The instructions manual with free service coupons and the warranty certificate and extended warranty certificate were not given to me at the time of purchase stating that there was no stock of books.
Even after one month the same were not given to me.
Kindly issue instructions to the dealer and arrange to send me the same

Damaged stepney tyre and one fornt tyre. car running in 10000 km and the tyres are damaged. I complained several times and the company could not response. I requested to change my car's damaged tyres.

    I drive a honda amaze car, 2014 model. It is self driven and is almost single hand driven, primarily on the good roads of chandigarh.in its 3 years, it has done just around 22000 kms. I have been getting it serviced from harmony honda, industrial area 2, chandigarh only.
    Previously it had been giving an average performance of 12.5 km per litre. But now, for the past 3 months, it has been performing very low (Data for 135 km attached).
    But since the last service, it's performance has deteriorated. I have visited the service station twice post the service, and both the time they couldn't find any fault, but the performance remains the same. I have again contacted them and had been asked to visit again. I had unformed them of a planned visit to and scheduled for a visit post a planned trip to ludhiana to check on a long route too. However, didn't get an encouraging performance. (It is the last entry on the chart).

      Hello sir
      I have purchased honda city v petrol a month back and we are extremely disappointed by the cars fuel efficiency. The company claims 13 km /l whereas it'd only gives 6.8 km /l. The digital analog in the car itself shows that it gives 6.8 kml in city and 8.3 in highways. We thought this problem will be solved after first service but the condition of the car remained to be the same. I kindly request you to clear the issues immediately or refund my money back.         Bought a honda brio from admire honda - dehradun. Paid for evrything in advance. After payement took my delivery. They took payement for car registration too. But now no response from their side. They avoid calls. Seems the guy assigned to us has moved and the dealership thinks so has their commitments of getting me the registration done. Shakes my confidence in honda. Will never buy/recommend it to any friend.

          Respected sir,

          We would like to share that we have given our honda amaze for insurance claim car number up15bv 7910
          First of all the work is less or more they say it will take 10-15 days. Please tell us is it feasible for a person to leave his car for so many days when he is having only one car.
          The staff of honda is not suppoting at all they say they dont know anything surveyor will come then parts will be ordered and so on.
          We gave our car for 4 things claim. The surveyor deputed to us was mr arvind kumar from iffco tokoi. He was ylimg and shouting and was arguing with us and said your claim is old you are telling us fimly stories. He kept on shouting and misbehvaed with my dad too who is so much in age 65 years. He dont bother how he is talking and how he is not. The staff keep on looking to it and no one came for help.
          For insurance term honda showroom call us again and again sir please take insurance from us only. You will not be facing any problem and all. And now this time of things is happening moreover the person talking to
          Us was in a manner that we are like a thief.
          It was very embarrassing and harassing and regretul that we took honda car and honda insurance.
          I have honda city too but now i am very moved and feeling harassed from honda. Will not be able to buy any honda car in future and will guide others too according to my experience.

            I had given the car for insurance claim on monday.
            I took the car personally to the workshop at reay road.
            So that the speed of job is rapid.
            Today is friday an there is no movement from the authority person.
            He has stopped picking my phone.
            Top of that he has to say that der is no serveyir since 5 days.
            Have never experienced such kind of service after paying a healthy insurance.
            Nitesh was the person from reay road who is looking into this matter.
            I want you'll to look into it an i want my car back today.
            In watever condition is my car i want it back.
            This is complete injustice.

              I purchased a new honda city v from heritage honda agra, uttar pradesh which was delivered to me through home delivery by the driver allahanoor on 11th may 2017. At that time he had not given me any information or details regarding the car accessory except tool kit, jack and stepney

              (Customer relationship form in the welcome docket has also not been properly filled and signed by the sales consultant ritu singh may be due to home delivery. I am giving all this information because i was not informed about any accessory that was supposed to be given along with car delivery)

              At the time of 2nd service on 31.8.17 we had availed the pick and drop service from the company service center by the driver kishan singh who informed me that the sd/navigation card was not present in its socket in the car. It was only then that i got to know that sd/navigation card was supposed to be given along with the car. Then at the same time i mentioned about it on the job card.

