Myself Manish khushlani son of Sh.Bhagwandass khushlani resident of B/6/61, SEC-7, Rohini, Delhi-85, I hereby give you proper details for Honda bike that subject to the purchase of Honda bike having model no-CBR-250 from first party RAHUL r/0516/1-Q.N-5, MANI RAM MARG BHOTHANAL SHAHADARA hereby given to you, the said person has agreed to purchase the above said bike from the first owner Rahul on 29.08.2013 through proper sell letter signed by both the parties in the presence witnesses . his vehicle bearing the registration no-DL-6SAH-3656, ENGINE NO-MC42E0009296Chasis no-ME4MC421HB8005961.Manish has purchased the vehicle from Rahul for a consideration of Rs.1, 00, 000/ only The facts of my problems are as following— 1. Rahul purchased the vehicle from J.B.Motors Pvt. Ltd., Jandewalan, Delhi on Dt:[protected]. 1 2. After some times the said bike purchased by Manish khushlani on[protected] 3. The main problems arose when said bike reached at your service station named as Dhingra automobile K-54, Udyog Nagar, Peeragarhi Chowk, Main Najafgarh Road, Peeragarhi, Delhi – 110015. 4. According to the manager of service station bike is not in starting condition.so, my grievances are that it may be manufacturing /technical problem arose due to technical problem right from the beginning i.e manufacturing defects. I already have launched the complain regarding all these thing to your respective team by dialling[protected] on 10th August 2015 and was provided with complaint number Q299704. I was promised that I will receive a call back from concerned team within 2-3 days which unfortunately didn't happen. After regularly following up with your customer support number, I got a call on approx 16th August 2015 i.e after 5 days from your concerned team near about 4:45PM regarding this concern, and while the conversation happened your advisor put be on hold and when she came back from hold the call got disconnected and no one gave me call back on this, and when i call back on customer care to inform this thing I came to know that the official timings are 10AM to 5PM. And then again after giving calls to your customer support people on daily basis, I got call from one of your agent on 25 August 15. Finally our demands are that replace my bike whatever cost today with other bike with same price. Further, other option may be if company willing to repair the same at companies responsibilities & all repair cost paid by Honda company. Honda 2 Wheelers India Today was a very good experience and fun while riding your Honda CBR250R I got it towed from another vehicle till my home because the bike is not in starting even and it was kept in service center DHINGRA HONDA, PEERAGARHI for above a month with the problem of starting, and the condition like this(Pictures attached). and when i asked why it is in a situation like this service center people informed that they have to open engine of the vehicle, and that motorcycle called mini sport bike has only run 17000 kms and i guess Honda Vehicles are not trustworthy enough. And when i asked help from Honda customer support they refused to get the vehicle repaired, because its running 17000 kms and they even close the tickets without even responding to their customers.And when you call them they say they will respond in 3 working days and which they actually don't. When i got my vehicle towed till service service center, after checking completely(as mentioned by them which i doubt) guys refused to repair the vehicle because the only problem they think is in the engine of the vehicle and also they kept by bike in mint condition as we can see. and when i asked them that please get my vehicle serviced they even refused to do so. And that is what expected from Honda till now. Its been a month that they are least bothered to respond as they care about money not satisfying their customers. If they are so much confident about their product and bother about their customers which i hardly found, they should help me getting my vehicle repaired.     Dear Sir, I am facing a lots of problem in my Honda Shine "RJ27 SY0720" since last 6 to 8 month. 1) steering problem " I have change the CON SET "Kitdisc Clutch Friction" on dated[protected] at your authorized service center "Lakecity Honda Service Center" Udaipur after that lots of time i visited your authorized service center & complain regarding this but my problem is not resolve till yet. 2) Break shoe & air filter Problem " I have a complain for break shoe & air filter on dated[protected], they replaced the break shoe & air filter that day[protected] but still the break was not working & at on another servicing dated[protected] as i have mentioned to the supervisor regarding my break issue & air filter issue & instead of resolving the issue, again they just changed the break shoe & air filter, since then i am suffering with same issue so I just wanted to know that on servicing of dated[protected] as per according to your service center supervisor, I have changed the shoe break once but at next servicing also they change the same so please clarify me that why I had to pay twice for the same issue. & is not resolve yet also. & when I have asked them for my replaced parts he denied to give the same.       This is Vijay Kumar residing in KGF. I have purchased a Honda activa in KGF Honda Branch last year. Vehicle Number:-KA08S5689 But the vehicle had lot of problems in the intial few months itself. With in 6 months after purchasing the bike I have been into the service station more than 15 times. Every time they do some repair and one day the vehicle will be good again the same problem starts. Once when i asked the service guy regarding this he did raise is voice saying that take the vehicle and out it inside we will give after 3days. The way they spoke I got irritated and I spoke to there manager also. After that incident also they told tht they will solve the issue and i left my vehicle there for almost a week.. Till now I face the same problem with my bike.

