Here i bought car from honda showroom wagholi pune 2 yr back... They do not give communicate in time and always denies for pick up and drop service, overcharge for that. They treat the coustmer like bagger... Very disappointed.... Not expected from honda... Helpless.... There are many other issues too... Will not recommend the showroom from wagholi pune maharashtra.

    As i mentioned in my complaint subject that customer service is excellent, your dealer is just opposite to the excellent word.
    Today i have visited to your vijayanagar planet honda showroom and i wanted to give activa 125 cc bike gift to my wife, your executive took almost more than one hour to complete the formalities and then we have visited to deposit the cash to cash counter, i have given 40000 advance and i told him balance we will give tomorrow morning, out of 40000, 1 note is scribble note, surprised that your dealer is telling me we will not accept scribbled notes, in fact as per rbi rule you can't deny to take that scribbled note.
    I believe one thing whenever you purchase a new thing it should be happy ending but unfortunately your vijayanagar distributor is not customer friendly.
    I am also working as a sr. Area business manager and i am handling more than 200 dealers and more than 20000 retailers.
    Can i expect positive reply from your end...

      Sub: delays in the servicing of my damaged honda brio

      My honda brio car was partially submerged by water in a flash flood resulting from torrential rains in our locality in hyderabad on the night of 23rd august, 2017. I was in the usa at that time and on my return on 31st august, i got the vehicle towed on 1st september to the pride honda service centre in miyapur, hyderabad, for estimation of the damage and repairs necessary.

      It is now nearly 60 days after the delivery of the vehicle to the service center and it is still under servicing. They are not able to tell definitely when they will deliver my car.

      I request you, therefore, to initiate whatever action is required so that i will get the delivery of my car as soon as possible.

        I purchased a honda city 1.5 zx cvt (Ivtec) car on 28 th june 2017.
        At the time of purchase they agreed to repay the excess amount if any due to gst effect. But up to day it is not repaid. One of your manager told me that i may get back more than thirty thousand rupees. Please look in the matter and refund the money as early as possible.

