      I Brought CB Shine TS 08 EN 5259 on 14 OCT 2015 from AutoFin Hona, Saraswatinagar, Uppal, HYderabad.If speed cross 50 Km, engine vibrations are heavy and even Break Pedal also.i can't foot rest on Break due to heavy vibrations.serviced 2 times still problem not rectified.please help me to fix the issue by showroom.         Hi..this is Arun.. I like Honda Honda two Wheeler bike before taking CBR 150r. I took CBR 150r second hand bike 2014 model this bike runs only 3000 km its like new bike but this bike pickup, mailage, suspension and lot off vebratin between 50 to 60 speed this is very very bad... it's not comparing to any 110 r 125cc bike it's not 150 cc bike this bike moving like 100cc bike... please give me a good suggestion what to do this bike..can I sell it r there is any solution...please let me ASAP..thanks

          Dear Sir I Mohit sonawane have purchased Honda unicorn 160 bike on August 23rd 2015 having bike number MH02 EB 3234 and within one month i have noticed that bike is not giving current meter reading i.e empty indicator even if petrol is there, compressor of bike has gone bad and bike is not getting started and there is problem in braking system. I have highlighted all this problem to dealer during servicing of bike but same is not addressed and some or other excuse is given. Company is not ready to accept that is defect in the bike and nor ready to repair the problem highlighted. I want company to replace the vehicle immediately or repair all issues highlighted as i have already wasted my one month time in complianing and running after dealer to resolve the same but received poor response rather intentionally ignored me. I never expected such pathetic service from honda company and its dealer. Request to address problem as mentioned above to resolve immediately and take harsh action against company and dealer Regards Mohit [protected]

            My sister purchased Aviator on 3.7.2015, from Radhe Shyam Aoto, Visakhapatnam, vide Invoice no. 15IN01692. The battery is fully dead. It is Amaron make with no. BAE0116F504218. They did not give warranty card at the time of delivering vehicle. When approached now, they say that the company has nothing to do with battery and that they fitted the battery on their own while delivering vehicle. They say that it would take minimum two to three days to process warranty, after returning battery and papers. Now I am left without battery causing great mental and financial hardship. Why dealer is not giving card for battery at the time of delivery? Why company is allowing dealers to fit a battery of their choice?

              Sir I RAJENDRA WAKCHAURE purchased a vehicle from Pimpalgaon(B.) Tal.Niphad, dist.Nasik(M.S.) @ Rs.67000/- by cash on 7th. November 2015.but the cost ot of same vehicle is Rs. 64500/- at District place Nasik. Pimpalgaon is a Grampanchayat place.Please provide actual cost of above said vehicle at pimpalgaon (B.)

                I book a honda activa on 3rd november 2015 at gagan wings honda kharadi pune maharashtra at the time of booking sale person told me that i will get vehicle on 11th November 2015 on that i went there with all papers and balance money that time he told stock is not available then he told he will give vehicle on 23rd November 2015. on 23rd November 2015 i called him for vehicle he told still stock is not available he is keep draging pls do the needful my contact no is [protected]

                  Hi, I have purchased new Honda CB Shine bike from Ganpati Honda dealer . But instead of getting right product I got fault product. I am very dissatisfied . There are some problems in bike . I have complained four times but it is still unresolved . In new bike such type of problem should not present . Problems are- -regarding starting and riding . -some mimic noise are coming -third gear are getting stuck some times . Honda such a big company should consider the value of time, money and effort of customer . I should get discount on such a fault product or replaced it with with right product .Please do needful as I got frustrated by giving time to service center and taxi fare when my bike get stuck in service center in Ganpati Honda(Gurgaon, Haryana, India). Below are the details- Invoice no-15IN05453 Booking no-BO83005 Engine no-JC65E70298618 Date of purchasing- 19/09/15 I have sent mail on 6th Nov 2015 regarding problem to Honda and also registered complaint in phone, but no response coming from Honda till now.                     I have purchased a Bike (Honda CBR 250R) on May 20th 2015 from Maximus Honda in Hyderabad. Below are my complaints. 1) Bike tends to heat up very fast, i have faced this issue right on day 1 as soon as i took the delivery.I spoke with the showroom person at the same moment and they asked me to get the bike and i went there the next day, they mentioned as it is a new bike it will heat and in the next few days u will barely find the Heating issue. But the heating Issue never stopped i still feel the heat, its very worse and the heat even comes till the Riders seat and its been 6 months till now and the same issue repeats and moreover i visit Pratul Honda service center (Begumpet) very frequently. 2) I had a long Drive on the 10th day after purchasing the bike, and found the bike is making some different noise and also it was vibrating as soon as we crossed 79 KMPH speed. Does that make sense? purchasing a bike worth 1, 82, 000 Rs and going at a speed of 75 KMPH, i bought it to the notice several times but no one rectified it i guess i have visited 8-9 times so far for this two issues. The worse part is i recently i.e., 8th Nov'15 i had a long drive and when i crossed a speed of 69 KMPH i am getting noise and vibrations as if i was driving a 100 CC vehicle. I got a call for Recall of Starter Relay which i took it to same service center, they have not replaced it now the bike engine is getting off while on a speed of 40-50 kms. I gave my bike for service on 13th and gave them a brief information about the problems also informed them that to clear all the problems no matter how many days it will take for the delivery and i am getting a call today saying the Disc pads got damaged and need to replace it due to which you are getting sound while on that speeds, why wasn't this informed me earlier when i have informed them about the Issue earlier it self.

