I bought your product honda activa 3g in muthu's honda kangayam. After crossing 1630 km it had engine oil leakage complaint . I given that vehicle for service to muthu's honda . After completing their service that vehicle running without complaint few kms only . After that vehicle reach 6600 kms vehicle's engine seized . Again & again i ask solution for this problem to muthu's honda . But they didn't response . I am not satisfy their service

    I am purchage cb trigger vechical on 04 sep 2014 in mithra honda at vijayawada vehical registration number is ap16cn 7927

    My first service is done on 06/10/2014 in mithra hond at vijayawada

    And second service is done on 21/12/2014 pavan honda at eluru

    And third service is done on 22/02/2015 in mithra honda at vijayawada

    After third service kmps 4000 some noice and jarking prob lem is come from engine i tell that service center to mithra honda ap020002 vijayawda but complaint not rectified
    My ticket number is q246247

    And complaint service is done 10/03/2015 in mithara honda at vijayawada
    And again same complaint is repeated

    And also again complaint service is done on 30/03/2015, my ticket number is q248765 and also another complaint q265762.
    And again same complaint is repeated
    But not the problem is not solved .
    Am asking service manager manufacturing defect in cb trigger in my vehical
    Repace my vehical he is saying am not repacing saying on that date till date problem is repeting.


    And fourth service is done on 09/07/2015 in mithra honda at vijayawada

    And also am made exdended warrenty on done on 09/07/2015 in mithra honda at vijayawada

    And fifth service is done on 30/09/2015 in mithra honda at vijayawada

    And sixth service is done on 27/11/2015 in pavan honda at eluru,

    And seventh service is done on 29/01/2016 in mithra honda at vijayawada

    But problem is not rectifed
    Repeating problem

    Mithra honda management is not giving proper solution about this issue. Service manager missbehaving

    All the mithra management tryining to kill me about this issue. Am fearing about the mithara honda management and also mithra honda service manager

    Mithra honda management not rectifing my problem, and also service manager miss behaving and beating me on my lapse, mithra honda is not giving current solution and proper information,
    Please done a certin action about mithra honda service manager at vijayawada

    Am driving on my vehical kmp 30-40 and kmp 40 to 50 speed a noice is come from engine and also suddenly stopping .And also my bike is not running properly. On my bike a lot of sound is come from engine. And also lot of somke is come from silancer. Vehical is not running properly . Am running bike on road 30-40 speed shifting gares vechical is suddenely stopping and vehical is not moving, and vehical is suddenly stoping.
    I am dont konw what is the excat problem about the vehical.

      and also again complaint service is done on 30 march 2015 on that date today problem is not rectifed

        Dear sir, i have purchased unicorn 160 cc bike from your authorised dealer selvam motors ranipet vellore dist. Tamilnadu on 19.06.2015 vide bill no.2937. Finished two free services and kilometer ran 8, 252k.M. I found some difficulties while rode the vehicle when i took the service station technicion said front wheel stem got damaged oil is leaking they are asking 1, 000/- i am unhappy during the free service time they are charging it reflect you have manufactured costly bike with inferior quality spares. Now i have fear within this short period parts are getting affected the standard of your bike is questionable. I request you to kindly ask the dealer to change the spare parts with a quality for free of cost. I have attached the photos and bike details along with this complaint. Looking forward your reply and action in this regard.

