      Now its more than a month i dint got good service from them, I have purchased cb trigger red from bhavna honda nerul, within a month battery got damaged and bike always stop after 2-5 mins but customer service people always said to me after 1st service your bike will be fine and after 1 service same problem, and now they say after 2-3 service your bike will be fine, now its 11 month going on same problem but now problem is higher, when i self start display go blank and all light turn off and some weird sound comes out of the bike. Then i went to bhavna honda (Nerul) from where i bought my bike and told them everything then they say the service center from where u taking service are not authorized from honda (and still that service center is running) and this bhavna honda people have uneducated workers who cant talk properly, they told me your battery is damaged and you'l get replacement within 1 week, and now its more than 1 month but nothing happened, i call them and they give me lame excuses on and on and they say u dont know anything i know everything as i am mechanic here in honda, called me after 3-4 weeks and told me your battery is ready and your problem is solved so i went in. They took 3 hrs and saying sir we have battery but we dont have wires to connect them (terminal) so u come after 1 week for terminal. they think that we are fool. please take some serious action as i also mailed this matter to [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com. they replied that they'l help me but 3 days gone no reply now. my bike display is dead no horn sound, all light are dim and using kick start. if i meet with accident then this honda people will be responsible for this. if they would have told me earlier that they are lazy and they'l take a long time, i would have bought a new battery and lived my life peacefully. please take some action. its now high time. Thanks

        I have bought a Honda unicorn from pgl Honda bhubaneswar .I also have a complain with my tyre alignment for which I also gone to there service centre.but still now my problem is not solve. when I am calling to the workshop manager of pgl Honda bhubaneswar for more times since 14days they ignour my call.please guide me the way to shurt out my problem.

          Hi, I have given my activa on honda activa service center in sector 4 udaipur, rajasthan, its coming under free service, i have informed the service representative not to change the engine oil as it was already changed in last service and still in good condition, but he neglected my words and charged me 260 Rs. at the time of handing the vehicle to me. When i asked him why he has changed then he argued that i have told him to do this. I was very much disappointed with the attitude he have. Here money is not the matter, the thing is there imposition of charges to customer without their consent.

              I purchased Honda dream motorcycle on 23rd August 2014 at Auto fin Nagolu branch, not completed one year the vehicle has done 3rd servicing at Adi motors Hayathnagar, RR district Hyderabad 4 months back, yesterday I have given for 4th servicing(free servicing) at same adi showroom but they charged full amount ie Rs.761/-instead of Rs.248/.(oil changes Rs.248/.& labour charges 513/-) I think it is highly irregular.The vehicle also given within stipulated time, so kindly settle the matter immediately and tell them to refund the amount what I am eligible Thanking you PRPRABHAKAR.M MANAGER, APGV BANK, REGIONAL OFFICE.

                  i bought honda activa 3g in madagupatti show room, (karaikudi branch) on 25-march-2015. now the problem is i never get my registration number and also not never getting call from the dealer, i call him daily, but he did not replied well, so i directly go that show room .that always closed. so consiter my conversion and take action.

