Even after so many reminders of bad service (Thrice i got my car serviced here; every time same story) my complaints were not heard. Since service centre people requested and promised to give good service we came to dakshin honda hosur road bangalore again.. Orderd spare parts, paid advance and got the car serviced.
We just survived a car crash since the brakes were not workimg and there is brake oil leakage.

    Very pathetic in documentation process.. The sales executive wont explain clearly to customers. For bank loan they wont submit documents on time and we have to follow up 100 times to get this done.. No happiness or satisfaction in buying a car with them.. They will say one thing before buying when we asked details about the bill they will say differntly... We called to business head 4 times and i mesaged but no response from him.. I feel very sad in choosing this dealer.. Choose differenet dealer.. Hoonda car is excellent but buy with some other dealer. By seeing reviews i choose this dealer and i thought very good management but my experience is vey bad n sad.. I dont feel happy even after buying.. First they said 12% tax on road later they told 14% tax and i paid for it... After buying the car now they are saying 12% and they have to refund my money now they are saying it wil take 1 week to give back my money accountant is on leave etc... Watever we ask they will we already told u na sir and al they will tell but they didnt convey any messags.. They wont give bills all in order.. One day one bill next day some other bill when we ask they will respond. Guntur express honda dealer... They wont show accessories bil in invoice... They will say accessories are free but its not free

    until we ask they wont do anything.. They delivered on car on 9th but they didnt submit documents to bank until 14 th ..I have lot of hope on Dilip and his team but they totally disappointed.I tried to reach him with little luck..

      I had purchase the all new honda city facelift 2017 a few months ago having registration no. Mh 40 be 8484. The size of tyre & radial size of tyre is very very less and we are always facing a problem related to puncture & tyre burst.& puncture with a little impact on the tyre the tyre gets burst. I am facing this problem regularly & it doesn't make sense that the all new honda city is such like that it is very shamefully to our brand... I feel very guilty in front of the allll. That i had purchase a such type of car.

        I purchased honda btv smt from shree honda, kolkata, west bengal on 20th november 2016. Still now i not received my car registration certificate. And i also pay extra for that. Still now i am waiting for my car registration certificate. This is a bitter experience about shree honda. Please do the needful as soon as possible. They r really horrible after car delivery.

          I bought a honda city from platinum honda meerut somehow the back glass of my car broke down and i made it changed from the showroom itself platinum honda but the fitting was not done properly so the water started to go in cars boot and the result boot got rusted. I approached mrs. Meenakshi jain service manager so she just replied that we cant do anythng in dis.
          This is honda priority for their customers.

            My car honda city 2016 model met with an accident on august 13th at kollam district in kerala. I take my vehicle to 'muthoot honda' kollam district showroom service centre. They took 5 days to get it done. Very poor service. My insurance is full on united india insurance. The invoice bill i got it on 19th august doesn't have gst number. It only has old tax no (Vat), kalyan cess and swachh bharat cess. Central govt has already put gst into effect from july 1st onwards and yet muthoot honda kollam does't change billing system into gst. So after 2 weeks united india insurance officer called me and said the invoice bill honda given doesn't have gst number. Total invoice amount was 12000. And tax amount was 1600 approximately. Now they could only refund 10500. I would be get a loss of 2000 rs. So insurance company could only refund the amount excempting tax. When i called muthoot honda showroom kollam they said they cant do anything and they didn't took my call after this. So i decide to go to customer court to register a complaint against muthoot honda kollam. Kindly varify this issue. My vehicle no is kl 02 aw 7476, email - [protected]@gmail.com

              I have sent my car to eastern honda service centre (Kolkata) on 05th sep 17. The same day, an advisor called me to state that they will log the case to my insurance company the next day. Today is 11/09. I have neither had any further calls from them nor have any update if the case has been logged to my insurance company.

              I called them yesterday. Receptionist gave me the number for the body shop manager. Called him up and he gave me a number for another lady. Called her up and after several try she responded but to give another number to follow up. Called up this person a few times but he did not respond, neither has he called back.

              This will be the most contributing factor if i never buy another honda car in future.

                I am fed up of the excuses given by the service centre and making fool us again and again...

                I'm using honda city zx 10th anniversary edition 2008 model,, and car is in very well running condition. Also i alwayz serviced my car at authorise honda service center..

