Here is brief detail of the incident happen with me & forcing me to go Legal. I took my bike for routine service at Globus Honda Service Station on last Monday & i request their to take test drive before make any job card. So Mr.Sahil took a ride & make a Job card. He said lock replacement cost under free service is 800 Lock Charges + 200 Labour Charges. They also force for change Engine oil every-time even i use only 500Km to 1000Km. As till now i use 15, 000Km & service more then 10 times from same station. So i refuse this time & request again before leaving that please make sure everything is correct & working fine as I can't visit again & again from office. They ensure me for best service. I visit back in evening at 6:00 PM for receive my bike after service. They give me a bill to pay first then I will get the keys. I paid the amount & see they charge me extra. So when i ask they were shocked & said sorry its a mistake i can't refund you due to accounts but next time less this amount. Even they did not return me faulty parts. As I start my bike i found Handle is not moving so delivery boy said come again tomorrow its a mintue job to make this okay. Next Morning i send my office boy there so they said some handle part is broken so you need to pay again. After seeing their cheating I register a complaint on Honda2wheelers care & my call was answered by Ms. Shefali. She give me ref. No. 272593 for resolve this issue with in 3 days. But till now no solution got. Globus Honda (Mr.Anurag Mittal & Staff) calling me & making fake promises.

      Dear Sir With due respect.I am a valuable customer for your esteemed orgarisation.While I went to purchase a honda activa-125 cc vehicle in Orissa Bhubaneswar.In the city the two dealer such as Guganani Hoanda and PGL Honda, the value of the vehicle ACTIVA 125CC drum brack, the price tag differs from dealer to dealer.I am stunt after hearing that both the dealers are charging number plate cost as extra and treated as accessories and collecting price from the customers.I want to know that the identification of the vehicle in the shape of number plate in which primary number of the dealer will be exhibited after delivery to customer will be born by the customer after purchase of vehicle as accessory.Pl let me confirm?         Total bill paid, but when passing time demand on Rs4000 he says bike rate high when I delivery take bike paid Rs 78000+extra charges 2500 .When deliver time he no says rate high4000.         Dear sir, Please look into the 4th paid service of my ACTIVA PS WHITE MH14EF8403 at YUG Moters SR No 2691/2/3 aundh Hinjewari Near Sahara HOTEL, SHENDHE wasti Wakad, Pune . As per invoice No 15IWO3126 date 24/5/2015 I was charged Rs 973/-.

        My concerned is that Even at 0805hrs the man who was watering at the entry gate said that you come after 10 minutes, however time is given 0800hrs. After service the dust on the mirror of the Activa was not found removed for which you charges Rs 280/-. Level of petrol in the tank was not noted by the service providers.

          Hello All I am writing this mail as a formal complaint to Honda @ wheelers 2 months ago still hasn't attended or resolved my problem. Due to this i have faced a lot of inconvenience and loss. I purchased a Honda Activa in April 2013 and though the company advertised and proclaimed the bike will give an average of 60kmph it failed to return a decent 30kmph. I paid a premium thinking its a Honda product and the quality will be great but it failed in satisfaction miserably. My fork got bent while riding but they failed to acknowledge their fault, every service was a effort in vain as they promised it would return the mileage but the bike just failed. And finally the engine broke down and even now Honda 2 wheelers fails to take appropriate action and resolve it but just give excuses. I would like a solution and will not give up on this matter. My mails are mostly answered with an automated reply, this is the level of customer service. A few calls were made to me but i cant get in touch with them.           My Honda purchase date is 26/April 2013 and has been serviced from the place i purchased and 21 HOnda both being authorised sellers and distributors for HOnda. Honda claimed to have no existence of the dealer i purchased the bike from yet daily he sells 5 bikes. Strange.
          My registration number is Mh 02 DC 6783.