          VICTIM OF CHEATING, FORGERY AND FRAUDULENT PRACTICES BY SAMARA HONDA, MAYAPURI, NEW DELHI
          I live in Greater Noida but preferred to take my Honda City car DL9CU 3782 for service and repairs of AC system all the way to SAMARA Honda West, Mayapuri, New Delhi, located at approx. 45-50 km away. Because I had purchased this car from their show room, I trusted the agency. But, It was a “Stab at the Back” kind of experience. I am extremely disturbed by the unethical and fraudulent actions by Samara Honda in the instant case. Following is the narration of my story.
          After fixing an appointment, I took my Honda City car, model 2012 to Samara Honda, Mayapuri for its servicing on 21 Oct 17 at at about 12:30 am. After handing over my car and initial inspection by one Sikh gentleman, Mr Sahil attended me. While handing over my car, I informed them that the AC of the car was not giving cool air and therefore, in addition to routine service, the AC system needs to be checked and fixed. I was assured that my car shall be delivered at about 5:30 pm same day after needful repairs and service. I was given an estimate of Rs 12500 for the service charges; and regarding AC system repairs/service I shall be intimated later after through checkup. At around 3:30 pm, I was informed by Mr Sahil that they have dismantled the AC system and found that the Cooling Coil had leakage and therefore same needed to be replaced with a new one. This shall incur additional cost of about 16000/- As I believed the advice and needed the AC problem be fixed, I gave my nod for this additional expenditure. A little later, I was informed that the item Cooling Coil was not readily available in the workshop, I would have to leave my car in the workshop for 4-5 days. I asked him to see if this part was available in some other Honda workshop, I was not provide any input about it. I, then told him I could not wait for so long without my car and therefore, I shall get the AC Cooling Coil replaced later and requested to handover my car after doing routine service only. I was told that as they had dismantled the AC system, the assembly shall take time, therefore, I could get my car only on 22.10.17 at about 12AM.
          I reached the workshop at about 3:30 pm on 22.10.17 to pick up my car. Mr Sahil again explained to me that the Cooling Coil has a leakage. He showed me his Computer Screen and indicated his remark/advice “Cooling Coil needs replacement, but customer declined” However, this statement of “decline” on the part of me, the customer was absolutely false because as fete accompli I had to get my car due to the fact that the Samra workshop failed to provide me the replacement of Cooling Coil. Mr Sahil suggested me if I take the Warranty of one year (costing about Rs 10000/-), he would delete this remark and then after one month the Cooling Coil shall be replaced without any additional cost. He also tried to scare me that some other major costly part may also need replacement, then this Warranty shall be useful. He tried to lure me with these offers but I found this highly unethical and flatly refused to oblige and insisted handing over my car. I got my car with “service”, however, one umbrella lying inside the car was found missing. A huge amount of Rs 18113 were billed for the service, which I had to pay and paid.
          So far, as I believed the advice of Samara Honda regarding leakage in the Cooling Coil of my car’s AC system, on 23.10.17 I took my car to ACE Honda Service Centre, Sector 11, Noida at about 9;30 am for replacement of Cooling Coil. Mr Nirmal Jit Singh attended me to whom I explained car’s AC problem and asked him to replace Cooling Coil with a new one. He also referred the online report of Samara Honda in his computer screen. He gave an estimate of Rs 15000/- for replacement of new Cooling Coil, filling of gas and labor charges, which I agreed. However, I was called up by Mr Nirmal Jit Singh at about 3 pm same day that there was no leakage found in the Cooling Coil, only gas needed to be filled up. I gave my nod for refilling and I got my car from the Ace Honda at about 5pm and AC was working perfectly. I was charged Rs 2697 for this work. The AC system of my car is functioning well since the refilling of gas.
          On 25.10.17, I got a feedback phone call from Samara Honda and I narrated above incidents. A little while later, same day one Mr Singh claiming to be the senior of Mr Sahil also called up and very unprofessionally tried to impress me that there was actual leakage in the Cooling Coil and the refill done by Ace Honda may soon be leaked out. He also told that Mr Sahil purportedly had shown me the video of my car’s Cooling Coil, which is absolutely false as no such video graphic proof was ever shown to me.
          From above, following is concluded by me:-
          (a) An attempt was made by Samara Honda to cheat me by falsely advising me that the car’s Cooling Coil was leaking.
          (b) An attempt was made to indulge me in to a forgery by luring me in to the trap to buy “Warranty” by spending about Rs 10000/- and then claiming replacement of Cooling Coil after one month free of cost. It casts serious doubt on the integrity of the man/men involved
          (c) I now doubt/suspect if they have carried out genuine service or handed over the car after cosmetic washing/cleaning only. Thus, I must have been levied Inflated charges of routine service costing me Rs 18113, which is a huge amount.
          (d) Holding my car for 2 days, causing me great inconvenience.
          (e) An umbrella kept in my car was found stolen.
          (f) I and my family were confronted with very dirty entry to the workshop, as the approach from main road to the workshop is littered with garbage.
          When I look back at above narration, I realize that there was an attempt of CHEATING and FRAUDULENT practices adopted on the part of Samara Honda, Mayapuri, New Delhi. This has caused grievous injury on the trust that I reposed in the agency in particular and the Honda Cars in general.
          I, therefore demand an explanation from Samara Honda and Honda Cars as why they indulged in such spurious and unethical practices causing grave loss of trust and money of a customer like me. I shall take next course of actions on receipt of your reply please.

            Dear customer care personnel,

            Greetings

            My name is meghana tare. I booked a vehicle honda activa 125 in black/grey color through a dealer in pilani named raj motor. (Phone number [protected])
            Vehicle was booked for black/grey color before diwali and i was promised a delivery today (October 30, 2017).

            I called earlier this morning to confirm the delivery of vehicle and was talked with no concern for consumer over phone "which vehicle you booked, what color and etc" in an extremely careless manner (No politeness). I let go of rudeness, but i was stunned that despite booking the vehicle in this much advance, color of the vehicle i booked is not available at the moment. And, need for notifying me for the same wasn't necessary by the dealer.

            I did try to track with dealer (Mr. Mahendra, phone number [protected]) in jhunjhunu, rajasthan and they weren't firm with their dates/times and complained that vehicles of that color are not coming from the company itself. I am not sure how many black color vehicles are made per day on your floors, but, to a layman understanding, it wouldn't take more than ten days to come to a user for sure!!