                Approx 1year back i felt a issue with my car that, after some running when i switch off my car and try to start again even within 20-30min, it was not getting start.. I observed such type of situation 2-3 times in a six month..
                So during my schedule service i also explain the same problem or issue to the service executive..
                He done the service and told me that work is done on that issue and problem is solved and also make a heavy bill of services.. I thought that it's ok not all fine... But after 2 or 3 days i seen same issue... I also visit to the same service center,, and explain the same issue.. Now this time he told me for change the battery, it's a battery problem. While my car's battery was almost new.. But i did the same and battery get changed from the services centre..
                This time didn't seen such type of issue,, but as usual they call us for service reminder.. So i also follow them and give our car for regular service..
                They return me my car back on next day.. 09.09.2017, service center personal drop my car,, i paid the bill and when i try to check.. Then it was not getting start.. I stop him n clear the issue,,, but he replied tha i'm a driver only for pick n drop.. So i called to service center,, they commitment for next day pick up again bcoz car was totally breakdown... But next day nobody comes and still my car in breakdown condition.. Means not getting start... And car is stucked very far from my residence... But nobody comes to attend the issue,, even i didn't get any call from service center or technical adviser..

                Plz look in to the matter seriously... I already spent the money on this as per honda service advisor..

                  Dear sir,

                  Inspite of all tries the vehicle did not switch off and i tried to contact the local dealer and their service assistant but all denied to provide service as the vehicle is not registered under honda road assistance service program.

                  Tried to contact [protected] but still giving all details the did not turn up to help me. Sorry to sayi have rode variety of vehicles from different companies but have not experienced such horrible service.

                  This is a matter of serious concern in not able to provide service at the time of need. Request you to please intervene into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                    Hi

                    My car registration no. Dl3cba 4942 honda city.

                    I get my car serviced by honda delight okhla for years now and last week was the first time that i had horrible experience with them.

                    My battery went down and the car also needed service. I called them for recharging the battery and then taking it for service, they committed they will pick up the very next day. Next day they called in morning and said they will come by 1230pm. I waited till 6.30pm and no one came. After 6.30pm i got call saying they will not be able to come and that they will come either next day or day after. They could not commit nor confirm when they will come. Next day i called a private car servicing co. And got the battery changed and car serviced. Then i called honda delight and gave them a feedback and told them not to send anyone for service since i had already got it done. I also told them that i want to give feedback on my experience and that they should convey this to service department. Two days later i received a call again from honda delight asking when can they pick up the car for service. So the feedback that i gave had reached nowhere and again i narrated the whole story.

                    My reason for writing this is that i was an ardent fan of honda and now i no longer will be servicing my car with honda.

                    After every service i get many calls seeking feedback but this one time that i didn't get the service no one called to seek a feedback... And more over no one even bothered to note that i didn't get the service that i booked. You have major service gaps in your system. My car is now 7years old and time to change and it will be an easy guess to find out which brand i will not choose as my next car.

                    I hope you will take note of my complaint and take action accordingly. It will only be in your interest that i get a feedback from you on action taken.

                      Dear sir, this is regarding the repair work i had given my car for at the prime honda, in vaishali. I gave my car for clutch
                      Work, in which he was supposed to put the entire clutch plate and pressure plate new. He also asked me to get some belt changed and some bearing, which i got done. When i picked up the car and drove for a couple of days it was completely fine. There was no problem at all.
                      At that time only he gave me a quotation for complete suspension work also which he said was week and i also could feel the same and that i should get it done. So after a couple of days i gave my car for complete suspension work, and i picked up my car on the 7th sep 2017, after paying a bill of rs 44230/- (For suspension work)
                      Now this time when i drove the car, i could feel an unusual sound from the engine which is disturbing and i found out that the steering wheel also has some play which was never there when i gave the car for suspension work. It is but obvious if these problems were there from before i would have mentioned it myself to the service advisor and got it rectified with the suspension work itself. But these problems popped up after the suspension work was done.
                      I showed it to the prime honda the very next day and they simply declined that it is only my myth and there was no such sound in the engine. And the play is normal
                      In the steering as i have driven for so many years. I just want to ask them is it normal to get play in the steering just in 2 days time when i gave my car for suspension and the unusual sound from the engine.
                      As i am driving this car since 2010, in 7 years i very well understand my machine and very much used to its usual engine sound. So the slight difference could catch my ear
                      This is a single hand driven car, as i have not even employed any driver.
                      Please look into this matter as early as possible as i am not able to drive the car with ease, inspite of spending an amount of 44230 + 26000.
                      I guess i don't see any problem with the suspension work but these after effects have to be sorted.