            I had purchased the undermentioned scooter from M/s PGL Honda, Bhubaneswar vide their Invoice No.131NO3461 dated 16/11/2013. Model Code : SCV110D Model Name : ACTIVA FSC No. : 1257549 Owner's Name : Bijayalaxmi Dash, Baghaakheda Nua Sahi, Puri, Odisha, PIN - 752002 Mob No. : [protected] Sold on : 16/11/2013 Key No. : 5704 Frame No.:ME4JF50 : 1LDT111939 Engine No.:JF50E : T 0111889 Battery Make : Exide Battery Code : BAE0130J304054 Dealer Code : OR010003 Sir while going for a routine paid service of the scooter at the Honda authorised service center M/s SHIVAM HONDA at Puri a fault of CRANK SHAFT was detected which required service under WARRANTY period on dt.05/05/2015 and the scooter was laft back at the service center. Initially the service center asked me to take the scooter for servicing to M/s PGL Honda from where the vehicle was purchased. Since I expressed my inability and moreover M/s Shivam Honda is an authorised service outlet of the company M/s Shivam Honda kept the scooter with them. But to my utter disgrace M/s Shivam Honda could not do the needful so far. I had reported this matter through email to M/s PGL Honda (thrice), spoke to service manager Mr Nirmal Pattnaik, PGL Honda (thrice), Spoke to Regional Service Manager Mr. Lingaraj Pradhan on telephone (thrice) and registered the compliant with Honda2wheelersindia.com thrice vide their ticket No.Q271281. But my several trials could not bring any fruitful result so far. During this typical summer it is very difficult to meet the requirement and I have been spending about over Rs.500/- per day towards my conveyance expenditure and I have expressed my privilege to initiate legal action on this case.             Confirmed of availability of spare parts CRANK SHAFT with M/s PGL Honda, Bhubaneswar at 10 AM through a telephone talk between Mr Lingaraj Pradhan, Area Service Manager, Bhubaneswar Region. But it was sad to know that the spare part would take 02 days again to reach the destination, PURI 60 km away from Bhubaneswar. Today is the 15th day of my handing over the scooter for service under warranty to M/s Shivam Honda, PURI. The Company's Customer Care is being contineously informed of the developments. Hope they take necessary actions to solve the problem. I'm in touch with my legal adviser for further action.
            Hope the solution will be faster.
            Every concerned servicing formation in respect of the Activa No OD 02K 6887 has been informed several times through emails and telephonic conversations but no fruitful result could be fetched so far. Being desperate I am left with the option to initiate legal action in this case.

              Dear sir, I have purchased honda unicorn 160(combi brake) from evm motors, kallattumukku, tvm. (Engine no.KC20E[protected], frame no- ME4KC202DF8003896, invoice no- 15IN00741). The invoiceinvoice date is 23/04/2015 and it deliverd from showroom on 29/04/2015. I road this vehicle 3 days cover total 250 km. From the day one I noticed the suspensions are really very hard ( frond and rear) its not working even in smooth road. The sound of the engine is not smooth and i got off many times while i was even in 40km/ hr speed. I had already complained this matter on 30/04/2015 to the local dealer evm motors (neeramankara, kaimanam, trivandrum ) had reduced the tyre pressure to 25 psi and they assured the problem has been fixed. In my experiance the problem has wersened. Tho shock, the suspensions are more harder, giving me sevior back pain and left side shoulder pain. I had used the previous model unicorn 150cc and the performance riding comfort was quiet sactifactory and this impression had let me buy the new model with out the test drive.I request you either rectify the complaint or replace the vehicle if both are not possible please refund the basic price plus taxes and insurance amound immediatly and taken back the vevehicle.               I have also brought unicorn 160 the suspension is worst .
              May be due to single suspension.. Cause back pain within 1 year usage or long dong drive.
              Handle is too hard, Its causes very difficulty to turn left/right..Handle design causes shoulder pain...
              Gear shifting also not smooth..

