This email is regarding the unethical and bad behavior of the staff of the Anand Parbat Service center. I bought a Honda Activa 125 ( M-Blue Colour) bearing Regn, . No. DL6S-N- 9703 from J.B. Motors Pvt. Ltd., Rani Jhansi Road on 14/02/2016. As my First service of the vehicle was due, I took my Scooter to the Service dealer namely J.B. Motors Pvt. Ltd., 1/1 Railway Site, New Rohtak Road, Hall No. -2, New Delhi-5 ON 13.03.2016.
I really experienced a very bad and unethical behaviour with the staff of the Service center. Due to the negligence of the staff while taking down of the scooter in Bay-5 around 12:20 p.m., My scooter got a big dent on the front left side. When I informed the service manager about the dent, firstly he denied about the same and said that it was a previous dent. When I asked the service manager namely Mr. Ravi to check the video footage of the service to re-confirm, he denied. But when I keep on insisting, he saw the footage and in the footage, it was easily visible that the dent was not previous and was occured due to the mishandling of the staff during the service. After seeing the footage, the service manager and the other staf[censored]sed bad language with me and behaved very badly with me.
I asked for the copy of the video footage but the manager denied. In the name of removing the dent, they simply lightly put some paint on the scooter and kept me waiting there for unnecessary two hours.
This is the first time I had such a worst experience at the service center. I am writing this email for your information and some action at the staff of the service center. For your reference, I am Attaching the copy of the retail invoice.
