Dear sirs,
Could you please advise the status on my above complaint no. 1-[protected] as mentioned in the captioned subject matter.

My car is still remain in your dealer’s work shop since 3 weeks for its replacement of damaged alloy wheel (The rim) and two numbers of tires.
Please be advised the car was delivered in the month of july 2017 and have gone for it’s first service of 5000 kilometre. The car was sparingly used for two months.

You will please note i am a prominent customer who paid the full cash in one cheque. My family members also using honda jazz car which was recently delivered. I am one of the directors of royal college of engineering and vice chairman of oxford english school, who is also holding other vip positions and supporter of honda cars. I was using a honda accord since 2009.

I am not satisfied with the dealers attitude and m/s honda’s support in the case of my above complaint

I humbly request you to show your good customer relationship and support to resolve the issue.

Its been 2-3 months when i got my car serviced, i got in trouble because the brake bolt nuts were not fixed tightly! I did’t expected this from honda, i was lucky that i’m alive

    I booked my honda city kl 21 l402 on[protected]Today). The driver who was appointed to pick up my vehicle informed me that he will come at 9.30 and didnt came yet and not attending the calls (‭+[protected]‬).
    After i called them at 12.45 they told me that they forgot to come over here and cant pick up the car today and they offer me a charity to be pick up tommorrow.
    The worst experience and response from the whole team which i spare 40 km and a day.

      I purchased brv on 19th oct. 2016 from your dealer sunshine honda, sikar. My car registration number is rj-23-ub-4081. I have facing a problem that the car windows are in close mode and always keep the option of recirculating air already in the car even though the outside dust, bad, foul odor and smoke always come inside the car either car ac on or off mode. I always have complaining about the problem to dealer sheetal honda, sriganganagar when i got service done from him, they tried but couldn’t fix this problem. Request you kindly look into and get fix this issue, might be this is a manufacture problem.

        I own a honda civic since last ten years. I find it very difficult to replace the rubber parts, as they are not available or are very expensive, since u have discontinued manufacture. The car is running beautifully nd i do not want to sell it. But i don't mind if i can get a fair resale value against another honda car amaze. Pl let me know what i should.

          Honda is international company and high standard but your branch classic honda is not giving full service i have warranty and zero dep insurance but classic honda service my door lock just like local service man and also we already inform and my lock open only with one key and this is not standard of honda and not change door lock and i driving a car at risk and who are responsible for if door again not open at night or in critical area pl help me out this ridiculous situation given by classic honda
          We are also doing humble request to service centre of classic honda but told me only one this is not company norms, i don't know the norms but i know only i[censored] r customer is not feel good u r service provider, this is not good.
          They also denied the replacement suspension of car.
          If this is not comes in zero dep insurance and warranty, why not they giving me a exceptional list.

            I bought a honda city smt idtec on the month of july 2014. The vehicle is under warranty for 2 years, it 4th year now, problem is on few services obviously othorised service centres charge too high. Like on body shop, mechanical works. As i wanted to get it done out side, i have asked them to change the front bumper with out paint, they told they won’t fix it without pains, anyway that’s my choice to use my car with a bumper without paint, i didn’t get the point why they don’t fix it that way. Brand like hyundai, suzuki, tata, mahindra, now even ford is giving parts on counter sale, i make a request to honda india even make parts available on counter sale.

              Dear sir,

              On 27/09/2016 i have purchased a car (Honda br-v cvt (I-vtec)- wb14p 2555.) from your dealership b. D. Automobiles pvt ltd (Eastern honda), nh6, salap, nibra, domjur, howrah, west bengal 711403.

              Suddenly my car got break down on 22/09/2017 and submitted the car to your dealer's service centre on same date. They have informed us one filter was required for replacement and for that reason my car not working.

              Already 23 days gone no suitable response receive from dealer end. Every day when i have called them for it. They have said filter not available at company's end and they have ordered the same to their mother hub.

              My car's age only 1 year. Is it acceptable this irregular causes. My holiday trip had cancelled for it.

              When i have purchase this car from your dealer, sales man said all parts are available at their end any time. But my required part not available. Is it a good sign of after sales support of honda. I'm totally unsatisfied your service.

              I need proper support from your end now. If not possible please mail me so that i will re sale my both honda car and purchase new car from other company who have support me properly without fail.

              Kindly take necessary action on it immediately.