                      I bought a Honda unicorn befour 8 monthes. abhi mere bike me self start ka problem last 20 dino se aa raha hai, Honda ke authorizes service center boriwali e daulat nagar, me battery problem hai bataya on 1/11/15, lekin abhi tak mera problem sowle nahi huwa, roj naya naya bahana bana rahe hai, venetian service center wale Honda me bhi complaint kiya hai no; Q337578, waha se bhi koi response nahi mil raha

                        About two months back, we have given the defective bike battery to the service center (Pearl Honda - Tuticorin) for claiming the warranty. And still now we didn't get any replacement/solution/proper response from the concern Dealer. Its Disappointing us to use the new bike without battery for more than two month and still not getting the solution. Hence i wish to escalate this concern to the respective authorities to look into this matter on HIGH PRIORITY and give us the solution as soon as possible. Thanks, D.Dharani Raj, +91-[protected].

                          Hello, I name is Ashish and I recently visited to one of Honda showroom "21 Honda" located in Sakinaka Mumbai. I booked the bike and paid them 40K as cash and asked them to take the remaining balance from my Card. They said we will charge 2% extra on any card transaction as we have to pay the Bank. I tried to get more details about the same so came to know that this 2% is nothing but the service charge that merchant is liable to pay to the bank. I called up bank and checked with them and they also said the same thing. I visited the RBI site where it is clearly mentioned that any Merchant can't charge customer anything extra on top of the actual amount. No matter if its a Debit card or Credit card usage. I showed the same document to the Honda manager and he clearly said that "I don't care what RBI says, If you want to use the card then you have to pay 2% extra" and then denied to deliver the bike. I request you to please look into this matter as this is just not about money but the way this merchants try to fool the customers. This is for all the customers to know those who have paid or willing to buy anything and the retailer or merchant is asking for 2% extra. THIS 2% IS SUPPOSED TO BE BEAR BY MERCHANT AND NOT BY CUSTOMER. Thanks, Ashish Singh

                            KMS covered - 13000 for 3 years of age.

                            Up to my knowledge - Honda CB shine is not a bike it is a motor fitted Indian cycle.

                            i purchased my Honda CB shine 2 wheeler 3 yrs back. since i purchased so much issues.

                            1. Mileage issue - while purchasing they committed that vehicle will give 72 km per liter through advertisement but in actual (on highway with single person sitting) it is not even giving more than 56 km per liter.

                            2. silver / Chrome platting gone - On handle bar silver coating went away, exactly after 16 months of age, they told there is no warranty for that. (For paints and silver coating non written warranty period is 1 year as per their oral policy)

                            3. Bolts nut Rusting - all the bolts and nuts are rusted after 18 months, no quality they are keeping.

                            4. Skidding - it is horrible, At rainy season or if small water layer is present on road then, i am not able to use the my brake on the above two environment, then vehicle will skid.

                            5. Horrible vehicle vibration - while driving for long root ( say 25 kms ) continuously so much vibration on Thigh.

                            7. 4 times rear red light bulb has changed & one time side indicator bulb changed for 11, 000 kms coverage.

                            It is a horrible design of Honda. still i am enjoying because i am not riding on bike i am riding on cycle it is my thought.

                              My bike(cbr 150r) which was given on 21 oct to apple honda.at ajwa road vadodara and returned on 27 oct during these days they didn't even done any service despite of have proper part and they kept saying part is not available and being imported. when i personally inquired on the 27 oct at service stations part was already available which they didn't able to find during last 4-5 days. They fitted it on the spot. Even store manager insulated me for their misconduct. I hope (honda two wheeler india) may take notice of that and try not to harass their costumer only to make money.

                                  Hello, i am and my vehicle had an accident and we have submitted our vehicle to nearest Honda service center for repair, insurance person is done with his inspection, still the service centre guys are says we do not have the parts available you need to wait for 2 weaks, is that really possible that one need to submit his vehical at authorized service centre for 2 weaks for parts. if the authorized dealer do not have the parts available than who has this part.                                     RESPECTED SIR, Hearwith inform to you sir, i went bye honda activa 3G to honda 2wheeler dealer situated in PANVEL.(Sharayu 2 wheelers pvt, ltd).Booking activa at 28/08/2015, excutive said one month waiting, after one i went to dealer shop then again one month waiting paying near half amount (26000Rs.), They give delivery date, 02/11/2015.I went take scooter on that date.they again told me, ''when i will call you, then you come''. This type behaviour shown by thei staff, when you pay extra money then they give 2 wheeler imideately.like mentaly harasement done by staff. Take some correctve action against dealer staff.next person should not suffer like me, Regards, TUTESHWAR

                                      I have complain to honda my complain no is-Q326681 And i have purchase the bike nears Dealer OM Honda(Obra) he don't give me Extended Warranty And he also accepting on his Fault.but if Honda Care not solve my problem I go to Nearest Consumer Forum and tell all thing and also Advertising on my location trough flex method Emailing NEw spaper etc... Don't purchase Honda2Wheeler bike all Dealer Are cheater .and dont purchase Honda bike thnku Honda Cheater Company
