I purchaed a honda city vx cvt during july' 2017. The radio was not working. So was the navigation chip. I had to visit the service center to get the same repaired. They raised an htr and a replacement was obtained after about a week. The radio unit started working, but the navigation chip did not work. They raised another htr and a fresh replacement was obtained during september. The replaced navigation chip also did not function.
So i requested them to rectfy the same during the third month service of the car. The car was picked up on 9th nov' 2017. By the end of the day the same story is being repeated. That they are raising a fresh htr for the faulty navigation chip. I am going on a vaction today and will be back by 4th nov' 2017. They have told me to inform them on my arrival to take up the issue.

    Linkway honda picked up my car from my residence on saturday morning 7th oct 2017. Till now i. E 3 days have passed i have not received a callback from advisor for what are the required work items, their estimates and schedule dates for completion fo work.
    I have made more than 5 calls to linkway honda on[protected] multiple times as well as to cell number of mahesh sawant. However, no data is available.

    I need to get my car work done, and i demand response from linkway honda on priority.

      Same history repeats again, again honda name defamed.

      Don’t know whether service is done or not but its sure that car was not washed at all, and bill was included washing charges. No commitment of time of delivery of car maintained by service department.
      It is surprising that i received feedback mail (As below) at 5.53 and car was not out from garage by that time. I received car at 6.50 pm at sector 10 which is 5 km from service station.

      Its ridicules and this is form emerand honda part, i think honda ask for feedback only for shakes no improvements seems in last 18/19 months. Same happened in past as well, u can check past records as well.

      Now its enough and honda will not improve by feedback and mail, therefore i have request to local print media for raised my concern and asked my lawyer to prepare a legal notice for consumer court as well.

        Dear sir;

        I am working with Land T Technology services; Limited Vadodara as a project manager. I have booked the Honda Amaze Smt ptional model ( golden brown) at Cartec Honda-Ahmedabd on 22nd sep-17 under company car owner scheme. Dealer has assured to give delivery of car in the first week of oct-17. But after lot of followed he has not give any confirmation for delivery. When I contacted personally than told on 5th Oct-17 that they will not give the divert of the car in month of oct-17. This was not told by the dealer at time of booking of car.based on the confirmation to give the delivery of car I have sale my existing car. Now at present I do not have car and dealer is not give any confirmation for delivery.Dealer has pressurised me to released the work ordered and payment for delivery of car. Based on this inahve already submitted the work ordered for the same and demand start is ready to submit to dealer.

        In this scenario dealer has hidden the things give the worng information for delivery of the car. Now they are pressurize me to select the lower model or one step higher model that is not fulfill my requirement.
        Seeing brand name of Honda I have booked the Amaze car.

        Kindly looked into matter and resolve the matter asap.

            The bridgestone eukopia tyre of the all new honda city facelift its design of the tyre is very bad & the quality of the tyre is also worst. I had not seen a such type of the tyre at all the tyre gets burst with a small impact. I feel very guilty that i'm using such type of car & the tyre. The design of the tyre is very bad & the radial size is also very # they had provided a heavy engine to the car the tyre does not suit to it. I feel very guilty in front of the other's that the new cars tyre gets burst.

              Main issue: my car armrest lock is broken. It was cleverly glued by someone at the service center and it is something which cannot be identified quickly and when i used the car after some time it came off and i found dried glue and all which have been used to fix it temporarily. After few days when i went to regent honda service center they simply denied and were very rude as well.

              Branch: regent honda (Manpada majhiwada branch).

              Service manager: dattaram nikam (He doesn't care and told to complaint wherever you want!)

              Service advisor: vaibhav tondwalkar

              Front office manager: ravi aggarwal (Most rude)

              Complete story:
              The car was sent for service to regent honda service center.
              On 2nd sept. It was kept for 2 days then sent back. Then i complained that it is not repaired there is some engine knocking and also car was very dirty the carpet was moist and the engine was muddy. They pick up the car on 7th sep again and sent back in the evening saying everything is done.
              Then again i called and said the service advisor that it is still not fine the carpet is wet there is bad smell. He said we have done from our side else i will pickup the car again if you want! They think we have car for them to keep it for days and even though they cant do thing at once neither twice properly it takes regent honda multiple times to do simple service of car.

              Few days later when customer feedback call came: i told the same story and they said they will get back. Nothing happened!!