                  Iam indar kumar. I own 3 or your cars. Civic city and jazz. I own your products from 2006. I know what kind of quality u produce in your products a d what kind of service u give. From recent past your quality of service is deteriorating for the cars.in my last visit on 16th oct 2017. I had an appoint ment fixed with white field honda bangalore there the service manager amith attended me and to my shock he said car is too dirty and soiled. He cannot de-soil / clean the car completely. So he is asking me to go for shampoo cleaning for the whole car which will again be extra. Honda doesn't do anything for free. Inspite of paying for wahsing u cannot tell u customers to go for premium car wash. I[censored] r not capable of cleaning the car properly for what u r charging then dont charge for the same ask the customers to get the washing done outside. I told amith he has to clean the car properly and if he is not capable of doing so i will take the car back and he bluntly said take it back we cannot clean. This is the kind of attitude your dealers are showing. I have face numerous problems from white fiel honda before but never went to the extent of complaing but now this is too much. Thank you.

                    This is pankaj kumar from rohtak. I purchased a honda brio from merit honda rohtak in 2012. After some time my car collided with a second car. The front left side of the car was damaged. Then i took the car to honda's workshop for repair. The workshop team has repaired the car. The sound started from the left side after some time. I showed the car in the workshop, and then he repaired something and said to me that your car has been cured; now no noise will come. After some time the noise started coming from the same. I showed the car again in the workshop with the same noises. The service manager took a road test and then after repairing something in the car told me that your car has been cured. After walking a few kilometers, the voice started coming again. Then i showed the car to a mechanic, he pulled out the car suspension from the car and showed me that your car's left suspension is bend. Suspension of the car was bend so he was not coming out of his real speed. Then i took the car to the workshop again and told the service manager nikhil jain. Then he called the mechanic and the mechanic who removed the suspension of the car told everybody that the suspension was bend. Nikhil jain did not believe in the voice. After a lot of debate, he changed the suspension. On that day, all my days were spoiled and i was very upset by debating nikhil jain after some time the noise started coming from the left side of the car. Along with the noise, the tire with the front left side of the car started to rub. I used to take the car to bridgestone to check the wheel there was also a sales head of bridgestone at that time; he checked my car and told that there is a problem in the suspension of your car. Wheel balancing or alignment is absolutely fine. I have complained about this very often that the car was not properly repaired at the time of accident. So this is the humble request from you that my car is properly repaired.

                      Dear honda r&d team,

                      I gaurav agarwal purchased a new honda city top model vx 2014 model, the quality is so worst that the car not at comparable with maruti or any of the competitive honda is worst in the segment,

                      I bought the car and due to so very small issues the car get affected and when the car is sent to workshop they said the car is very poor in the quality, it was very hard to listen from honda employees who were saying about the car,

                      Case 2 - in this 3 years of experience i have just taken only one claim before 15 days, they have just taken the labour of rs. 11000, and the dent is still visible of the car, they said sir give me time we will be doing again the task and this will take 4 days more to do again.

                      Worst quality ever i have seen in the car in such heavy prices.

                        Sir,
                        We purchased new honda city 2017 –s model on august 16, 2017 (Kl-40-n-7120) and our old honda city (Kl-7-ax-3127) was given for exchange sales to peninsular honda –kochi (Patels car).

                        It seems that the ownership transfer of the old car (Kl-7-ax-3127) is not yet done and it is still in my wife’s name. (Anitha narayanankutty).

                        Kindly transfer this at the earliest.

                        In the case, old vehicle is not yet sold – kindly transfer this to patel cars.

                        I got information from reliable sources — that rto owner-ship need to be transferred at the earliest to the selling person or second selling vehicles selling firm at the earliest for exchange vehicles.

                          I have purchased honda aviator on 03 october 2017 from todi honda 225c, ajc bose road. They delivered me the scooty instantly with road challan and when i demanded tax invoice they told me that the will call me within 2 days to pick up my tax invoice and insurance paper but 13 days have been passed they didn't call me, and when i call them they just keep saying that wait for 2 days again and again and disconnect the line. I am totally fed up by their pathetic service

