Mai apna two wheeler honda grazia 21/09/2020 ko buy kiya tha or ush time se hi eshka fuel meter kharab hai . Jab v mai eshe change karwane ke liye showroom jata hu to har bar 15 din ka time dekar wapash jane ko kahta haii aaj aise karte karte 4 months v jaiyeda hogye . Mager dealer kuch nhi sunta .
Eshiliye apse humbly reqest hai ki esh par aap apni tarike se action lekar meri samashya ka shamadhan kare

    The best brands like Honda is losing its customers by franchising itself to dealers like sri lakshmi Honda, Gobichettipalayam. Tamilnadu.As a resident of Gobi I preferred HONDA ACTIVA 6G from the above mentioned showroom frustrated by their letargic attitude, after registration till date I didn't get my registration certificate, insurance policy no word about my fitment s.iam totally dissatisfied and registering this complaint in agony daunting Honda experience with sri lakshmi Honda showroom and the worthless customer executive Miss. VENNI. hope I will get a response from you soon

      HI Team,

      I have recently bought actuva 6g scooter. From the day 1 onwards its producing too much noise and not moving fast as other activa 6g bike.
      I have noticed some difference in engine compare to same other activa 6g bikes. Have given the scooter for 1 services and 2 times repair for engine. Still no luck. Seems Activa 6g is failure model when it comes to engine and performance.

        Prudhvi honda in Gudivada Krishna Dt, Andhra Pradesh is not providing proper service. There is no experienced Mechanic in the main Gudivada. If want the service, they take longer time. If want to get the service from their service points they dont have spares at that point. If we purchase them from main branch and go to the points they dont the job work and if we ask the reason, because we didn't purchased parts from them. With this silly reasons I suffered number of times, after purchasing the valuable bikes from you and going outside for service from untrained Mechanics by costing our loved bikes. So I request you to see the costomers not to suffer by this Prudhvi Honda dealers sells the bikes but not provide the service.

            I had purchased a Honda Activa 125 on 09.06.2020 from your showroom ( SMS AUTO Kodalia, Bandel, Hooghly, West Bengal, code: 19).
            There are certain things against which I want to register a complaint regarding the price of the two-wheeler and the behaviour of the showroom staffs .

            1) The total amount paid by me through cash and mobile banking is Rs.84825 [ cash-25000+mobile banking-59825 ] but I received the tax invoice for Rs.(82545+[protected] . The bills have been attached to the mail. I did not receive any bill for the rest of the amount (Rs.1705) that has been paid by me. When I enquired in the showroom for the same, they were not properly answerable.
            2) I have been having some issues with the lock system of my newly purchased scooter, for which I had approached the showroom . Even after numerous approaches, they seemed to be fixing it only temporarily with the excuse that the "lock system" is not within the warranty period . I was under that impression that if something faulty is found out in a newly purchased vehicle then it has to be repaired from the showroom itself, in this case Honda .
            3) Another thing that is furiating is that the showroom instructs on standing in the long queue from 8 am, when the showroom itself opens at 9. Moreover, there are no sitting arrangements or conduct on the part of the employees. It's very embarrassing for a responsible customer to receive such a service .
            Hence, what I concluded is that the motive of such a prestigious company "Honda" is sales maximisation rather than providing quality customer service or satisfaction. Previously I had used bikes from Bajaj and Yamaha and am still using Maruti, and yet I have still never received such insolent behaviour from them .
            Therefore, I am asking you to prepare a bill of the balance amount or manage a refund as well as look after the replacement of the lock system .

                Sir/Madam,
                I Sri Sushant Routray of Bhubaneswar, Odisha have purchased a Honda Activa from Gugnani Honda, Bhubaneswar on 30th October, 2020 by depositing direct cash. Also I have booked the choice RTO registration number personally from my Computer i.e. OD02BN8010, but the staff of the said dealer charged me to pay extra Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight Thousand) only towards RTO processing fee. At that time I paid the same amount through Phonepay (copy attached). When vehicle was delivered to me no receipt was there for the said excess amount. I consulted the staffs and Manager of the Gugnani Honda but they were not responded me and said that your bill will be prepared and it will be provided to you shortly.
                After 7 days I visited the showroom of the dealer and they gave me a written on 07.11.2020 (copy attached) that if we have received excess amount from you then it will be refunded or else we will provide you the concerned bill/receipt shortly. After that I contacted 3 to 4 times but they are not responding and harassing me several times. It has already been 3 months but my issue has not resolved yet. Due to this dealer, the Honda company is loosing its Name and Fame in our city.
                Hence, I request you kindly resolve my issue for which I shall be grateful.

