I have purchase aa CB Twister bike last yaer on 26/03/2015. the bike is moving very easily...But last 3 or 4 months there is aa problem of average the bike is not giving the average proprly and i m said the company aa thousand time but no one can listen properly...Now im tired with this company very poor company of 2 wheeler...please do that something in this matter..And very very poor service of customer care ...

    This is related to the high dissatisfaction on the service rendered by your honda dealer by not having skilled labour and wasting my money in changing parts of my vehicle.

    I have a honda unicorn of vehicle number tn-05-aq-2288 given to service on 22nd feb 2016, for which the service station tansi honda, hoodi had charged me of rs.15600/ (Invoice number scrinv- ka[protected] for changing spares of my engine in the vehicle. After servicing i found self motor was not working and i was hearing abnormal noise while driving in 3rd gear. Service advisor asked me to come on the next day for looking on to the same and said it would be ok if i drive it for some couple of km. The next day i had been informed that there is a problem in self motor and i have to change it for rs.3500, for your information my self-motor was working absolutely fine and had no issue in the gear box. I was fed up taking my vehicle repeatedly (8 times from 22/02/16) to the tansi service center, hoodi . There is no response and i would rate 0 customer service to tansi honda, hoodi. When i got my vehicle to jsp honda chennai and asked them to attend the issue, i was shocked to hear from them that i need to spend another rs24, 000 for the service and replacement of same parts. I was satisfied using your vehicle but i am totally fed up servicing your honda brand vehicle. Request your immediate and serious attention on this issue.

      I, rajesh mote, had purchase honda shaine bieck from oberoi honda, sr no 68/2, fp no 1178, sangammer road shrirampur-413709 dist -ahmednagar maharastra on 22 sep 2015 on cash payment rs 66, 122/-.
      My rto charges are deposite by delar with r.T.O. Shrirampur through his agent on 29 sep 2015 vide receipt no sr71134.
      However on enquiry from agent for non getting my registration no he tell me that i had appley for choice no. On cleryfing that i had not want choice no he tell me to deposit rs 5000/- more for passing of my vehicle.
      You are requested to look into the matter & instruct the delar to resolve the issue at the earliest please.

        Am sharing the compliant for the 2nd time, request you to action it as I feel cheated by Haiku Honda who told me that the Bike Dream yuga will deliver 72 km per liter while buying now I see the bike does not go more than 45km per liter, also I have completed 2 services guided by the company and this bike which is just 6 months old gives me too much noise while driving. It is not giving a feel of new vehicle. Please need your help.

          I have purchased a Honda Activa 3G scooter on 10/11/2015 from Smooth Honda Daryaganj Delhi-110002. At the time of booking I have provided id with old address just for booking only and told the sales girl to hold the ID Proof so I can give my New ID next day. But they have registered vehicle on my old address. They have provide me RC with wrong address. Now I am demanding for address correction from them but they are giving excuses like you to have open a account to change address.It was there fault they have made mistake because of them I am suffering.

            Sir i have approached your honda show room at alappuzha(Kerala), kalarcode on 05-04-16 for the purchase of a activa 125 std scooter. The marketing people who handle the sale is told me that a huge price of rs.78101/-.The price structure is shown below:-
            Ex show room price rs 62264(Actual shown price in the site is rs.59264/-)
            On the road price is rs 69254/-(Actual price in the site is rs.64000/-
            Plus an accessories value rs.5450/-+additional warranty of rs.875/- and other fitting of rs.2522/-
            Total amount shown in their estimate sheet is rs78101/-
            Can you direct the dealer to sell the product as shown in the honda site./

              I bought a honda cbr 150 from adithya honda (Calicut- kerala) on jan 2015. on that date of delivery it faced a starting problem. And delayed the delivery by replacing bank angle sensor. No one had this kind of experience on the date of delivery.
              Last month there is cooling oil leakage in the radiator area. And i given to adithya honda for service. now they are saying we have to replace its thermostat to solve the problem. I am feeling not well to hear this. there are many same kind of bikes available in the market but people choosing honda because of trust. This is second time replacing parts because of internal manufacturing mistakes.

                Dear Honda Team,

                Regret to say that after writing mail to you, the estimate given to me suddenly hiked by Rs 2000 more by Todi service centre.

                Earlier quotation was Rs 14000 given by your ASC and now after writing mails to customer care it has been increased to Rs.16000.

                After checking the quotation i found some parts unnecessary added like meter assy combination &unit head light, which is working
                fine .

