Dear Sir/Madam,
Its really painful to write this mail against a brand like "Honda" but the kind of services "VJ Honda Ulhasnagar" is providing to customers, it would be relly difficult to extend trust on "Honda".
I purchased "Honda 125" on 29th May 2015 & its under warranty till now, on 29th December 2015 i gave my vehicle for free servicing(3rd free service) where i personally told to check all body parts & specially nuts & bolts, they did servicing, changed engine oil etc & returned on second day.
On 15 Dec 2015 nut(Oil drain bolt) came down along with oil from oil tank ( where we fill oil) now when i been to "VJ Honda" to resolve my problem & simultaneously asked them how they tighten nuts as it(Oil drain bolt) fallen down in 15 days only, i got the answer that it wont be resolved under warranty as you might have done something wrong with nuts, i suprised that how can they give such a BS as its clearly showing that nut was not tighten propoerly and it came out, otherwise how can a nut come out in just 15 days unless its not tighten proporly.
I am experiencing the worse services by "V J Honda Ulhasnagar" and fed up with their responses as it was their mistakes only; need your intervene on immediate basis.

And follwing are the issues have been obsered in my vehicle-
1) vehicle's firing got changed
