I'm suryakanta sabut your existing customer from 20/10/2014 having honda dream yuga, from last couple of  months i'm getting some problem in my motor bike. Please look into below mention complaint details


From the date 02/11/2014 of 1st free service&...โ‡„ (Shivam honda,  sahid nagar,  bbsr) my motor bike  ( dream yuga ) having 1st gear shifting ...โ‡„
On that time they told me that no its&nb...โ‡„  keep continue riding
On my 2nd service dated 17/12/2014 they did&n...โ‡„
On 3rd service they made some alignment &...โ‡„  these are not the fault. 
On 4th service dated 20/05/2015 they receive ...โ‡„ in ist hour and call me on same evening that come yo...โ‡„
Thrice i was there on 30/05/2015 they tried&n...โ‡„ period.

Regarding this matter when i asked to provide...โ‡„  i want to talk with them or will write to company concern person,  the service manager sir was said  "...โ‡„
   i west my valuable time of 14&nb...โ‡„  they are unable to repair up to custome...โ‡„ laying under repair at the service center.
Really i am fade-off with this kind of c...โ‡„ rough service from honda company.
If it is necessary then i can provide the email in-between me & your service service manager

Key points of customer irritate

01- not ready to accept easily the fault of nature
02- wrong information
03- poorness during customer service as if so...โ‡„
04-  no feed back until customer sought
05-  even if at last the service manager told me what ever you may do, i can't support you more.

So kindly find out the attachment for details and do the need full as soon as possible
Otherwise ultimately i have to knock the consumer court

      Dear Customer Care team,

      I have purcahsed one new Activa 3G, before 4-5 month ago. since starting i ahve facinga aproblem of little noisy sound in the engine..couple of time i ahve intitiated this complaint to your Authorised service centre, but till today it is not resolved till when speed is beyond 40km noisy sound starting form the engine side.

      i AM NOT SATISFY WITH YOUR SERVICE CENTRE.I have purcahse this Activa form APEX HNDA, SHAHALLAM, CITY: AHMEDABAD, STATE: GUJARAT. INDIA.

      I need immidiet support in this case.

        Dear Sir,

        I am Nagalakshmi Kundella from Hyderabad. I bought Activa 3G on 10th Feb, 2016 at Fortune Honda Sainikpuri, Hyderabad.
        Show room people delivered the vehicle evening at 6:00 PM. They delivered the defective vehicle to me.I noticed that there is a sound coming when I start the vehicle from engine like "tak tak tak tak".
        I assumed that is the new vehicle that is why it is giving that type of sound. I waited 4 four days.But the sound is coming continuously.
        I visited show room on 15th Feb, 2016 informed the same.They said " There is a problem with RPM, we will solve the problem".
        They have taken the vehicle for three hours and returned the vehicle.At the time of returning the vehicle I did not found any sound after starting the vehicle.
        But I found the sound again when I reach the home.There is a new problem created. When I start the vehicle engine is stopping in fraction of seconds.I found the sound "tak" and engine is stopping.
        If I rise the vehicle then engine is stopping.If I do not rise the vehicle then engine is stopping automatically.
        I have faced many problems at traffic signals.I have informed the same to vehicle show room on 16th Feb, 2016.
        Sales executive is silent when I informed the problem.He did not provide the proper solution for that.
        I contacted showroom manager.
        He is saying that " It will take 3-5 days to resolve the issue. You can handover the vehicle to the service and created job sheet". He did not provide the assurance after servicing the vehicle for the solution.
        I asked him, "If I handover the vehicle then you will resolve the issue, Can you give me assurance the problem will not repeat after servicing?"
        He is silent and He did not replied for that.
        Its a new vehicle not crossed at least 1 week.Then How It will take 3-5 days to resolve the issue if it is not defective vehicle.
        Manager is saying that, " we did not know the problem, we need to check".
        I asked him to replace the vehicle which is in good condition.
        Manager Said "No" and He is saying that is You can take free service.
        What is that mean? They will delivered defective vehicle and they will provide free service.
        What I need to do with the defective vehicle. I bought new vehicle right. Why its giving many problems.
        How they do not know the problem, Are they fully trained persons or not.

        Finally, They have delivered defective product.That is why they are not providing proper solution and they did not test and service the vehicle before delivery.

        I have paid huge amount not one rupee or two rupee.I have saved 1 rupee and 1 rupee and bought the vehicle.They is a lots of pressure behind.
        Why the showroom people are avoiding customer's concerns.They will give more information at the time of purchasing.After purchasing the vehicle they will forget and they will not resolve the problems, they did not provide proper information.
        What is that mean?
        They are targeting about sales only, not customer service.They are not delivering the good condition vehicle.

        I really dissatisfied with the service.