        I own a Honda unicorn 160 with registration no. WB12 AH 9878. Bought it with hard cash in March. In last 4 months I have complaint about three major defects of starting problem and pick up issue, this bike almost killed me as it stopps anytime anywhere in running mode. Mr Sanjoy kumar Patodia from Aradhna Honda at shivpur in Howrah Maidan area, yelled at me cause I called him more than once and he said "yes I am yelling at you, you are not suppose to call and disturb me". I found his no from hinda2wheelersindia.com. This instance reported is on 3rd September and the bike is still in workshop, they are saying that some CDI part is bad and needs replacement, which is not available. A brand new bike has life taking faults and Honda is not responding to complsubs online or on FB. Can anyone help me. My contact no. is [protected]

          SIR I have got no resolution from service center till today. and my complaint closed without resolve .So please try to resolution problem. There is no qualti in Shahjahanpur (Utter Pradesh) service center because the my bike meter cover & visor of my bike is damage for one month which is not available here.                   Dear Team, This is to inform you that i have Purchase Honda CB shine on 30th Jan'15. on 14th Aug'15. my bike got stop on the way and unable to start . after that i have reached to HOnda service Centre (ABSOLUTE HONDA) MAHIPALPUR DELHI. 1st time service manager said CDI unit is not working. then he said start plate not working and now they are saying some wire get short and we are unable to find out the wire. since 14th Aug'15 bike is with ABSOLUTE HONDA SERVICE CENTRE . I am suffering daily problem but there is no response from Honda. Thanks & Regards Nalin

                      Hi, Are you into another business of hiring goons in your service centres so that you get extract money from petty customers? If so, I was not aware of that. This is regarding my bike servicing at Vaishnoi Honda, Kothaguda, Hyderabad, India. Never in my dreams, was such an experience expected from Honda. Is this the reward you give for being loyal to Honda? My whole family has Honda 2 wheelers and after experiencing the quality and comfort I too had opted for New Honda Activa 3g. But, now I repent after the type of service I faced. I had given my new bike for 1st service to Vaishnoi Honda, after the service there were scratches all around the clique. I kept my calm and brought it to the notice of the team. I was told that I can bring the bike on my next service and they would paint it since it is their mistake. After a month, when I went for second service the person who promised me had left the job by that time. I showed them my service paper and asked them to do the painting on the clique. They said that they will do the paining only one clique and not both. I told them, that the scratches were there on both the cliques. The customer manager called “Jaya Simha” said “you have damaged the bike own your own and now have come to us to get the painting to be done for free. Those words made me stunned!! I mean what kind of statement is that? Now, you have started blaming customers for fault of your own. Why does not Honda opens up another business line where you can loot people by lying and attacking and saying whatever you want to. Such, nuisance is a clear question on quality of recruitment and customer valuation. There is another story to it against the senior manager.                         Hi, I brought a Honda activa two years back from KRISHNA HONDA, LUDHIANA and paid for two accessories which i was supposed to get afterwards HIGH BEAM LIGHT AUTO DOWN (1500) AND SECURITY NUMBER PLATES (150) but till date i didn't received. After conservation with owner, " That we are not responsible for this as both item was earlier necessary but not now" And on asking for refund they said it was a government fees not ours.

                          I bought a Honda Dio in August 2014 from Orange Honda, Tolichowki Hyderabad. Even at the time of purchase, they were trying to sell all accessories as mandatory purchase. When threatened with complaint, they agreed to sell only required accessories. One of the accessories they sold was the Front Bumper Guard. But, this bumper guard is only suitable for Honda Activa models and doesn't really fit in Honda Dio. In the first week after purchase, due to the loose fitting it had fallen down. I took it to Orange Honda and the mechanic told me in confidence that this bumper guard shouldn't be fitter in Dio but the company just does it to sell more. On 3rd August 2015, Monday, it again fell down in front of my tire as I was riding in front of a busy junction and I was badly injured. Some compensation for the injury would be good but I also want strict action against dealers who sell unsuitable accessories which is dangerous.

