Hi honda
I changed that part at 08-jan-2016, but that same problem came again last week, my bike main fuel value working till the end, so i can't find fuel level in my tank,
I want change petrol tap in my bike and your dealer ask for part cost, but i changed only six month before. same problem came again, this is not a little or outside part, this is a main part of tank and inside part also, so i can't understand what is the problem, so please arrange that part without cost asap or please give me your update by phone ([protected])

And also i attach last invoice from your honda dealer rehoboth vehicles, tirunelveli, tamilnadu

    I handed over my Activa 3G scooter to celebrate Honda service centre Karkardooma on dated 14/07/2016 for dent claim .My job card no. is 2887. But till date I have not received back my scooter repaired.Even till date survey is still pending.The service Engineer told me that he has no telephone number of Insurance company.I am waiting for my scooter to be got repaired. These days I am travelling through Metro to reach my office.Is here any one who look into my problem from Honda company.

          Dear sir
          I would like to inform to you. My honda shine which registered no is gj 16 bp 5331, owner name :sachinkumar kanubhai jadav, engine number is jc65e70125533. Recently my honda shine bike have some battery problem arises. So i went to met your authorized dealer ganesh motor, maneja, vadodara - 390013, near maneja crossing, opposite atmiya heights, vadodara, gujarat. And they check my honda shine bike and they says to me your bike battery problems is there. Workshop incharge mr anilbhai says to me that your battey will be replaced because of major problem and no cost for that because of your bike in warrenty period. And they says to give us some time for the replacement, then i says to him no problem. But after one week when i visited again at authorized dealer, they say to me still not come your battery. And gm mr tara singh not commuticate with me in positive manner. And says to me give me one more time i say its ok. But today i received call by gm and says to me your battery warrent is rejected, i'm shocked. Now what i do. That means they fraud with me. Pleased solved my problem sir...

          I want taking more action against him for this phenomenon happen.

              Respected sir/madam,
              I gave my vehicle bearing number kl43d496 for periodical maintanance service on 8th july 2016 (Friday). Since i was on a training i asked the advisor to leave a text message iff i did not pick the call for any queries regarding the vehicle. On 9th july afternoon i called and enquired about the vehicle and they said that the vehicle is ready. I asked if there was any complaint for the same, it was then said that the brake pads has to be replaced, i agreed to replace them. Advisor said they can deliver the vehicle by 4 pm. I went to the workshop by around 5.30 pm. They told me that the billing has to be done and asked me to wait. I waited in the workshop till 6.50pm and the advisor came and told me that the brake pads was not replaced. The reason they told was by afternoon the job card was closed and parts entry was done.{ how long will it take to re open them?? How much time will it take to change brake pad??}. My vehicle was there in the workshop for 2 days.
              Then they told me that they will replace them on 11th july without taking any labour charge, with no other option left i did the payment and took the delivery. When i was riding back there was an abnormal noise from the front and scratches over the brake caliper which was not there when i gave it for servicing. I called the advisor to say about but he did not pick the call. On 11th july i called the advisor by 8.30 am and asked to fix the problem, the advisor then told me that he is busy and asked me to call after 11 0 clock, i asked him to give the managers' number. He said he dont know the number and told me that he leave a message, i waited for another one hour more, since i didn't get any response again i called and said i will hold on and got the number. They took the vehicle and replaced the pads, but did not gave me the bill saying there was somel issue with the server, but stil the abnormal noise from the front is there. Nobody is picking up the phone when i called
              The worst part is that its now been 8 days and am feeling very much irritated and insulted. Am i suppose to go to local workshop even after spending all the money? Or is it because they have feeling like as if i will not go anywhere because i took their service package!
              Kindly do the needful in resolving the complaint, the photos of the bill and scratches made are attached.

                I am user of activa @ wheeler vehicle in mirzapur uttar pradesh, in recent days my scotty's fiber guard of above front wheel & side covers has some noise but dealer is not provideing satisfactory services regarding that. They denied to listen anymore in reference to my problem regarding there noise in fiber gaurd many times. Dealer's mechanic sait that it is problem in some vehicle from manufacture side we are unable to do anything.

                      I had bought an activa on november, 2013. after2 years i got a sound in engine i took my scooter to the service station, they said "your crank was bend" and it will cost around 15k i said them to change. after 7 months again i got the same sound again they r saying ur crank was weak, i had said this was changed 7 months ago for that they r saying ur maintanence is not good. i'm servicing my bike every 3000 kms, please help me.

                        This is to informed you that i bought honda cb unicorn 160 cc in the month of may 2016. purchase date is 07/05/2016 dealer is absolute motors mahipalpur crossing new delhi 110037. i paid the money for 2016 model but dealer has issued me bike 2015 model. when i raise a concern to the dealer, he offered me some unexpected things like, free service, refund of 2000 or 3000 thousands. i don't want such offers. why i got old model when i paid for new model. kindly look into it on urgency and reply me soon

                          Dear sir, i would like to inform to you that i have bought a honda cb shine from ajmer honda last year in month of november. since that time my bike is not running smoothly. it is running so hard & it vibrates at speed of 40 kmph & above and not giving good mileage. due to vibration of bike all the fiber parts gets looses always. i have given my bike for service three time to ajmer honda showroom and explained the problems every time but no positive response from them. i am annoyed to have this problem. i request you to please sort it out as soon as possible. my bike is also under warranty.

