I have purchased Honda Activa 3G in the month of February.
The purchase was done from Chember Authorised Center and Delivery / Service and maintenance to be done at Bhandup Center "Pilot Honda"

Initally for 1 month Scooter was giving average/ Mileage for 55 kmpl & It had a startup Issue.
Then after 1st service dated 26 March 2016, The scooter performance went Down Drastically.

It started giving 33 - 35 kmpl. & startup issue still remain.

Post that every month / forthnight I take my scooter to the Bhandup service center to run some Test, keep my scooter for 1 night Run BOLD Test.

They even confirmed that it has Mileage Problem, it is givin below average performance & they have rectified it.

But it is still giving same issue.

    I got my new dio yesterday @ honda maansarovar madipakkam. Customer service is very worst. They promised me that they will deliver my bike within 1.5months but they delevired yesterday only. As they promised they need to deliver my vechile by 28th may 2016 but like this they gave 5 times wrong commitments. Yesterday they ask me to come by 5pm to showroom then they called and ask me to come by 6.30pm i went to showroom. They didn't give any proper response once i went there. Really i got upset. They ask to come by 09th june 12pm to collect the vehicle very very poor response. Sales person is very worst she is scolding me. Very worst i need some compliment for insulting me

      I had purchased a honda activa 125 from sterling honda, chinchwad, pune on 6th jan 2016. At

      The time of delivery we noticed the defect in meter assembly (Meter cover gap). The show

      Room personnel told that they will replace it but due to un availability, bring it at first

      Ervice. Since then we are chasing them by personal visits, calls to show room, calls to

      Ervice manager (Parvez). Every time they asked for xerox of a piece of paper where he

      Wrote to change this part. Its six months and now also mr. Parvez is saying to call / bring

      Activa after 3/4 days. We had made many calls/visits/photocopies, again and again we are

      Following up but pathetic service from the dealer. Please look into.

        About faulty lock system,
        I had made complaint about above problem my complaint is registered vide ticket no. 1-[protected]
        Today i have visited about same problem with my invoice no. 16iw12111 and job card no. 16jc12070.
        Service manager is so adamant. He even not listening to my problem.
        He threaten me for my vehicle will defunct.
        Service manager, mr. Grawal, was not accepting the fault and every time use derogatory language.
        This is indeed breach of trust at the customer end.
        Waiting for quick response.

          Recently purchased speedometer cable for honda unicorn 150 at honda showroom, which is so called the honda genuine spare parts outlet.It has got broken in just 3 days from the date of installation, when raised the same issue with the so called honda service centre, they said we dont provide warranty on honda genuine spare parts, you have got to buy a new one .When, we are buying the so called "honda genuine spare part " at price greater (nearly 1.6 times the market price of the same item but different brand) .Aren't they suppose to replace the same item when its broken by any reason within a limited time frame atleast within a week and apart from doing so they never bothered to listen to me, is this the way honda service personnel address a customer's problem.

            I purchased Honda unicorn from k.v. Honda at pudukottai, on 11/03/2015, there was some noise come from the engine, that problem I am purchasing from date on the time, k.v. Honda people said the noise will disappear during running, this is for normally sir, so’ I am take it easy that problem, but now it has highly increased, when I approaching k.v.honda, they are demand three thousand rupees as service charges. but our vehicle warrantee and grandee not finishing Please do the needful and helpfully .

              Hi,
              My honda activa got accident on[protected]Friday) and the next day[protected]Saturday) i have given my activa to service center.
              Haiku honda, #97/1 c, jakkasandra extn., koramangla layout, sarjapur road, bangalore-34.
              And the engineer inspect the vehicle and ask to claim the insurance, i told ok and he took all the details and
              I fill the form along with claim no. From icici insurance. The icici person came on[protected]Monday).
              I got a call from haiku honda service center that insurance person said to go with the repair and it will take 7-8 working day from today.
              I told ok you can start the repair and let me know when i can come.

              I called them after 7 days only i. E. On[protected], then they told still painting part not come you call tomorrow.
              I called next day[protected] then also they said parts not come, you don't call i will only. But they did not call.
              Then i called on wednesday[protected] and they told sir we just received the parts and i am working on your vehicle only you come
              Tomorrow without doing any call it will be ready. Still i went on friday[protected] and ask for my vehicle and again they told its not ready.
              I ask ok show me where is my vehicle, after half hour search i saw my vehicle put it like in junkyard and they did not even touch the vehicle.

              So, till now they were telling me lie only still they did not received any parts for my vehicle, then after having fight with them for 1/2 hour
              In front of me only parts come.

              Even then also they are not accepting their mistake and saying sir come tomorrow, we will give your vehicle tomorrow promise.

              I told i want my vehicle today only and i am not going anywhere i am sitting here only and give me my vehicle.

              Then after sitting there for around 5 hours they have given my vehicle in night around 7 pm.

              But still they are not sorry for anything.

              I was totally mentally harassed for 5 days, daily i thought today i got my vehicle but they are not at all worried.