                Have bought Activa 3G on 17th April’ 2015 and from the day one am facing the issue with ideal status of the vehicle and seems Honda engine is faulty - not expected by at least from HONDA brand. Have reportd the issue to HONDA Customer care on 22nd April(Q-263823) and its almost 5 days now and not got even a single response from them and useless to expect also I think. Approached Dealer(Prime Honda, Vijaynagar Blr) and they have royally given spanner treatment to my vehicle for almost 5 times in 5 Days and poor people even not able to findout the issue and not ableb to provide any solution. Dealer service manager telling he has done all the fixes as per Honda Technical Head Mr. Nitish Chandra instructions.God knows what instructions given by Technical head . But my issue still persists. Not only that even I spoke to Mr. Neil from Bangalore Honda Regional office on 23rd. Sadly he has no show after that. Let’s see what happens tomorrow. I think Saga continues. Hanumesh Joshi Bengaluru

                  Hi, I am from bangalore, recently I had purchased one "Honda shine" bike on 27th Nov 2014 bearing registration number KA-41 EC-5462 from showroom "SILICON HONDA, RV Road, Bangalore". After surfing the internet for months I finally decided that honda shine is the budget bike which can meet my expections and as HONDA being a trustworthy brand, I purchased it. but within a month my hopes on honda shattered & trust on honda hit down to zero, after a month ride, my bike started giving troubles, here is the list of troubles I faced. 1.Over heating of Engine. 2.Too much noise while riding (If exceeded speed 50) 3.Too much vibration 4.Problematic break system (Both front & rear) 5.Leakage in engine oil 6.Noise and problem while shifting the gears 7.poor pickup 8.Though actually riding in fourth gear, feels like in second gear. Hence i approached the showroom reporting the same problems more than 8 times, but they utterly failed to resolve my issue, even the showroom manager couldn't resolve my issue. especially the staff at "SILICON HONDA, RV Road, Bangalore" including Service manager are least botherd about the customer problems and this one showroom is really pathetic. HONDA has the pathetic customer service compared to other companies, so i am looking forward to file a case in consumer court against HONDA, so friends beware of Honda before buying a HONDA bike, think twice or thrice or else eventually your bike will end up more in service center than at your home. or else one must end up running around service center wasting hard earned money & valuable time. if Honda is not willing to resolve my concern as early as possible..Dear HONDA (be prepared)-lets meet in consumer court.

Since I got the delivery of motorcycle I am facing lot of problem in bike. 1) I was told the price of bike as 80, 000 and when I went to take delivery they asked me to pay 3000 extra without any prior notice saying that the price have increased. Whereas I had booked it with the price of 80, 000 2) the day I got delivery of bike I am experiencing lot of missing in bike, it doesn’t run smooth feels like there is something wrong with the carburetor. 3) very next day I started feeling the imbalance in the bike. 4) front tire wasn’t stable at all. Bike handle was also heavy. 5) I called abhishek from venetian Honda for this problem he asked me to contact sanjay from HEM agencies. He said the bike is new it will get adjusted within two three days don’t worry. Then I went to take my vehicle number after six seven days till the time the problem was increased. 6) he took the bike in the workshop and adjusted the handle main bolt. the problem wasn’t solved I again called and took the vehicle to them and again they loosen the same bolt and gave the problem was still there. Infact the handle started shaking a lot and I could feel the play in the cone set and handle of the bike. The whole bike started making noise. 7) like this I visited more than three four times and asked them to give proper attention to the problem. Then they asked that they need to check cone set. And took three hours to dismantle the cone set and refit it. 8) after few days again the same problem accrued and again the play in the handle increased gradually and noise increased. I visited the people again and this time they reduced the front tire air pressure and gave it to me so I could not feel any noise or vibration in the bike. But as I reached highway with 50km/h speed the bike started dancing and and I couldn’t balance it at all. I went to the local tire guy he said air pressure is less than 20. I filled the air in the tire to proper level and again the bike started imbalance making noise. 9) I again visited the service center after giving complaint to the Honda customer care online. That was 24th Feb 2015. (Q243291) 10) I visited the service center again the mechanic checked the bike they removed the bike front tire refitted it adjusted the same bolt of bike handle. And said now this wont give u any trouble. But after two days again the play in the handle started increasing and and bike front tire wasn’t stable at all. 11) I logged one more complaint online that was on 7th march 2015 (Q246647). Again I visited the service centre on 8th march 2015, they asked me to keep the vehicle and said come next day. I went and received it on 9th march and hardly I used it for 30 km and still the front tire misbalancing is there, handle is still the heavy and the play is increasing and m sure it will strat making noise soon. 12) some times bike indicator shows its in neutral but when I leave the clutch it gets off with jerk. It happens often. 13) usually it gives problem when shift the gear of the bike from 2nd to third. After reading all this I am sure u can understand what kind of problems I have faced since I have brought the bike. I have given lot of time and coordination to the service centre people to rectify the problem. But unfortunately nobody is able to solve it. Which has given me a indication that this problem will be there with the vehicle for life time. I haven’t brought the new vehicle with the price of 83, 000 to face all this problems and waste my valuable time daily for such unwanted problems. I am requesting you that please refund me my money and take back your vehicle, as am really not interested to use such a faulty bike. I have visited the service centre for more than 8 times including service day and had kept the bike three times for repairing till date. if you can help me with refund of my money i will be greatful. or els i will have to take ligal action in consumer forum.

