Hi, Are you into another business of hiring goons in your service centres so that you get extract money from petty customers? If so, I was not aware of that. This is regarding my bike servicing at Vaishnoi Honda, Kothaguda, Hyderabad, India. Never in my dreams, was such an experience expected from Honda. Is this the reward you give for being loyal to Honda? My whole family has Honda 2 wheelers and after experiencing the quality and comfort I too had opted for New Honda Activa 3g. But, now I repent after the type of service I faced. I had given my new bike for 1st service to Vaishnoi Honda, after the service there were scratches all around the clique. I kept my calm and brought it to the notice of the team. I was told that I can bring the bike on my next service and they would paint it since it is their mistake. After a month, when I went for second service the person who promised me had left the job by that time. I showed them my service paper and asked them to do the painting on the clique. They said that they will do the paining only one clique and not both. I told them, that the scratches were there on both the cliques. The customer manager called “Jaya Simha” said “you have damaged the bike own your own and now have come to us to get the painting to be done for free. Those words made me stunned!! I mean what kind of statement is that? Now, you have started blaming customers for fault of your own. Why does not Honda opens up another business line where you can loot people by lying and attacking and saying whatever you want to. Such, nuisance is a clear question on quality of recruitment and customer valuation. There is another story to it against the senior manager.     Hi, I brought a Honda activa two years back from KRISHNA HONDA, LUDHIANA and paid for two accessories which i was supposed to get afterwards HIGH BEAM LIGHT AUTO DOWN (1500) AND SECURITY NUMBER PLATES (150) but till date i didn't received. After conservation with owner, " That we are not responsible for this as both item was earlier necessary but not now" And on asking for refund they said it was a government fees not ours.

      I bought a Honda Dio in August 2014 from Orange Honda, Tolichowki Hyderabad. Even at the time of purchase, they were trying to sell all accessories as mandatory purchase. When threatened with complaint, they agreed to sell only required accessories. One of the accessories they sold was the Front Bumper Guard. But, this bumper guard is only suitable for Honda Activa models and doesn't really fit in Honda Dio. In the first week after purchase, due to the loose fitting it had fallen down. I took it to Orange Honda and the mechanic told me in confidence that this bumper guard shouldn't be fitter in Dio but the company just does it to sell more. On 3rd August 2015, Monday, it again fell down in front of my tire as I was riding in front of a busy junction and I was badly injured. Some compensation for the injury would be good but I also want strict action against dealers who sell unsuitable accessories which is dangerous.

        Hi, My bike honda trigger has been damaged in slip and fall 2 months ago ..after 1 week i went to Orange honda Service center at Tolichowki for getting repair through insurance coverage. As the parts are not readily available i have ordered parts through spare parts center in the same authorised service center. Its 2 months still am getting weird response from the service center..every week am going the service center to know whether the parts i got...but every week thy telling different reasons and escaping from the situation...i really fedup with the kind of response they giving for me..i finally came to decision not to take Honda bikes because of such worst customer response. please response to my problem ..contact me on : [protected]@yahoo.com

            My self Ajay Jain I have purchase a new scooty ACTIVA 3G Registration No. is DL5SBX1946 with your extreme empire well known as Rajendra Honda. They also sale me insurance of bharti axa General Insurance Company Private Limited. with 0% dep. and Cash Less facility I have also paid extra amount for being this policy cashless i have all proofs. Policy No. is FTW/S3313530/11/03/003652 My vehicle get dent on back right side from truck at[protected] at 2.00 PM I went to Rajindra Honda that is situated in Shop No 17, A Block, DSIDC, Jhilmil Industrial Area, Delhi - 110093 for my Insurance claim i have fullfill all documentation that they required from my side after that they told me that it is not in cash less facility. i have request so many time and warn also that it is sale by your side with cash less facility but all try is totally fail. i the last i meet with parvesh sir (owner of rajendra honda) they told me clearly that wil not done in cash less facility. i have to pay said amount in cash mode now i want to know that it is fraud or not they sale me cash less facility against of 199 rs. they also give me a slip for it. but after sale service they told me " NAGI HOGA CASH LESS AAP CHAHE TO CASE KAR SAKTE HAIN HAMARE ALREADY BHOOT CASE CONSUMER COURT AND CIVIL COURT MAIN CHA RAHE HAI AAPKA BAD JAYEGA TO KOI FARK NAHI PADTA" now i m going to file the case in consumer court and civil suit also for 420.               Dear sir/madam

              This regarding an activa. I purchased an activated on 1st of Aug from Sree Vishnupriya sales, Vizag madhurwada.It was a Saturday. It was matter of around 2 hours, the whole process was
              completed. It was around 7:30 in the evening whenI took the delivery. So it was dark by then. The
              colour of the scooter is grey. It was washed and given to me for delivery.
              My apartment is hardly 200 mtrs from the showroom. I drove to a nearby petrol bunk for petrol and then kept in the apartment. I have been driving vehicle since 20 years.
              I believed the persons in showroom while delivery was given. As was dark outside these were small dent and Scratches in the lower side were not visible and its a grey colour vehicle.