              I was out of town as well. Then i went to regent honda service center upon my return and showed them that see this arm rest is broken and had been cleverly glued. They straightaway denied and said we are not responsible and you should have come within 2 days if you have queries. I said my car was picked up twice due to bad service you provided you kept it for 4 days total and how could such hidden lock be identified is damaged so quickly which have been glued cleverly. I asked them if you are saying it was already broken then the job card does not have any information which says armrest broken.! They have no answer for that and they are very confident that nothing will happen to them as customers are always sufferred and brand like honda will not get damaged.!!

              I asked to submit a formal complaint. They said there is no mechanism to submit any complaint. We have feedback form you can fill that up.

              I asked give me letter head of regent honda so i can write a complaint. They denied that.!

              I write few lines on the feedback form and give them they were not hesitant to even accept and sign that for me that do whatever you want complaint wherever you want nothing will happen!!

              Resolution wanted: fix my car / refund the amount eligible from the service owing to damage you have done. And ask the branch manager to apologise as well for first damaging my car then being rude and showing attitude to customers!!

              I have attached the photo of damaged part. Also the copy of complaint i filed in branch with stamp received from them and acknowledged by regent honda itself and that they are denying the repair.

              This repair is small and still being denied by honda, but i want to highlight how such company honda does not care about any after sale service. Even in a no issue car the charge for service for a car just 4 years old like 15000. And they are not ready to provide good service and deny repair.

                We bought a honda city in december 2016. Last week we were travelling in rain (It was the first time in rain) and next day we found the water went into headlights so we need a replacement for headlights we bought it from honda showroom nizamabad branch and we launched a complaint there but there is no response from them. So we kindly request you to take an action and provide replacement as early as possible.

                  I had a horrible experience with pink city honda services in jaipur. The dealer took the care and only returned it after several chasing post 10 days (Which was supposed to be for 3 days). My car did not even get serviced as per the defined issues. Window panel motor was changed however the window remained defective and i have been chasing them for last 1 month to fix it however i did not receive any positive response from them. Post my complain they mentioned that the window has some other fault so we will have to now change some other part, after changing that part the window still refused to work and now i am chasing them to get service but no one is attending to this. I am left with no other option but to go to consumer court.

                    I had given my car for accident repair on 26 aug 2017. The front bumper was damaged. When i received the car after 2 weeks, i noticed deep scratches on left doors (Exending to both left front and left rear doors). Also had some bubbles in the bonnet painted earlier at same place and i asked them to repaint it. I showed it to the service manager, he asked me to fill some insurance forms and took the car. This time too the car was kept for 2 complete weeks. No replacement car provided - although the agent initially promised to give it back in 1 week. I was overcharged for the repairs and was not given a bill of the payment (Gave after 1 week). When i took the car, i noticed broken paint just behind the left rear door (Which was repaired just then) and left rear door was not opening. The dome light inside the car also not working and lot of dirty spots all over the car dashboard and sides. I took the car to them, they touched up the broken paint and are telling me that the door lock is faulty? Need a resolution for
                    1. Locked door should be repaired
                    2. The light needs to be fixed
                    3. The broken paint needs to be redone properly
                    4. Refund of entire amount overcharged

                    Also the bonnet was painted but still has dent marks on the paint and has to be redone.

                      Myself dinesh bist having honda jazz no. Up 14 cr 0053
                      My car bamper has been broken and i gone to prime honda vaishali on 20 may 2017 to replace my bumper after they fix my bumper from left side bumper couldn't properly fit. Repedily i am going they adjust it but it couldn't fit.
                      I am regularly fix my self but it couldn't fit. I am totaly feedup regarding this matter than my friend told me to write a mail to you honda company cares his custmer and they desolved this problem as soon as possible.
                      I am waiting for your response. Please solve my problem if not i will change my service center to other agency's

Actually this work done within 15 days bt till not done work. I[censored] don't give us perfect service for customer why u make fool to customers.                             Above mentioned details are of my vehicle. After a month of purchase some problem has occurred and for the same i visited the service station but they told me in next visit they will resolve the problem.
                            After the commitment from mr. Naved, i visited the service station more than 4 times but no one has resolved my car’s problem. And mr. Naved did not took my car for servicing.
                            After several times of visit for the same thing the problem has remained as it is.
                            I want answer from you all,
                            1. Why this kind of bad service you provide to the customer?
                            2. When will my vehicle’s problem will get solved?
                            3. How many times i need to come to the service station for the same problem?

