I have submitted my bike on 4-7-2016 at am honda areacode due to the complint of clutch disc. but the dealer yet did not repair my bike. i am contacting them every day after placing the vehicle for repair. bt the dealer does not consider about me. so i need to get repaired my bike immediately.
Due to the difficulties i faced from the dealer, i place a complint against the honda dealer of given address.

    There is a problem in my honda bike in meter section. If i have wash of my bike, there is water in my meter.In gone year i will give to the service manager but he don't solve my problem.In this year i have this problem again. Again i shall go to him for this problem. But he don't solve my problem. Take action of this, otherwise i will do something about these.

      Dear sir,

      I have a honda dream yuga bike of 18th months old, which is under warranty period, in may 2016 i am facing some problem with my bike engine, then i contact to my nearest showroom sms auto in chinsurah. they show my bike and say that the bearing and clutch problem, and charged me for rs.506.00. but my bike problem was not solved, then i again contact to my dealer authorized person, then they say that the engin begin problem and i have to change the begin, which is damaged, and this time they charged me for rs.3660.00. but my bike is in warranty period, and how can they take money from me for engine problem during warranty period? and this is not an accidental case. and how can the engine parts is damage in 18 months. i think i take a very bad decision to buy a honda bike. and now i want to know what is the solution of this problem. i adding two attachments of bills, which was charged me for this problem, pls find the attachments, and i also looking for your feedback.

        Honda shine brought last year may month. Since when it was delivered fuel guage not working. Despite many complaints to service providers they ignored it. They just put a water wash n delivered us back. Even they tel engine oil is changed. On verification its not changed.

          Hi team,

          First of all let me tell you that we customers buy honda as it's have a good brand name as well after sales service is good. But i've a bitter experience in last 4 months from the month of april to july. I've a bought the honda activa 2010 model from one of my friend and the vehicle number is ka 01 hd 7453. Actually there was a problem of oil leakage from the engine, body shaking while driving, sound coming from the back wheel.In the month of april, i'd given the vehicle to the service center and they told that it will get resolved and they put a dust seal, and battery changed as i'd opted for that and put the new engine oil and also told that body alignment is done. Then next after two days only the front speedometer wire or some wire it got removed while riding and again i'd to go to service center. After a couple of days i checked and again went and told that there is a problem of oil leakage, and they told that as it will happen for a next couple of days and it will get resolved. Then as still the issues was not resolved, i went to then and told that as body alignment is done previously and the body is shaking still while driving. They told that there is tyre problem and tyre needs to be changed and also i mentioned that some sound is coming from rear wheel while someone seats at the back seat while driving. And while applying breaks some sound is coming as well. They told that it needs to be changed every parts. I told "sorry i can't because previously you mentioned that only body alignment will be done and after that issue will be resolved". They told that they can't help. (So basically i spent 3800 including battery as i mentioned that there is oil leakage, body alignment and shaking while driving and they did not served well, i suffered once again and rest of the thing is like this as below).

          Then on a fine day i started my vehicle and suddenly my vehicle stopped and did not started and as i took the local service center and he checked and told that engine oil has been finished and he put a new engine oil once again. And i called to service manager of that service center and he told that he will send the person to my address and will pick the vehicle. He sent after a day and my vehicle was there at service center for 2 days as they did not revert. I only called to the service manager and he did not pick the call and i called to one more manager and he picked the call and i explained the issues and he told that he will revert me. He called me after a couple of minutes and told that engine has got seized as engine oil has been drained out. I told that how come as i had given the vehicle due to oil leakage previous month and also i had filled the oil before couple of days. Then they told that they will repair it. And again i paid 6000 for this issue. Next after just one week once again i checked that oil is getting leaked and i spoke to the manager over there and he called to some guys and most of the guys were least bothered to listen anything and roaming here and there. And they toolk the vehicle and they told that in the oil container, they need to put m-seal and they did it and again returned after 2 days. What the service you guys are giving as once again i am getting the same issues. What do you think i don't have any other work apart from this? I want all those guys to get screwed up and sue from your company. Due to them you are loosing the business. I have sent you mail in private, if i won;t get any revert, i will put in social media after that. I won't to go any service center and won;t pay if there is any issues

            I am an owner of cbr250r ABS As a consumer itself I am paying massive amount of money just for the frigging brake pads .Amount of front brake pads is over two grands and as I posted the image your company only gives part no 1 and why the hell you people doesn't include the part no 2.Even that pulsar 220 includes that part no 2 in the image with a very lower price amount.If we consumers are paying that much of money then you should provide better after sale part services.

