Dear sir / madam,

This is with regards to my vehicle # mh-02-ch-9152.

Please note my vehicle was sent to the service center on tuesday, 7th november in the afternoon to repair the front door (Fender) under insurance and the service advisor was mr rajesh menezes. He called me after the car was received requesting me to e-mail the rc copy, my pan card & driving license which was mailed to him immediately... Although the claim form was not sent to him until fri... There was no follow up by anyone until then and finally when i called him he asked me if i had sent the e-mail pertaining to my rc copy, my pan card & driving license which was sent immediately and the same thing was asked after 3 days... He said he hasnt checked mail and got confused as they have too many cars to handle and cant remember!! Thats a lovely answer for a service industry.

However then he confirmed he has received the documents... And time and again it was informed to sandeep singh / rajesh menezes that my main area of concern is to fix the front door and have it covered under insurance...

Yesterday monday, 13th november tried calling rajesh to get the status if the inspection had happened but his mobile was off i even sent him a sms to call me back... But no reply.

This morning i get a call from rajesh saying that the inspector had come and has not approved of the front door and i[censored] need to get it done there is a cost of 18, 000/- and he is ok to cover the rear bumper (Please note this was never an issue but i did mention in the claim form thinking may be this get covered too.. Neither rajesh nor sandeep guided me how to fill the accident incidence). After discussin the same with raj bhosale he tells me it cannot be 18000 they must have said 1800/-... Asked him to re-check with rajesh menezes and he calls back and tells me you were right its 18000 and not 1800/- what kind of co-ordination within their own staff??

After one week of keeping my vehicle with them this is the answer i get... I do understand the claim form got delayed because of me but least they should know is why the vehicle has been sent out. It clearly the service advisor that has not informed the inspector what was the issue and has not guided me correctly to fill in the claim form.

After me telling him please send the car back to me he was very casual about it and just said ok will send it back.. Is this the kind of service honda provides?? Being such a big brand and the replies that the advisors give is unbelievable...

Request some senior to look into the same and revert back at the earliest!!

    I recently took my car for repair at spectrum honda. Where a man named nilanjal attended to me. So as he was makong the estimate i specifically told him that i have insured my car with honda assure and would make a claim. Thereon he took me to a guy name pranjal. He too made some estimates and after signing some document i ask him if i was good to go. Now after a week when i came to take delivery of the car, mr pranjal told me that my bill came to 45k approx and i have to pay the entire amount and my insurance claim cannot be entertained as i did not complete the entire process. Now in the first place how am i suppose to know the process and procedures if the guys who deals with me did not take the trouble to enlighten me. So after making a hue and cry the staffs came forward and offered me a discount of rs 6k as a compromise. Which i took and paid. Now my question is are the service stations over charging us so as to give a discount instantly. I have been harassed beyond ends which came as a shock as honda has alway cared for their customers. I would request the management to look onto the matter and restore my faith in honda cars and its after sales service. Without which i will never buy any honda car in the future nor insure in honda assure. Likewise i will never reccommend nor advice anyone to buy this car.

      Very poor quality of service, undue delay in the entire process. It was so much delayed that i had to take my car back without "water servicing" done. Besides during the servicing process the careless handling of the car resulted in a "long scratch" on the left side of the car (Rear portion). It was the incident of today 14 november 2017. I booked for paid servicing of my car over the phone on 6 november 2017. The booking code was p2 and the time alloted was 9 am. I reached at the service center well in advance and registered for the servicing of my car sharp at 9 am. It was a routing servicing, nothing special. I could notice that there are scratches as mentioned above, in the late afternoon. I was upset. It was so much delayed that i took my car back. The service people did some touch up therein but i was not happy at all. The manager was trying to justify stating that such lapses might occur. I was surprised to hear his excuses. Such a service is totally unacceptable particularly when i purchased the car from the same show room.

        I met with an accident three four days back in which my honda city car airbag has blast and my hand got injured. I have asked with the company for claim of that and they are saying that we do not provide any claim for airbag blast until n unless the driver has got severe injury. They said that i’ll have to pay the full amount of the refilling of the airbag cost. Kindly take a severe action and guide me a proper action towards this incident.

          My new honda city, hardly 6 months old, makes a lot of noise. I never expected this from a reputed brand like honda. A car worth so much makes a bunchy sound on every braker. And also interior seems to be loose that also contributes to this noise.
          The engine too makes a noise as if it’s a[protected] cc engine heavy auto.
          I have contacted this to heritage honda, mathura but no action has been taken yet.