            This makes me question the honda company appoints dealers with no sense of respect to end users.
            Also, i asked when can it be available for taking home, and wasn't given any satisfactory answer. I have withdrawn my booking and i am soon heading to take my payment back which i wrote as a cheque to dealer (Thank god for that)!

            My family has been a honda user for a long period of time and i wished to continue the trend; but alas!! You lost a family of customers!! I do understand that losing one customer doesn't affect your big empire, but people losing faith makes a difference!

            I hope you the customer care people, take this email seriously and take necessary actions.

              Hi,

              I want to register my complaint pertaining to delay in delivery of wrv car.

              Booking reference number:10121

              I have booked for a wrv, diesel, vxmt-as (Alabaster silver colour) on 29th sept 2017 at highway honda, rudrapur, bhubaneswar, odisha, a unit of aditya group.

              They are playing with us and not giving us clarity on the car delivery.
              Initially at the time of booking, the salesperson at the showroom did not say anything about the delay and now after around 1 month of waiting and repeated followups, they are still not confirming the date of delivery.

              This attitude of honda sales personnel is not acceptable.

              I have raised my concerns with the showroom manager too, but no response.

              Kindly let me know how soon we can get the car delivery. Expect a delivery as soon as possible.

              This episode shows honda company in poor light and if my concerns are not addressed immediately, i will be bound to withdraw my car booking amount which we have paid.

              I also will not recommend honda to any of my friends and colleagues hereafter.

              I am writing this email in anticipation of a quick response on the car delivery status.

                  I would like to know that i got call from tata motors and they told me that ur resume has been selected. But before interview u have to pay security amount of rs 1150 which will bhi refunded to you in your training. This is not big amount so i send it. After 2 day i got call which is telphonic interview and after completing they told me that u have selected.
                  U will get ur offer letter and call ketter soon.
                  Today they send me mail inside which offer letter is there.
                  They told me that h will get ur security money back in ur traing.
                  After training ur confirmation letter will be give to u.

                  I would like to know whether it is fake or genuine.
                  I should go forward or not.

                      I dr mahesh gowda had left my car honda city car no ka 02me 1495 at your bangalore yeshwantpur service centre for service as well as problem w. R. T break slowing on 21/10/2017
                      They had not assessed the problem properly and only on my insistence after calling up the manager they assessed the problem and told me everything will be taken care off
                      But today i. E on 26/10/17 when i have come to collect the vehicle after their assurance that it is ready for delivery they have not replaced the problematic parking light but the normal headlight
                      I really doubt their professional ethics and conduct as i had consented believing them fully as they have not assessed and replaced the problematic light/ bulb

                      Except for thomas other two were very arrogant and unprofessional in their behaviour

                        I had given my car (Honda city vx 2017) for first service in ring road honda gurgaon, that time those # workshop guys stolen the sd card of digipad.
                        Now navigation system is dead. I had made communication with these duffers but no solution.

                        I will advice to all take precaution before giving car in service and imagine your are handing over your car to a gang of thief.

                        1- note down you bettery serial number ask to your service advisor to fill the sr no in ro form.
                        (It may be changed with old battery and you cant claim)
                        2- take out if any sd card is there in your car, it may be stolen by # and duffer people
                        3- note down the serial number of your tyre as well.
                        4- that is also possible in first and second service they will hand over your car after just washing out.

                        Thanks for update. Please don't dilute the facts, these are following

                        1- it was map (Navigator) microsd card not a media one

                        2- it was not misplaced from my vehicle but stolen during the service

                        3- mr. Deepak promise me to give best discount on new sd card not on service.

                        4- since the cost of sd card is very high (7600/-) so 1000/- (1000/- was communicated with me on cost confirmation only) discount is negligible and not acceptable.

                        5- i was agree on discount, keeping in mind the cost would be around[protected]/- and discount would be 50%.

                        This incidence create a fear and i am not able to finalize the check list before giving my car in service and on delivery after service. Would you like to advice me to take care my car wheels, stepney, battery and engine parts etc.

                        I am disappoint with your mail. I would like to advice you to read mail trail once again. It was not my personal item
                        Or belonging which is misplaced during service but it was map sd card which is stolen, it was inserted by dealer's
                        Employee at the time of delivery and not handed over to me to insert it at my own. That is why it was my opinion it
                        Is an integral part of system. No one tell me to removed it before giving car in service.

