I purchased the said vehicle from Shriniwas Honda Khamgaon Maharashtra on[protected]. From 1st day the front wheel is very jam and vehicle is pulling right side. I continuously made the complaints. Neither they could repair it nor find the actual problem. The dealer is not having proper mechanicals with good know-how. I want the help of company's engineer to trace the defect and repair it immediately. I am very unsatisfied with your product. I have also registered the complaint vide no 1-[protected]. But invain.
Please look into the matter immediately.

    I purchased my CBR-150r on 4th jan 2016 from ic honda patna. then only after 2 km it started giving problem in gear shifting. i called the mechanic from the agency but he said that there is no problem with the gears. but the problem hasn't been resolved. i again complained & then the mechanic said it had some problem & tried to resolve it. i left my bike with him for 1 day & he repaired but still the problem prevails.
    its only been a week & the bike started giving me so many problems. i complained about my bike to the supervisor but his behavior was too rude. he was acting like he is the customer not me. he is having issue with the bike not me. i am completely disappointed with the bike and the service too.

        I Rajiv Pawar bought a bike Honda Unicorn Bearing chassis no ME4KC201EF8058939 and Registeration no.MH12LZ8960 on 16/06/2015 by paying an amount of 86000 from B U Bhandari, sadhu vaswani chowk, Pune.

        since the day i have bought i am facing continuous problems with the bike.

        1. i had opted for a buzzer for indicator.While doing wiring the showroom made the brake light direct and so i had to return the next day to rectify the problem.

        2. After a few days within a month's time the gas kit of the bike failed and there was an oil leak from the engine. I took the bike for servicing on 7/7/2015 and the work shop agreed to repair the engine problem without any extra cost. they changed the gasket.

        3. Just after a week on 15/07/2015 I had another problem that is the chain of my bike broke when i was out of the city around 20kms. I had to leave the bike and call the crane.when inquired at the workshop they told me that the chain lock was fitted in the wrong direction. Again i left the bike for 3 to 4 days. when i received the bike my petrol lock was damaged with loss of color. For this I had to quarrel and at last the whole lock unit was replaced by a new one and i took the delivery of the bike on 23/07/2015.

        4. Again after a 2 months or so during the 2nd servicing there was a problem of oil leak. this was again solved. the details will be with the workshop.

        5. After a few months again the problem of oil leak started . I took to the workshop and again the changed the gasket and refitted the engine head. I was informed that that earlier the mechanic forgot to put one of the dowel pin. And that had lead to oil leakage. I took the delivery on 26/02/2016. I noticed the oil leak during the delivery but the mechanics got my bike washed and told that that oil may be the left over during the fitting.

        6. Just within a week the oil leak started again and this time the hot oil drops were falling on my shoes.

        I would like the bike to be replaced.
        I have been maintaining all the records and will proceed for legal claim.

        Now that we have given enough chances and wasted our time for the repair. we have thought to return the bike and proceed legally in order to get the issue solved.

            i purchased the honda unicorn vehicle at orange honda tolichowki in the year 2012. till now i didn't got such 40 kmpl. i done free services where i purchased the bike.they done very worst services.today i visit khairatabad pratul service.they suggest your vehice is bored.but i have honda extended shield warranty.bike reading is 35000.now what can i do.

              We had 2 options 1 is date n another is running of bike. I had 7 days remain for second servicing but SATARA DIGVIJAY servicing center told me, 'you already crossed running limit 6000 KM.' & They scrached my THIRD servicing card.
              My bike is having problem with engine.
              Bt still problem is not resolved.

              Why 2nd servicing card is dropped?
              When engine issue will be resolved?
              What should I do?

              Kindly take my complaint and take action as soon as possible.

                I have purchased, before 4-year ago(till date 30900km running) since starting i have been facing problem of little noise in the engine.Even i am having five year engine extended warranty facility . Couple of time i have filed report regarding this complaint to your Authorised service centre, but still today it is not solved. When i start the bike then noise start form the engine side.

                  I am purchase honda dream yuga bike in punjab honda after 3 month riding bike the problem is engine heating and above 40 km continue bike ride bike is stuff and no running bike . and above 40 km. speed bike is no ride i am told to this problem is service center but no proper solution in this bike . so please solution is my bike complete as soon as posible

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have put Honda Activa Veh no MH 14 BP 0735 for servicing & insurance claim at Strerling Honda, Chinchwad, Pune on 20.01.2016 at 6.00 PM.I have still not received the vehicle till today. I have visited the service station atlest 5 times, but the veh is not ready .The sales after service is also not good as i am very unhappy for the responses shown by there people .

                    I am suffering daily for non availability of Vehicle by going daily to office in private vehicle.Who is going to re emberse the amount which i am hiring a private veh daily .
                    Is this the service giving to the customer by keeping the Vehice for more than one & half months .

                    Even for collecting the vehicle after service, we have to wait for more than 45 minutes every time & gives the vehicle without washing.

                    I request to take necessary action on Streeling Honda for not give the required service to the customer .

