No respose for a registered complaint

I have given my bike for service to the dealer. The dealer has changed my bike parts without my knowledge and refused to answer me when i questioned them. So O I have registerd a complaint with honda customer care on 16th october. They asked me to wait of 3-5 working days. Already 9 working days has gone. But there is no response from them. I called them 7 times after registered the complaint. They keep on telling me to wait for some times....

Low mileage problem with my honda stunner