                            Hi, My bike honda trigger has been damaged in slip and fall 2 months ago ..after 1 week i went to Orange honda Service center at Tolichowki for getting repair through insurance coverage. As the parts are not readily available i have ordered parts through spare parts center in the same authorised service center. Its 2 months still am getting weird response from the service center..every week am going the service center to know whether the parts i got...but every week thy telling different reasons and escaping from the situation...i really fedup with the kind of response they giving for me..i finally came to decision not to take Honda bikes because of such worst customer response. please response to my problem ..contact me on : [protected]@yahoo.com

Delare was misbheve my father . And not yet respones mr.Paresh govinds and his is give to very bad words. Please this problem solve . And i hope you you solve taht

                                My self Ajay Jain I have purchase a new scooty ACTIVA 3G Registration No. is DL5SBX1946 with your extreme empire well known as Rajendra Honda. They also sale me insurance of bharti axa General Insurance Company Private Limited. with 0% dep. and Cash Less facility I have also paid extra amount for being this policy cashless i have all proofs. Policy No. is FTW/S3313530/11/03/003652 My vehicle get dent on back right side from truck at[protected] at 2.00 PM I went to Rajindra Honda that is situated in Shop No 17, A Block, DSIDC, Jhilmil Industrial Area, Delhi - 110093 for my Insurance claim i have fullfill all documentation that they required from my side after that they told me that it is not in cash less facility. i have request so many time and warn also that it is sale by your side with cash less facility but all try is totally fail. i the last i meet with parvesh sir (owner of rajendra honda) they told me clearly that wil not done in cash less facility. i have to pay said amount in cash mode now i want to know that it is fraud or not they sale me cash less facility against of 199 rs. they also give me a slip for it. but after sale service they told me " NAGI HOGA CASH LESS AAP CHAHE TO CASE KAR SAKTE HAIN HAMARE ALREADY BHOOT CASE CONSUMER COURT AND CIVIL COURT MAIN CHA RAHE HAI AAPKA BAD JAYEGA TO KOI FARK NAHI PADTA" now i m going to file the case in consumer court and civil suit also for 420. I HOPE I WILL GET TOTALLY HELP IS THIS CASE FOR FIGHT FOR MY RIGHT Policy No. is FTW/S3313530/11/03/003652 I am ALSO registered member of consumer voice with registration no. 2151 that is a well known consumer forum in delhi.                                   Dear sir/madam

                                  This regarding an activa. I purchased an activated on 1st of Aug from Sree Vishnupriya sales, Vizag madhurwada.It was a Saturday. It was matter of around 2 hours, the whole process was
                                  completed. It was around 7:30 in the evening whenI took the delivery. So it was dark by then. The
                                  colour of the scooter is grey. It was washed and given to me for delivery.
                                  My apartment is hardly 200 mtrs from the showroom. I drove to a nearby petrol bunk for petrol and then kept in the apartment. I have been driving vehicle since 20 years.
                                  I believed the persons in showroom while delivery was given. As was dark outside these were small dent and Scratches in the lower side were not visible and its a grey colour vehicle.

                                  The next day Sunday morning I found the dents visible clearly and the scratch on the lower part of the scooter. As it was Sunday the showroom was closed. So I went to them on Monday leaving my office. They returned me saying our manager is not there you come afterwards. I went on Tuesday evening. The persons say our GM is not there you come on Wednesday. Its almost 4 days still the showroom persons are not serious about the thing. It seems they are trying to push things.

                                  I am a law abiding citizen, and honest citizen. In fact on the day of purchase I supposed to give Rs 64907. But the manager counted it as Rs 64000 twice. But I forcibly told him to count properly and gave home the correct amount.

                                  I feel the showroom peoples are simply trying to get away from it. I am loyal customer of Honda since 2003.We had activa then and now also we own a aviator. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Honda.

                                  It feels very bad for me that i am treated in this way after purchasing a vehicle from Honda.
                                  Is this the service provided by the peoples? If i have paid the complete amount why should i take dented vehicle ?
                                  I am very upset with this. I was delivered the vehicle with dents and scratches in the evening time.
                                  I want a solution to it. Why should I pay for a dented vehicle. Kindly do the needful.
                                  I have not performed the puja yet for the vehicles too do the reason. Nor I am not driving the vehicle too.

                                  After my experience over many years on Honda and surveying other vehicles i opted for Honda vehicle. But is this the treatment i get after keeping my faith on Honda vehicle sales.
                                  I am very unhappy with this.

                                  Kindly look into the matter. I am very upset with this.
                                  I am goimg to pu this into consumer court if at all i dont get any solution on this.

                                    I took bike 1 year ago till my bike not get registered. Dealar gave me bogus number when I recalled they not respond me well. my bike running is now 12000 km now it's too late to passing. Now I want my money back. I want to return this bike to dealar. Main dealer and sub dealar blaming to each other. Now I m deciding to make police case. I want my money back by returning this bike...

                                        first service was denied as time barred.i book the honda dio(TN 43 F3415, free copn-358856) on 14.02.15 and paid rs.40000/-(chandra honda, ooty dealer, vani vilas )the vehicle was booked in my on 16.02.15 and i took the vehicle on 26.02.15 and the balance amount was paid . when contacted for first service they told after riding 350 km u bring the vehicle.on 18.07.15 i sent the vehicle for first service they told time barred for first service.and only second service is possible.i was told if they do the first service, it will be a loss to the company. and the owner of the vehicle was fooleddddd.Their service to customer is not fare. kindly look into the matter