                          I purcheased Honda dream yuga two wheeler Reg.No:AP 28BY 8932 on May 2014, in Raam Honda show room tadiband secunderabad. it having 5 years warranty
                          1.)Chain sprocket gone in april 2015. i replace with my own money in fortune honda service center near tank bund
                          2.)Now In Engine abnormal sound, i went to Raam Honda asked to them about noise they told to me" it is common noise"
                          3.) Now it giving low mileage 40KMPL. as per company norms Mileage is 72KMPL
                          I was cheat with Honda company with bad products
                          how we accept other national organisation cheating like this My valuable money Rs.60, 000 invest on bad product.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am Sreehari Kundella from Hyderabad. I am writing this letter be half of my wife Mrs.Nagalakshmi Kundella. I bought Activa 3G on 10th Feb, 2016 at Fortune Honda Sainikpuri, Hyderabad.
                                Show room people delivered the vehicle evening at 6:00 PM. They delivered the defective vehicle to me.I noticed that there is a sound coming when I start the vehicle from engine like "tak tak tak tak".
                                I assumed that is the new vehicle that is why it is giving that type of sound. I waited 4 four days.But the sound is coming continuously.
                                I visited show room on 15th Feb, 2016 informed the same.They said " There is a problem with RPM, we will solve the problem".
                                They have taken the vehicle for three hours and returned the vehicle.At the time of returning the vehicle I did not found any sound after starting the vehicle.
                                But I found the sound again when I reach the home.There is a new problem created. When I start the vehicle engine is stopping in fraction of seconds.I found the sound "tak" and engine is stopping.
                                If I rise the vehicle then engine is stopping.If I do not rise the vehicle then engine is stopping automatically.
                                I have faced many problems at traffic signals.I have informed the same to vehicle show room on 16th Feb, 2016.
                                Sales executive is silent when I informed the problem.He did not provide the proper solution for that.
                                I contacted showroom manager.
                                He is saying that " It will take 3-5 days to resolve the issue. You can handover the vehicle to the service and created job sheet". He did not provide the assurance after servicing the vehicle for the solution.
                                I asked him, "If I handover the vehicle then you will resolve the issue, Can you give me assurance the problem will not repeat after servicing?"
                                He is silent and He did not replied for that.
                                Its a new vehicle not crossed at least 1 week.Then How It will take 3-5 days to resolve the issue if it is not defective vehicle.
                                Manager is saying that, " we did not know the problem, we need to check".
                                I asked him to replace the vehicle which is in good condition.
                                Manager Said "No".
                                What I need to do with the defective vehicle. I bought new vehicle right. Why its giving many problems.
                                How they do not know the problem, Are they fully trained persons or not.

                                I have given the vehicle for service to fix the issue on 16th Feb, 2016. They have delivered the vehicle on 17th Feb, 2016. At the time of delivery they said, " It wont give any problem next time".
                                After servicing the vehicle its worked fine 3 days and the problem happened again from 21st Feb, 2016. I have reported the problem on 22nd Feb, 2016. Again they have taken the vehicle for service and delivered the vehicle on 25th Feb, 2016.
                                After delivering the vehicle the same problem happened after 30 mins when I reach the office.

                                They are unable to replace the vehicle and Service Head said " we wont replace the vehicle, we will do the service only". I already reported to them the problem happened three times within 11 days from purchasing the vehicle.

                                How many times I need to contact the service center if the problem will be happened every time. This is not make sense. Every time I need waste my time. I want replace the vehcile.

                                I have contacted Honda Customer care service 3 times: Ticket Nos: 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]


                                Finally, They have delivered defective product.That is why they are not providing proper solution and they did not test and service the vehicle before delivery.

                                I have paid huge amount not one rupee or two rupee.I have saved 1 rupee and 1 rupee and bought the vehicle.They is a lots of pressure behind.
                                Why the showroom people are avoiding customer's concerns.They will give more information at the time of purchasing.After purchasing the vehicle they will forget and they will not resolve the problems, they did not provide proper information.
                                What is that mean?
                                They are targeting about sales only, not customer service.They are not delivering the good condition vehicle.

                                I really dissatisfied with the service.

                                I am requesting you to take the action on the showroom and honda motors and replace the good condition vehicle to me if it is not possible kindly refund the amount. Please find the attached documents.

                                What is the status of complaint?
                                Same issue facing. Purchased Honda CB Shine 125CC Grey color in September 2018. Bring their notice from first service on wards and sent lot of mails to . Lot of problems faced. As you said they will ask the bring vehicle after testing simply declare no issues. We will monitor.
                                Finally in June 2021 honda service center asking me to replace engine and major parts. Cost is around Rs.20, 000/-. Vehicle age is 2.9 Years old. Requested them do it under warranty and kept my vehicle 10 days at service center. Finally they are offering discount.
                                Previously used Honda CB Shine 125CC Black color from 2010 to 2018.

                                      I Purchased my Honda Trigger Dlx Bike in Feb 2015 and since then, I am facing problem relate to Milage and Wheel Balance.
                                      It is just giving a milage of 25 to 30 KMPL (while company is claiming it to be 60 KMPL). My bike has some wheel balancing problem as well. Pillion tyre is wobbling at high speed and if it goes over rumbles you will definitely meet with an accident. it gets dis-balanced.

                                      I have got it serviced and told about the problem to Honda Mechanics but they didn't take it seriously and still it has same problem.

                                        As this complaint, I did regular service of my honda shine bike, but I have prob lame in ingnition in my bike and service center guys told that carburetor need to change, but manager don't want to change it, my bike is under warranty period but they didn't show their interest to resolve my problem. I don't have much time to carry forward this issue on daily basis. please help me to change carburetor of my bike. whenever I start my bike, it needs chock start. I am very irritated and in real I am hating honda and honda service, please change my believe, and I remained as trustworthy as with hero honda.