            My car honda city top model 2015 diesel variant reg no. Br01ch 9214 is running with noise even after changing clutch plate and fly wheel as advised by servicing man. I had expend 50k rupees but the problem exists. What should i do, should i sell my car as two of my senoirs did. I went to the servicing centre and told them about the problem but they r saying nothing to b done aise hi chalega. My seniors sold there honda amaze car because they r fade up with the vaishali honda servicing centre and told me to do the same. What should i do should i sell my car or you will take some appropriate action regarding this.

              We have found in our honda amaze limited addition car that, wifi is not working in provided infotainment system (Digiped),
              Refer to discussion with service engineer of honda landmark, thaltej ahmedabad, co. Had not given extra pode for wifi, as per configaration of infotsinment system, wifi must work.
              So, my humble request to co. Make sure my car should upgrade with same. Otherwise change infotsinment system and provide with such a system along with present confugeration wifi also can be perform.
              I hope you will co-operate to maintain your costumer services satisfaction, and avoide to force me to go to consumer care forum (Grahak suraksha munch).

              I have purchased Honda jazz 8 months back now vibration occurs from the dash board.i have complaint the same in 2 services. Not yet rectified. It makes great disturbance while driving sound comes from below some where near the steering.

                Bought a brand new honda jazz with the zero debt insurance, hardly 6 months old now. Had a water logging issue in the area so went to show the car to the service centre. Was promised quick service. Had to wait for 2 months to get the car back. The car underwent dents and scratches at the service centre due to the car being kept in a really poor condition (Photos attached). The photos were shot on a surprise visit made by me to the service centre. After having kept the car for 2 months to fix it and after the service centre people having claimed that the car is perfectly fine and tested, on my way back home from the centre, i could witness that the car was not at all fine or tested. The car wouldn't pick up speed, the average was less than half of what it's supposed to be and the car was returned without even rectifying the dents and scratches which actually took place at the service centre. This just shows how the multinational companies make fake promises and are just there to make profits and don't really care about their customers. The service centre's name is "western honda" located in chembur. And honda is truely not the "power of anyone's dreams". I would rate the service a 1 on 10 and wouldn't ever recommend anyone to buy a honda car.

                I am sending my car for repair, during repair camera wire brake and now not repair the camera and Mr. Ashok Manger of workshop HONDA SUNSHINE, JAIPUR are not repair the camera and, I am going two time he say we have not any facility of repair the camera, Invoice no.SR087B17-283, Please resolve the problem immediately.

                  Had bought my car to replace my door lock knob at 9:50am was informed that the job will be done and car will be ready by 11:30am. The time is now 1:40pm and i am still left to wait to get my car ready and problem fixed if i had to be informed in advance that it will take longer i wouldn't have waited for hours at the dealership like a fool taking leave from my job and wasting my full day.
                  Honda service is get worse to worse day by day and customer satisfaction is not zero but below zero.
                  Will never recommend honda to any one nor will suggest anyone to buy cars from costal honda goa

                    I have purchased honda amaze car model amaze/1.2 vx mt on 26/09/2014 chassis no.: makdf153jen004172 and engine no.: l12b33333545 from karan city automobiles pvt. Ltd - distt - raipur (Cg)
                    Water droplets observed inside the glass at driver side head lamp after washing the car, we have informed on every services/maintenance but till date problem not resolved.
                    I always done the maintenance service from karan city automobiles pvt. Ltd, at the time of servicing we have mentioned in service book also but no any action taken.
                    Again i have send the vehicle for servicing on 12/09/2017 and remind to service center but till date problem not resolved.

                    I never expect such types of servicing from a reputed company.
                    Kindly resolve the issues on priority.

                      Bought honda car on 30 july 2017 with kamlesh sharma as registered name. Car has many issues which service guys find out to be normal but definitely issue persists. They find out it to be normal bcoz they can't do anything about it.
                      * car make high noise due to some exaust fan turning on and this can be easily seen on 90s model like tata indica or some very old car. While on road you have to turn music loud to suppress the sound so that your prestige be saved infront of others
                      * gear shifts are very hard
                      *while turning on the car with push button start it makes a loud noise like something is breaking
                      * reversing the car also makes weird sound from crank or i don't know what sound it is
                      Not at all happy with the car and will never tell anyone to buy this car.

                          We order fenbelt on 25th october at paras honda. Due to this fen belt break our car rj39 ca 2599. Was down.