        I am requesting you to take the action to the showroom and replace the good condition vehicle to me if it is not possible kindly refund the amount.
        I do not want defective vehicle.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I Jagpreet Singh got my Activas's second service done by Rohini Honda a week ago. When technician was changing engine oil, I told him to tight the drain nut properly because I felt it was not tighten up properly but technician said he has done it, so don't you worry about this.
            Today I was coming from somewhere and noticed a humming noise from engine, when checked it I found drain nut was not there, I immediately switched off my Activa.
            Before going to Honda brand I was a satisfied user of BAJAJ and used bajaj for 10 years. I heard about honda's gud service and decided to go for honda. But I am very disappointed that only at second service this type of critical irresponsibility done by Honda. If I not stopped it on time it could damage the engine as all the engine oil drained out.
            Mouth publicity is the best way for the growth of a company. But who will give a possitive feedback after having this type of problem.
            Kindly do the needful action against the dealership who has not done it with properly. I need a quick action for this problem.

                I visiedt to Tajshree Honda, Deo Nagar, Khamla, Nagpur 5 times, deposited the 1000/- booking amount on dated 30.01.2016, but the sales manager Mr. Chopade not ready to deliver the Honda Activa 3G without purchasing the optional accessories, he said that the Honda Co. give the target to sold the vehicle with optional accessories comlusery. He said that if I deposited the full amount Rs. 64005/-(65005/-1000/-) than he delivered the vehicle within 2 to 3 days, if I not purchase optional accessories, he can not delivery the said vehicle. I have registered the complaint Three times and received the complaint ticket no. 1-[protected] on dated 24.01.2016, but no body take any cognizance.

                  I am surendra gupta. I was purched honda unicorn 150 bike no . Mh-03 bz 2677 in july 2015. I am taken service from pilot honda 2 weeler service center location- govandi station road, best colony, chembur, mumbai, maharashtra 400088. As per company police 4 service is free . My 1st service is good but after that 2nd and 3rd servicing i am not satisfied and till date i am facing same problem in bike .
                  So kindly resolve my service issue .

                    I am user of CB Unicorn 160 STD vehicle Uttam Nagar New Delhi, I am facing problem in my bike in terms of chain set it has used around 20000 kilometer and make some noise after few days of every service from last two months and following up with my service dealer for the same but there is not satisfactory response from them

                      I am user of Activa @ wheeler Vehicle in Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh, In recent days my Scotty's Fiber Guard of above Front wheel & side covers has some noise but dealer is not provideing satisfactory services regarding that. They denied to listen anymore in reference to my problem regarding there noise in Fiber gaurd many times. Dealer's mechanic sait that it is problem in some vehicle from manufacture side we are unable to do anything.

                              My Honda activa was completely dead as some of the wire was been eaten by mice in our society
                              when taken to sai point auto mobile located at gokul nagar in Thane he informed that he will charge 450 rs for servicing which will cover only general check up & setting (no idea what all thing are included) and he has given a estimate of approx 2500 stating majot all the bush & bearing has be changed have ask him not to so do and my intention is to start the vehicle first and later on he confirmed that it will be approx 1400 plus tax which was ok from my end . after 1 hours he called and informed that additional 2500 will be charged as some parts also need to be changed for which i confirmed that not do any thing but he is telling i have pay initial amt which i have confirmed eair respectively of vehicle getting start ed . we connect with the service center guys to save our money but here it a vis - a versa, they are charging fours times more than a local mechanic .

                                I had Bought a New Aviator from Apple Honda on 13th Jan 2015, On Saturday i.e 16th Jan, oil started leaking from the engine due to that i contacted them on the same, they told me to put the vehicle in the workstation, i did the same but on condition that if that happens again i m entitled to either get full refund of my payment or a replacement piece of the same Vehicle Today 19 th Jan it started leaking again so i went there to talk to them they again told me to put it in a Workstation this policy of giving faulty vehicles by them is not an ethical practice of doing a business by them they are refusing to either replace or refund for the same which they had promised on previous occasion

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  Its really painful to write this mail against a brand like "Honda" but the kind of services "VJ Honda Ulhasnagar" is providing to customers, it would be relly difficult to extend trust on "Honda".

                                  I purchased "Honda 125" on 29th May 2015 & its under warranty till now, on 29th December 2015 i gave my vehicle for free servicing(3rd free service) where i personally told to check all body parts & specially nuts & bolts, they did servicing, changed engine oil etc & returned on second day.
                                  On 15 Dec 2015 nut(Oil drain bolt) came down along with oil from oil tank ( where we fill oil) now when i been to "VJ Honda" to resolve my problem & simultaneously asked them how they tighten nuts as it(Oil drain bolt) fallen down in 15 days only, i got the answer that it wont be resolved under warranty as you might have done something wrong with nuts, i suprised that how can they give such a BS as its clearly showing that nut was not tighten propoerly and it came out, otherwise how can a nut come out in just 15 days unless its not tighten proporly.

                                  I am experiencing the worse services by "V J Honda Ulhasnagar" and fed up with their responses as it was their mistakes only; need your intervene on immediate basis.
