My honda aviator purchased on 10/10/2015 now i am facing a problem with this scooter suddenly all body vibration & engine making noice and this case last 1 months in 5 to 6 times repaired in your service center in upradhya sales&service sehore, madhya pradesh. And again this problem comes.And my vehicle registration number and beema policy not take with me. And your dealer calling me or innocent talking with me please take necessary action and repair it and give me your proper service and continue the relation with us.

    Very poor customer service! I bought a bike from this showroom for about 1lakh but they are very irresponsible after sale.
    The promised attachments & accessories are not given. They didn't even bring bike documents to rto office for registration & they said they forgot it & made us to go & get it from the office. No reduction in cost. Very worst experience with "thillai amman honda showroom". Everytime i go there it's a horrible experience because of staff behaviour & attitude. They treat people as if they are standing in some ration shop queue.
    Please find a better honda showroom or purchase in cities where customer handling is good.

      This is to inform that I am having a very bad experience in terms of my 2 w Honda activate 3g scooter naught last year at silicone motors in blr on 26 march 2015
      since 1st service itself I am not happy with the service at all network of silicone Honda.
      1. washing is the worst part of service that they claim the company itself cannot satisfy the customer at any point of time.
      how could they satisfy the customer by getting 100+ scooters at a small workshop
      the consumables that they use is low quality alkaline soapoil which available in market. low grade silicone emulsion to display and uses low quality soluble cutting oil and claims that they use 3M polish
      2. the cluch was jerking inspite of scooter being serviced at suggested service schedules
      now after several complaints that problem has been temperorily solve god knows when it is going to restart again
      3. the contractors uses diesel and breakfluid to dress tires
      showroom charges 60-100 for it royally here we are loosing money as well as life of tires because of these cheap practice o[censored]sing low quality materials
      kindly take care of this issue as a genuine complaint and try to resolve this issue in future

          I purchased an honda activa-3g on 25.04.2016 at surya motors, contact no:[protected]Tin no:[protected], authorized main dealer for scooters), chennai-600056. But still am awaiting for the rto inspection..
          Sales representative & managers not responding properly and not even saying about registration. We like to buy honda bikes but not this kind irresponsible dealers.
          Why you are giving dealership for this kind of worst dealers.

          I don’t know how honda selecting the dealers. Without customer satisfaction you never run the honda. We peoples will go for another bike like mahindra, yamaha, etc.

          I need solution by today.

            I purchased my bike from beeaar honda hazratganj lucknow on 4 jul 2013, at the time of puchase i told to showroom that there is some issue in handling, they told me to go to service center and they will resolve the issue, but till now the handling problem is as it was, after 3 years service center sm is telling that this is not a manufacturing defect, this might be problem of cone set which need to be serviced every month

            where this is my 3rd bike and i have not changed the cone set in my single vehicle in last 15 years...

            if this is a problem which they are telling then they should service it when ever i have given my bike for service, all the service was done at same service center..

            my last complaint was done on16-2-16 which is not listened by any one till now(complaint no. 1-[protected])

                Myself ganesh, had purchased scooty from ur esteem showroom located at hospet (karnataka state).since from purchase i had faced engine start problem and the same was informed each time i brought at ur station for service.I am unhappy for ur service center have not responded inspite of continuous information, the same information was mailed to ur complaint cell.I have received no response hit here to...

                  I bought honda cbr before 1 year, now battery of the bike got wasted...so i ordered for the new battery before 10 days in the showroom service centre tiruvannamalai, tamil nadu..but still now no response and respect from the service center..please kindly do the needfull, since there is no kicker in the bike, so was not able to start..

                    I purchased Honda Dream Yuga. Now rear wheel Disk is bend and faulty. Because of that I am facing air leakage issue. Tier is in good condition but I am totally exhausted to fill air on daily basis.
                    I shown this issue to dealer but no positive response is getting, my vehicle is in Warranty period, so it necessary to replace item as early as possible. if replacement is not possible then communicate me to decide further action.

                    I purchased Honda Activa. Now service is not too good . Because of that I am facing many problems as left race not give milage and time to time automatic power off traffic and road . I am totally disappointing on daily basis.

                        I bought the honda dio on 21-07-15 from autofin motors hyderabad . I'm facing a type of kitch-kitch sound from my scooty since the 3rd day ; these service people are useless and irresponsible fellows don't even know how to deal with customers . Right now i completed 4th service on[protected] the previous sound became worst; the teflon coating is also not done properly.They told my brake li8 should be replaced with new one i said okay with that and they changed that was also half functioning.The light was glowing when the brake is applied but not when headlight is on ; the half functioning of light is only upto my home from service centre what to say these type worst service from the honda company.They even charges more the tax and labour charges are also too much but their work is not good as their high charges.Serious action should be taken from them

                          I bought your product honda activa 3g in muthu's honda kangayam. After crossing 1630 km it had engine oil leakage complaint . I given that vehicle for service to muthu's honda . After completing their service that vehicle running without complaint few kms only . After that vehicle reach 6600 kms vehicle's engine seized . Again & again i ask solution for this problem to muthu's honda . But they didn't response . I am not satisfy their service

                            And third service is done on 22/02/2015 in mithra honda at vijayawada

                            After third service kmps 4000 some noice and jarking prob lem is come from engine i tell that service center to mithra honda ap020002 vijayawda but complaint not rectified

                            And complaint service is done 10/03/2015 in mithara honda at vijayawada
                            And again same complaint is repeated

                            And also again complaint service is done on 30/03/2015, my ticket number is q248765 and also another complaint q265762.
                            And again same complaint is repeated
                            But not the problem is not solved .
                            Am asking service manager manufacturing defect in cb trigger in my vehical
                            Repace my vehical he is saying am not repacing saying on that date till date problem is repeting.