                            Hi,
                            I have bought my bike 2 month back. from the day 1, i am facing issue with starting, but the person at showroom and service center has told me it will get resolved with the time when engine will run. but still i am facing the issue, during starting the engine, it got shut down, when i try to change the gear from neutral to one. each time i have to start my engine with choke. also, on road, when i change its gear, its accelerator doesn't responding and also engine got shut down many times, which create many difficulties while riding. i have visited your service center around 8-10 times, but each time, they told me they have resolved the issue it will not happen, and each next day i am facing the issue.
                            Totally fed up from this type of engine and service, please check it and resolve it asap.

                                There is a problem in my honda bike in meter section. If i have wash of my bike, there is water in my meter.In gone year i will give to the service manager but he don't solve my problem.In this year i have this problem again.                                   I have a honda dream yuga bike of 18th months old, which is under warranty period, in may 2016 i am facing some problem with my bike engine, then i contact to my nearest showroom sms auto in chinsurah. they show my bike and say that the bearing and clutch problem, and charged me for rs.506.00. but my bike problem was not solved, then i again contact to my dealer authorized person, then they say that the engin begin problem and i have to change the begin, which is damaged, and this time they charged me for rs.3660.00. but my bike is in warranty period, and how can they take money from me for engine problem during warranty period? and this is not an accidental case. and how can the engine parts is damage in 18 months. i think i take a very bad decision to buy a honda bike. and now i want to know what is the solution of this problem. i adding two attachments of bills, which was charged me for this problem, pls find the attachments, and i also looking for your feedback.

                                      Hi team,

                                      First of all let me tell you that we customers buy honda as it's have a good brand name as well after sales service is good. But i've a bitter experience in last 4 months from the month of april to july. I've a bought the honda activa 2010 model from one of my friend and the vehicle number is ka 01 hd 7453. Actually there was a problem of oil leakage from the engine, body shaking while driving, sound coming from the back wheel.In the month of april, i'd given the vehicle to the service center and they told that it will get resolved and they put a dust seal, and battery changed as i'd opted for that and put the new engine oil and also told that body alignment is done. Then next after two days only the front speedometer wire or some wire it got removed while riding and again i'd to go to service center. After a couple of days i checked and again went and told that there is a problem of oil leakage, and they told that as it will happen for a next couple of days and it will get resolved. Then as still the issues was not resolved, i went to then and told that as body alignment is done previously and the body is shaking still while driving. They told that there is tyre problem and tyre needs to be changed and also i mentioned that some sound is coming from rear wheel while someone seats at the back seat while driving. And while applying breaks some sound is coming as well. They told that it needs to be changed every parts. I told "sorry i can't because previously you mentioned that only body alignment will be done and after that issue will be resolved". They told that they can't help. (So basically i spent 3800 including battery as i mentioned that there is oil leakage, body alignment and shaking while driving and they did not served well, i suffered once again and rest of the thing is like this as below).

                                      Then on a fine day i started my vehicle and suddenly my vehicle stopped and did not started and as i took the local service center and he checked and told that engine oil has been finished and he put a new engine oil once again. And i called to service manager of that service center and he told that he will send the person to my address and will pick the vehicle. He sent after a day and my vehicle was there at service center for 2 days as they did not revert. I only called to the service manager and he did not pick the call and i called to one more manager and he picked the call and i explained the issues and he told that he will revert me. He called me after a couple of minutes and told that engine has got seized as engine oil has been drained out. I told that how come as i had given the vehicle due to oil leakage previous month and also i had filled the oil before couple of days. Then they told that they will repair it. And again i paid 6000 for this issue. Next after just one week once again i checked that oil is getting leaked and i spoke to the manager over there and he called to some guys and most of the guys were least bothered to listen anything and roaming here and there. And they toolk the vehicle and they told that in the oil container, they need to put m-seal and they did it and again returned after 2 days. What the service you guys are giving as once again i am getting the same issues. What do you think i don't have any other work apart from this? I want all those guys to get screwed up and sue from your company. Due to them you are loosing the business. I have sent you mail in private, if i won;t get any revert, i will put in social media after that. I won't to go any service center and won;t pay if there is any issues

                                        I am an owner of cbr250r ABS As a consumer itself I am paying massive amount of money just for the frigging brake pads .Amount of front brake pads is over two grands and as I posted the image your company only gives part no 1 and why the hell you people doesn't include the part no 2.Even that pulsar 220 includes that part no 2 in the image with a very lower price amount.If we consumers are paying that much of money then you should provide better after sale part services.