              The next day Sunday morning I found the dents visible clearly and the scratch on the lower part of the scooter. As it was Sunday the showroom was closed. So I went to them on Monday leaving my office. They returned me saying our manager is not there you come afterwards. I went on Tuesday evening. The persons say our GM is not there you come on Wednesday. Its almost 4 days still the showroom persons are not serious about the thing. It seems they are trying to push things.

              I am a law abiding citizen, and honest citizen. In fact on the day of purchase I supposed to give Rs 64907. But the manager counted it as Rs 64000 twice. But I forcibly told him to count properly and gave home the correct amount.

              I feel the showroom peoples are simply trying to get away from it. I am loyal customer of Honda since 2003.We had activa then and now also we own a aviator. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Honda.

              It feels very bad for me that i am treated in this way after purchasing a vehicle from Honda.
              Is this the service provided by the peoples? If i have paid the complete amount why should i take dented vehicle ?
              I am very upset with this. I was delivered the vehicle with dents and scratches in the evening time.
              I want a solution to it. Why should I pay for a dented vehicle. Kindly do the needful.
              I have not performed the puja yet for the vehicles too do the reason. Nor I am not driving the vehicle too.

              After my experience over many years on Honda and surveying other vehicles i opted for Honda vehicle. But is this the treatment i get after keeping my faith on Honda vehicle sales.
              I am very unhappy with this.

              Kindly look into the matter. I am very upset with this.
              I am goimg to pu this into consumer court if at all i dont get any solution on this.

Dealar gave me bogus number when I recalled they not respond me well. my bike running is now 12000 km now it's too late to passing. Now I want my money back. I want to return this bike to dealar. Main dealer and sub dealar blaming to each other. Now I m deciding to make police case. I want my money back by returning this bike...

                    first service was denied as time barred.i book the honda dio(TN 43 F3415, free copn-358856) on 14.02.15 and paid rs.40000/-(chandra honda, ooty dealer, vani vilas )the vehicle was booked in my on 16.02.15 and i took the vehicle on 26.02.15 and the balance amount was paid . when contacted for first service they told after riding 350 km u bring the vehicle.on 18.07.15 i sent the vehicle for first service they told time barred for first service.and only second service is possible.i was told if they do the first service, it will be a loss to the company. and the owner of the vehicle was fooleddddd.Their service to customer is not fare. kindly look into the matter

                      I bought my honda unicorn at 27-06-14 registered as tn 22 cq 2837 from kun honda adyar, eng no. Kc09e86764861 and chassis no.Me4kc09cfe8754302 . From the beginning my bike had a serious battery problem and compressor problem . Now my bike doesn't start. I keep my bike as a showcase toy for 3 days. It doesn't start . The mechanic said my bike's compressor has blown . I used to give service to honda service center they also didn't say anthying about this. They were mouth shut. What to do now can i make a refund from the showroom from where i bought the bike or i depend on the honda company that it takes the resolution to change the new compressor for my bike .What u r going to do ? . I want an immediate reply if not i will put a case on the highcourt. Mind it .You can call me at my phone no. [protected]

                        I got to know about Honda's billion dollar scam in India based on my recent purchase of Honda Activa 3G from Anand, Gujarat, India (Dealer - Anand Honda). Please also take action against Dealer - Anand Honda, Anand, Gujarat, India. They use to sell oil supplementary without our consumer's concern and use to charge. We are loosing money. Honda offers couple of "Free" services upon purchase on new vehicle. Today when I had my 2 wheeler's 1st "Free" service, I received a bill to pay. They charged me for replacement of Engine oil as well as some supplementary liquids. They did not ask me about addition of supplementary liquids, used them and charged me. Now the main issue is that Based on dealer's employee, it's compulsory to replace engine oil during 1st service and he gave me e.g. that a customer having only 70 km o[censored]sage was being charged for replacement of engine oil during 1st service (that has been arranged in 1 month from purchase as per company rule) just because company think that engine oil will be spoiled (deteriorate) due to generation of tiny metalic particles from movable parts of engine (due to collision in between them). He said all movable metallic parts will generate such ash like material upon initial usage. Now my point is that it's manufacturer's issue if it's parts will be generating such particles initially then they should take care of engine oil exchange during warranty period or at least during 1st service or at least in a condition where they will be forcing consumer (directly or indirectly) to change engine oil even without much more usage of vehicle. This company will be selling millions of bikes and two wheelers every year. As per following link, the sale of 2 wheelers of this company in a single month (April - 2015) was 3, 40, 791 units. 3, 40, 791 x 268 (Engine Oil change charge) = 9, 13, 31, 988 Rs Around 9.13 CRORE in 1 month. If we will count the cheating done by this company till now, then it will be hundreds of crores theft from Indian Consumers' pocket. If someone won't stop them then it will continuously stealing the money. PLEASE HELP AN INDIAN CONSUMERS LIKE ME.