              My bike is breaking down immediately while traveling, i went to prime honda show vijaynagar bangalore about 3-4 times, they are not investigating an issue instead they just charge battery and everything will. work fine but after a week or so i will face same issue. now i have lost trust in honda bikes as well as honda service centres. my bike issue is there since more than 10 months nobody is able to provide proper solution. hope you will take proper action for my complaint

                Hello sir i have honda hornet 160r bike red color.. Which gives a sound problem in bareing so many times repaired in service center and replace my bike parts like buse, axel, swing arm etc.. After all the problem was not solve & it start again. Why my bike always needs repair i have a brand new bike its not my fault. This is manufactureing defect by honda.. So i requst that to replace my bike with a new bike

                  I am apurba mondal (Cont no : [protected]) of kolkata. I have a honda aviator black scooty (Wb-24-aa-8860). On 28th may, 2016 i had an accident and since that day i gave the scooty at dugar honda service centre (Ghosh para, hatiara, kolkata) for repairing / servicing against assigned job no : 2437. They assured me that i would get the bike back within 10-15 days max. Today its already 31 days, i. E. More than a month has passed. Within this time period i contacted them several times, and each time they apologized for this delay and assured that i will get my scooty back within next few days, but all their words are fake. The service centre representative mr. Avijit (Contact no : [protected]) is either a irresponsible person or he intentionally harasses customers like me. On 23rd june i launched an online complain in honda service portal (Vide reference no : 1-[protected]) but after that also 1 week passed. I think i myself have done a real mistake to buy a scooty from honda, if such is their service response and approach to a regular customer.
                  Hope you will take a severe and immediate action.

                    An insured accidental dream yuga bikehr71 6629 was sent for repair on[protected] to sd honda ambala city. 45 days have passed but still they not repaired it. They told that the silencer is not avilable in agency. Please ask them for repair as soon as possible. Bike was purchased from sd honda nairangarh and sent also by them to sd honda ambala city. The bike is insured by oriental insurence.

                      I have given my honda crb 250 for servicing along with some other problems in veer honda on 08/05/2016. Veer honda have received my motorcycle on 08/05/2016 vide their job card number 6397 with a estimated delivery date of 11/05/2016. But till date its been more than 1.5moths i have not received my bike from them. First the said my bike has some issues with the fuel pump and tried to repair it and experimented with it (I think they broke it and then repaired it with some sealing material). Then they said they fuel pump is fine they have found issues with the horsepower pipe. There is no response from their side about delivery of the bike. Whenever i approach them for the delivery of the bike they dont seem to bother about the bike and have a very reluctant and casual approach about the matter. They are so much casual about the matter that they said if i want i can complain about them but it wont affect them. They have misbehaved with me a few time when i tried to pressurize them about my bikes condition and delivery. I have doubt that they have done something with my bike and now trying to hide in the name of parts not available. My bike had very small issues but i think they being novice have damaged my bike and now trying to hide it from me and also trying to get the expenses out of me so that they get saved. I think they used my bike for their personal use without my permission and damaged it. I don't think they have proper specialty in servicing cbr but took my bike tried to set their hand and caused damage to my bike and now trying to hide and get the expenses from me because of their faults. There is no other reason they wont update me about my bikes condition and wont deliver my bike for 1.5moths. Please help me out. My bike didn't have any serious issues.                         Today as on date 27/06/2016 i have put my honda aviator gj23ba8907 at the morning 08:30 am and got conformation you will collect your vehicle at time 05:00 pm before we will inform via phone. But i am not getting any call and conformation from showroom. When i call to service showroom at a time of 05:45pm. That got back reply your vehicle soon start for service right now it means at time there is no any work hole day and after they also reply if you need your vehicle than come at 07:00 pm final in 1 hour that your vehicle services and washing also completed. When i observed my vehicle none of the problems reported during handing over the vehicle have been rectified. Starting problem, vehicle stopping on its own, abnormal sound coming from the exhaust etc. Are still the same.In fact the abnormal sound emanating from the exhaust has deteriorated. Means honda company not believe in after sales services.
                        Please note, in any eventuality i will not accept closure of this issue until all the issues reported are rectified to my satisfaction without any cost to me. I will not hesitate in flaring up this issue to the highest level in honda.

                          Dear sir / mam,

                          I am shailesh patel owner of above detailed honda activa.In just 2.5 year of purchase, we faced many difficulties in our scooter. We are facing problems after servicing my activa each time. You can also check my service record from above details.

                          Right now my honda activa is in service and service center says me that they have to open total engine and again have 10000 + expenses. We really shocked to hear to open up the whole engine to overcome the problem in just 2.5 years.

                          We are in a problem after each and every services. After purchasing this activa we faced lot many repair problems every now and than even after regular services in authorised service center (From where i purchased) till date i didnt shown my scooter to any local mechanics. Every time i rushed to only and only authorized service center. I am also having doubt on service center.

                          We are really not feeling good as owner of activa. Please look in to the matter.

                            We are your customer but we have not satisfy your service provider"s service.
                            Today we received a call from 'ganga auto' located in katargam, surat, gujarat he said that you may come with your two wheeler's service because this is the time for service but when i go their with my two wheeler he can't
                            Received and said you may come tomorrow. I requested him that i come from so far but he can"t listen anything. So that is not right. If he not want to take then why he call me. Please do needful for it.