                        Honda Car service is pathetic in Jaipur Service Centre. I've given my Honda Amaze Car at Sitapura Industrial Area, Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302022.
                        I'd given my car on 21-July 2017 after the breakdown. It is 09- Aug -2017 and the parts are still not opened. Car is still open ended and honda employees are not taking care of it. they are most sluggish and irresponsible people who doesn't know about provinding a good service to the customer.

                        I've gone 4 times from the time i've given my car to them and still they are not operating it on a priority basis. the manager is not picking up calls and management seems to be lethargic and dull.
                        Honda brand name sucks in Jaipur. I've not expected this kind of service from Honda.

                        Still waiting for the team to give my car back with in the good condition. hopoefully this forum may resolve the issue on priority.

                          Earlier honda was known for it's better quality parts and good servicing it was giving to it's costumers. I defied few of my friends advice (Who were asking me to go for other brands) and bought honda city vmt 2017, and finally realising the fault of not listening to them. From my first servicing i got your real face and got to know your fake warranty claims. Last week my car's steering mount controls completely stopped and i faced lot of problems in city without horn. I visited the servicing center (Highway honda) and checked it. Later they found a innovative and a unique answer to cover their manufacturing defect that the sacred knot under the steering wheel has cut the cable connecting its steering. That ridiculous was never expected. Each and every vehicle is 1st done a puja and a sacred thread is tied under it's steering wheel respecting the belief. I'm very much sure that the thread is tied appropriately without affecting the steering controls. But the service manager bullied me that this was the only reason and his expressions were really worsening and rude. I never experienced such after sales behaviour to costumers. And i feel shame for being a costumer to honda cars.

                          I will not stop here and will definitely get my rights. I'm going to consumer court next week and let the court know how after sales loot is wide spread across your servicing centres. I'll go to print and electronics media and will definitely highlight your after sales behaviour to costumers and your hidden conditions over your warranty and let costumers be aware of those cheats you make them.

                          I strong condemn your after sales service and harsh behaviour to costumers and i hope all my manufacturing defects would be covered under your warranty and those false and regressive answers should not be told to costumers to make fool of them to your manufacturing defects.

                            Kindly have attention on downgrade service provide by your authorized dealer khosla honda (Panposh road rourkela)

                            Service team i m highly unsatisfied from your service provider (Khoshla honda) panposh road rourkela.. I was visited today 06/09/2017 for service of my scooter honda aviator:- od14j2429 at 11:00 o'clock in morning, they given me estimated time of delivery in evening 5:00 o'clock. For that i have urge so i visited two times. But till time they unable to give service or delivery. Today morning they provide the service token no.33...

                            They don't think importance of service and also not interested to inform why they having late in service.
                            From before this service last time (26/06/2017) same thing has to be done their, that time they were forgot to wash..

                            So its is very bad experience... And according to honda brand value very shameful..

                              I am very much feedup with the servceis provided by delight honda, mathura read showroom, as i purchase a new honda amaze a month back.
                              Your sales excutive mr. Manish sinha ([protected]) make all the fake commitments to get the car sale.

                              We purchase honda amaze and ask to get cng fitted on to the car, and what happens is on the very fisrt day the car is not in a position to run on cng. Some parts are not installed in the car to run on cng. When i fueled my car with petrol, the petrol gets vanish in one hour of car running.

                              Even on repeated calls with manish sinha, i didn't get car papers final as of now.

                              Please help me to get these issues resolved asap because now i am suffer a lot due to these fake commitments with delight honda (Manish sinha).

                                I have given my car to emerald honda, sg road, ahmedabad for suspension and bumper problem since one week, but still they have no spare parts in stock, this much of big dealer is not keep parts in stock worth of rupess 10000, also honda india have a very very poor reputation by this kind of workshop. I have visit in japan, i will try to give complain there also about honda india, and its dealer

                                  Need to highlight your best car dealer lacks efficiency and communication problem. They bother people so much that put of irritation people go to alevel of abusing the staff.

                                  They ask for claims n cuts for unsuccessful deal as well.

                                  Ms kirti accounts person shamelessly is helding back our loan file to be transferred to other dealer as she says she has put in her time behind this file.

                                  Is this justified when you failed to handle situtation in first go why are you troubling us by holding file back.

                                  Totally selfish and cheap behaviour viva honda staff carries.