                          Dear All I had bought New Honda Dream Yuga bike on 4.nov.2014.on the time of sale the Dealer had told me about all the details of Honda servicing. They told me that the Honda company will provide 4 FREE SERVICING under warranty period, i.e. within 1 year. We bought this bike only after the assurance about the service policy f Honda. I know that is Honda is best Company in India. All Honda bike is excellent & give excellent average & performance among bikes. Its call bharat ki shan or jaan hai Honda. But as far as the behavior and service delivery is concerned, it is not followed by some service centers, they provide pathetic service & cheat the customers. at the service time (They charge more than the prescribed rate of Honda). At the time of 1st servicing, I had visited your Service center SAI POINT IN MIRA ROAD & the service center guy checked the book told me sir your 1st servicing is Due. we will do the 2nd service. so I said it’s ok do the 2nd service, that time they checked the bike & charged me Rs.800/-.that time I was ready to pay the bill. Again today I had visited your service center For 3rd servicing. The same service center person Checked the bike.Now he has given a quotation of Rs 1360/- which is bifurcated as follows (aap ka air filter change karna padega 450 /-, aap ka carburetor change karna padega 410 /-, many issue Told me without check & restart) Then I asked him, what about free servicing ? He replied the free servicing means, only labour charged will be waived off, but I will have to pay for parts. I was shocked to hear this. It means to you use such a third class material, that several parts need to be replaced within a year i.ei under warranty period. Seeing this i told the service person. Do only oiling & washing after that service center person has told me sir (aage agar kuch issue hoyega to hume bolna mat) i had written exactly the same as they speak to customers. 1st service is Due. 2nd service charge 800/- 3rd service charge 1360/- So I think so 4th service charge direct 2000/- I am right. Is it your free servicing, Then it’s nice… I am very disappointed by your service.No value of words, wrong commitment, YOUR 4 FREE SERVCING is of no use. Sorry to say the words of 4 servicing uses by selling time but after that bad service provided. If you will not give solution, I will have to take a last resort of Social media. I would show your Prospects, how you dealers are misspelling the moterbike. I will say my friends never buy HONDA. Looking ahead for your prompt reply. Thanks & Regards Ashok Gohil [protected]

Unfortunately I got an accident as on 01/07/15. I brought that accidental bike at Innovative Honda, CG Road, Ahmedabad, I came to know after hand overing my bike for repair that the accident cause was manufacturing fault of the model told by the executive of Honda Authorized Service Center.                               I have purchased a honda trigger from kanchana honda mangalore..before 7 month. After 1000 KM my bike engine making ring type sound and not smooth sound, and on riding not soomth feel and not passing above 105 km...aswell as in a 15000 km vehicle sound will change and increased gear slipping..mailage dropping like getting 40 km...per litr.. I made a complaint at the time of last service and again I found the same problem. Thereafter I made complain on and they refuse to take my complaint and said this not our issue this is company issue go to company, I found same defect and waited for a while and found the above mentioned defects. I again went to the automobile and they received my bike but refused to receive my written complain on 3.06.2015. Due to above conduct of your dealer, doubt casted in my mind that the said dealer have cheated me by selling a bike with defective engine knowingly and also making deficiency in service to me as a customer. Hense I request you to replace the defective engine bike which is with the above named dealer within a week, failling which I will constrain to take selter of proper court of law for redressal on that event you are jointly severally will liable to pay cost of litigation along with cost of harassment and mental agony. Treat it most urgent..

                                I am general serviced in my Honda Active TN38BW8733, at Pooja Honda Show Room, Annur on 02.07.2015.vide Inv.no:15IW01197/02.07.2015 Rs.830/- before service my vehicle no problem and smooth and Happy riding but after service many problems in my vehicle as Self Starter Heavy Sound, Front Wheel Greech Heavy Sound, Key Operating Hard not smooth, Heavy Sound, after service i am two times of sent my vehicle not at solve the problem and not co-oprate please provide quality of service engineer at pooja Honda Showroom and save YOUR BRAND NAME. i am previously serviced at Coimbatore no problem.                                   Sir/ma'am, i have to purchased an activa two wheeler scooter on 9/07/2014 at kota modern motors tel[protected]Selling dealer code- rj080001), rajasthan . As per company norms an activa two wheeler must gives at least 60 km/l average... But my scooter gives only 45 km/hr. I had complained many time for average problem but they refused to solve by saying that... " its in good condition. And an average of 60 km/hr is an ideal condition. But originally its given 50km/hr only... So its k. "

                                  I also face many problem like crumbling machines and body problems. But there is no solution from there side.

                                  So please help me

                                    my skuty ..activa 125 is damaged ..when i claim for insurance .. they refused to give proper insurance company ... at purchasing tym ..they charged for some 0% depreciation ... means i have to pay only 10% on metal n fibre ...now they told me to pay 50%...pls solve this issue

One of your dealers has emailed a PDF file please note it is not possible to print over 100 pages at our end. In other states you are giving customers Manual in English so please send me a copy. You can remove the free service coupons or mark it as duplicate copy but please send me HARD COPY We requested Aditya Honda at Vasai they have said the above matter can be resolved only from Honda Motorcycles & Scooter India P.
