i bought a hornet 160 in june 2017 .this is to inform you that i am so upset for the service and the performance of my vehicle since a year.so i think that i boughtr a secondhand vehicle in a new bike price . so i don't want to keep this vehicle anymore in my garage .you have to know that i bought a new bike not a older one.so iam not interested to visit service center again and again .therefore i request you to replace my bike or i will go to the consumer forum .

I have purchased HORNET 160cc from your showroom located at CHINCHWAD, Pune. I have booked it in on 10th of Oct 2017. My bike's delivery date was on 13th but on 12th Oct morning i got a phone call from the showroom saying that your bike is ready and please take the delivery today i.e. on 12th Oct. On the day of delivery I didn't notice any problem with the bike. But from the very next day I noticed problem in the gear box and suspension. Shifting the gear up didn't have any problem but while shifting down the gear were not engaged and the speed was not slowing down and this problem is severe in traffic. Suspension is also not good. I went to the showroom and told them about the problem and they asked me to visit their service centre. At the service centre the technician took a test ride and confirmed that the bike has problem regarding gear shifting and suspension. New bikes generally have some problems regarding hard gear shifting but this is not the case in my bike. The technician have also agreed to this and told me that other Hornet didn't have this problem. Its only with this bike and he asked me to keep the bike at their service centre for 2-3 days. They are telling me that they will replace the gear box and suspension. I dont want to dismantle the new engine. Its like i am riding a 2nd hand bike after paying for new bike. I haven't paid you for a second hand bike. I don't think so this vehicle was tested on line at Honda's factory because gear shifting and suspension are the problem that can be easily noticed. And if so it was tested and certified OK then i am sorry but your quality test is very poor. And also the showroom people delivered me the bike before delivery date. You people fooled me by giving the damaged vehicle. Even the Service Head at the service centre has given me in writing about the problem in bike on their letter head. I am attaching the scanned copy of it.
With so much happiness i have purchased this vehicle from HONDA but the quality of the vehicle is not at all good. Paying Honda almost 1 lakh for the vehicle and now so much trouble i am facing. Its like pay and buy trouble from HONDA. We trusted honda but now i am regretting myself to purchase the vehicle from HONDA. Honda is not living upto their reputation.
The bike is having this big issues in the start only. It may give other problems in future. I don't think it was tested in your factory. I am sorry to say this but the trust in Honda is lost. I don't want any individual part replacement at this early stage. I have paid Honda for the whole bike and not for individual parts. I want bike replacement.

I am surprised to see your after sale service as per your prescribed service center I had made service from there only but I have got worst experience from them. I had been made first serviced of my vehicle through Race Honda which had closed at present at 727 KM on 01-Jan-2015 after that I had made all the services as per requirement through Smooth Motors Workshop 9/81, Pushta Road, Kailash Nagar, Gandhi Nagar Delhi 110031 Contact No.[protected]. Here I am mention the Service Status Service No Date KMs. Service Vendor Status 1 01-Jan-2015 727 Race Honda Presently Closed 2 08-Apr-2015 1600 Smooth Motor Workshop Normal 3 21-Jul-2015 4863 Smooth Motor Workshop Status :- Vendor Says There is problem in engine so you should repair it as per suggestion I had said them please go ahead and repaired. They charged me 1600 Rs. At that time. 4 14-Dec-2015 7650 Smooth Motor Workshop Status :- This time again vendor says might be your engine is faulty so repair required for the same I am surprised to see their response how it is possible New Scooter has gone faulty repetitively. They demanded 1700 Rs for this after 4-5 days I got call from one of their Representative Mr. Amit through Mobile No.[protected] your maintenance cost has been increased by 2400 Extra and total amount is 4100 I can't understand what the hell they people doing and ruined the name of Honda Motor. I haven't collect my vehicle from “Smooth Motors Workshop” until I have not get proper response from “Hero Honda Motors” either I purchased malfunctioned vehicle from dealer or might be its parts has been destroyed by Smooth Motors Workshop. Regarding this I have lodge my complaint to Honda Motors Customer care on 16-Dec-2015 they give me customer complaint no.[protected] but whenever I have asked from them they replied your complaint has been under process we will intimate you ASAP till date I have not get any solution. I have self-establish small business which is depend upon my vehicle consequently I have not got any business market since 14-Dec-2015. I must say please do take necessary action towards the same Please give me solution i am frustrated and got calls from workshop collect your vehicle against required amount. Since day-1 front and rear shock absorber of the activa getting hard hit when I drive, self start is not working properly, headlight is out of focus. Mechanic also told that vehicle is defective. I've informed 3 times about it to RADHA HONDA & haven't got any response yet. Sir, If I paid for a new & better activa, then why should I be driving this type of defective machine ? & I think it's a great concern about your company's reputation. Kindly resolve my issues ASAP.         मेरा नाम मनोज कुमार कुमावत में पाली राजस्थान का रहने वाला हूँ my mobile number is [protected] मेने पाली के हौंडा शोरूम से Activa 3G खरीदी L & T कम्पनी से मेने फाइनेंस करवाई गाड़ी खरीदने एक बाद मेरे सामने प्रॉब्लम आई ये कम्प्लेंट पहले मेने हौंडा की वेब. पर भी डाली जिसका complane number 1-[protected] है लकिन इस पर कोई एक्शन नही लिया गया मेरी Activa 3G का मीटर का बंद था गाड़ी के आगे के पैनल पर स्क्रैच लगे हुए है और साइलेंसर पर लगा बोर्ड टुटा हुआ था गाड़ी खरीदने के दूसरे दिन जिस से गाड़ी ली उस के पास गए और उन को बोला के गाड़ी में ये सब प्रॉब्लम है और आपने मुझे ऐसी गाड़ी दी है तो उस ने जवाब दिया के ठीक करवा देंगे अभी भीड़ भाड़ ज्यादा तो आप ऐसा करो एक ७ दिन बाद आओ -१० दिन बाद उस से फ़ोन करने पर जवाब मिलता है तबियत ठीक नही आप बाद में ठीक करवा देना और १० दिन बाद गाड़ी के नंबर प्लेट के लिए और बाकी के डॉक्यूमेंट लेने के लिए कॉल किया तो उस लड़के ने गाली देना स्टार्ट कर दिया शोरूम में कॉल करने पर जवाब मिलता जिस से गाड़ी ली है और जिस से फाइनेंस करवाया है उस से ही बात करो मेरी आप से रिक्वेस्ट है की इस प्रॉब्लम को खत्म करो और मेरी गाड़ी का नंबर प्लेट और बाकि एक डॉक्यूमेंट दिलाने का कास्ट करे और उस गाड़ी में जो प्रॉब्लम है उसे ठीक करवाये