Pichley saal bhi paid service krvai thi or abki baar bhi 12/10/2017 ko paid service krvai h, service ke regarding mere pas mere phone no. [protected] par 2 din pehle text messages aaya tha ki dipavli special offer me agar aap 15/10/17 se pehle service krvayenge to 25% labour me discount milega to maine 11/10/2017 ko service ke liye phone pe (Phone no. [protected]) booking krva li thi or company service provider ne subh 9:00 am k baad pahuchne ke liy kaha to mai subh 12/10/2017 ko sub 9:00 bje service ke liy pahunch gya. Or meri car ka service ke liy first no. Lag gya. Company service provider jinka name yogesh hai unhone car ko check kar job sheet bnayi or mujhe estimated cost di or delivery ka estimated time 1:30 pm diya. Mai unhe car ki key de kar apni duty par chala gya. Mere vaha rehne tak bhi koi next car service ke liy nahi ayi thi. Jab mene dophar ko 3 p. M. Ko call kar ke car ki service ke liye pucha to company se excuse mila ki sir apki car abhi ready nahi hai, rush bohat honey ki vajah se apki car 5:30 pm ko milegi. Jab mene kaha ki rush ka excuse dene ka kya matlab hai, jab ki mera service ke liye sab se pehla no. Lga hai. To unhone pucha ki apko car kab tak chahiye, mene kaha 4:00 pm tak, to unhoney kaha ki aap aa jana car ready milegi. Mai 4:00 pm ko service center pahunch gya, lekin us time bhi kehte ki apki car wash ho rhi h. Is trah unhone mujhe car sham ko 5:30 pm hi deliver ki. Or rs 4984 /- ka bill bnaya. Jisme mobile oil, air filter, windscreen fluid or bhi kai item daali hui thi. Par jab mene aaj 14/10/17 ko ghar pe car ka bonet khol k dekha to uske windscreen fluid vala container bilkul khali pada tha. Jiski pic bhi attatch hai, ojob sheet or bill ki pic bhi attatch hai. Mujhe windscreen fluid na dalne se koi problem nahi hai. Par agar unhone windscreen fluid nahi dala hai to iska matlab baki ki item bhi nahi dali hongi. Or sirf customer ko lutney ke liy farzi bill bana kar lutne ka kaam chala rahey hai. Isliy mai chahta hu ki inke khilaf koi karyavahi ho, or mujhe koi insaaf mil skta ho to miley. Abhi tak to mai sabhi ko agency se hi service karvaney ki advice deta tha. Par ab nahi. Is service center ki service ne mujhe bahut hi dukhi kar diya hai..

                              I have purchased honda city car on[protected] from the honda agent landmark automobiles private limited. I have some complaints from your authorized agent.

                              1. On[protected], my father went to your authorized agent landmark for the regular service, and then your executive told us that you have lapsed your first free service. Now you can not have that first service, we will provide the next service to you.

                              My complaint for this reply is, i have not received any follow up service call or reminder from the company and not from the agent. This is really bad for car brand like honda. I have not expected such reply from the money i spent for buying honda car.

                              2. On[protected] your honda landmark executive have conned my father and raised the invoice for amount rs. 23500/- your executive conned my father by explaining that, anti rust treatment, silence coating treatment and some color touching is required for your car. That all can be done for the sum of just rs. 23500/-. And my father is just conned by your executive. And your executive have raised the total bill of rs. 13824 and rs. 9676/-. Total bill amount rs.23, 500/-.

                              First visit to the agent after the sale, your agent just conned my father and took 23500/- money. I have purchased this car for the sum of 15 lacs and i really dont knew that you cheat your customer this way and mint money from this. This is not really expected from the brand like honda.

                              3. At the time of purchase of the honda car, i have been promised from the agent that you will get badi loyalty of amount rs. 5000/- but the same is still not received and now this agent "landmark" don't even know that i am suppose to get this badi loyalty voucher for rs. 5000.00

                              Once again false promise...

                              This is really bad experiences pilling up with honda. Please resolve my complaints and give solutions to it.

                              I want honda to reply to my complaints and not your agents.

                                Digipad is not at par with current generation of android auto & apple car play. Below features are useless with this current setup:
                                1. Mirror link cannot be used by most commonest of mobile phones in market today.
                                2. Navigation system is offline. Had it been connected to android auto, it gives a real time feature.
                                3. New apps cannot be downloaded

                                  Dear team honda / quality division

                                  Hope you are doing well!!

                                  With reference to the details, we bought our car from vision honda. It was our dream to be part of honda family, finally we became a member of honda eco system.

                                  However, it was not that much satisfactory for us being a customer. Kindly check below mentioned concerns and we are looking forward to hearing from honda, in detail from honda quality division.

                                  We got the honda with serious manufacturing and quality issues.
                                  While received, honda vehicle km shown in display was 154 km, we enquired about it, the response was, a test driving will be their before delivering, as a part of quality assurance.

                                  Our concern is if honda’s quality division is testing before delivery, how came they neglect these serious issues.
                                  1) problem :scratches on right side door – interior, - we found it on next day itself and called the representative of honda, he replied that before delivery the owner should check and clear it, if it found before then they will replace otherwise they can’t.

                                  2) problem: oil content found inside vehicle. – solved: they cleaned by using #3m leather cleaner – these two things happened within 2 days after delivery.

