Poor performance,scarcity of spare parts and unskilled labour

I bought unicorn 160 cbf on 28.03.2015 frame-ME4KC202CF8002314 ENGINE-KC20E80023515 FROM Sherit Honda Jaipur.
1. The service manager(pushpa honda) did not know about oil refill, he filled 900 ml instead of recommended 1 lit. After complaint in the third service, it got corrected (evidence of service schedule enclosed)
2. Air filter was not available at any of the service centers in Jaipur, it was replaced about 15000 km instead...

I am purchase a new Activa 3G on dated[protected]. but my vehicle battery problem for previous Three month. i am going Kaithal honda for changing the battery, but service manager transferred my vichele battery Exide Care by me. but Exide care employee not changing my battery. He tells me this battery is DEAD. I am not happy for purchase a New Activa 3g. Battery problem coming for 1Year3Month. My Vehicle Number HR08T9391 so Please solve my problem.

    Sir i have purchased honda cb unicorn 150 in november 2013 at sai honda barshi tal. Barshi dist. Solapur State. Maharashtra it have problems since i purchased now oil in the engine is burning engine makes noise i have cotacted service center but they told that they cant repair it in warranty. Hw is this possible? At purchasing time they told 5 yrs warranty and now just 2 years 7 months passed i want service in warranty.

      I have naught and using honda activate i. Bike since last year, since 2 weeksi have received call from the local service provider that my 4 th paid service is due for service and need to visit asap. Today 21 june 2016 morning 8.30 am i have visited their rajapalam facility for seeking service and from there i have received message that the service technician will come only 9 am and the response was very poor. I was awaiting till 9am to come.
      Over phone the day before they conformed me to provide the service that first come first service based only, but in reality they are not following and unfortunately i came first to take the service but they denied and pushed me at 4 th place and the watchman making mesh out there eveithing and he keep saying they give priority for free service bikes only and my service is paid service and no priority will be given he delayed me an hr and doing unnecessary argument with me and the the customer even i came first,
      I have made complained to the shop i charge and i have found that the response action ws very poor.

        I have purchased a honda activa dlx scooty in feb 2015 from trisha honda khagaria bihar. Which reg. No. Is br34j 2490. Registered on name abhishek kumar mishra. I have paid additional mony to get 2+3 year extended warranty. After the 4th servicing from trisha honda service centre khagaria-1. Oil is leaking from main engine.2. Pickup is very poor. 3. Acceleration responce is very poor. 4. At the time of electric start, starting motre gives a very unpleasant friction like sound. From 15th of march 2016 i took my scooty to the service centre for 4 times, every time they are saying we dont have the parts, they are also asking 3000₹ for starting moter though starting motre is under warranty cover. Pl. Tell me what should i do?

          I am good fan of Honda, which makes me purchase Honda cb unicorn 150 on 2014. I really enjoyed driving it, and i also recommended my cousin to purchase unicorn, And he purchased it. My bike crossed 10k kilometers. Now it started giving troubles, not only my bike, my cousins bike too. Not a small problem, its keep on repeating.

          1) Engine turns off
          2) Engine Noise
          3) Disk brake Noise
          4) Mileage

          1) I used to go to my office on my Honda Unicorn 150. Suddenly engine will stop and it wont start again. Self start becomes useless, and Kick start becomes free, it acts like it was not connected to engine. Forget about going to office on time. I should search for mechanic and pull my bike near him. Its not one time, it happened many times. Finally its look like instead of me traveling on my bike to my office, it look like i am pulling it to the mechanic every time it stopped working. i am not driving my bike, it is driving me. Giving me very irritation and serious troubles. Thanks to Honda, be proud for your product.

          2) Engine is making some kind of noise like krrrrrr krrrrrr. It annoys me a lot. I feel like i am driving very old bike with that noise.

          3) when ever i hit my disk brake it makes huge noise.

          4) Mileage is around 40-45 max. I rarely cross 70kmph, always riding on smooth and non traffic roads, but still 40-45 max. Checked lot of times.

          Same problems with my cousins bike too. loosing all the hopes and loyalty on Honda. as a last try i writing this. Please understand the customer’s feelings or frustrations.

          Requesting you to kindly look in to this issues and come up with better solution.

            Sir,

            Please take serious note that the above mentioned complaint 1-[protected] has not been resolved. It is incorrect to say that complaint and/or grievance has been resolved. thus, please look into the original complaint and do the needful.

            With this complaint i am struggling from last 25 days. Its high time. Let me tell you only telephone call from your end is not the only resolution of complaint. i want final solution towards my grievance of company fault in my bike.