              Same day evening i received a call from the dealer sales consultant named ritu singh who said that she could not find the card in any of her drawers and said that you have misplaced it at your end and it is very costly.

              After long discussion with ritu singh i logged the complaint on your 121 service on 5-09-17. They gave the complaint number 1-[protected].

              Suddenly when i was looking at the papers i came across the manual service repair form no. 1177 dated 20-6-17 (I. E. Car 1st service job card) on which it was mentioned in the column inventory remarks with accessory details if any "card not found".

              It means that the sd/navigation card was not present even at the time of 1st service.

              2-3 days after 5-9-17 dealer service department called and said that this complaint does not belong to my service department. I agreed and said yes, it belongs to sales department only because they had not given me the sd/navigation card at the time of car delivery. They told me that whenever i receive any call from customer care i should tell them the same.

              Again after a day i received a call from customer care asking if my problem was resolved or not. I informed them that my problem has not been resolved because it was not the matter of service department but the sales department. Customer care assured me that i will receive a call within 24 hours.

              But i have not received any call from their side till date. After that i again called them, my call was received by your customer care executive mr. Raj who made a conference call to the dealer. The dealer straight forwardly said that the card is not with them and will forward my complaint to the higher authorities.

              Now my only concern is that as a new customer when i am not even aware of the accessories to be given along with the new car the driver should have given all the information when handing over the car to me at the time of delivery. This is only to inform you that we already own a honda city since 2010 and this was our 2nd car of the same company.

              Please look into the matter urgently and help me get my sd/navigation card from the dealer/company.

                This is with regards to my vehicle honda city cvt regd no. : mh-01-cd-0540.

                Since the purchase of vehicle i have been complaining of a screachy indifferent sound which has never been resolved with instances wherein i was informed that such noise prevails in all honda cars.

                When serviced before a fortnight the service centre informs the brake pad, disc, etc to be in proper state and condition. I face a brake pad broken to bits on my way back home from pune to mumbai on expressway.

                I have also purchased an extended warranty of 2 years. I am asked to pay the charges for brake pad n disc replacement.

                I deserve a free replacement of the part as this complain prevails since day1 of the delivery and all service records and feedback call records shall reveal the mention of this ongoing non resolved complaint.

                Please throw light and offer me justice.

                I have given my vehicle for accident rapir and 40K service . Dealer take 15 days and also not provided good service . When I reach vehicle service condition is very poor and also not wash vehical . Not rotate wheels and engine condition also dirty . So we suspect no service done .

                  Why parts of honda brv are not available in guwahati service centre and taking so much time for parts to reach its destination when i have already ordered it in your service centre namely spectrum honda a week ago and as per verbal communication with the service centre they said it wud take 15 to 20 days. By the time it is replaced my cars suspension will be completely damaged. Who will take responsibility? Very disgusting service on your part...

                    I would like to draw your attention about the commitment/promises between customer and your staff;-

                    I have book a car wr-v and at the time of booking i have discussed with your sales person i want the delivery of car on 21st sept 2017 in the morning and will come at 10.00 am at that time car should be ready for delivery i will do the paper formality at that time. And car should be ready in all respect with temp. No. Plate. But your sale person told me please come at 11.00 am your car will be ready but you have to clear your due by 18/ 19th sept 2017. I said ok i will pay. I had transferred rs. 8, 75, 000/- by 15th sept 2017 against some 8, 74,...
                    I told rest please adjust agt gear lock balance i will pay in cash at the time of delivery. I have taken delivery of car yesterday well in time but temp no. Still not received.
                    Without temp no i can not drive the car please let me know where i am wrong in fact i had called-up to you sales person (Vandana) on 20th sept 2017 for wake up call so that i will not face any problem on 21st sept;17.
                    I shocked when she told me still you did not finalized the car. Therefor, we can not applied for temp no. Then i told her i had finalized the model and color and paid the full amount what is pending for finalizing any how after long debate she tried to confuse to me that i am wrong but at the she told ok now i am sending your file for temp no. And you definately get you temp no at the time of delivery on 21st sept 2017.
                    On 21st sept 2017 sales person (Rakesh) and one sr. Person promised you will get your temp no. By today evening.in the evening i recd a call from mr. Rakesh saying that i will provide the no by tomorrow by 12.00 o'clock. But till 4.00pm no call and no temp no on 22nd sept 2017. I have called to mr. Rakesh he told will be available by 12.00o'clock on tomorrow (23rd sept 2017).

