I am a defence serving person. On an annual leave of 20 days, I came to my home at palakkad district Kerala state. Iam using Honda Unicorn for past 5 years and doing timely services. On 14 Mar 16, l have booked for service and on 15 Mar, I have given my bike for regular service, re-painting of silencer and front mud guard at Ghani Honda service station near kadamkode in palakkad, kerala. On the job card, the executive have noted my points and assured the tentative time by evening of 16 Mar and esyimated cost of Rs.2000. I agreed and humbly requested to give back my bike after service as early as possible and explained about the requirement of vechile after service. He said due care will be taken and if possible, by afternoon of 16 Mar, it will be done. I told him, i[censored] could not make my bike ready by afternoon of 16 Mar due to any unforeseen problems, please call me so that I can make alternative. Unfortunately, nobody responded me. I ring up to the given customer care phone provider in the job card slip, many a times but it was busy and luckily I got it and enquired about the status. One lady told, after enquiring with concerned person, she will soon call back me. My expectation went wrong and nobody responded. Again, the above mentioned process was repeated twice with different people. Finally, a representative told that the job is only half done and is expected to be completed by 17 Mar evening. Iam heavily disappointed and shocked to hear his casual remarks. Controlling my emotions, I requested him to finish the incompleted work as early as possible. But the assuarance towards me was negative. The end of the story is still Iam waiting for the kind consideration of some big people to complete the work. Sir, the behaviour, attitude, credibility, believablility, accuracy and lot of expections from Honda Service has broken and needs to be Renaissance ed and reviewed. Sir lost my 2 valuavle days and I feel shame on my self that this is my third experience and and I can show you some 4 to 5 people having similar experience. But still why I am coming to service centre is because I believe in Honda. Nothing more to say, sir. Your intervention in this regard is highly essential and hope u will do. Thanking you sir