          Complaint regarding pathetic customer service and fraud by your dealer venetian honda haridas nagar, borivali west, mumbai workshop.
          My activa # mh02cq1487, which I gave for insurance claim (iffcotokio policy[protected] in Feb2016.
          I spoke to the venetian honda representative mohammed at the above workshop in early feb-16 on how much would be the cost I would have to bear in case I give it under my iffcotokio insurance claim policy. He mentioned that my part would be within 500rs.
          I filed for a claim and did the paper work.
          On 8-feb I got a call that my activa is fixed and I need to make pymt for 4494rs (bill nmbr 10799) which I made and he said it would be reimbursed by the insurance company within a few weeks.
          On 24-feb-16 I got the settlement amt from iffco tokio for just 2266rs, which is around 2200 difference while I dint anticipate the diff to be greater than 500, as it was committed to me by mohammed.
          I called him a few times ([protected]) and he kept saying I will look into it/my mothers not well/am out of ofc and all such reasons.
          I finally decided to call the workshop directly ([protected]) where I got told that mohammed has left the firm. I told the rep abt my ordeal and she said a new guy shoiab will call me in a few days. I never got a call, so as usual I continued my follow up.
          Finally I got a chance to speak to this new guy shoiab who accepted the fact that he already has similar cases against mohammed's false committment with some other customers too. He asked me to come to the workshop with the bill to settle the matter.
          I went to the workshop on 12-mar-16 and I was in for another shocker.
          The guy takes me to the owner, some gujrati oldie sitting by his desk. I tell him the story and he starts showing me the bills of other cust claims asking me to compare the rates charged to them against my bill of 4400rs.
          I tried to explain him that the problem isn't the rates, but the wrong doing of the guy in your firm. When I askd him to help me with a solution, he said it was my mistake that I dint check with iffcotokio on hw much ins claim will be settled. He just wasent ready to accept the fact that it was mohammed who was the original culprit who did the fraud by false committing me the amt. I tried to ask him why mohammed never called me even after surveyor must have quoted on the amt tht wud be settled? I would have never gone for the claim then. But he dint budge and askd me to complaint Honda directly. Considering his age I dint really bother getting violent, even though he kept away fm accepting any blame bt passing the buck on me.
          No option left and I hv to email u guys as my last resort.
          Am highly disappointed by the lack of customer service by honda as a brand. :(
          Anyways, my need is for you to take action against the workshop and get me my lost amt adjusted.
          Let me know what other details you need.

            I brought Honda Activa dated from Malwa honda Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. dated[protected]. After 50 K.M. its speed meter stopped. I called Malwa Honda he said me that it will repair in first service. i went V.D. Auto wheels. c-128, Ph-II, Maya Puri, New Delhi-110064. Tel.:[protected]. for services but after 70 k.m. it agains stopped. I went V.D. Auto wheels again but they did not change the meter. they ignore me. Form Last Two Years.

                I purchase a Honda Shine Bike from Shree Krishna Honda agency Rohtak. on

                11 November 2014. a problem comes in my bike into steering Cone when i purchase.

                when i say about this problem to agency staff members they say its a paid part of

                bike. they charged me for this . My Bike Chassis no. is ME4JC36NHE7037464

                and ENGINE NO. JC36E73617 AND REGISTER NO. HR 12 Y 8270 and booked by

                sonu . after purchasing this bike comes problem in this. Agency can't solve any

                problem . i also complained about this bike some time ago.

                  I just want to say that, if you and your dealer not able to do what they committed at the time of bike purchase then request you to please stop to sell your bike and also stop to make us fool.

                  On dated 03.02.16 I purchased the Honda Hornet bike at that time the seat cover was not given to me because that item was not available at that time, the manager told me that the seat cover will be given to you after 3 to 4 days, after asking them then they told me after 1 week, after one week on dated 23.02.16, when I called, they told me that the seat cover is available you can collect it after reaching showroom when I told to give my seat cover, then they are saying the seat cover is still not available, and that time the manager told me, after 2 or 3 days the item will reached and I will delivered to you, But On dated 04.03.16 I called them 1st they are not picking the phone after picking the phone when I told them and asking about this they cut the call, again calling them they are saying to call service centre We are not responsible for this and cut the phone again.


                  On same date I registered the complain 1_[protected]. but still not solved my problem till now.


                  These all things shows that your all team not caring the costumers. Only making fool,


                  We have not enough time to spend around you for service after paying money,


                  This is last thing I am doing, after that I will go court and also blame time and money which is spend for this.

                    I am a defence serving person. On an annual leave of 20 days, I came to my home at palakkad district Kerala state. Iam using Honda Unicorn for past 5 years and doing timely services. On 14 Mar 16, l have booked for service and on 15 Mar, I have given my bike for regular service, re-painting of silencer and front mud guard at Ghani Honda service station near kadamkode in palakkad, kerala. On the job card, the executive have noted my points and assured the tentative time by evening of 16 Mar and esyimated cost of Rs.2000. I agreed and humbly requested to give back my bike after service as early as possible and explained about the requirement of vechile after service. He said due care will be taken and if possible, by afternoon of 16 Mar, it will be done. I told him, i[censored] could not make my bike ready by afternoon of 16 Mar due to any unforeseen problems, please call me so that I can make alternative. Unfortunately, nobody responded me. I ring up to the given customer care phone provider in the job card slip, many a times but it was busy and luckily I got it and enquired about the status. One lady told, after enquiring with concerned person, she will soon call back me. My expectation went wrong and nobody responded. Again, the above mentioned process was repeated twice with different people. Finally, a representative told that the job is only half done and is expected to be completed by 17 Mar evening. Iam heavily disappointed and shocked to hear his casual remarks. Controlling my emotions, I requested him to finish the incompleted work as early as possible. But the assuarance towards me was negative. The end of the story is still Iam waiting for the kind consideration of some big people to complete the work. Sir, the behaviour, attitude, credibility, believablility, accuracy and lot of expections from Honda Service has broken and needs to be Renaissance ed and reviewed. Sir lost my 2 valuavle days and I feel shame on my self that this is my third experience and and I can show you some 4 to 5 people having similar experience. But still why I am coming to service centre is because I believe in Honda. Nothing more to say, sir. Your intervention in this regard is highly essential and hope u will do. Thanking you sir