                          We talk with all paras honda customer representative as mr. Ramesh. Mr. Govind and even mr. Robin manager of paras honda

                          They told the fen belt will received in 5 to 6 days. After 10days today date. 6th november 2017 again talked they told they. Gave order today and it will be received after 5days.
                          That mean they order today and our car was breaker from 21th october. What is system there are no any facility for emergencies

                            Dear sir,

                            I got report for good year tyre damage replacement case,
                            From report i surprise

                            When tire bust out at that time i was drive on national highway 8,
                            Near whaghodia crossing, vadodara

                            No bubble or cut i visualize on the tire, prior this failure,
                            The failure tyre pattern is very rare type, even car not bumping on road or not going through the rough road

                            If car moving on rough road or tire struck in deep road difference, or undulation of ground and damage we accept that its cause of failure but in my case its not seen

                            Even honda workshop we check the reem of tyre also. No any mark of bumping or jurk effect

                            Even though not any intimation when your supervisor come for survey,

                            When i get report, i try to call mr. Sailendra (Surveyor) but he didnt pick up my call or revert in last 3 days,

                              I gave my civic (Dl 7c f 8327) for general service last sunday, i. E. 29/10/2017. I got the delivery in evening and came back home. Next day while going somewhere in evening, i took my car and observed that left passenger window was not functioning with the main switch on passenger side and also from left door. Both switches all of a sudden stopped working. The problem did not persist before they took car for service and it is only after service the problem surfaced.

                              I immediately called up the dealership and registered a complaint and they asked me to come on sunday. First i said why not saturday, they said it's closed on account of festival. However the service centre was open and no one informed me to come on saturday. On sunday, i went at 2.30 and they said come at 4.30. I went accordingly and they after 1 hour said to come on next saturday and we will diagnose and tell you the cost.

                              I told them why should i bear the cost when the problem was not there before service but immediately after service. I got a very inappropriate response from service advisor and service manager and they said it's not our fault you will be liable and we can't help you.

                              I am a regular customer and always get my car serviced from this dealership and referred 3-4 customers as well.

                              I am really disappointed with the response and behavior showed to me and that they are not at all responsible.

                              Also the alignment was not at all upto the mark

                              I need a resolution to this. Please help

                                I never face such kind of worst and slow service for vehicle. I have purchase activa 4g engine no. Jf50e85164974 vehicle no. Dl9sbk8756 on dated 24/09/2017.
                                I have submitted it on service center shuban sai honda nangli sakrawati, main fimi road for 1st service and miner damage in the frant side. On the next day receive the call from the insurance person that they have cleared it from there end a d service center give me assurance for 7-8 days. When i have visited after 8 days they told me to wait 2-3 days more days for that. Now i have coordinate with them today they are speaking with you rudely and with attitude that, they will repair it. (Person name anil srivastav)

                                Never accept too much bad behavior and service from your end now please let me to whom i have to file the case in consumer on honda or insurance company or service center.

                                  Good afternoon gargi
                                  Up 32 hm 9460 went for service on oct/25. I paid around rs1000. 00
                                  Karishma called me 10 minutes back and confirmed "car was not serviced. Only general repairs were done"
                                  What is the truth?
                                  Why was i cheated?
                                  I need to know details of repairs under taken.

                                    I have purchased the brand new honda hornet from your authorized dealer borawake automobiles phaltan in june 2016. I am feeling very sad to tell you that i am facing a serious problem while using the bike that tyre of rear wheel of my bike wearing down from one side only. I have discussed this problem with borawake auto. They have asked me to change particular tyre but they are not ready to give me assurance of permanent solution for my bike's problem. So please help me for the same with permanent solution as earlieat.
                                    Moreover i would like to inform you that i have done all servicing of my bike from borawake auto showroom only. As a reputed company i hope you will look in this matter seriously and 5o the earliest.

                                      Dealer fill oil and petrol booster in past services of our vehicle but now they do not fill valve, fuel and oil booster. The job card number is 18268 and token number is 11 on the date=03/11/2017 and they cancelled this above items from job card and we have photo of it after eliminating above items. Our vehicle number is gt 18 cj 3033. The dealer is royal motor sec. 21 gandhinagar, gujarat. Dealer do not provide good services. We also want to know that is there company may advice to dealer for not changing oil and fuel booster?. We want some quick action on dealer and we are waiting for your response and answer.

                                        I bought my honda wrv in july-2017. After three months air bubble in front right side tyre. I complaint in showroom at dream honda vapi. They took photograph of tyre and forward that photograph to michelin. I cant understant how they decide the condition of tyre by photograph. After 1 week they send me a massage the claim has been not passed. All honda car of this type cases claim is not pass, so why honda car didnt any action?