              Daily i was spending rs. 500 on my commuting for to-fro to office, but they don't care.

              Highly unprofessional and pathetic service.

                Two days before I bought the Honda dio 110cc in Hasan Honda pondicherry.compulsory fitting charges is rs.1130 footrest and side stand.it's not for quality footrest sound is very irritating and then workers and salesman not good reaponse for the customers.i m not satisfied and very very poor response current time not to be delivered water wash is worst.booking bike to 100feet road pondicherry.delivery is thindivanam road another its very long worst service.

                  They are not providing us the parts of CBR250 for more than a year though i already paid them.
                  There behaviour is also not professional and making bad impression of Honda. I have been there for the multiple times but they are reluctant to the issue and have no interest to resolve it.

                    Dear sir,
                    I am shocked with way dealers talk with me during an issue related to my "honda aviator white". Went to dealer (Sapna automobile saoner dist nagpur maharashtra 441107) reagarding battery drain out.
                    Dealer told me that the battery problem is not his concern neither honda deals with it and he is favoring me by providing services for which dealer want 15 days to execute the job, as my vehicle is not a year old.

                    My issue is that giving services is favoring on customer.
                    Is the message honda want to give to its customer...?

                      My bike's engine died while i was riding.
                      So I took my bike to lake city honda service center, they took 4 days to understand what the problem was, why the bike wasn't starting.
                      Then they told me "chain timing tensioner broke down and the valves are leaking".
                      So they changed the tensioner and got the valves checked up.
                      And then the bike was starting and running but the body parts weren't tighten up properly, few of the screws and locks were missing, the acceleration was tight, engine was getting hot faster, and the break lever was bent.
                      When I asked the mechanic if he got training for servicing cbr250r, his reply was "I don't even know ABCD of cbr".
                      Now what I noticed was wrong was the upper part of the bike, what if he ruined the inner part of the bike as he don't have any experience of repairing cbr250r, he was experimenting on my bike.
                      I want a trained mechanic to check up my bike and refit it again.

                        I'm purchase the activa 3g from bilgundi Honda show room gulbarga, Karnataka. Hear is one time sold the bike mince there is no care. Hear is only collecting the money no any person care hear. all Accessories payment is paid but no accessories can't fit. Delivery time bike is not cleaning, sales is lot's of poor. Water washing is not doing properly. It's a totally wasted bilgundi Honda show room.

                          Dear sir, I have booked an Activa 3G during 11 May 2016 at Nandhil Honda Punalur, Kollam Dist in the name of Miss Sasikala and paid the full amount of Rs 69056/- . After repeated requests, The dealer delivered the scooter on 19 May without temp regn. After repeated requests, on 27 May the dealer revealed that the bill was created on 23 May and Temp regn will may delayed so far. Being a reputed company, I request your good honour that take suitable action against the sub dealer Nandhil Honda, Punalur, Kollam Dist, Kerala State who are making bad images to Honda company by creating false allegations with customers. I know personally that so many customers are not giving their vehs for servicing due to their negligence. Even in my case I feel guilty to purchase the vehs from Nandhil Honda Punalur. I expect necessary action may take from your side to avoid further cases.

                            I got my 3rd free servicing recently but i told them about the problem of milage .I am getting an average of 40km/lt.
                            As per recommendation i was expecting at least 60km/lt. And they dont service my brake properly and the most important
                            there behavior is too rude towards customers.

                            please look after the matter and let me what to do about the milage.

                                I gave my 2 wheeler (Activa) to planet honda service center in chikbanavara bangalore 560090 and when i received my bike it was in bad condition. It had a dent and few scratches and he dint not accept his mistake and argued with me. There were scratches on engine too. Selfsart problem was not solved and i was charged for it. This is not the first time i gave my vehical for servicing. I usually go to dhruvdesh honda in yehalanka, there service is topnotch and i have never received any problem like this from them.

                                  This is to confirm that i have bought a honda scooter on 15th march' 16 from dealer Yume Honda at Gurgaon (opp. maruti india). i find an issue with the handle lock which i have showed to the dealer technical team. Post the same they have decided that its a genuine complaint and they confirmed that the same get replaced under warranty but put a condition that i need to submit both the keys to them. At that time i told them that i only have one key only and requested them to change it with only one key.
                                  To get the things rolling, i have deposited Rs 1000 and request them to give me a weeks time to check for the second key.
                                  I have searched the key at home everywhere but couldn't find the same.
                                  I sincerely urge you to give an exceptional approval on the replacement of the lock with one key only.
                                  Sir, request you to consider my case and confirm your exceptional approval on this case.

