his cusomer.he did
        not satisfied his customers. He will be charged much more charges of repair and parts form customers.

          i bought a Honda livo bike of your company last year that is really good bike.
          but we have an issue regarding to Honda livo bike.
          i noticed some part is must be in the back side of wheel for protect and safe from dust and mud to engine.
          but there have no such a part to protect engine.
          in view of me Honda team must take any kind of resolution about that.

            I did first service on 27/07/2016 on YUG Honda Wakad.Then agian visited on 30th July 8:000 AM because problem was not solved.
            but they have denied to resolved the issue with reason i have purchased my bike with another Honda showroom.
            Major problem still facing with Petrol meter indicator is always showing full while there is no petrol in the bike.
            direction indicator sound also got flushed in 3 days. i am not happy with the service provider.

            Person who are working as Service providers not supporting to the customer. should not matter from which honda showroom you are purchasing.all should provide the proper service. i purchased activa 125 20 days back and facing much problem as petrol indicator is always showing full and direction indicator sound stopped working after 3 days.i asked to technical person they suggest to service center from where i got this bike. even i have done the first servicing but they have not checked properly and said that your bike is ready.but still am facing many problems since i bought 15 days back.

              I have purchased Honda shine bike in November, 2015. i found a moss in my fuel tank. on compliant in service center and respective honda dealer. they told that Honda company is responsible for it. and they don't send parts of vehicle on time. we have mention an order for you tank. and a employee did misbehave with me.

                  Hello team,

                  I own honda unicorn bike which i bought in 2015 march, recently i face a problem in engine,

                  Bike number : ts02eh0301

                  In engine its getting some sound so i have approached to honda service center located at kondapur hyderabad "sri vaishnaoi honda automobiles". on[protected]
                  So that informed me that "timing chain" has gone so need to replace with new one.
                  I have warranty so they calmed me the party which are related to engine in warranty.

                  The below are the parts which they have replaced

                  Piston cylinderkit
                  Lifterassy tensioner
                  Kitvalve rocker
                  Head comp cylinder
                  Camshaft comp
                  But after replacing all these items also am facing same problem. i took my bike on[protected] from service center.

                  After this i went to them some many times and told them i'm facing same problem again and again.

                  But proper response from.

                    I have puchase honda activa i in august 15 and i have drive only 700 km in one year and when i reached for 4th service in service center service man tell me. There is a problem in your handle because your handle is tight and tell me you will have to change a bolt near about rs. 650 when i asked this is in waranty period then he tell me no waranty is running part so i want to know which type of part that problem is comes in 700km this is not a quality product if honda company do something then ok unless i don't know what i do

                      In this regard i it is submitted that i am owner of subject cited car for the last three years. When i approached your dealer in panchkula for its servicing after a mileage of 40000 km. I along with service engineer of the said dealer namely harmony honda, industrial area, panchkual noticed that driver seat is making some noise and unstable due to which driving was uncomfortable. Accordingly i requsted service engineer to replace the driver seat to avoid any untoward incident but response from his side was poor. Later on i. E on 1st july 2016 i again visited the harmony honda, industrial area, panchkual to redress the same problem.In response he got opened the driver seat and told that supporting rod welding is broken and needs its replacement. And intimated me that order for procurement of driver seat will be placed shortly and accordingly as and when seat is received, same will be replaced. I received a telephonic message on 11.07.2016 on my mobile no [protected], the message was that new seat has been received and visit for its replacement in showroom/workshop. For getting the work done i visited the showroom/workshop dropped my car on 12.07.2016 at 1:00 pm for replacement of driver seat. Again at 5;00pm, through telephonic message it has conveyed to me that your car has been ready and collect the same from showroom so i visited showroom at 6;45 but surprised to see that driver seat from a demo car was been replaced but same was not new. When i talked about this, representative of agency told that the new seat received is rusted one so leave your vehicle with the showroom and will sort out the tomorrow positively. Again i visited showroom at 13.07.2016 at 2;30 pm, there i notice that the rusted seat was being installed instead of new seat (Photographs in this regard is enclosed herewith. When i raised a question then a representative made a remark on the re-estimate that "new part ordered, will be received in 4-5 working days then we will repleced the said part' (Photocopy attached) again on 20.07.2016 i was informed through telephone that said part is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
                      It is also worth to mention here that i approached many times on help line no one - two-one and in response attendant told that we will talk to the dealer to redress the matter at an early date.
                      So, in view of the circumstance explained above your goodself is requested to look into the matter otherwise, matter will be brought on social media or i will have to knock the door of hon'ble court inconvenience caused to me and also mental tension.

                        I fullfill all my duties time to time whether it is regarding with bike sarvice & other issues...
                        Now i have problem in my engine & timing chain as i complained for this to your concerned dealer. from where i bought it.
                        They denied me again and again so please change my timing chain and engine problem and they advised me to purchase new chain &said me "aati hi kitne ki h chain nayi le lo"
                        Now you suggest me sir i made mistake in purchasing honda bike. i think i should go for hero and other companies which are stand with their words regarding yours sarvices... last option for me consumer court so please take a action... this problems as soon as

                              I booked honda activa on 07/02/2016 where i made a down-payment of rs.12000 at alto motors at koparkhairne.
                              Afterwards i got delivery on 11/02/2016, but in few days alto motors dealer showroom was closed. I got my vehicle on tc number and my emi's started for the same. Honda dealers from other showrooms didn't support me in this case, whereas the bank started em

                                Am sharing the compliant for the 3nd time, request you to action it as I feel cheated by Haiku Honda who told me that the Bike Dream yuga will deliver 72 km per liter while buying now I see the bike does not go more than 50km per liter, also I have completed 3 services guided by the company and this bike which is just 8 months old gives me too much noise while driving. It is not giving a feel of new vehicle. Please need your help.

I have purchased a honda activa 3g registration number dl11-sl 9027 on december 2015from rohini honda, h-34/103-104, near vishram chowk, sector 3, rohini, delhi 110085. It has been 7 months but they have not provided my original rc. Whenever i called them they answer that you will get it in the month of may & june as there is some issue with authority.

                                        I have purchased honda cb unicorn from maansarovar automobile chennai, on 03/02/2011 vehicle no tn 22 br 6719, there was some noise come from the engine as a problem while i am purchasing from date delivery time, i have approached maansarovar automobile people they have said the noise will disappear during running, this is for normally due that period. So i have not take it serious as a problem, but now it has highly increased, when i approaching honda service centers, they are demand five thousand rupees as engine service charges. But our vehicle warrantee and extended warranty for engine not finishing. But honda service centers are not ready to take initiate to rectify the problem rather than replacement in our cost during period of warranty. I strongly believed honda products trust worthy beginning and slow i am losing my hopes due this problem. However good a product is, bad service is a disincentive to buy the product.
                                        I would not never go for any of honda products again in life time and not suggest any one.
                                        Based upon request i would sent the supporting documents of my vehicle.