                I could only under stand few items mentioned in attached list, rest items i failed to understand.. Your service center can add any

                parts in the quotation which customer is not aware . i always go to Todi Service centre for servicing my bike

                I bought this Honda Bike 4 years Ago in Rs 51547.00. & within 5yrs due to Bike performance i have to spend Rs 16000+ more .

                Request kindly look into this matter and being a customer of your esteem company,

                The estimate given is 30% of bike full purchase price value . Request you kindly provide me 50% discount or replace the bike.

                      The honda service center in shaikpet and manikonda are the worst service providing centers. They are not able solve the issues and so delay in delivery of vechiles.

                      I am very much interested in Honda vechiles, but the only thing that makes me step back is regarding service centers.

                      I am unsatisfied with the customer service in honda and would not like to suggest anyone a choice to buy a honda vechile.

                      I have got new Honda activa 3g but got problems by manufacturer problems in 24 hr and then could not get replacement not happy with services next I will not buy Honda products and also will do not pay also loan amount payment

                        Self had purchase a honda dream yuga bike on 29th october 2014, vehicle no wb-06-l-2743, engine no-jc58et3493713, chassis no- me4jc589jet306836, from the very beginning vehicle fuel consumption not up to the mark, i have done all the servicing & mobil change at time to time, primary service center inform that vehicle mileage will be regularized after 2 or 3 servicing, but at present self had done 6 time servicing with mobil change but fuel consumption not increase, please do the needful from your end.

                              I have purchased a pearl blue color honda hornet 160r from "durga honda, cuttack, odisha" in early march 2016. The sad part is that in an accident i have damaged my front mud guard, headlight fairing and petrol tank fairing (Left side bearing the honda logo).

                              Although the bike being launched in late 2015, still now there is 0 availability of spare parts of the bike in major part of india.

                              Wherever i am inquiring from odisha to kolkata. I have been told to wait 15-30 days for they have to order and it will take the latter time for the order to arrive.

                              I work in a competitive cellphone network service provider, we take sincere care about operations and maintenance and run rounds and rounds of tests prior launching a project.

                              My question is why do you launch a product if you don't equip your service centers with even essential spare parts related to the product!!!

                              Very disappointed with this type of service. I am not going to suggest honda to anyone.

                              The best products with worst service is no product at all!!!

                                My byk honda unicon 160cc.Present if we are going to 100 kms journy suddenly it will stop.And after cool (Two hours after) it will start, and releasing black smook.I have many times like this problem.For this problem we raise the query at your branch many times.But no response from their.We are already paid 4000/- rs october month at your showroom for this problem.So we are not satishfied with this byk & show room management .So pls consult showrooom managemet and rectify my problem asearlyas possible.Why because we dont have a byk.Rightnow my byk is at ur showroom.

                                Hem Agency, Mumbai has damaged speedometer with digital meter AMC service of my activa 125 (Purchased January 2015). when i contact them to replace as the damaged by them and secondly the two wheeler under warranty. but they refuse and ask for 2600/-++ to change the said part.

                                  My Trigger (red) Mud guard has been damaged. I went to get new part from Dealer Orange Honda (Hyderabad, narayanaguda), but they informed me currently that part was not available and asked me to wait for 1 week to get that part. But now its almost 1 month still am not getting part from dealer.

                                  Am very unhappy with delays in getting the part and losing interest in Honda brand itself. I really don't like to refer honda 2 wheelers to my friend bcz of such worst customer servie.

                                      I have purchased an honda activa 110 3g from your authorised dear alankar honda, patna, bihar on dated 16th march 2016. After 4 days the key lock system of my scooty is automatically locked and i am unable to lock my start system by key lock and also my activa is in warranty period.

                                      When i contact to the honda showroom quality honda (Ara, bihar) which is nearest to my home town they told me that why you purchase the bike from alankar honda patna, bihar why you not puchase by me and also they break my lock system intead of replace the lock system and also they charge rs 200 to break this lock system.

                                      I therefore requested to change my starting key lock system of my bike and also refund my rs 200 which is charged by them and take any action on them.

                                      Please find the all details of my bike mentioned below along with the attached documents.

                                        I gave my active 3g for accidental claim at Yuga Honda, Wakad Pune. When I got delivery at that time I observe that my activas LH Flooring patti has changed and after 4-5 days I observe one more thing that my bikes front tyre have done two punctures. I know my activa is brand new and that didn't punctured but when I gave for insurance claim at that time front tyre was change. when I gone at Yuga Honda for giving that complaint the Service manager had refused my complaint. At the time of delivery after accident claim when I did complaint against floor patti they agrred to change that patti. This is really worst thing of Yuga service centre. I want to raise complaint against Yuga Honda for this thing. My brand new activa made they old by changing floor patti and tyre...
