Dear Sir,

I am user of Activa @ wheeler Vehicle in Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh, In recent days my Scotty's Fiber Guard of above Front wheel & side covers has some noise but dealer is not provideing satisfactory services regarding that. They denied to listen anymore in reference to my problem regarding there noise in Fiber gaurd many times. Dealer's mechanic sait that it is problem in some vehicle from manufacture side we are unable to do anything.

Please look in matter and provide specific solution with regrds to my problem.

I self Dheeraj Kumar Shukla current resident at Biaora District rajgarh (MP) i was purchase new bike Honda Shine from Dealer M/s Shiva Honda Biaora on dated...
But after two days of purchasing My bike petrol tank cap has been loose and giving sound in this regarding I had complained to concern dealer but they could not replace or service yet after several time verbal discussion and did not provide RC from RTO Department to till date
you are requested kindly look the matter seriously and instruct to deraler for the change petrol tank cap and also provide RC to me ASAP.

I have purchased Unicorn 160 CC from Akansha Honda Moradabad(U.P.).I have registered the complaint many times regarding my silencer scratches but no body listened.Very poor service agency.Request you to help in changing the silencer plate.

I m Taken Honda Dio On dated 22 September 2015 in Mangalam Honda karwar Karnataka That time they told Offer on Helmet to dio But that Time Stock Not available, We provide Later.
Till to date They not provide Helmet. Now are called to showroom And ask helmet they showroom maneger told stoke is not available.
they not give good services.

My Honda activa was completely dead as some of the wire was been eaten by mice in our society
when taken to sai point auto mobile located at gokul nagar in Thane he informed that he will charge 450 rs for servicing which will cover only general check up & setting (no idea what all thing are included) and he has given a estimate of approx 2500 stating majot all the bush & bearing has be changed have ask him not to so do and my intention is to start the vehicle first and later on he confirmed that it will be approx 1400 plus tax which was ok from my end . after 1 hours he called and informed that additional 2500 will be charged as some parts also need to be changed for which i confirmed that not do any thing but he is telling i have pay initial amt which i have confirmed eair respectively of vehicle getting start ed . we connect with the service center guys to save our money but here it a vis - a versa, they are charging fours times more than a local mechanic .

I had Bought a New Aviator from Apple Honda on 13th Jan 2015, On Saturday i.e 16th Jan, oil started leaking from the engine due to that i contacted them on the same, they told me to put the vehicle in the workstation, i did the same but on condition that if that happens again i m entitled to either get full refund of my payment or a replacement piece of the same Vehicle Today 19 th Jan it started leaking again so i went there to talk to them they again told me to put it in a Workstation this policy of giving faulty vehicles by them is not an ethical practice of doing a business by them they are refusing to either replace or refund for the same which they had promised on previous occasion

Dear Sir/Madam,

Its really painful to write this mail against a brand like "Honda" but the kind of services "VJ Honda Ulhasnagar" is providing to customers, it would be relly difficult to extend trust on "Honda".

I purchased "Honda 125" on 29th May 2015 & its under warranty till now, on 29th December 2015 i gave my vehicle for free servicing(3rd free service) where i personally told to check all body parts & specially nuts & bolts, they did servicing, changed engine oil etc & returned on second day.
On 15 Dec 2015 nut(Oil drain bolt) came down along with oil from oil tank ( where we fill oil) now when i been to "VJ Honda" to resolve my problem & simultaneously asked them how they tighten nuts as it(Oil drain bolt) fallen down in 15 days only, i got the answer that it wont be resolved under warranty as you might have done something wrong with nuts, i suprised that how can they give such a BS as its clearly showing that nut was not tighten propoerly and it came out, otherwise how can a nut come out in just 15 days unless its not tighten proporly.

I am experiencing the worse services by "V J Honda Ulhasnagar" and fed up with their responses as it was their mistakes only; need your intervene on immediate basis.

Good day, my complaint is regarding dealer price of dio scooter @ sri honda, hassan, karnataka. The salesman has quoted price of 63000 rs. but the actual price as per company n website is 58500 rs. now shall I file complaint as I m a lawyer or is there any mistake please let me know. regards shoaib

I have booked Activa 125 cc Drum white color with M/s Radhe Shyam Honda, Vizag on 30th November 2015 but still as on date i have not received any vehicle. Dear sir, my complaint is dealer price and actual price are different. i'm stay in himatnagar sabarkantha gujarat. our dealer is H R HONDA. i'm interested in purchase activa 3g but dealer price is 61074 rs and company price in himatnagar on road (rto, insurance, and roadtax) is 55161 rs. so, our request to solve this problem.

My self sunil Thakur, i am purchase Honda trigger from Jaipur, now my job transfer from Jaipur to sawai madhopur (rajasthan) and i am working Taj group of hotel, i am suffering honda bike servies problem, service center name tarun honda service, they are not taking carefully honda customers, my problem only is bike are automatically shut down.

My bike batteries not working, I show it in your service center they kept it with them for one week and returned me same batteries, but it not work they not take proper action to replace my batteries, My bike is on warranty then why they not replace my batteries what type of service provide Honda .

I purchased the above Honda motorcycle from John Honda, Thrissur, two months ago. During collection of the bike I found with the back brake it is not possible to stop the vehicle as desired. Even though it is having combined braking system (CBS) system to apply brake automatically on front and back when a rider apply the pedal back brake. The CBS was not fully effective. It is a design fault and no one is able to rectify the problem. It is very dangerous which can cause fatal injuries to a rider. I suggest not to buy any bikes having braking system design faults which can cause fatal injuries.

Purchased Honda Motor Cycle, CB Uicorn 160, solo with Pillion 2015 model, Chasis Number ME4KC201EF8067282, Engine Number KC20E80074769 . Purchsed from Autofin Limited, Main road, Himayath nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana on date 7th Dec 2015 vide invoice VEHINV AP[protected]. At correct tyre pressures also, the vehicle is giving shock to the body. In other words an ordinary bicycle is of better comfort at the same speed.

I have purchased Activa3G on November 30th 2015. From the day of my purchase I have got lots and lots of problems like, foot stand vibration, Break getting loose everyday, in my tyre air leakage is happening constantly, Mirror guard is getting loosed from my handlebar, Mirror is getting loosen every now and then etc. My dealer is not helping me out with any proper guidance and they are ill treating the customer very badly. So raised the complain to Honda, but they are telling some crap regarding the complains. They will send a person from Honda but he will not provide any ID card of Honda on request and they will not give customer whether problem persist or not nor they will replace my vehicle in case of any complains exists.

Sir i have bought a honda activa in 2014 which is giving me an average of 20 and when i bought it i was told that it will give an average of 60 so i want that my this problem should be resolved Adeesh jain

Bought Honda unicorn in July 2014. After 1 year engine started leaking. Battery not working . there was no proper oiling in tyre assemblies. Gave a complaint.its almost 1 month. Only thing they gave is a complaint number. Worst customer care I just want to share my experience with everyone. Dear sir, I had brought one honda CB shine bike Ch No. ME4JC652GFT 22967, Engin No JC65E70075251 AND rEG. nO. DL1SY 7605 from Absolute Honda at L-385D, Main Mahipal Pur New Delhi. Day of the beginning in my bike starting and Steering problem face by me during the running my bike engine going of again and again. For which i went to the service centre many time but result is same bike is not running properly. Another problem is delar Absolute Honda at L-385D, Main Mahipal Pur New Delhi did not give me registration certificate of my above noted Bike.