            In case of failure from your end to resolve the issue, then i will have no other option but to file appropriate court criminal/consumer proceedings against your company and entire broad of directors of company for cheating and also for defective goods and deficiency in services.

              1-[protected] june 14 2016. Mileage has 25km and max speed 50kmph for the same issue. Why this much neglijence honda service centre. Same copy forward Regional/Corporate office. Kindly take serious action i need my active bike works to be good condition. Very poor service in nagarjuna service centre warangal pochammiaden. They are wasting our time how many times we will go by this mail kindly understand our problem and solve this issue.

                I am kapildev arora from anand (gujarat). I have hond dio which i was purchased before 3 years and 4 months from dealer name s n motors but right now s n motors dealership is cancelled. There is one problem in dio that it consume engine oil so after 2000 km only 100ml oil is available in engine this i noticed in january month but i think i have to try for 2 to 3 time and i tried then i fill that there is really some issue in engine. I purchased extended warrenty card at the time of vehicle delievery and my vehicle always serviced by honda authorised showroom till now but my extended warrenty was expired in january end when i was fill this problem first time but it run only 24000 km so as per km rule it is under warrenty. As a part of honda family and as i purchased extended warrenty booklet and continuosly services also done by honda company mechanic i called to honda company customer care to solve my problem but they told me you have to pay chrges to solve this issue. So my request to solve this my issue without cost because i purchased extended warrenty booklet and also all the services of my vehicle are done by honda company.
                Hope my issue will be solve as early as possible.

                    I have purchase an honda activa from sun honda, baripada, odisha on january, 2016 for which they have forced me to take insurance from oriental insurance. Due to some minor accident i have claimed insurance for the same, but after 3 month i have not got the my insurance money. After repeated complain at your showroom and insurance company they are not giving my ins. Money.
                    This is fully harassment to the customer from your dealer. Dealer are simply getting commissioned from ins. Company and they are not listening the customer's problem. This is very serious issue please take action against your dealer and black list the ins. Company.

                      Dear sir,

                      I baught a Honda activa 3g date on[protected] Pioneer motoworld pvt. ltd. Noida sec-63. Bike was good and running fine, but after 1 month, I went for the first service (till then my bike run only 158KM) they charge me Rs. 578 for the first service, the executive who deal with the customer is so rude by words, and when the service completed i didn't get the satisfacotory response it look like, they loot me Rs. 578, also my indicator buzzer was not working when i said this to them, they said there is no buzzer in the vehicle i said it was there, then he called the mechanic and checked, buzzer was there but not working then he said to me, for the extra money for the buzzer and talk very rudely even they knew this is their fault, in the servicing time the buzzer gets faulted but still they are blaming me that if this was get faulted by you then etc etc.

                      I hope that making after a official complaint they would take some action.following my detail.

                        Sir, honda activa 3g canteen (military) price kept under revision by lodha dealer chrompet branch chennai for 10 days. Due to this those serving army persons coming on short leave are facing severe problem on buying the two wheeler. Such army persons again come on leave after 3 to 4 months will create critical problem to their families.

                        Sir, i request you to revise/update the price list in 2 to 3 days please. Kindly understand our problem and take necessary action please

                          I booked a motorcycle - cbr150r (Blue) ref booking no: 150srd302 on 24.04.2016, in m/s. Jsp honda, annanagar, chennai by paying an advance of rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only). We specifically require blue color and whenever we call it was repeatedly asked to take red color.

                          I require blue color only and this was booked in lieu of my birthday. On 10th june, my parents went to the show room and the sale manager informed that there is one consignment expected on 15th june 2016.
                          Kindly arrange to give the vehicle of my requirement from this lot of consignment itself.

                            I booked a motorcycle - unicorn 150 (Black) ref booking no: 71811 on 27.04.2016, in m/s. Didar motors, having branch in 22/43, thirumalai pillai road, t. Nagar, chennai - 600017. Advance of rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) paid with receipt no. 91389, dated 27.04.16 as a confirmation of booking of motorcycle.

                            When i booked the vehicle, sales officer in m/s. Didar motors told me that vehicle will deliver within 45 days from the date of booking. Whenever if i called your sales office to know the status of booking. They said awaiting for the supply of orders from honda factory. If they got the confirmation of order of supply from honda motors will inform me of delivering the motorcycle.

                            Today 10.06.16 at 3.30pm i went to your sales office met your branch manager and accountant to enquire them the status of delivery. The answer is same as above.