                        The person who pick my car check every thing and not advice me to remove this sd card if it was required.

                        Mostly customer trust the dealership keeping in mind that they represent the company. Now my perception
                        Have been changed that we cant simply trust a dealer.

                        It is just washing your hand from issue. Though it is not big amount for me but the way my issue is considered i am not satisfied,
                        It is nothing but you are asking me to keep quiet.
                        Let me check other options including legal advice then i will come back.

                        Thank for responding me and producing some evidence in your defense. If the ro copy is a base document in such kind of cases
                        I would be more careful in future, it happens because i simply trust you dealership what i should not.

                        The person visit to pick my car, started filling ro in reception area only without inspection of the car.
                        When i came down to receive and bring him in parking area, i saw he is filling form. It was asked by me how you are
                        Filling form without inspection.

                        I have two evidence in my support:

                        1) the security guard on duty that day in reception area, he saw him filling the form.
                        2) cctv footage you can see clearly, he is filling the form.

                        Other thing what support my claim

                        1- key chain - is market as cross while my both the key having key chain from day one. It was given by ring road honda only at
                        The time of car delivery. It means driver had not seen the key but update in his sheet.

                        2- battery no - no battery number is filled, only right sign is there, means bonnet was not opened by this person, but
                        Assumed by him that there is a battery in the car.

                        3- caska/avn/sd card - if you see the system of car there are two slot one for media sd card second for map sd card.
                        But in the form there is no map sd card column. It means slot was not checked but put the cross on sd card option.

                        4- fog lamp is market as yes and antenna is market as no while both are integral part of car model what i am owning comes
                        Fitted by the company, and both are present. Antenna is not removable by a non technical man like me.


                        It shows that the ro copy presented by you was filled before inspection of the car and the person who came to pick the car use
                        His previous experience or he was not aware about the item need to check in this model.

                        I hope it will help you to understand my point of view, the worst part of this conversation is you want to make me responsible
                        In this case while i am not, otherwise it was not a bigger matter if you really show willingness to support to your customer.

                        I have been spent my time costlier than sd card value, in writing the mails. We should reach at a reasonable agreement to
                        Close the loop keeping in mind, we have to continue the relationship in near future.

                        I am thankful, at least you accept that there are gaps and leakage in your process. Driver and service adviser both are your
                        Employee and both the document pick up form and ro are your internal document.

                        The ro was filled in my absence and no communication was made by service adviser if there was a mismatch between pickup form and ro,
                        Why i should believe ro was filled fairly.

                        It is clear now onus goes to your dealership and you should take the responsibility and provide me new sd card.
                        I don't think there is a requirement of further discussion and clarification.

                        @honda customer relation : while your dealer accepting process gap, you should help to your customer in such situation.

                        This is all rubbish now, you are giving false statement to cover up one theft incidence in your workshop during service.
                        If pick up form and ro having different information then, why not it should be considered as process gap.

                        "if there was no sdcard available in slot, why not your service adviser call me and update"
                        Why it should not be considered as process gap? After getting irritating responses continuously,
                        I reached on a conclusion that i should see other option including legal action.

                        The same happens to me as well. I guess this deal is happening all over the Honda service centre. This people are so culprits. Yet ti raise complaint to HONDA.

                        I guess we must go ahead for a consumer complaint against Honda for this very unsafe design of a map chip position. And not providing proper awareness for the customer regarding the same.

                          This is in regards to honda amaze - dl14cc4427 which i purchased from "prime honda patparguj" in 2016.

                          On 3rd october 2017 (Tuesday), my vehicle broke down on yamuna expressway. We managed to get it toed off to prime honda patpargunj.

                          On the same day we submitted the car and were told by "prime honda technicians" that only 1500 or 2000 rupees will be charged & rest (40, 000 inr) money will be refunded through insurance. I left the car there as i was assured i will get my car in 3-4 working days.

                          After 3 days, i was informed that i have to pay around 75, 000 - 80, 000 and only 40, 000 will be paid by insurance.
                          I had purchased a insurance through "honda assure insurance". It's a zero depreciation insurance, therefore i am entitled to a "full claim".