                      I have purchased a activa 110 on December 17, 2014. But i didn't got my registration number. I'm continuously rideing my scooters without registration number. I have called several times to company's representative. Over the last few weeks they told me, "it will come within next 7 days". Is that the way to company provide services to the customer. i am literally fed up with company's services and the poor quality of servicing is bang on.                         Hello whom so concern, Complaint no one: please note I’m buying one Honda active 125cc delivery get dated on 10th Aug 2014 from GLOBUS MOTORS –PITAMPURA and till date not get RC after so many time visit to concern dealer..scooter registration no: DL8SBS0918 Complaint no two: please note at the time of buying they are giving option if I buying scooty along with all require accessories from them delivery immediate otherwise waiting is approx next six months and they charge approx. extra around rs 6500 for immediate delivery. Please take necessary action on this dealer and resolve my problem.

                          मैंने 2/9/2014 को कानपुर फजलगंज स्थित हॉडा शोरूम से ड्रीमयुगा बाइक खरीदी, पहली सर्विस के बाद ही चैन कवर से अवांक्षित आवाज आने लगी जिसकी शिकायत करने पर कई बार सर्विस सेण्टर बुलाया गया लगभग सात या आठ बार. लेकिन चैनकवर से आवाज आना बंद नही हुई.दूसरी सर्विस भी कर दी गई और फिर भी चैनकवर की आवाज बंद नही हुई. नई बाइक खरीदने की खुशी तो ना मिली हाँ शारीरिक और मानसिक पीड़ा भरपूर मिली.अब तो सर्विस सेँटर वाले ठीक से बात तक नही कर रहे.ऊपर से चैनकवर से आ रही आवाज को समस्या मानने को तैयार नहीं. निचले मध्यम वर्ग से सम्बंध रखता हूँ इस कारण सब अन्याय चुपचाप सह रहा हूँ. यदि कोई हल सुझा सकें तो महान कृपा होगी।

