I ve bought a honda jazz full option car booked through muthoot honda showroom at kollam, kerala. At the time we were planning to book the car, the showroom representatives were very keen to introduce their exciting offers in front o[censored]s, which included a 5000rs cash back for registered medical practitioners. And what we needed to submit was just our permanent registration certificate copy and our bank account number. That i ve already submitted at their showroom itself. Since there was no response regarding the cash back, we went directly to the showroom to enquire abt this, approximately 1month after we got our car. But they were like the company should do some verification regarding the certificate, then only they could issue the money. I do not know what verification are they talking about after i ve submitted my permanent registration certificate which clearly states that i am a registered medical practioner... I am really frustrated about their approach and disappointed at being not ensuring the customer care that i need. Now its been 3months after i ve bought my car and havent yet received the cash back they offered.

Want to get email id of CEO to feel sorry to purchase car from Honda .I hope at least complaint bench will do its duty honestly