                      Hi, I am writing on behalf of my father Mohan J More from Nagpur. Writing against to complain against Manager Mr.Santosh Chopde and sales representative Ms.Sneha Mishra from Tajshree Honda Pvt Ltd, Deonagar, Nagpur (Auth Dealer for Honda 2 Wheelers). My father Mohan More is 63 years old and recently on 31st March we purchased a Honda Activa from this showroom.At that time Ms.Sneha Mishra had asked him to submit orignal House agreement and Police verification certificate for registration of vehicle. My father offered to provide an attested photo copy but she insisted on the originals stating that the same would be returned. Yesterday my father went to Tajshree Honda Pvt ltd and requested Ms.Sneha to give the documents back as they were originals. She informed that there is no way that my father can get the same back as they had been disposed/submitted. When my father tried to explain that tyhey were originals and that the same can be mis used she started shouting and even her manager Mr.Santosh Chopde got involved and both of them pressurized my father by screaming on him that it is his mistake that he gave originals and they cannot give them back and almost threw him out of the showroom when he insisted that the originals can be used for fraudulent activity such as applying for loans/credit cards etc. My father was Govt emp and retired as a class 2 officer and he is 63 years old and understands what is right and what is wrong. Only because the showroom insisted the originals be given hence he had to give in to the request or else he would have never done the same. When he came back home he was in a disturbed state because of the way he was treated and had to be asked to rest as his blood pressure had shot up unrealistically. The type of attitude that was thrown at him and the way the employees behaved was very wrong. I anyways don't believe in Honda and have been with Bajaj since I bought my first bike but he choose to opt for Honda who eventually delivered pathetic customer experience know that they are just authorized dealer of yours but they are your face. Your brand value increases or decreases because of such people. We are customers and need a little respect. Simple comparison can be done as to remeber the day when father stepped into that showroom and the way he was treated as he was buying a new vehicle they all were well mannered and proactive and sweet talking...Now that the vehicle was sold and they achieved their target they spoke to him rudely and forgot all customer service ethics. Remember sir one time sale does not help a company grow. Its continuity of business and the trust factor created in customers who then spread the word.. After writing this long email you can guess what we are going to say about Honda motors now. I request the issue at least be acknowledged and the Honda Employees reprimanded for their mistakes and assurance taken from them to not repeat the same mistake with other customers as if I would have been in Nagpur would really given them a piece of my mind and made them apologies to my father. Also I need assurance that the originals submitted have not been/will not be used for any sort of fraud. Regards, Amit More.                         I purchased my Honda Stunner bike from BU BHANDARI SHOWROOM PUNE IN CAMP in April 2010 and have not received the RC Booklet till date.The Showroom personnel have been neglecting it and asking me to check with the RTO. Later when approached them multiple times they said that RTO has misplaced the copy of RC and that they will send it to me on the address provided to them in a span of 2-3 months.After following up with them for 2 months they said that the RTO has sent the copy to my place but when enquired no copy was found at my place.After again following up with them they again made me wait for another 2 months and assured that RC booklet will reach my place through courier which never happened.I requested them multiple times as i had to move my bike to some other city and RC booklet was very necessary but my request was never heard.I want HONDA personnel to kindly escalate this matter.Its now 2015 and i hope that i would get my RC booklet in 5 years.Else i have to lodge a complaint with the consumer court.                           Here is brief detail of the incident happen with me & forcing me to go Legal. I took my bike for routine service at Globus Honda Service Station on last Monday & i request their to take test drive before make any job card. So Mr.Sahil took a ride & make a Job card. He said lock replacement cost under free service is 800 Lock Charges + 200 Labour Charges. They also force for change Engine oil every-time even i use only 500Km to 1000Km. As till now i use 15, 000Km & service more then 10 times from same station. So i refuse this time & request again before leaving that please make sure everything is correct & working fine as I can't visit again & again from office. They ensure me for best service. I visit back in evening at 6:00 PM for receive my bike after service. They give me a bill to pay first then I will get the keys. I paid the amount & see they charge me extra. So when i ask they were shocked & said sorry its a mistake i can't refund you due to accounts but next time less this amount. Even they did not return me faulty parts. As I start my bike i found Handle is not moving so delivery boy said come again tomorrow its a mintue job to make this okay. Next Morning i send my office boy there so they said some handle part is broken so you need to pay again. After seeing their cheating I register a complaint on Honda2wheelers care & my call was answered by Ms. Shefali. She give me ref. No. 272593 for resolve this issue with in 3 days. But till now no solution got. Globus Honda (Mr.Anurag Mittal & Staff) calling me & making fake promises.

                              Dear Sir With due respect.I am a valuable customer for your esteemed orgarisation.While I went to purchase a honda activa-125 cc vehicle in Orissa Bhubaneswar.In the city the two dealer such as Guganani Hoanda and PGL Honda, the value of the vehicle ACTIVA 125CC drum brack, the price tag differs from dealer to dealer.I am stunt after hearing that both the dealers are charging number plate cost as extra and treated as accessories and collecting price from the customers.I want to know that the identification of the vehicle in the shape of number plate in which primary number of the dealer will be exhibited after delivery to customer will be born by the customer after purchase of vehicle as accessory.Pl let me confirm?                                 Dear sir, Please look into the 4th paid service of my ACTIVA PS WHITE MH14EF8403 at YUG Moters SR No 2691/2/3 aundh Hinjewari Near Sahara HOTEL, SHENDHE wasti Wakad, Pune . As per invoice No 15IWO3126 date 24/5/2015 I was charged Rs 973/-.

                                My concerned is that Even at 0805hrs the man who was watering at the entry gate said that you come after 10 minutes, however time is given 0800hrs. After service the dust on the mirror of the Activa was not found removed for which you charges Rs 280/-. Level of petrol in the tank was not noted by the service providers.

                                  Hello All I am writing this mail as a formal complaint to Honda @ wheelers 2 months ago still hasn't attended or resolved my problem. Due to this i have faced a lot of inconvenience and loss. I purchased a Honda Activa in April 2013 and though the company advertised and proclaimed the bike will give an average of 60kmph it failed to return a decent 30kmph. I paid a premium thinking its a Honda product and the quality will be great but it failed in satisfaction miserably. My fork got bent while riding but they failed to acknowledge their fault, every service was a effort in vain as they promised it would return the mileage but the bike just failed. And finally the engine broke down and even now Honda 2 wheelers fails to take appropriate action and resolve it but just give excuses. I would like a solution and will not give up on this matter. My mails are mostly answered with an automated reply, this is the level of customer service. A few calls were made to me but i cant get in touch with them. Honda claimed to have no existence of the dealer i purchased the bike from yet daily he sells 5 bikes. Strange.