I had contact service station but thay have not identified problem. On 7/5/2016 thay have charge battery but again starting problem is their yesterday evening afetr 15 km. Riding activa not started after 50 kick. It my observation that every time i have to open lid of petrol tank

                                      I got an sms from honda saying that "chandra honda's offer for privilege customer. Engine oil change, water wash, wax polish & five points checkup. Paying just rs. 600/- only" based on this msg i went to the service station and came to know by the service advisor that - : there is nothing like that. I said i have a sms on that to which with a funky attitude he replied " call and ask the same who sent the sms - as if he is doing me a favour and doing it free of cost. And on request he said i will do the water wash and service @ 600/- you will get it only by 6.00 - his way of saying that told me if you want leave or else get lost. At the time of taking the vehicle delivery - the security was continuously insisting that the party has come to take the delivery of the vehicle and those people were least bothered looking their personal works - pathetic attitude. I seriously dont understand that this kind of attitude is prevailing as if you are doing a charity/ free of cost of offering something to a beggar.

                                        Just with the mouth word of recommendation went to kun honda service center and later i found which is absolutely not true.
                                        I am writing in this compliant letter to share my worst incident happened to me in my life at kun honda service adayar services center chennai on date 19/05/2016 between 11:15 am to 12:15 noon.
                                        Before start writing this i have also read all the complaints of the writer in the many blog in the internet who had suffered the same situation as improper and worst service delivery which i got, but adding to it myself and my father (60 years old) was man handled and abused by the services manger, crm, along with the mechanics who behaved like gundas.
                                        While writing this, still i have the pain on my left arm and sprain in my neck due to their man handling and also a mental stress.
                                        The incident started with discussion about the unsatisfactory work and billing done by them for their works carried out on vehical honda shine, which lead to the man handling me and my father with the group of labourer working their with guidance of the service manger.
                                        They didn’t properly attend the services complaints which i made on my bike rather it looks more worst after the service, furthermore they had broken my bike front doom and spoiled, made useless, the good working condition self-start where it was not at all had a issue when i gave the service for the bike.
                                        When i asked about this, they were screeming against me stating that those issues where already there when i gave the bike for service which is not at all true.
                                        Adding to it senior mechanic mr. Vijay to whom i spoke in morning on the same day to confirm about the vehicle delivery and also enquired about the front brake adjustment, he said it has been done when i check that during the delivery there was no adjustment made it was in same state as how it was earlier nothing was done and billing charges were claimed. When i question him about front brake issue which was not fixed, he very carless denied that he did talk about the front brake, he just spoke about the rear brake and i proved him from my side, by playing back the conversation which we had in the morning with the help of recorder in my phone, and in turn he started abusing me verbally for using voice recorder in my phone..
                                        Repeatedly, i was asking service manger and crm to know who is the next level of escalation but they didn’t reply to me rather they were, responding careless, abused me and screaming against me inside customer longue. I left the customer longue same way screaming back to them, suddenly i was mobbed by the laborers around approximately 10 numbers surrounded me and my father a push, pull happened among us, started hitting me and my father by raising their hands.
                                        To the fact these laborers not even know what happened inside the customer longue but just heard a loud voice created by the service manger and for the sake of support his service manager and to have a good reputation from him, they have started hitting me and my father, nearly 10 guys were surrounded by me.

                                        Here i want to ask the mechanics : if you wish to get a appreciation from your manger, please show your skill and put your effort in your work rather than man handling the customer, which is sure leads you to the bad path in your life.

                                        Let me continue with the incident happened
                                        A couple of kind hearted people who work along with the gundas saved us, i have again asked the question of injustice made to me, once again they started hitting me instead of answering to my question.
                                        Later when we were thrown out of the service center, a good samaritan whom i meet him on the road suggested me to meet the md of kun honda who will be available in the next building (Dev building).
                                        We went there and met mr. Ganeasan who is the managing director of kun honda, we narrated the injustice incident happened to us. He spoke to someone over the phone, order to expel the mechanic and the service manager who man handled us and he also asked the apologies from us.
                                        The action of expelling the service manger and mechanics was done truly or not which is not sure, but still god only knows it, how far it is true and it is not just for the sake of convincing us.
                                        I have also made a complaint to the mr. Ganesan md. Of kun honda that they have broken the front doom and requested him to fix the issue, the crm. Mr. Hari babu was there by the side and accepted the verbal order from his md to fix the issue
                                        After an hour of waiting mr. Haribabu came and said that the doom issue has been fixed. No one would have responded such gratefully to his md word. Please refer the attachment photo which shows how he fix the issue. Don’t forget to see the attachment.
                                        We felt very sad about the m. D. Situation here and left the place as we also understood that no improvement is going to happen in further in my case, so we didn’t go back to the m. D. Again to show the response made by the crm haribabu for his words
                                        (The understanding here the employee mr. Hari babu &, gave such a bad response to his m. D.’s word who is paying the salary for them, why it is will not happen for us).
                                        We took our bike to local mechanic who fixed all my complaint by the evening on the same day itself which was failed, not able to do by the people who label themselves as an authorized service center.
                                        This sort of attitude shows tarnishing the image of the honda company.
                                        I have attached the bill copy and also the photo snap shot of the way they fix the doom which they broke during the service.
