I have purchased a pearl blue color honda hornet 160r from "durga honda, cuttack, odisha" in early march 2016. The sad part is that in an accident i have damaged my front mud guard, headlight fairing and petrol tank fairing (Left side bearing the honda logo).

Although the bike being launched in late 2015, still now there is 0 availability of spare parts of the bike in major part of india.

Wherever i am inquiring from odisha to kolkata. I have been told to wait 15-30 days for they have to order and it will take the latter time for the order to arrive.

I work in a competitive cellphone network service provider, we take sincere care about operations and maintenance and run rounds and rounds of tests prior launching a project.

My question is why do you launch a product if you don't equip your service centers with even essential spare parts related to the product!!!

Very disappointed with this type of service. I am not going to suggest honda to anyone.

The best products with worst service is no product at all!!!

    My byk honda unicon 160cc.Present if we are going to 100 kms journy suddenly it will stop.And after cool (Two hours after) it will start, and releasing black smook.I have many times like this problem.For this problem we raise the query at your branch many times.But no response from their.We are already paid 4000/- rs october month at your showroom for this problem.So we are not satishfied with this byk & show room management .So pls consult showrooom managemet and rectify my problem asearlyas possible.Why because we dont have a byk.Rightnow my byk is at ur showroom.

    Hem Agency, Mumbai has damaged speedometer with digital meter AMC service of my activa 125 (Purchased January 2015). when i contact them to replace as the damaged by them and secondly the two wheeler under warranty. but they refuse and ask for 2600/-++ to change the said part.
    Sangli distiburs asking me 88000 or 85000 is price cb unicorn 150

      Hello,

      My Trigger (red) Mud guard has been damaged. I went to get new part from Dealer Orange Honda (Hyderabad, narayanaguda), but they informed me currently that part was not available and asked me to wait for 1 week to get that part. But now its almost 1 month still am not getting part from dealer.

      Am very unhappy with delays in getting the part and losing interest in Honda brand itself. I really don't like to refer honda 2 wheelers to my friend bcz of such worst customer servie.

          Dear honda

          I have purchased an honda activa 110 3g from your authorised dear alankar honda, patna, bihar on dated 16th march 2016. After 4 days the key lock system of my scooty is automatically locked and i am unable to lock my start system by key lock and also my activa is in warranty period.

          When i contact to the honda showroom quality honda (Ara, bihar) which is nearest to my home town they told me that why you purchase the bike from alankar honda patna, bihar why you not puchase by me and also they break my lock system intead of replace the lock system and also they charge rs 200 to break this lock system.

          I therefore requested to change my starting key lock system of my bike and also refund my rs 200 which is charged by them and take any action on them.

          Please find the all details of my bike mentioned below along with the attached documents.

            I gave my active 3g for accidental claim at Yuga Honda, Wakad Pune. When I got delivery at that time I observe that my activas LH Flooring patti has changed and after 4-5 days I observe one more thing that my bikes front tyre have done two punctures. I know my activa is brand new and that didn't punctured but when I gave for insurance claim at that time front tyre was change. when I gone at Yuga Honda for giving that complaint the Service manager had refused my complaint. At the time of delivery after accident claim when I did complaint against floor patti they agrred to change that patti. This is really worst thing of Yuga service centre. I want to raise complaint against Yuga Honda for this thing. My brand new activa made they old by changing floor patti and tyre...

                I am tariq anwar rizwi.I bought a cb shine from baldev honda kendrapara at oct 2014.My amc is countinue.My front break switch is shot..But the workshop maneger didn't change it.But in advertisement it show any harmless wire can change free in 72000k.M. Or 5years from bike purchase..So i request to you solve this problem as soon as possible..

                      Hi, i bought honda activa on 5th jan 2016, which number is up 14 8035 after a month it was a problem for self starting, i bring to sangam honda sahibabad ghaziabad uttarpradesh they were fixed that problem then after 14 days again same issue then they told me its battery problem i leave my scooter 3 days over there then they fix. After a week that scooter getting same problem (Starting). Then i dont know what i do now.
                      They gave me defective scooter.