Model Code : SCV110D Model Name : ACTIVA FSC No. : 1257549 Owner's Name : Bijayalaxmi Dash, Baghaakheda Nua Sahi, Puri, Odisha, PIN - 752002 Mob No. : [protected] Sold on : 16/11/2013 Key No. : 5704 Frame No.:ME4JF50 : 1LDT111939 Engine No.:JF50E : T 0111889 Battery Make : Exide Battery Code : BAE0130J304054 Dealer Code : OR010003 Sir while going for a routine paid service of the scooter at the Honda authorised service center M/s SHIVAM HONDA at Puri a fault of CRANK SHAFT was detected which required service under WARRANTY period on dt.05/05/2015 and the scooter was laft back at the service center. Initially the service center asked me to take the scooter for servicing to M/s PGL Honda from where the vehicle was purchased. Since I expressed my inability and moreover M/s Shivam Honda is an authorised service outlet of the company M/s Shivam Honda kept the scooter with them. But to my utter disgrace M/s Shivam Honda could not do the needful so far. I had reported this matter through email to M/s PGL Honda (thrice), spoke to service manager Mr Nirmal Pattnaik, PGL Honda (thrice), Spoke to Regional Service Manager Mr. Lingaraj Pradhan on telephone (thrice) and registered the compliant with Honda2wheelersindia.com thrice vide their ticket No.Q271281. But my several trials could not bring any fruitful result so far. During this typical summer it is very difficult to meet the requirement and I have been spending about over Rs.500/- per day towards my conveyance expenditure and I have expressed my privilege to initiate legal action on this case.                                     Confirmed of availability of spare parts CRANK SHAFT with M/s PGL Honda, Bhubaneswar at 10 AM through a telephone talk between Mr Lingaraj Pradhan, Area Service Manager, Bhubaneswar Region. But it was sad to know that the spare part would take 02 days again to reach the destination, PURI 60 km away from Bhubaneswar. Today is the 15th day of my handing over the scooter for service under warranty to M/s Shivam Honda, PURI. The Company's Customer Care is being contineously informed of the developments. Hope they take necessary actions to solve the problem. I'm in touch with my legal adviser for further action.
                                    Hope the solution will be faster.
                                    Every concerned servicing formation in respect of the Activa No OD 02K 6887 has been informed several times through emails and telephonic conversations but no fruitful result could be fetched so far. Being desperate I am left with the option to initiate legal action in this case.

                                      Dear sir, I have purchased honda unicorn 160(combi brake) from evm motors, kallattumukku, tvm. (Engine no.KC20E[protected], frame no- ME4KC202DF8003896, invoice no- 15IN00741). The invoiceinvoice date is 23/04/2015 and it deliverd from showroom on 29/04/2015. I road this vehicle 3 days cover total 250 km. From the day one I noticed the suspensions are really very hard ( frond and rear) its not working even in smooth road. The sound of the engine is not smooth and i got off many times while i was even in 40km/ hr speed. I had already complained this matter on 30/04/2015 to the local dealer evm motors (neeramankara, kaimanam, trivandrum ) had reduced the tyre pressure to 25 psi and they assured the problem has been fixed. In my experiance the problem has wersened. Tho shock, the suspensions are more harder, giving me sevior back pain and left side shoulder pain. I had used the previous model unicorn 150cc and the performance riding comfort was quiet sactifactory and this impression had let me buy the new model with out the test drive.I request you either rectify the complaint or replace the vehicle if both are not possible please refund the basic price plus taxes and insurance amound immediatly and taken back the vevehicle.                                       May be due to single suspension.. Cause back pain within 1 year usage or long dong drive.
                                      Handle is too hard, Its causes very difficulty to turn left/right..Handle design causes shoulder pain...
                                      Gear shifting also not smooth..

                                        Have bought Activa 3G on 17th April’ 2015 and from the day one am facing the issue with ideal status of the vehicle and seems Honda engine is faulty - not expected by at least from HONDA brand. Have reportd the issue to HONDA Customer care on 22nd April(Q-263823) and its almost 5 days now and not got even a single response from them and useless to expect also I think. Approached Dealer(Prime Honda, Vijaynagar Blr) and they have royally given spanner treatment to my vehicle for almost 5 times in 5 Days and poor people even not able to findout the issue and not ableb to provide any solution. Dealer service manager telling he has done all the fixes as per Honda Technical Head Mr. Nitish Chandra instructions.God knows what instructions given by Technical head . But my issue still persists. Not only that even I spoke to Mr. Neil from Bangalore Honda Regional office on 23rd. Sadly he has no show after that. Let’s see what happens tomorrow. I think Saga continues. Hanumesh Joshi Bengaluru