          I have seviced my bike last week of Oct.It cost around 1100(Service charge-nearly 500 & engine Oil - 310).I had a feedback of the service done.The Idle is not stable due to that the engine get off often.I have contacted the service center they said the choke cabe is jammed & there is no stock of choke cable as of now.I waited for nearly one month for the choke cable by the time my bike become rough and clucth cable was about to cut.Again I left my bike for service on 24th Dec'15.The person who writes the Job card made it has new service and they serviced my vechile.They changed the engine oil (Rs.310)where i didn't ride even 400 KMs and charged for service again nearly 500.Totally I paid 2500 for my bike for service in 4 Months.For which service charge 1000 & oil 600.While asking them.They offered me a free oil change for next service.Now the next problem in the job card they have mentioned for Clucth cable change but they didn't change it.This was identified when i inspected the bike.Intially they said due to no stock they didn't change but when i argued about it.They said they will check for the stock and change it if the stock is available.But they had the stock. If i didn't argue with them they wouldn't change it again i should wait for months and will pay service charge for changing that cable too.This is my second complaint on the service center.

              I have purchased a honda dream yuga bike from hemant honda, chirawa in feb 2015. i have submitted my documents two times at dealership for vehicle registration. i have communicated to dealer concern person (mr. hosiyar) from last 2-3 months for vehicle registration but every time he cheated me and said that your vehicle registration certificate will be come tomorrow or day after tomorrow. before few days he said to me that there is not registration certificate or number plates available in RTO office. Now he said that he will try but still your vehicle registration certificate not issued by RTO office. now i have tired to communication with dealer concern person. Request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible so that dealer provided me my vehicle's registration certificate or if there is a possibility related to my documents give me a update.                   I would like to inform you that I have given my Honda Activa-i (UK14 9359) for last free servicing at your authorised Honda Service Centre namely Ess Ell Honda, Balliwala Chowk, Dehradun on 21.12.2015. After checking everything, they have mentioned that you may take delivery of your vehicle on next day i.e. on 22.12.2015. When I reached to take delivery of my vehicle, after payment of requisite amount, they have delivered me. When I have taken my vehicle and come out of service centre, I found that front mud guard was broken and even handle was not smooth. Immediately I have again visited service centre to ask about broken part and other problem. They immediately denied and tried to show me service paper which was already in their custody only so they could do anything with this . Secondly, they were so harsh towards me despite of being a lady customer. I was also made compliant with Mr. Vijay Kumar who is floor supervisor but he was also ignorant and used harsh words and not accepted their fault. I have also asked to them to give me in writing that they do not have their fault but he denied. I request you to kindly look into the matter and please check the CCTV footage of service centre to know their ignorance and fault. I further request you to please instruct the service centre to contact me and apologise me and replace the broken part at their own cost and repair it completely otherwise I have to take legal course of action against them.

