I had purchased a Honda Activa 125 on 09.06.2020 from your showroom ( SMS AUTO Kodalia, Bandel, Hooghly, West Bengal, code: 19).
There are certain things against which I want to register a complaint regarding the price of the two-wheeler and the behaviour of the showroom staffs .
1) The total amount paid by me through cash and mobile banking is Rs.84825 [ cash-25000+mobile banking-59825 ] but I received the tax invoice for Rs.(82545+[protected] . The bills have been attached to the mail. I did not receive any bill for the rest of the amount (Rs.1705) that has been paid by me. When I enquired in the showroom for the same, they were not properly answerable.
2) I have been having some issues with the lock system of my newly purchased scooter, for which I had approached the showroom . Even after numerous approaches, they seemed to be fixing it only temporarily with the excuse that the "lock system" is not within the warranty period . I was under that impression that if something faulty is found out in a newly purchased vehicle then it has to be repaired from the showroom itself, in this case Honda .
3) Another thing that is furiating is that the showroom instructs on standing in the long queue from 8 am, when the showroom itself opens at 9. Moreover, there are no sitting arrangements or conduct on the part of the employees. It's very embarrassing for a responsible customer to receive such a service .
Hence, what I concluded is that the motive of such a prestigious company "Honda" is sales maximisation rather than providing quality customer service or satisfaction. Previously I had used bikes from Bajaj and Yamaha and am still using Maruti, and yet I have still never received such insolent behaviour from them .
Therefore, I am asking you to prepare a bill of the balance amount or manage a refund as well as look after the replacement of the lock system .