                    I bought a Honda Dio BS6 model scooter.The day I bought it, the next day I saw that the scooter was stained from the beginning.
                    Then I contacted the showroom where I bought the scooter.
                    2nd Point-
                    When I open the seat of the scooter, I see that the medicine and the screws are not given inside the scooter.
                    Then I again Contact Jain Auto Honda Showroom Agartala.
                    3rd point-
                    Today I have come for my second servicing then The mechanic noticed me breaking the nut in the silencer pipe.It can't be fixed here, it has to be fixed from outside.For that I have to pay 100 rupees separately and I paid.They told me if I had a Scooty accident.I didn't answer. I didn't have an accident
                    Then I ask them how this nut is broken inside?I did not get any correct answer.My question is why there is so much problem in a new scooter.
                    1.Why wasn't medicine and screws given to my scooter?
                    2.Knowing the stains on the body of the scooter, they sold it to me.
                    3.Knowing that there are so many problems in Scooty, why did you sell it to me?
                    After telling them why I was not given medicine and screws.

                      My name is Mayank Agrawal ([protected]) from Aligarh (202001). I am holding 3 activa from Mascot Honda Aligarh.

                      Executives of Mascot Honda don't have manners on how to talk with customers.

                      I called 3 times on [protected] on this number for my HSRP number plate -
                      1st call picked by a man, he said he is confirming me in 15 min but they didn't call me back.
                      2nd call was done by me and picked by a female, she said call after 20 min for response.
                      3rd call was done by me, picked by a female, and she told me how many times you called and asked.

                      I didn't get an answer in all 3 calls. Worst company and employee.

                      Need immediate action.

                          Ref: (Grievance no of consumerhelpline.gov.in ) 2497919, 2505233, 2516182, (Grievance number 2519136 yet to be resolved) in continuation with earlier grievance, I paid the seller in full (Rs 85500 as per dealing with dealer) to buy a Honda shine drum bike. If there is no Honda Shine Drum bike available in the showroom then why take my money to sell Honda shine drum bike? That menace owner of JPS 2 wheelers, Amravati, Maharashtra cheats me. After paying, I was ready to buy a Honda shine drum bike. But they couldn't give me a honda shine drum bike. After 2 to 3 days without giving the Honda shine drum bike, now the price of the Honda shine drum bike has gone up. You have to buy a Honda shine drum bike at an increased (hike) price. If you do not purchase a Honda shine drum bike at an increased price, we refund you. Lastly I would like to say that if Honda Shine Drum Bike was not available in the showroom then why should I take my money to sell Honda Shine Drum Bike? All this made me very sad. Therefore, I request you to take action against this owner and give me justice. The dealer has not resolved my issue yet and neither has the honda company.

                                Regarding the variablity in the fisrt free service price and delay in the timing of delivery of servicing my 2 wheeler activa 125 scooty WB01AR 8373, which i have given for the first time for service and the negligency in the servicing which i have given for service at 11:47am and they had called me for delivery at 3pm but still now my scooty's is standing outside the garage, they don't even bother to deliver it on time, they are least bothered even to response.
                                Such a big company's service centre with such a negligent attitude towards the customer.

                                  I purchased bike in December 2016. Model-Honda Shine Self start.I am facing problem of bike starting from day first. Every time I start the bike by self or kick I have to turn on the choke. until I didn't turn on the choke bike didn't start. Issue remains same in summer and winter. From beginningI thought I had purchased the bike in winter season so I am facing the issue of starting. But in summer it has same problem. Many times I complaint about this issue in service station during service but no one able solve the issue. I purchased bike from Mohali Honda. Now I am residing in Hoshiarpur. please try to resolve the issue.

                                        It is observed that my bike parts shade is looking miss match .
                                        I have already discussed with showroom but no proper response.
                                        Please look in to this and I want proper answer with part change or vehicle Change.