                    The complaint is that the keyhole has gone somewhere inside the scooter and nowhere seen and at the place of the keyhole is just the metal. The open and shut switch is stuck at open switch but it's not open so we tried to move it to shut so it might open it opened a little but it's not moving further we had just bought it 2-3 months ago and still it has many problems. Kindly give us the solution of it.

                      Iam Rajesh, bought Honda dream yuga bike in Jsp honda (branch no : 459/1A7, plot no :1 and 2, MTH Road, Ambattur. I bought it on 5/nov/2015. I gave 1st free service on 7/dec/2015. As per job card provided by them stating that will deliver bike on 8/dec/2015. I got call from honda service center stating due to water clutch plate been damage and has to be replaced and they said will take 2days, I accepted for that . Later after 2days of their commitment .. they said not spare available and takes 2 more days . Again after 5 to 6 days called them .. they said will take time .They gave irresponsible answers ... I have raised complaint to customer service ( honda head office as per online contacts updated in google ) [protected]. They too postponing none of them giving solution ... finally on 21/dec/2015 I called service center people they said when they spare then they will do ... .They are not giving proper response .. i am going to consumer court and will publish via media ...

                              I booked AMC(Annual maintenance contract). While booking the contract they provided the details of the contract in agreement. Out of the services they provided, they also gave 1 free pick & drop service of vehicle which was not mentioned in the agreement. When i opted for that free pick & drop service, they picked my activa for free but while delivering they charged money. And also it took more than 24 hrs to deliver my vehicle back. I got a negligent behaviour from service center. I got a message from them at 10.18 am that "Your activa is in wash process & will be deliver after 1 hour with approx. bill amt". Later neither I received a call nor a message from the service center. When I contacted them at 4 pm it took 1 hour for them to figure that where is my activa. And then they are telling that you have to pay for the drop service of your activa. I am not getting the point of telling about the charge of drop service at the end moment. They didn't even bother to deliver my activa. I have recieved such a negligent behaviour.

                                I purchased Honda Activa a year back and I am very disappointed with the service provided by the service centers in chennai. I had went to a Honda service center(Kun Motorcycles) in ashok nagar (No 70, second avenue, ashok nagar, Chennai-600083) and complained that my vehicle is stopping abruptly for which they mentioned that a service will rectify this issue. They charged me Rs:902 for it but still after that the problem didnot rectify. I had also went to Gem Honda Service station in Virugambakkam(No:2/9 Yaathaval street, Kaliamman koil road, Virugambakkam, Chennai-92) thinking that service will be better and initially they said that the problem was due to switch starter and charged me Rs: 310. But still the problem didnot resolve. I had complained the same service station again and they checked and this time they told me that there is a coil problem and changed it. They charged me Rs:372 for it. But the same day I took the vehicle after service from them, my vehicle stopped abruptly in the mid road and I just escaped from an accident. The problem for which I had given them my vehicle did not resolve even after 2 times they had checked it. I had to push the vehicle all the way back for nearly 4 Km. I am very disappointed with the lack of service knowledge in finding the exact root cause by the 2 service stations mentioned above. I feel I am being cheated by them. Please let me know the next steps to be taken and where to escalate this issue. I have attached all the Bills from the service stations with this.

Pandav Nagar, mother dairy, Delhi-110092.this colour was P A White but still its colour is almost faded into yellow. after inform many times and many conversions to swarup Motors, they clearly denied to change my scooty and denied to give solutions.                                       I am Chandra Mohan Reddy owning Activa bought on 02 Mar 2014 at Fortune motors, Secunderabad.the engine no-jf50ET029577 . I a which is m an ex-serviceman having expierience of 9 years in electrical side and most of the times during servicing we usually share knowledge with mechanical people .i took my vehicle for servicing everytime to fortune motors only because i worked there as asst service manager for 5 months later i got govt job and left it.Recently .They give very good service.This time i specifically mentioned for low mileage and accordingly they changed spark plug, Air filter.Even after changing my vehicle gives only 30 kmpl.On 30 nov 2015 again i took it now my vehicle 20 kmpl.on servicing side they gives me excellent service and no comments .I think the engine is of very low quality. Yesterday i put 3.04 ltrs of petrol for Rs 200/- which covered 70 kms only that to cantonment area where the traffic is less and it came to same position before i put 3.04 ltrs position . My request is how are you going to improve my vehicles mileage.This you have to redress very quickly before my pocket is going to be empty.I reiterate that fortune has given me good service and i feel it is with the engine only.
