I am a owner of Honda shine cbs dx with registration no HP-54b, 8486. I had purchased vehicle on 05 May 2016. Since purchase it is giving starting problem at morning. First of all it is not starting without choke. After using choke also it takes 15-20 minutes to get into normal run, while in initial driving it normally used not to take pick up/normal run & get slower/stopping the vehicle. Then during this situation i again have to put choke in on position then it runs normally. This procedure keeps on going approx 30 min then only vehicle comes in original drive.
During 1st servicing on 04 Jun 2016 at VD Honda, Mayapuri-New delhi, this problem was projected by me, but I think servicing station is so incompetent that they could not undertake the defect and so, the defect still persists and I am still suffering with the above stated problem. At the service station they had charged Rs 500/-, but it all went in vein. Also, there is no transparency at servicing point, and thus I am uncertain of weather the servicing was done in proper order or not. Also, they are not following the required norms too.
I think, customer should be satisfied but I am sad to say that I am disappointed with this kind of service. They did not even bother to check the tyre’s pressure. This is a peculiar problem with brand new vehicle. I was previously posted at Goa, there I had purchased new Honda Activa with reg. No. Ga06j 6587. I was so impressed with Honda product, that when I got transferred from Goa to Delhi, I again went for Honda product bike but this time I am so much demoralized. Hope your branded and reputed company will solve my problem and will guide which service station is to be approached to clear the defect. Presently I am serving at Delhi, Delhi cantt.
