Hello, i am and my vehicle had an accident and we have submitted our vehicle to nearest Honda service center for repair, insurance person is done with his inspection, still the service centre guys are says we do not have the parts available you need to wait for 2 weaks, is that really possible that one need to submit his vehical at authorized service centre for 2 weaks for parts. if the authorized dealer do not have the parts available than who has this part.     RESPECTED SIR, Hearwith inform to you sir, i went bye honda activa 3G to honda 2wheeler dealer situated in PANVEL.(Sharayu 2 wheelers pvt, ltd).Booking activa at 28/08/2015, excutive said one month waiting, after one i went to dealer shop then again one month waiting paying near half amount (26000Rs.), They give delivery date, 02/11/2015.I went take scooter on that date.they again told me, ''when i will call you, then you come''. This type behaviour shown by thei staff, when you pay extra money then they give 2 wheeler imideately.like mentaly harasement done by staff. Take some correctve action against dealer staff.next person should not suffer like me, Regards, TUTESHWAR

      I have complain to honda my complain no is-Q326681 And i have purchase the bike nears Dealer OM Honda(Obra) he don't give me Extended Warranty And he also accepting on his Fault.but if Honda Care not solve my problem I go to Nearest Consumer Forum and tell all thing and also Advertising on my location trough flex method Emailing NEw spaper etc... Don't purchase Honda2Wheeler bike all Dealer Are cheater .and dont purchase Honda bike thnku Honda Cheater Company

        Bought Honda Actiiva 3g last week and we had to pay extra paisa for many mandatory fittings like foot rest for pillion passenger. Does the scooter comes from factory without basic features or is it the dealers play, since they get more profit from accessories sale / service etc.

          I took delivery of Activa on 14th Oct 2015 around 7PM When they gave a demo during delivery on how to start and use the vehicle, the activa was not starting for almost 15 minutes. Then, they some how started and said that, the vehicle was idle for 6 hours and it will be ok as you start using it. 15th oct 15, 2nd day, Again it had a starting issue and it started after making around 15 attempts. I drove 20 kms and no issues. 16th Oct 15, 3rd day, as usual, it had problem in starting. Once started, after 0.5 kms it stalled and stopped. It refused to start again. After multiple tries, it started again. It stopped whenever I slowed down for the speed breakers. After that I drove for 10 minutes and reached the destination. After 30 minutes idle, I attempted to start and again it refused to start. After multiple attempts, I gave up and called the KUN Honda to send a mechanic. In the mean time, I started pushing and walking. After 10 minutes, I attempted to start. It started and stopped after 1 km and I started started again . It struggled and started and reached home. After reaching home, KUN Hunda mechanics came and drove the vehicle and they said, everything looks ok. Trusting them, again I took the vehicle to office and after 5 hours, while returning back home, it had the same issue. I am very upset and frustrated with the vehicle. I had so much hope on Honda vehicle and it has been crushed now. I need KUN Honda to replace the vehicle. I drove 120Kms at the end of 3 day (48 hours of ownership)