                            And fourth service is done on 09/07/2015 in mithra honda at vijayawada

                            And also am made exdended warrenty on done on 09/07/2015 in mithra honda at vijayawada

                            And fifth service is done on 30/09/2015 in mithra honda at vijayawada

                            And sixth service is done on 27/11/2015 in pavan honda at eluru,

                            And seventh service is done on 29/01/2016 in mithra honda at vijayawada

                            But problem is not rectifed
                            Repeating problem

                            Mithra honda management is not giving proper solution about this issue. Service manager missbehaving

                            All the mithra management tryining to kill me about this issue. Am fearing about the mithara honda management and also mithra honda service manager

                            Mithra honda management not rectifing my problem, and also service manager miss behaving and beating me on my lapse, mithra honda is not giving current solution and proper information,
                            Please done a certin action about mithra honda service manager at vijayawada

                            Am driving on my vehical kmp 30-40 and kmp 40 to 50 speed a noice is come from engine and also suddenly stopping .And also my bike is not running properly. On my bike a lot of sound is come from engine. And also lot of somke is come from silancer. Vehical is not running properly . Am running bike on road 30-40 speed shifting gares vechical is suddenely stopping and vehical is not moving, and vehical is suddenly stoping.
                            I am dont konw what is the excat problem about the vehical.

                                Dear sir, i have purchased unicorn 160 cc bike from your authorised dealer selvam motors ranipet vellore dist. Tamilnadu on 19.06.2015 vide bill no.2937. Finished two free services and kilometer ran 8, 252k.M. I found some difficulties while rode the vehicle when i took the service station technicion said front wheel stem got damaged oil is leaking they are asking 1, 000/- i am unhappy during the free service time they are charging it reflect you have manufactured costly bike with inferior quality spares. Now i have fear within this short period parts are getting affected the standard of your bike is questionable. I request you to kindly ask the dealer to change the spare parts with a quality for free of cost. I have attached the photos and bike details along with this complaint. Looking forward your reply and action in this regard.

                                  Complaint regarding pathetic customer service and fraud by your dealer venetian honda haridas nagar, borivali west, mumbai workshop.
                                  My activa # mh02cq1487, which I gave for insurance claim (iffcotokio policy[protected] in Feb2016.
                                  I spoke to the venetian honda representative mohammed at the above workshop in early feb-16 on how much would be the cost I would have to bear in case I give it under my iffcotokio insurance claim policy. He mentioned that my part would be within 500rs.
                                  I filed for a claim and did the paper work.
                                  On 8-feb I got a call that my activa is fixed and I need to make pymt for 4494rs (bill nmbr 10799) which I made and he said it would be reimbursed by the insurance company within a few weeks.
                                  On 24-feb-16 I got the settlement amt from iffco tokio for just 2266rs, which is around 2200 difference while I dint anticipate the diff to be greater than 500, as it was committed to me by mohammed.
                                  I called him a few times ([protected]) and he kept saying I will look into it/my mothers not well/am out of ofc and all such reasons.
                                  I finally decided to call the workshop directly ([protected]) where I got told that mohammed has left the firm. I told the rep abt my ordeal and she said a new guy shoiab will call me in a few days. I never got a call, so as usual I continued my follow up.
                                  Finally I got a chance to speak to this new guy shoiab who accepted the fact that he already has similar cases against mohammed's false committment with some other customers too. He asked me to come to the workshop with the bill to settle the matter.
                                  I went to the workshop on 12-mar-16 and I was in for another shocker.
                                  The guy takes me to the owner, some gujrati oldie sitting by his desk. I tell him the story and he starts showing me the bills of other cust claims asking me to compare the rates charged to them against my bill of 4400rs.
                                  I tried to explain him that the problem isn't the rates, but the wrong doing of the guy in your firm. When I askd him to help me with a solution, he said it was my mistake that I dint check with iffcotokio on hw much ins claim will be settled. He just wasent ready to accept the fact that it was mohammed who was the original culprit who did the fraud by false committing me the amt. I tried to ask him why mohammed never called me even after surveyor must have quoted on the amt tht wud be settled? I would have never gone for the claim then. But he dint budge and askd me to complaint Honda directly. Considering his age I dint really bother getting violent, even though he kept away fm accepting any blame bt passing the buck on me.
                                  No option left and I hv to email u guys as my last resort.
                                  Am highly disappointed by the lack of customer service by honda as a brand. :(
                                  Anyways, my need is for you to take action against the workshop and get me my lost amt adjusted.
                                  Let me know what other details you need.

I called Malwa Honda he said me that it will repair in first service. i went V.D. Auto wheels. c-128, Ph-II, Maya Puri, New Delhi-110064. Tel.:[protected]. for services but after 70 k.m. it agains stopped. I went V.D. Auto wheels again but they did not change the meter. they ignore me. Form Last Two Years.

                                      Am driving on my vehical kmp 30-40 and kmp 40 to 50 speed a noice is come from engine and suddenly stopping .And also my bike is not running properly. On my bike a lot of sound is come from engine. And also lot of somke is come from silancer. Vehical is not running properly . Am running bike on road 30-40 speed shifting gares vechical is suddenely stopping and vehical is not moving, and vehical is suddenly stoping.I am dont konw what is the excat problem about the vehical.

                                        when i say about this problem to agency staff members they say its a paid part of

                                        sonu . after purchasing this bike comes problem in this. Agency can't solve any