                        Sir am purchase in new Honda cbr 150 bike in 17.09.2015 . total running in 10050 km only and 3 serviese on company service .but clusch disk is full problem .maxmam clutch used in 25000km one time change but 10000 km on problem your produt so you have change in my bike clutch plate ..you not changed case in consummer court.. and case for honda bike company .

                            Dear sir,

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that i the undersigned has brought a honda cbr 150 bike on 17th feb 2016 from kaysons honda showroom siliguri. The vehicle number is wb74ak6020 unfortunately after a period of two days it broke bike down. I visited kaysons honda immediately and they agreed to send it to the service center after which i came to know that the problem was its engine. I retrieved it after 3days, but again on that very day when returning home i faced the same problem i visited the place once againand after much complaint they sent it to back to the service center for further repair. But i havn't received any response since then. It's been month. I have paid rs.145474.00 for the bike and it is going to be a huge loss for me if i don't get back. I am really disappointed to tag faced this issue.

                            So, i request you to kindly consider this matter seriously and solve this issue by having the bike replaced as soon as possible or by refunding me the money at the earliest.

                              My honda aviator purchased on 10/10/2015 now i am facing a problem with this scooter suddenly all body vibration & engine making noice and this case last 1 months in 5 to 6 times repaired in your service center in upradhya sales&service sehore, madhya pradesh. And again this problem comes.And my vehicle registration number and beema policy not take with me. And your dealer calling me or innocent talking with me please take necessary action and repair it and give me your proper service and continue the relation with us.

                                Very poor customer service! I bought a bike from this showroom for about 1lakh but they are very irresponsible after sale.
                                The promised attachments & accessories are not given. They didn't even bring bike documents to rto office for registration & they said they forgot it & made us to go & get it from the office. No reduction in cost. Very worst experience with "thillai amman honda showroom". Everytime i go there it's a horrible experience because of staff behaviour & attitude. They treat people as if they are standing in some ration shop queue.
                                Please find a better honda showroom or purchase in cities where customer handling is good.

                                  This is to inform that I am having a very bad experience in terms of my 2 w Honda activate 3g scooter naught last year at silicone motors in blr on 26 march 2015
                                  since 1st service itself I am not happy with the service at all network of silicone Honda.
                                  1. washing is the worst part of service that they claim the company itself cannot satisfy the customer at any point of time.
                                  how could they satisfy the customer by getting 100+ scooters at a small workshop
                                  the consumables that they use is low quality alkaline soapoil which available in market. low grade silicone emulsion to display and uses low quality soluble cutting oil and claims that they use 3M polish
                                  2. the cluch was jerking inspite of scooter being serviced at suggested service schedules
                                  now after several complaints that problem has been temperorily solve god knows when it is going to restart again
                                  3. the contractors uses diesel and breakfluid to dress tires
                                  showroom charges 60-100 for it royally here we are loosing money as well as life of tires because of these cheap practice o[censored]sing low quality materials
                                  kindly take care of this issue as a genuine complaint and try to resolve this issue in future

                                      Sales representative & managers not responding properly and not even saying about registration. We like to buy honda bikes but not this kind irresponsible dealers.
                                      Why you are giving dealership for this kind of worst dealers.

                                      I don’t know how honda selecting the dealers. Without customer satisfaction you never run the honda. We peoples will go for another bike like mahindra, yamaha, etc.

                                      I need solution by today.

                                        I purchased my bike from beeaar honda hazratganj lucknow on 4 jul 2013, at the time of puchase i told to showroom that there is some issue in handling, they told me to go to service center and they will resolve the issue, but till now the handling problem is as it was, after 3 years service center sm is telling that this is not a manufacturing defect, this might be problem of cone set which need to be serviced every month

                                        where this is my 3rd bike and i have not changed the cone set in my single vehicle in last 15 years...

                                        if this is a problem which they are telling then they should service it when ever i have given my bike for service, all the service was done at same service center..

                                        my last complaint was done on16-2-16 which is not listened by any one till now(complaint no. 1-[protected])