                                  3) problem: there was painting issue with both sides of back door – they said it might be happen, out of 1000 one car will may have issues - so this vehicle is one among the defective model. Solved: by free repainting

                                  4) problem: there was a noise in steering while left & right turning the vehicle, we found it on the same delivery day itself and we thought it will be like that because of the delivery has done after testing of 154 km so we didn’t felt any problem.

                                  We inspired our 3 neighbors and they bought. One day we got a chance to drive new vehicle and found that our vehicle having problem with steering and informed vision honda. Solved by replacing the part.

                                  These above issue are happened within free service period - below 2500 km

                                  5) problem: finally last month we given our vehicle for service and received at the same day itself, next day we found one hole under wiper, plastic cover. We went to honda service center and asked about this, they said its rat bite & every month there will be one or two vehicle having the same problem.

                                  Our concern - problem 5

                                  - we have been using cars (Kl 11 an 9006) for last 4 years and parked at the same places. This new one also was parked at the same place for last 6 months. So their is no chances for rat to enter in our car from our parking place, if then some plastics or materials used in honda maybe attracting the rat, or with reference to our previous problem we may conclude that the manufacturing and quality issues was occurred and due to the absence of pre quality check was not done for our vehicle. These things are happening.

                                  Then next day also the same thing happened and we consulted honda, they given order for the plastic part, changed the ac filter, done total cleaning by removing dash board and mats and used some gem cleaning - we paid 5000 for the above-mentioned works.

                                  We decided to park our vehicle in neighbor house, they have two cars with them, next day we found a massive damage happened inside our vehicle and their vehicles were not attacked by rats.

                                  Next day we went and met service manager and he agreed about these concerns and absence of quality check etc. Advised us to go for insurance. We parked in service center. After 2 days we went to check the status and everyone realized the effect including insurance, service adviser and staffs.

                                  We are expecting your response in this regard asap. Not only about rat bite, low quality material or service issues but also about the pre quality check issues and damages happened. Painting, interior issues, steering issues, etc.

                                  Being a honda family we are seriously unsatisfied and we need a detailed explanation rather than solution. We expect it asap. We are in trouble and can’t afford next quality issue in near future. So, we need a guarantee, explanation and solutions for the above concerns. We can’t bear anymore.

                                  We need a detail explanation from honda india - quality department and sales team of vision honda.

                                    We bought wr-v from emperor honda nagpur, from first service we are complaining for the same issue though its been 3 services over they had not even resolved... Now the most important thing is that back side right panel paint is getting out just by the tinner.

                                      We booked an honda city car on purchase price - 1014201/- in exchange deal with swift vxi - 3, 55, 000/- (Exchange value) on 23.09.2017, in the name of sunita rani[protected].

                                      While receiving the invoice bill after delivery, the dealer is giving a bill of rs. 999900/-, and submitting that value of your car was less as compare to what was given i. E.3, 55, 000. And therefore, difference of around rs.14301/-cannot be refunded, which was not finalized by the dealer at that time, as per documentary proo[censored]ploaded. The above is a clear act of fraud by the dealer.

                                      In addition to above, they have not provided the tcs certificate for rs. 10412/- (10% of the value) charged at the time of purchase. They said that as the bill has been generated for less than 10.00 lakhs, therefore the amount paid towards tcs will be refunded, which confirms the above mentioned fraudulent act by the dealer

                                      It is requested that the above matter should be addressed immediately and appropriate action must be issue against the responsible persons, as the registration of the vehicle is due in 10 days. Non submission of final bill to the registration authority upto 10 days, will levy heavy penalty to me.

                                      Its been 2-3 months when i got my car serviced, i got in trouble because the brake bolt nuts were not fixed proper tightly! I did’t exept this from honda, i lucky that i’m alive

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have a honda city v model purchased in 2016 from crown honda sec-63 noida

                                        Just within 2 weeks of purchase even before first service (1 month) a problem developed that whenever i press the brake at even normal speed like 30-40 kmph i get a shrilling sound which comes out from the front tyres backside where brakes are positoned..

                                        I dont know the root cause yet neither the problem is solved untill now even mentioning this issue in each past service 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th and 5th done recently.. Service center people (Crown honda sec-63 noida) say this is because oil or deposits getting collected over a period of time so they clean it but the problem doesnt subside and recurs again withing 4 -5 days of servicing.. I had also raised a gr for this issue but nothing has happened...

                                        I think now its enough and dont want to get my vehicle serviced with crown honda because i think they are not capable to handle this issue...

                                        Kindly suggest what should i do i have an extended warranty for my car for 4 yrs for all parts
