Hi team,
First of all let me tell you that we customers buy honda as it's have a good brand name as well after sales service is good. But i've a bitter experience in last 4 months from the month of april to july. I've a bought the honda activa 2010 model from one of my friend and the vehicle number is ka 01 hd 7453. Actually there was a problem of oil leakage from the engine, body shaking while driving, sound coming from the back wheel.In the month of april, i'd given the vehicle to the service center and they told that it will get resolved and they put a dust seal, and battery changed as i'd opted for that and put the new engine oil and also told that body alignment is done. Then next after two days only the front speedometer wire or some wire it got removed while riding and again i'd to go to service center. After a couple of days i checked and again went and told that there is a problem of oil leakage, and they told that as it will happen for a next couple of days and it will get resolved. Then as still the issues was not resolved, i went to then and told that as body alignment is done previously and the body is shaking still while driving. They told that there is tyre problem and tyre needs to be changed and also i mentioned that some sound is coming from rear wheel while someone seats at the back seat while driving. And while applying breaks some sound is coming as well. They told that it needs to be changed every parts. I told "sorry i can't because previously you mentioned that only body alignment will be done and after that issue will be resolved". They told that they can't help. (So basically i spent 3800 including battery as i mentioned that there is oil leakage, body alignment and shaking while driving and they did not served well, i suffered once again and rest of the thing is like this as below).
Then on a fine day i started my vehicle and suddenly my vehicle stopped and did not started and as i took the local service center and he checked and told that engine oil has been finished and he put a new engine oil once again. And i called to service manager of that service center and he told that he will send the person to my address and will pick the vehicle. He sent after a day and my vehicle was there at service center for 2 days as they did not revert. I only called to the service manager and he did not pick the call and i called to one more manager and he picked the call and i explained the issues and he told that he will revert me. He called me after a couple of minutes and told that engine has got seized as engine oil has been drained out. I told that how come as i had given the vehicle due to oil leakage previous month and also i had filled the oil before couple of days. Then they told that they will repair it. And again i paid 6000 for this issue. Next after just one week once again i checked that oil is getting leaked and i spoke to the manager over there and he called to some guys and most of the guys were least bothered to listen anything and roaming here and there. And they toolk the vehicle and they told that in the oil container, they need to put m-seal and they did it and again returned after 2 days. What the service you guys are giving as once again i am getting the same issues. What do you think i don't have any other work apart from this? I want all those guys to get screwed up and sue from your company. Due to them you are loosing the business. I have sent you mail in private, if i won;t get any revert, i will put in social media after that. I won't to go any service center and won;t pay if there is any issues