                          Policy no. - 2311/60008745/00/000

                          I have no count on the number of visits i have made to both the service centers. No one has been able to give the resolution time and i am shuttling from one place to the other. Already its been 22 days and still i have not got my car back. Every time i call/visit following people give me new reason for postponing the delivery (Sometimes some part is not available at company's end, sometimes the manager is out on vacation).
                          It doesn't take 22 days to repair or change a part.

                          Till date i have spoken with the following people at prime honda (Vaishali and patpargunj) service station :
                          1. Mr shailesh
                          2. Mr. B. K. Shrivastav
                          3. Mr. Mehra
                          4. Mr. Vikas (For insurance)

                          Despite visiting every week and calling everyone about an update every other day, nobody is being able to put a deadline to this. I don't understand why in every 2 days delivery dates keep shifting. The scenario mentioned above is frustrating and mentally disturbing. It is clear case of harassment against policy. Its a total attempt of fooling & taking advantage of the customer.

                          Brand name honda is a well known name and i would assume that customer satisfaction should be on your priority list considering that honda is serving an elite segment in india.

                          I expect that by escalating this issue to all of you would help in expediting this case and providing resolution on timely basis otherwise i would be forced to take up this issue with consumer forum as well as media.

                          Hope this mail will reaches to good people who can actually resolve my concerns. Kindly take necessary actions immediately.

                          My Car no. is KA04, MS-5028 Purchased from Brigade Honda, Yelahanka, Bangalore in Nov-16. The subject complaint is attended by the service personnel from the company agency three times i.e. on 10.10.17, 16.10.17 and 18.10.17 but not been resolved. Please send instruction to the agency to diagnise the problem correctly and rectify.

                            A city honda was purchased from m/s falcon honda, nashik in june 2017 with regn no. Mh-15-ft-8747 in the name of tamal sen. While purchasing, the dealer had issued a wrong invoice and later they did not provide correct original invoice even after several months. Excess amount collected through such incorrect invoice not yet refunded. Further, an tcs amount of rs 11, 000/- plus was also collected during purchase against which tcs certificate is required to be issued to the customer within 15.07.2017. Till now, i have not received the certificate. After several follow ups, i understand that they have recently remitted the tcs amount to the govt after more than 3 month which is also not correct from tax point of view. Complaint lodged vide ticket no 1-[protected] dt 26.09.2017 was falsely closed with a remark that sales representative met me and original invoice was handed over. This is a complete unethical way of closure of ticket. When again contacted at the toll free number, they said they will open the ticket and ticket number will be sent to me which never happened. One month is gone even with that. Several mails written to the dealer remains un replied.

                              M really disappointed with the services of honda, i gave my car to ace honda noida for service, and after the service m facing lots of issues in my car, like engine sound is loud, back door lock not working, front side power window not working properly etc etc.. I called to honda regarding this but no satisfactory answer received from there side, they charge me very high but give lower level service... I’ll raise this this to the top management for sure..

                                    Car number is gj06lb2002. Off driver side tyres bursts on very normal condition & at speed odd around 45 kmph, same happened with 3 tyres, tyre air pressure was normal 33, 37. Myself driving cars from last 20 years, earlier was proud owner of ford fiesta which is 12 years old & still with me, but now after honda incidence i am afraid of sitting in new car which is purchased 3 months back, my family lost all confidence on safety, i myself is also afraid, to bring back my confidence i need containment & permanent action with analysis, hope you will not come with reply that tyre quality was good, it was road or driving condition which lead to same. Over that i was insured with in site assistance which also took 8.5 hours to reach me. 267154 is my complaint number, need your quick & positive feedback in saving life's of proud honda car holders by acting in time & supporting customers with required solutions.