                    I recd a call from some official mob no.[protected]) at 5.53pm and after discussionhe told i will revert back in 5 minutes but no call...

                    Please let me know what i have to do. I think you please get back you car what is the use of the car when i had paid all amount one week earlier of delivery of vehicle but can not drive.

                      Had sent amaze diesel for service no hr76 a 7011 to pearl honda sec 37 gurugram. The car developed a peculiar sound at the back and i had tsken it back the other day for a check. The concerned person sent me back as the sound could not be located even after two and a half hours and the car was collected by the company from my office the other day. Gave me back the car after one and a half days saying that the suspension needs complete replacement and gave me an estimate of 2000/-. How fair is that. The sound never persisted at the time of servicing. There was nothing wrong with the suspension when i sent for servicing. Very unhappy with the unprofessional attitude and the lack of skilled servicmen.

                        My name is punit mehta. I own a honda city 2014 registered with mh02dn9919 in mumbai city. From last year my car is leaking with water. Whenever there is rainfall water gets collected near the leg room of rear seats and in the trunk of the car where stepny is there. I had complained about it at the service station of solitaire honda mumbai but they are failing me to solve this problem.                           Recently i got amaze top model from maple jammu... No complaint for the company... They where superb... I wish them success... But my only grievance /submission is that the complementary seat covers they have provided are not good it seems they are duplicate... There is mark of honda but not showing amaze...in ragzeen... So my humble request is to convey concerned company to provide me original one... The prize of vehicle is near about 8 lacs.. Does it look good to provide worst type of complementary seat cover...                           Never go to Infinity Honda for any purchase or Service of your car. They will steal your parts and replace with faulty one.

                          They will charge you by making you fool and will not execute any task mentioned.

                          They don't replace even Engine oil.

                              Sir, i'm ajish w. P from trivandrum, kerala. My car details chassis no makdd174dcn004931, engine no l12b31012928, colour rallye red, year of manufacture 2012. Region no kl 01bf 6649. For the past 5 months malfunction indicator lamp was on while driving. Scanning done in peninsular honda, trivandrum. No issues found. Last week, when given for service, they found to have sensor issue. Does this happen in cars within 5 and half years? For replacing i have to pay around rs.6000. Does. Company can help me in anyway for replacing the sensor. Expecting your favourable reply at the earliest of your convenience, as i have to give the car within 10 days. Thank you.

                                Hello, i serviced my honda city with tridentauto honda bangalore. The service was very poor. They had returned the car with all the seats very wet (They have shampooed the seats, but did not dry the seats and did not tell me also), i just sat inside and was surprised to see the wet seats. The executive did not have any idea of handling the service.

From last several months my car is leaking with water which is in the right side rear door. Whenever there is rainfall the door is filled with water and later it leaks through the door near the speaker and gets collected near the leg room behind the drivers seat. I had complained about it the service station of deccan honda aurangabad but they are failing me to solve this problem. The water which is collected later smells very badly. I want to get rid of this problem as soon as possible. Please kindly help me to solve it. My contact number:[protected]. Hope you take action soon.

                                    Let me introduce myself, I'm Dr. Joe Joseph. I was a proud owner of Honda City. Due to the reliability of Honda's products and their customer support I suggested my colleague Dr. Sheryl to go for the new Honda Jass when she planned for a new car. She contacted Vision Honda, Kottayam, Kerala for the same and booked Honda Jass SMT Petrol golden brown colour. The booking was done during Onam festival season and there were some offers too. Vision Honda sent her a confirmatory mail stating the booking also. Later the dealer informed her that the golden brown colour is not available for the SMT model which they promised to give her during the booking and later confirmed through e-mail. She contacted Vision Honda and Honda customer care for the above but no action has been taken yet. I still believe Honda is a reputed company but are being let down by some unprofessional approach by local dealers. Because I suggested Honda for her this was an insult for me too.