            Sai Point -Honda dealer near Amber hotel, Kausa-Mumbra 431602 is not ready to sell ACTIVA3G without ACCESSORIES, though i wished to buy it on cash, is this the way sales is done or customers are being exploited???? if this is case with pre-sales i just fear to imagine the post sales service You get the product in a SINGLE day if you buy with ACCESSORIES, but if you insist the same without accessories than A WAITING PERIOD of 3months is stated? is UN-availability of stock/scarcity planned to let the dealers deal as per their fanciesor HONDA doesn't have a COMPETENT PLANNING TEAM to forecast for the FESTIVE SEASONS. If this is the way HONDA sells, than people must think twice before they invest in HONDA shares.                 Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased Activa Honda 3G two wheeler from "Forturne Motors Pvt ltd." show room, Naredmet X Road, RK Puram, MG Road, Secunderabad on[protected]. Their phone numbers are [protected], [protected]. From the day one I've complaining to them that body is vibrating while riding and tyres are stuck too. When I went to them and informed the same, they just serviced it. It went well for a day or two, but again it all started. Having used the vehicle about one week I find starting trouble and hard movement of the vehicle. In-spite of 2 services till now, the said problems are not solved by the service dealer till yet. When I asked them to look closely and check correctly, they told me there might be some problem in the clutch. They are keeping the bike for a day for service. But after a day or two, the same thing is happening. Even I had a word with Sale person over there. He advised me to get a service from any local service centre near to my area. Now, why the hell shall I go to any other service centre (other than Honda) when it's a Honda bike and when I still eligible for free services. Even, service manager couldn't do much at this matter. I purchased Honda Activa 3G, thinking about the brand "Honda" and it's popularity, but now I'm very sorry to say that because of your poor services, I would NEVER suggest anyone (my friends and family) to buy any bikes from Honda Company. It's just been 4 months and I'm struggling a lot to get it repaired properly. Hope you will take immediate action in this regard. According to the manager of service station bike is not in starting condition.so, my grievances are that it may be manufacturing /technical problem arose due to technical problem right from the beginning i.e manufacturing defects. I was promised that I will receive a call back from concerned team within 2-3 days which unfortunately didn't happen. After regularly following up with your customer support number, I got a call on approx 16th August 2015 i.e after 5 days from your concerned team near about 4:45PM regarding this concern, and while the conversation happened your advisor put be on hold and when she came back from hold the call got disconnected and no one gave me call back on this, and when i call back on customer care to inform this thing I came to know that the official timings are 10AM to 5PM. And then again after giving calls to your customer support people on daily basis, I got call from one of your agent on 25 August 15. Finally our demands are that replace my bike whatever cost today with other bike with same price. Further, other option may be if company willing to repair the same at companies responsibilities & all repair cost paid by Honda company. Honda 2 Wheelers India Today was a very good experience and fun while riding your Honda CBR250R I got it towed from another vehicle till my home because the bike is not in starting even and it was kept in service center DHINGRA HONDA, PEERAGARHI for above a month with the problem of starting, and the condition like this(Pictures attached). and when i asked why it is in a situation like this service center people informed that they have to open engine of the vehicle, and that motorcycle called mini sport bike has only run 17000 kms and i guess Honda Vehicles are not trustworthy enough. And when i asked help from Honda customer support they refused to get the vehicle repaired, because its running 17000 kms and they even close the tickets without even responding to their customers.And when you call them they say they will respond in 3 working days and which they actually don't. When i got my vehicle towed till service service center, after checking completely(as mentioned by them which i doubt) guys refused to repair the vehicle because the only problem they think is in the engine of the vehicle and also they kept by bike in mint condition as we can see. and when i asked them that please get my vehicle serviced they even refused to do so. And that is what expected from Honda till now. Its been a month that they are least bothered to respond as they care about money not satisfying their customers. If they are so much confident about their product and bother about their customers which i hardly found, they should help me getting my vehicle repaired.                       Dear Sir, I am facing a lots of problem in my Honda Shine "RJ27 SY0720" since last 6 to 8 month. 1) steering problem " I have change the CON SET "Kitdisc Clutch Friction" on dated[protected] at your authorized service center "Lakecity Honda Service Center" Udaipur after that lots of time i visited your authorized service center & complain regarding this but my problem is not resolve till yet. 2) Break shoe & air filter Problem " I have a complain for break shoe & air filter on dated[protected], they replaced the break shoe & air filter that day[protected] but still the break was not working & at on another servicing dated[protected] as i have mentioned to the supervisor regarding my break issue & air filter issue & instead of resolving the issue, again they just changed the break shoe & air filter, since then i am suffering with same issue so I just wanted to know that on servicing of dated[protected] as per according to your service center supervisor, I have changed the shoe break once but at next servicing also they change the same so please clarify me that why I had to pay twice for the same issue. & is not resolve yet also. & when I have asked them for my replaced parts he denied to give the same.                         This is Vijay Kumar residing in KGF. I have purchased a Honda activa in KGF Honda Branch last year. Vehicle Number:-KA08S5689 But the vehicle had lot of problems in the intial few months itself. With in 6 months after purchasing the bike I have been into the service station more than 15 times. Every time they do some repair and one day the vehicle will be good again the same problem starts. Once when i asked the service guy regarding this he did raise is voice saying that take the vehicle and out it inside we will give after 3days. The way they spoke I got irritated and I spoke to there manager also. After that incident also they told tht they will solve the issue and i left my vehicle there for almost a week.. Till now I face the same problem with my bike.

                          I own a Honda unicorn 160 with registration no. WB12 AH 9878. Bought it with hard cash in March. In last 4 months I have complaint about three major defects of starting problem and pick up issue, this bike almost killed me as it stopps anytime anywhere in running mode. Mr Sanjoy kumar Patodia from Aradhna Honda at shivpur in Howrah Maidan area, yelled at me cause I called him more than once and he said "yes I am yelling at you, you are not suppose to call and disturb me". I found his no from hinda2wheelersindia.com. This instance reported is on 3rd September and the bike is still in workshop, they are saying that some CDI part is bad and needs replacement, which is not available. A brand new bike has life taking faults and Honda is not responding to complsubs online or on FB. Can anyone help me. My contact no. is [protected]

                            SIR I have got no resolution from service center till today. and my complaint closed without resolve .So please try to resolution problem. There is no qualti in Shahjahanpur (Utter Pradesh) service center because the my bike meter cover & visor of my bike is damage for one month which is not available here. I came here daily for this so the Manager & worker talk to ruddly and don't provide me proper information .So please take action your service staff strictly and reply also try to solve my problem as soon as posible thanks my contect number [protected]

                                    Dear Team, This is to inform you that i have Purchase Honda CB shine on 30th Jan'15. on 14th Aug'15. my bike got stop on the way and unable to start . after that i have reached to HOnda service Centre (ABSOLUTE HONDA) MAHIPALPUR DELHI. 1st time service manager said CDI unit is not working. then he said start plate not working and now they are saying some wire get short and we are unable to find out the wire. since 14th Aug'15 bike is with ABSOLUTE HONDA SERVICE CENTRE . I am suffering daily problem but there is no response from Honda. Thanks & Regards Nalin

                                      Mene 1st free service karvai thi uske bad Mere activa ka chipiya band ho gaya aur workshop me batane jata hu to bolte he sb thik he.. For mene garragevale se bat ki to bola chipiya band Hi he..uske bad workshopwalo ne ye accept kiya k chalo problem he did bhi aaj tak vo thik nai kr pae vo problem aur zuth pe zuth bolte he k kr diya hmne & very very poor & irresponsible service