                            I booked the vehicle, because the sales office belongs to honda. I'm having a doubt whether my booking was processed or not. Kindly confirm my order and delivery of motorcycle asap, the booking form and receipt was mailed to your customer care mail id and didar motors chenni on friday. Kindly check the mail if you need any reference.

                            Hi, Thanks for your reply, Yesterday i have received a call from Sales Manager, Didar Motors - T.Nagar. Informed me the ordered motorcycle was delivered to their sales office, he asked me to pay the full amount for confirmation of delivering the vehicle. yesterday the money was paid in full and documents provided for registration of vehicle in RDO Chennai. he informed the RDO work will be complete before wednesday the invoice and certificates will handover to me on completion of work.                               I am a owner of Honda shine cbs dx with registration no HP-54b, 8486. I had purchased vehicle on 05 May 2016. Since purchase it is giving starting problem at morning. First of all it is not starting without choke. After using choke also it takes 15-20 minutes to get into normal run, while in initial driving it normally used not to take pick up/normal run & get slower/stopping the vehicle. Then during this situation i again have to put choke in on position then it runs normally. This procedure keeps on going approx 30 min then only vehicle comes in original drive.
                              During 1st servicing on 04 Jun 2016 at VD Honda, Mayapuri-New delhi, this problem was projected by me, but I think servicing station is so incompetent that they could not undertake the defect and so, the defect still persists and I am still suffering with the above stated problem. At the service station they had charged Rs 500/-, but it all went in vein. Also, there is no transparency at servicing point, and thus I am uncertain of weather the servicing was done in proper order or not. Also, they are not following the required norms too.
                              I think, customer should be satisfied but I am sad to say that I am disappointed with this kind of service. They did not even bother to check the tyre’s pressure. This is a peculiar problem with brand new vehicle. I was previously posted at Goa, there I had purchased new Honda Activa with reg. No. Ga06j 6587. I was so impressed with Honda product, that when I got transferred from Goa to Delhi, I again went for Honda product bike but this time I am so much demoralized. Hope your branded and reputed company will solve my problem and will guide which service station is to be approached to clear the defect. Presently I am serving at Delhi, Delhi cantt.

                                I have already gave you a complaint on 02/06/2016 according to that complaint k. V. Honda pudukottai contact me for rectify the motor cycle spare. But i recently residing at trichy. Because of that, k. V. Honda pudukottai transfer my complaint to trichy m. A honda. So that i met m. A. Honda and hand over my motor cycle.
                                Hence ma honda accepted my complaint and checked the spare (Value) and they asked me to pay rs 1500/- for replace the spare and they questioning me to fill the old fuel, that's why the value was not functioning.
                                But sir, i have 10 years experience how to maintain the motor cycle. When i fill old fuel, there was a smell, or burst took place. But nothing was happened. I have a valid free service warranty.

                                  You people show me the routine service package catalogue sheet & I was shocked. Normal check up and oil service was shown huge amount in the catalogue. The same full check up and oil service will take 30% of amount only we pay in local work shop.
                                  You people also not done at any kind of issue as a perfect manner compare with local workshop. Then why we choosing HONDA show room you tell me.
                                  We feel the quality of service in local workshop also good compare with your showroom.
                                  Your company newly introduced the package system and it will be affect your brand name.

                                    मेरा नाम हर्षद धुमाळ हे मेरे बाइक के इंजन में से कुछ अजीब सी आवाज अति हे. मेने पहली, दूसरी और तीसरी सर्विसिंग में बताया था की इंजन में से आवाज अति हे और गाड़ी में वाइब्रेशन भी बहुत हे. घेर डालते वक्त गेर अटक जाते हे. लेकिन मुझे कुछ भी सलूशन नहीं निकलके दिया हे. में ने झवेरी हौंडा में मेरी गाड़ी दी थी सर्विसिंग के लिए लेकिन मेरे गाडीका काम ठीक तरह से नहीं किया गया हे मुझे आप मेरी गाड़ी की प्रॉब्लम ठीक करके देदो या फिर मुझे नई गाड़ी देदो और कितने दिनोमे ये काम कर दोगे यहाँ भी बताना,
                                    और मेंने एक अटैचमेंट भेजी हे आपको वह मेरा लास्ट बिल हे ७ - ८ दिन पहला उसमे भी उन्होंने मुझे सिर्फ साइलेंसर चेंज करके दिया था लेकिन इंजन का खुछ भी काम नहीं करके दिया हे
                                    झवेरी हौंडा की सर्विस बहुत ही नीची लेवल की हे.
                                    मेरी गाड़ी ठीक करने में आपको जयादा टाइम लगता हे तो मुझे चलाने के लिए तबतलक दूसरी गाड़ी दे देना.
