Locks are same for all the Dio scooters. My scooty Dio bs IV was about to steal due to your manufacturing negligence. My scooty was parked in the road near one another Dio. The other person with his keys unlocked my scooty and took it away. After some time that person came back and returned us the scooty saying he took it by mistake as he was a good man. Then I checked by unlocking his scooty with my keys and it got unlocked. How can the company be so irresponsible with this? I want my lock to be changed without paying a penny

      I have approach your dealer M/s Dharam Honda Jodhpur for purchase a two wheeler, in the discussion it has been observed that your authorized dealer not accept the payment through credit card, please note that i am corporate employee of Corporate company and in process the procurement of two wheeler.
      this is also surprise that they are accepting the Credit card against workshop but not accept the same at the time of sale the new vehicle.
      also they demanding extra cost 1.50% if payment made through credit card.
      i think this is against company policy hence kindly review the same at your end provide me corrective action taken at your end.

        I ama Tushar sahana customer of paras honda, RANIGANJ showroom..serivicing for my honda activa 125cc bs 6 model delayed..i have submitted my two wheeler at 12.30pm and yet not servicing started as my serial no was 18, my vehicle no is WB40AR0221..AND ALREADY I HAD BOOKED SERVICING AT 25TH JAN 2021 AND ON 26TH JAN 2021 I HAD CAME FOR SERVICING..BT SUDDENLY I HV HEAARD THAT SERVICING HAS CLOSED DUE TO HOLIDAY BUT NO INFORMATION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO US AND TODAY I M FACING THE PROBLRM OF SERVICE DELAYED

          I purchased honda hornet 2.0 on 5 December 2020 and right from that day disc brakes of my bike started making unusual sounds.
          I logged a complaint about it on service centre and they didn't give me a satisfactory solution and they charged me for this service and result was not satisfactory, Workman at service centre says that we don't know how to solve this problem. Sorry we can't do anything., except from this problem many other small problem have been there like self start does not work, engine heat Just in few kilometres of slow riding.
          I don't have the capacity to go every time i have my own work to do.
          Service showroom of Honda in Bhiwadi is worst they don't call and update about my condition of bike, i had to go there and ask myself if my registration certificate is completed or not staff is careless.

          I m attaching a video proof with my complaint, listen the sound carefully you'll hear the noise at present in video sound is low but in reality it is harsh and loud.

          This product is defective. I want full refund.

            On 17th september 2019 i purchased honda deo scooter from panachamoottil motors, cinemaparambu, bharanikavu, kollam kerala.From the 10th day of purchase itself the scooter had starting problem.most of the time the battery was down because of that i was using kick start.so when first the free service time dated on 14/10/19 i registred the complaint regarding the battery issue .After the service they said it was rectified. Again after 10 days same issues happened.On the 2nd service dated on10/01/2020 again i filed the same complaint.After the service they said it was rectified.Again within 10 days the same issue happened and third service was delayed due to corono and lockdown then they extended the service period, on that time also i filed the same complaint .Then they said its because of the lockdown that your were not using the scooter for a long period thats why the battery is showing problem now it was rectified.Again within 10 days the same problem happened, on the fourth service time i filed the complaint and they said everything is fine and that was the last free service which was dated on 16/01/2021.After 7 days again the same problem happened, i went to show them, then they said that your battery have problem and asked me to change it which cost around 1300/-.so i asked them this was the problem i raised from 10 days of purchase itself and on that time you said it was not the problem of battery, now how you can say it is the battery problem.Then they said if you are ready to pay we will rectify it otherwise please clear the area as they have lots of other works to do.so i paid the amount and the problem was rectified
            so kindly refund the amount which i paid as soon as possible

                  I have serviced my vehicle HP23C9659 at SK honda hamirpur himachal pradesh.After that side cover remained opened. Complaint already done before this one. SK honda hamirpur did not solve the problem. I have gone to sk honda ghumarwin also. But the behaviour of those employees was not good.
                  Register my complaint and take strict action against them.

                      I went to your Avadi SVM Motors for my TWO Wheeler 4th free service.

                      I bought Honda Activa 5G from SVM Motors, Avadi on 25.01.2020.

                      I given my Honda Activa 5G scooter for 4th service on 16.01.2021 at your Avadi service centre. I informed your representative that quick starter was not working and kindly check battery also. Your representative told me that your complaint is rectified. After service is completed, I took my scooter from SVM Motors, Avadi. The same problem is still going on. some time start button working but some time it is not working, many time I kick and start the scooter. I am sorry to say that this time your service is not satisfied because my complaint is not rectified.

                            for PAID service at Selvam Honda Vellore.
                            I register about my bike engine noise and engine start up problem in job card.
                            Today they delivered my bike.
                            I paid amount 1100 as service charge.
                            After delivery, I ride by bike. While riding its come to know, the mentioned complaint not attend. Just engine oil change only .
                            It's very worst service and cheating me.

                              I have porches 3 Vehicle ( Activa, Shine Sp, & Now Uniconrn ) But Sir At Sai Honda service Center At Barshi, Solapur .There No Proper Servicing Done, Sir I.E . For My Old Shine Sp I Have Changed Visor For Three Times . Buti.e Its Modal Problem, But, Today Sir I Have Send My UNICORN MH13DH 3251 For Servicing During Servicing No Precaution Was Taken By The Service Person i.e 1) Scratches Found during Changing Coneste On Fuel Tank, 2) Found Thread Slip by Servicing Person Of STEAM SUB (PART NO 053219KSPD20), It Is impossible to Slip The Tread Of such Part Internally, Sir it was Damaged Or Slipped By Unskilled service Person (Mechanic), And Thats Why I have To Paid Its Amount & original Honda Part Was Disturbed, Not My Mistake, So sir I wants To Request U to Keep The Skilled Service Person, Or Punish The Service Ceter Or return My Amount Of That Part .it Very Wrong Thing.How Could The Customer Get satisfied By there Servicing .                                 The vehicle started giving me the problem from the time I purchased it

                                This vehicle has gone to agency several times from the time it has been purchased but every time this was being returned to me after keeping in the agency for several days.This is just to torture the customer to keep the vehicle in the custody for longer time in the name of extensive checking.
                                The customer care team only register the case and do not provide any information on my concern.They even do not even provide the contact number of Honda official and also no official from Honda calls back inspire of several request made.I had left no option except contacting the agency only.The agency ask us to simply deposit the vehicle in the name of checking.

                                Please look into my concern and support me in this issue as being a lady I am finding very difficult to manage the defective vehicle which is being sold to me.I feel that Honda has cheated me and I am not getting any proper support from them.

In the dealership manager Mr.Guna very harshly behaved us also the customer service is very poor in the agency. They are not accepting to pay through the debit cards and they demand only the liquid cash, after we paid the liquid cash. If continues Honda customers will divert other company make vehicles. Please appropriate action in this regarding.