                            Dated 28th Dec 2014 I am a proud owner (??) of a Honda Aviator (Reg. No. DL7SBY0413) Today i got its 2nd service done form the workshop of Swarup Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Patparganj Industrial Area) The service was carried out well, but there was a problem with the paint on the right side fendor (that covers the engine). The top layer of paint on some area of that part is getting off. There seem to be an issue with paint process during manufacturing. This was still not an issue big enough to make me writing to the Customer Care. The reason i am writing this email is the treatment i received from the staff at cash window. I tendered a note of INR 500 to pay the invoice for INR 280 to the cashier and the guy told me that he don't have the change to pay back the balance amount of INR 220. Unfortunately i was also not carrying enough change to pay the invoice. When i showed my inability to pay the exact amount, the guy at the cash window responded so badly that i thought he didn't get his salary for long time. He thrown the invoice to the next guy at the counter and created unnecessary noise on this matter. I suggested him not to behave like this as he is not sitting at his home but dealing with the customers. Even this is not enough, when i made the paint issue in notice of service advisor i got no straight answer on my query and he continuously argued with me saying this is something not covered under product warranty. There might be something i have done with the vehicle or got the paint job done from somewhere outside. In between a gentleman come in (not gentle enough to listen to his customer again) introduced himself as GM for the workshop. He requested me to bring the vehicle tomorrow and assured the matter will get sorted. I thought i should bring the issue happened at cash window into his notice. But i was really surprised by seeing that he was hardly interested in listening to my complaint. He simply said that the guy who misbehaved with me is a temporary staff and whatever happened was natural as he generally don't handle the cash at the cash window. I told him that i will write this matter to Honda and will make it sure you guys reply to the issues i faced today. He said ok please go ahead and do whatever i want to. Situation become worst when i got threatened by some staff guys roaming there. They even dared using abusive language and even that gentleman (GM at workshop) was protecting them and threatened me saying that he will break my at the next street if won't move from that spot immediately. The staff was all supporting him as they all are operating a gang of criminals and Mr. GM is heading them. I was so scared of all this and thought i am better move from there and let the situation be as is. But during my way back to home i made up my mind that i will surely raise this to Honda and escalate the same at the highest level possible to ensure a strict action on this. I will also lodge an official complaint at the local police station about what all happened today. I am living in the capital of my nation and can't take this insult anymore.                                 sir, on 22/11/2014 i purchased a honda activa - i at orange pvt.ltd towlichowki, hyderabad. while delvering vehclie they given due slip of honda activa-i manual book due to shortage from company. till date book not received. i have to for first service. my residency far distance to purchased show room about 50km. regularly monitoring for manual book they unable to say perfect date. few days bacl i lodged a complaint. due that show room people saying you cannot get short time, you have to wait more than 10 days. you want to attend service. you must have to come our show room only due to non availability of manual book. pl.rectify the problem immediately and avoid the inconvenience and preotect the brand name. with regards sampurna

                                    My Ticket No: Q211006 I bought a Honda Shine for my brother from your Sathyamangalam SUB dealer, but even after 20 days the bike was not registered.I found out that Noble Honda which is the main dealer has not provided the invoice to get my bike registered. I tried contacting Kadhir from Noble Honda to help me out. But he was shouted (like hell) at me and asked me to contact the sub dealer. But some how I managed to get help from your Area Sales Manager who was so cooperative in getting my bike registered. Being a Honda car owner(I would rate their customer care to the maximum) I felt 2 wheeler customer care too would be so concerned and would take some action so that no other customer ends up into such a bad experience. I registered a complaint in Honda customer care, even more pathetic was they kept on replying that a concerned person would call me which never happened. I feel nobody is concerned, I then called up your Honda south office and informed them regarding this issue. Then my brother received a call from Honda and the person who called (from Honda) apologised and promised that Kathir from Noble Honda will call and apologise. That did not happen, my brother then informed regarding the call. I then called up your customer care and found out that the issue was closed. Why was it closed when I did not receive any call from Noble Honda? I again narrated this issue to your customer care and they asked me to wait for 2 days. I called up yesterday and asked requested the status. TO my shock this executive was asking me what needs to be done. My shock here is Honda does not even know what needs to be done to a customer who was harassed by its dealer. She then said some concerned person will call me within an hour which never happened. Pathetic! I have been told every time that some concerned person will call me. But I guess Honda needs a new recruit for a concerned person. Does Honda think one sorry to the customer would ease the pain? And how do you suppose to confirm that Kathir is not repeating this to other customers? Who is that concerned person that your customer care talks about? If you are really concerned that take some serious action against this person so that he does not hurt another human. I would say Honda is encouraging such people by not taking serious action. Tell me if you are so concerned in protecting such people so that I might look into companies which teats its customer good. I am feeling proud own a Honda car but deeply frustrated, hurt and reconsidering my options in future to choose a Honda 2 wheeler after such a worst experience with Honda.I would like this issue to be escalated as I feel the customer acre has been outsourced and Honda does not give a damn about customer complaints. If you are not able to work on this issue provide me the email for escalation.