                              I Mohmad Umair bagali own a Honda activa two wheeler. I used to service my vehicle at saphire Honda at JP Nagar 7th phase Bangalore . They charge me heavily saying spare parts needs to be replace but after believing them and paying I see my vehicle problem is not solved.

                              They have crossed their limits when recently they made me to pay bill amount of Rs.2689 saying following parts are replaced and serviced. Later I found that they have not serviced and replaced parts and the bill was only estimate not the invoice. When I ask manager he said invoice bill cannot be generated. But I paid amount through my credit card which I have the receipt with me. When I asked him to check in there system the amount was showing zero.. Not serviced

                              To check with them, 26 sunday 2016 I went for servicing again they charged me Rs.1215 saying parts replaced. I said manager last servicing also same parts you billed but not given invoice and today also you are putting same parts. How in 2 or 3 months the same part is replaced. That too for new bike..

                              I am fed up with them please help me out

                                This is regarding venetian honda workshop located in borivali (East). I recently purchased my honda hornet in may. I went for first service. They serviced the vehicle. And took 150rs leps charge extra as i was 5-6 days late for servicing. Above that. My bike got serviced yesterday. And a guy from the workshop just now called me. And he was telling me that the brake liver of your bike by mistakenly got replaced. It was supposed to be fitted in other bike. As it is brand new, please come again to the workshop and get your original brake liver fitted into your bike. Shame on honda workshop. Such a big brand name! Verryy bad experience!.. Highly dissappointed!..

                                  Sir,
                                  I would like to log a complaint against honda two wheelers. My bike's wheel (Rim) get bended due to unknown reason. I visited honda service centre and told them about this problem but they didn't reply me in positive way. They advise me to get replaced wheel by insurance company.
                                  Whats the mean of warranty for consumers if everyone will get such type of recovery by insurance company??
                                  Awaiting for desire action.

                                    My name is r.Inbarajan. I am a retired bank employee. Ipurchased one activa vehicle on feb 2010. This vehicle run successfully run upto 6 completed years without any complaint. Now i have purchased one new activa vehicle on 31.05.2016 (Bill no:197) at sri sai hari honda, virudhunagar 626001 (Tamilnad). I have given the said vehicle for ist service at morning 9.00 am today (24.06.2016). They have informed me at 4.00 pm that at the time of removing oil found the thread is not available. And also they informed me it must be replced. So the service will be completed on 29.06.2016 (Wednes day). I asked them why there is a proplem within 25 days. They compromise me out of 100 vehicles 1 vekicle this type of problem arise.
                                    I told them this type of fault is not arise in honda activa. Due to this good
                                    Name i have purchased honda activa. I am retired person. Due to the fault i am worried and not in a position to accept the defaulted vehicle. From the begining the fault there will be a repeated fault arises in future. Kindly consider to replace the vehicle. Due to your goodwill you should accept this as a cusomer request and assure this type of problem is not occur me in future.

                                      now as i started to use my newly purchased vehicle from day 4th o[censored]sage engine started to rattle and knock and vibrate weirdly i visited soon to swargate service station consulted service station staff they stated its normal and it will get fixed in 1st service of vehicle after 1st service still the issue remains i have given my my vehicle to check them for a week my vehicle was lying there for many days after i received it from them still issue persists mr Ganesh Dhole suggested me to meet there head mr Vishvanath at aero honda showroom at padmavati pune


                                      I have met them they drove the vehicle took test drive and compared the same model with my vehicle the difference was clear and they accepted the issue
                                      i have kept the vehicle there for many days they replaced its piston crank and load balancer in the engine this process took almost 40 to 45 days in total and almost 6 to 7 visits and sometimes i sat there for whole day to get the issue resolved still mr vishwanath has tried hard to make the vehicle work as it should work but still he also accepts the issue is not resolved yet still i am driving vehicle with lots of vibrations and abnormal engine noises everyday if it doesn't resolve any sooner i am about to file case in consumer court now i request to look into this matter as soon as possible also in the accessories the fork lock and helmet lock doesn't fit to hornet sold to me without any knowledge when i showed mr Dhiraj yenpure he assured i will get return of those accessories amount by cheque still i have not received any single penny about its almost 4 months to complete and i am suffering from same issue with no resolution i visit service center almost alter net day.

                                      please help or i will have to get hard steps to recover my hard earned money i have other brand vehicles as yamaha R1 and pulsar 220 never seen such huge hassle with any other vehicles as new premium class product of honda which looks premium but i am disappointed with such things if it doesn't resolve i will never ever buy any honda product or suggest to my colleagues who are looking forward to it.

                                        I gave my activa i bike for servicing on 21-6-16 and i did nt receive any call frm d service centre till 23rd eve when i myself rang up. They did nt cal n confirm fr any spare parts changing bt changed it at their own consent. The date of handover was mentioned as 21. Its 24th today n i ve still nt got my vehicle back frm the service station. The staffs treat very inferiorly. This s such a huge brand which lose its market mainly bec of such poor n ill treating customer service which i clearly underwent at ashok nagar Honda service centre near lakshman sruthi.