                          This email is regarding the unethical and bad behavior of the staff of the Anand Parbat Service center. I bought a Honda Activa 125 ( M-Blue Colour) bearing Regn, . No. DL6S-N- 9703 from J.B. Motors Pvt. Ltd., Rani Jhansi Road on 14/02/2016. As my First service of the vehicle was due, I took my Scooter to the Service dealer namely J.B. Motors Pvt. Ltd., 1/1 Railway Site, New Rohtak Road, Hall No. -2, New Delhi-5 ON 13.03.2016.

                          I really experienced a very bad and unethical behaviour with the staff of the Service center. Due to the negligence of the staff while taking down of the scooter in Bay-5 around 12:20 p.m., My scooter got a big dent on the front left side. When I informed the service manager about the dent, firstly he denied about the same and said that it was a previous dent. When I asked the service manager namely Mr. Ravi to check the video footage of the service to re-confirm, he denied. But when I keep on insisting, he saw the footage and in the footage, it was easily visible that the dent was not previous and was occured due to the mishandling of the staff during the service. After seeing the footage, the service manager and the other staf[censored]sed bad language with me and behaved very badly with me.

                          I asked for the copy of the video footage but the manager denied. In the name of removing the dent, they simply lightly put some paint on the scooter and kept me waiting there for unnecessary two hours.

                          This is the first time I had such a worst experience at the service center. I am writing this email for your information and some action at the staff of the service center. For your reference, I am Attaching the copy of the retail invoice.

                            I m not satistfy for the service of Ganpati hnda sector-14(old Dlf) service center...
                            today I go to (8:00 AM) the service center for my honda livo 3rd service 11:38 my bike is handover me without my satisfaction signed job card by cashior... my front wheel disk break is very tight I request for loose the break ... 13:00 o'clock and I m waiting for that finally my issue is not solve... i return from sevice center 15:25 o'clock... My job is not done customer service executive loose talk to me.

                                Hello sir, i am anil pandey purchase dreamyuga bike from J B Honda jhandewalan, new delhi on 25 july 2015, but till now he dont provide rc of bike. during thisperiod 40 times i visit dealer ship but they dont giving any satisfactory answer., also i compilent many time on honda two wheerlar costomer support but still not get RC. pls help on this.

                                  Sir/madam, i have done an amc for my bike or 05an 6858, at durga honda, dolamundai, cuttack, orissa.Today when i wait for 1 hr from 8 am for my bike service.When my no came, they told that they ll 1st do the free services then mine. So i ll not get my bike today even after 5 pm. As i have done amc, i also cant go other nearby honda service center. It is very embarrassing that amc consumers treated. Plz help.

                                    I had purchased a honda activa from janee honda asansol on october 2015 but every when i asked about the rcbook they didn't told me about this. Is this honda service to harassed the customer like this.

                                      I have purchased new honda activa 3g in 28/3/2015 from GOREGAON EAST, MUMBAI. MH-02-DY-1014.
                                      I am facing this problem since i have purchased this bike. The bike stops running when headlight is switched ON. I have also complained regarding the same to nearby Service centre but the same issue arrise again after 2-3 days of service.
                                      Kindly assist what to do as the service centre agent told to file a complaint about this issue.

                                        I bought a new Honda Hornet just a week, but I got complaint in that no pulling, Smoke from engine bottom and Starting problem.
                                        I can't start the bike, so that i complained to nearest service center, but there is no proper response from them. Till they are not attended.
                                        What I want to do...???