                                      Respected Sir/Mam, I purchased Honda's aviator just 1 and a half year before, the vehicle is not working properly, I asked for the servicing to one dealer other than my purchasing dealer (i.e. Rajpal Honda showroom) they told us that your purchasing dealer only can resolve your problem. I went to them than they just do the normal servicing and told that we don't have same parts of it, firstly let us call that parts and we will let u know about it, but they did not replied us, I again approached them and again asked for the same the told that come tomorrow, now parts are available to us, i went there showroom than they told that we are sorry the parts were on our other showroom and now that are injured, we can't help you out of it. I again approached to rajpal Honda than they told that ok we will do but u have to pay for everything we do. Sir/Mam, my vehicle is in warranty period, all services are done on time till now, and told me that nothing will be covered in warranty please help me out of it, my vehicle is still not working properly, and I am totally frosted.

                                        I want to bring into your notice, a pathetic, ridiculous & unprofessional experience of buying Honda Activa from your showroom, [Sai Point - Mira road, Shop no. 4 to 6 Hariyas park, Hatkesh, mira-bhayander road, mira road (e)]

                                        After a detailed discussion held on 8th September 2014 with your sales executive Mr. sameer, I booked honda activa on 9th September 2014 from above showroom with a cash of Rs. 1000/- and on 20th September 2014, i made a down payment of total 16395 [16074 + 321 (2% extra that you charged on card payment)] as i wanted a delivery on 3rd October 2014 on occasion of dashera festival.

                                        This booking was well in advance to receive vehicle on 3rd october & i got the delivery of my vehicle on 3rd october 2014 in the evening.

                                        While making down payment, i got an assurance from Mr. Sameer that i will get RTO number in Maximum of 7 days time.

                                        On delivery [on 3rd october] again i confirmed about the same with Mr. Sameer, but he came up with a different answer that now it will take 15 days as RTO offices are closed due to elections. Although it was very much disappointing & in-spite of knowing the fact, that RTO offices are not going to close for such a long period, from 3rd to 15th october, i said okay.

                                        After elections, when i again visited showroom & asked about RTO number, i got a response that now it will take 7 days again. this was completely frustrating and still i requested your staff to give it to me at least before diwali. I found your staff was not that enthusiastic to listen to me as it was at the time of booking. I thought to wait till Diwali.

                                        Meanwhile, i never received any call from showroom, so i visited once again before diwali & asked about RTO number. this time again Mr. sameer talked to somebody & told me that you will get it by this month end. This was extremely irritating. I never knew that buying a two wheeler from such a big manufacturer like Honda will result in such a pathetic & ridiculous experience.

                                        after diwali again i visited showroom & this time Sameer gave me number of Mr. Umesh [protected], so that i could speak to him, instead of speaking to sameer. unfortunately there is no single point contact. I called Mr. Umesh & after continuous requests almost every day, he told me to leave my vehicle at Sai-Point so that he will take it for RTO passing. Although earlier i was confirmed & assured by your staff member that vehicle will not be required for this, i dropped my vehicle @ your showroom on 30th October & collected it on 31st october. This time i was assured by Mr. Umesh, that i will get RTO number by 5th of November, [ i.e, after 58 days from Booking & after 47 days of Down Payment & after 33 days of Delivery] isn't that inappropriate? isn't that appealing enough you to check your professionalism?

                                        This is not all. when i am expecting my RTO number after such a long wait, i received a call today from showroom that they need some original documents which needs to be produced in RTO office & it will take 10 more days at least to get the number.

                                        I am now not interested in all of this & also i am going to file a case in consumer court, if i don't get number by tomorrow on 5th of November 2014.

                                        In-spite of facing all this unethical & unprofessional behavior from your side, i will drop my vehicle at your showroom & i will submit required original document tomorrow, but i will not be interested in dealing with you more if i don't get my RTO number tomorrow. If it is not possible then you will have to cancel this deal & return my & my bank's money with interest.

                                        I hope you will take it very much seriously as this is end of my patience & i will take it to every concerned senior authority & court