                                      I had met with an accident in kanpur and has submitted my honda amaze diesel car no - dl3ccc 3943 to body shop with pushp honda kanpur and i was told that car will be given back to me by next day but it did not happen and i waited for next day for 4 days in kanpur at my own expenses.
                                      However i also informed them that i have a 0 dep insurance policy and they said everything will be taken care off. At time of delivery of the vehicle i was told to pay more than 5000 rs inr under various heads. After continuously telling them that it is a 0 dep policy they did not give me my car back and ultimately i had to pay the entire amount they asked for. Also i was told that once the do comes from the body shop they will refund back my amount if anything was due to me. This was on 03/10/2017. They told me that they will email me the do.
                                      After comming back to delhi its been 20 days since today and after calling them every day they promise to call back in few minutes or tell to check my email but no email is there from their end. After calling them every day from last 20 days i am forced to mention here. I have been speaking to mr shekhar mishra - [protected] and mr sumit - [protected]
                                      My question is - why is it taking so long just to send the do? If anything is not covered under insurance just let me know and since i have already paid for same everything will be all set. Or is it that they have pocketed the entire amount i had paid and now they do not want to send the do and refund back the money as they promised?

                                        This email is to address my grief regarding the automatic honda city i purchased from arya honda, ballard estate mumbai in march 2015. There is a manufacturing defect in the car which causes flooding in my car with one heavy shower and no floods on the roads. This is happening from the first year of purchase and my car has gone to the service centre in dockyard road, mumbai 4-5 times for the same issue. Every time i am given a new reason for this and they assure to have fixed the problem but the flooding continues. They refuse to give me in written that it won’t happen again. My car is flooded again and i am fed up of the false assurances by honda service centre. The metal parts under the seat have also started to rust because of this. I have gone through enough grief dealing with the ppl at honda all these years. It’s the worst after sales service i have seen. I would request some one to look into the matter immediately and fix my car and replace all the rusted and damaged parts coz of this issue or else i will have to take a serious action this time.

                                        To whom so ever it may concern.

                                        Am writing this email in regards to the problem I am facing with my Honda city automatic, which was purchased in March 2015 from Arya Honda, Ballard estate, Mumbai.

                                        Since the time of the purchase my car has been flooding with water every monsoon.
                                        Last monsoon I had sent the car to the Dockyard road service centre, Mumbai for the same issue where the front and the back door of the right side of the car was getting filled up with water and was leaking into the car, spoiling the carpet entirely inspite of it being laminated. I was told that such problems occour if the drainage is blocked. Post the draininage was cleared I was assured by the service centre manager that the issue has been resolved and there wont be any leakage again.
                                        Soon after two days the water continued to leak, when i sent the car back to the same service centre, they kept the car with them for over a week to fugure the issue. After some tests I was told that there is a possibility of some opening at the joints of the car body due to which this is happening.
                                        For which they had to remove the seats open up the doors etc to fix it. I was again assured by the manager that this time its guaranteed that the drainage wont happen again. When i received my car back from the service centre It was in a pathetic condition. Where the seats were stained and the carpet along with the lamination was very shabbily put. I was told that once the lamination is removed u obviously loose the vaccum and it will look like that only.
                                        So if my car has a manufacturing defect and it is being fixed, it's not my problem that the lamination had been damaged. I will expect them to do a new lamination because the faul was not mine. its because of the car defect the carpet got damaged. Sso i will obviously expect the car to come back in the same state as i had given it in.

                                        Inspite of all this i never raised a complaion last year. But this monsoon again I am facing the same problem. My car is flooding again from the same side.And its lying with the service centre. The manager there now says that the plastic insulation of all the doors has broken loose and the gumming has gone bad. So i will have to replace it on all the four doors. He says its a common issue and it wont be covered under the extended warranty as honda has refused it.

                                        Firstly its been only two years since i have purchased the car. All these problems shouldnt have occured at all. It clearly is a manufacturing defect and since the service centre could not fix it properly last time when the car was under warranty I am facing exactly the same problem again.
                                        I am being asked to pay for somethig that i shouldnt be complaining about in the first place.
                                        If this is how the quality of the new honda cars is then it is a serious matter of concern.
                                        Pleople buy a Honda car because of its quality and superior after sales service.
                                        Am am sorry to say that I dont believe in the same any more because I am neither seeing good quality and nor is the service superior. I have gone through enough trouble and i refuse to let it go this time.

                                        I want my car fixed for good so that nor such issue arises again. Every monsoon i shouldnt be calling the service centre frantically because my car gets flooded. This is clearly not done.

                                        I would sincerely request for some one to look into the matter and get this sorted.

                                        And i would want it in written by some official that the car has been fixed and no such flooding problem will occour again due to same reasons.