                              We wish to express deep sense of disappointment and record our frustration with the manner
                              In which your customer relation manager has conducted herself and handled the problem.
                              First of all i had, due to oversight on my part, inadvertently sent the car for rectification of the electrical systems.
                              Without prior appointment. I do admit it was error on my part.
                              My car was unceremoniously sent back. With appointment granted for the next day. The workshop was not willing to
                              Keep car overnight so as to avoid return to nariman point and back to workshop the following day.

                              Car was sent again on saturday 23 september with prior appointment and it was probably not attended to,
                              Until monday 25 september or tuesday 26 september. They came back with the diagnosis that battery was faulty and
                              Was sent to the manufactures place and was asked to pick up the car and it was indeed picked up on friday 29 september,
                              After being assured that the car has been fitted with proper service battery.
                              The service battery had very short life and it did not reach our home. It stopped working midway.
                              I had tried to reach your work shop and wanted to speak to ms. Arpita shinde. She spoke to me may be twice and understood the problem.
                              And thereafter she refused to talk to me and and did not take my call.. She left us in rainy day to defend ourselves with car window not closing and
                              Wetting seats in the car. I had to arrange to take the car to my house with windows open.
                              I am unable to understand why your customer relations manager is not customer friendly. I would say that she is hostile to the customer
                              And unwilling to be of any help and assistance in the time when we need the most. Why are the customer relation managers appointed?
                              Are they there to deny assistance to customer who need them the most.
                              First of all you send the car with faulty battery without proper check up and assessing life of the service battery.
                              Then ms. Arpita shinde adds insult to the injury suffered by refusing to take call.
                              I do not know why is customer service manager like arpita shinde appointed?
                              Is that a ceremonial post and you are required to show to honda that you have proper set up in place to handle customer grievances
                              It does not matter whether it is really listening to complains of customer. She is the best example of lethargic attitude and unwillingness to
                              Extend help when needed the most. This help if extended is certainly not a favour or obligation to customer but just efforts on your part to minimise
                              The suffering inflicted on customer by your deficient service.in my vast experience of dealing with customer service executive for nearly half century
                              I have never come across the customer relation as irresponsibe and feckless and as reckless as ms. Arpita shinde is.
                              She has certainly left a very lasting and permanent impression on my mind about her inefficient and incapable self.
                              May wise counsel prevail on solitaire honda.
                              I would like to register my complaint and grievances with honda.

                                  Hello,
                                  I ve bought a honda jazz full option car booked through muthoot honda showroom at kollam, kerala. At the time we were planning to book the car, the showroom representatives were very keen to introduce their exciting offers in front o[censored]s, which included a 5000rs cash back for registered medical practitioners. And what we needed to submit was just our permanent registration certificate copy and our bank account number. That i ve already submitted at their showroom itself. Since there was no response regarding the cash back, we went directly to the showroom to enquire abt this, approximately 1month after we got our car. But they were like the company should do some verification regarding the certificate, then only they could issue the money. I do not know what verification are they talking about after i ve submitted my permanent registration certificate which clearly states that i am a registered medical practioner... I am really frustrated about their approach and disappointed at being not ensuring the customer care that i need. Now its been 3months after i ve bought my car and havent yet received the cash back they offered.

                                      Hi, i have purchased wrv hardly one month back. What i have realaised is that it's back chrome plate which houses the rear camera and dicky opening switch is of poor quality plastic and more importantly is badly fixed there. As a result it keeps coming out.in a month for me this is 3 rd time it has come out and thus today i have come at hallmark honda dealership for repairs. But i doubt if there is any permanent fix to this issue. It's a manufacturing n design defect. It should have been fitted strongly or honda should have given a lever to a driver which he could use for opening the dicky thus no force is required on the chrome to pull the dicky up. Utterly disappointed with honda quality of work here. I need a permanent fix here from the company else will take this to consumer forum.

                                        I have purchased the honda jazz car from harmony honda panchkula on september 2017 and i have taken my car for first free service and thereafter the air conditioner of the car stopped functioning. I took my car next day to the service centre again for the non functioning of air conditioning. The service centre people told me to leave the car and they will take 8 to 10 hours to rectify the problem. It is great concern to note the within 30 days of purchase and with 250 km run only, the car like honda air conditioning stops. Kindly help me out with thorough investigation of my car and sought out the problem of ac. Kunal garg.[protected]

                                        Car is getting rusted from all parts, but dealership is not helping in such worst situation, complaint to them many a times.