                                  Sales is worst their team leader mr. Anwar doesnt take ownership in any any emails or calls. What leaders they have.

                                  Sales staff ms. Sheryl doesnt know what is the problem and whom shld be blamed for what. She says she has processed file but later blames if crossed check that she had requested but back office didnt update.

                                  They bring shame to your brand.

                                  Viva Honda Chandivali is the worst service center OF HONDA, as they do not just care !! I have just received my car after service which they did not deliver on time ... I had to call and ask them where is my care and the response was pathetic.
                                  I got my car just delivered for which they have charged !!
                                  It came back unclean!
                                  Wind screen dirty with bird ### on it
                                  Car Wheels not clean
                                  Moisture in Radio panel
                                  Back wiper blade which was asked to be cleaned not done !!

                                  They are simply the worst
                                  I do agree VIVA Honda worst Honda dealer. They sell defective car and don take responsibilities. VIVA CRM also very worst. they don't support if customer complaint to them., They don't even care if you complaint to Honda also,

                                    I have book Honda city SVMT in the Name D.Jayanthi at Manasarovar Honda Porur Chennai by paying 5000 RS and post GST price of VMT got Reduced so i changed the booking from SVMT to VMT. So Again I paid 4, 95000( 4 lakh ninety five thousand) to confirm the booking, So totally i paid 500000 RS ( 5 Lakh). Then Also they dint allot any vehicle or invoiced my booking, Now because of their bad service and customer relation i have cancelled the booking, Now they are delaying to refund the amount. Sale person Name is Shanmugam[protected] & [protected]) & his manager's number is ([protected]). Dealer Manasarovar Honda Porur. Kindly Advice to whom i should raise this issue or route me to the appropriate team.

                                    I own a Honda amaze (sx) model. The finish of the product is just less than the any other car. There are plenty of noise from inside the cabin. The service provider is just do nothing except telling the lie. I am suffering a lot mentally after purchasing the car. Kindly look into the matter urgently. My car no is DL9CAU7954.                                       This email is in reference to the vehicle number with registration number hr51 bj 5529.
                                      On 17/07/2017, we came to know that alignment got failed for my car and steering is not coming back after taking a rotation on the turn.
                                      Then, the supervisor at delight honda told me that rac & pinion need to be replaced for the resolution of this problem.
                                      They informed me to wait for 10 more days for that part to be available at the showroom for replacement. At last, it took more than 25 days for the part to be available.
                                      On 26/07/2017, i went delight honda to deliver the car for the resolution of this problem. Later on, i was informed that they have replaced the rack & pinion of the car and the issue was still there. Further, they replaced suspension and shockers and the issue still persists.
                                      Then the surprising information came, they have replaced the old rack & pinion and informed that the issue got resolved and when we asked what was the issue, they didn't have any specific answer to say regarding the resolution of the problem.
                                      I was very much demotivated and dissatisfied with the service and the fact that they have kept my car for approx 5 days, and they are not even able to justify that what the problem was and how it got resolved. During these 4 days, i have visited their shroom twice and suffered several losses in my business due to unavailability of my car.
                                      During this tenure, i have asked them multiple time, please mentioned what you have done with my car in last 4-5 days (Please find their reply in the email chain below). Also, i have asked about the general manager email id and contact number and they denied for the same.
                                      They kept on saying the issue is resolved please try the car.
                                      Yesterday, when i received my car, i found that the issue still persists, when i called them about facing the same problem again, they told me to bring the car back to the showroom. I have already wasted my hell lot of time for this issue, they are making the joke of their customers.
                                      I request honda to recall my car and resolve my issue asap, as i don't have leisure time for visiting delight honda again and again for nothing fruitful.
                                      I request the concerned authority to take serious action and against the quality of service being provided on the name of honda.
                                      I also ask that you reimburse my travel costs that were incurred as a result of faults and inefficiency to resolve the problem.

                                        Dear all,
                                        I have booked a jazz (P) smt clr msm with crystal honda, viman nagar, pune, maharashtra.
                                        On 09 august 17, with rs. 10, 000/- so that i can get my car before eid. But due to various factors it somehow does not materialized. After eid, we had some medical emergency in our family and so had to divert most of the fund to it. Hence, we decided to postpone the buying around first quarter of next year.

                                        Thereafter, when i called to get my refund, mr. Prashant gujar and mr. Ajay singh misbehave and rude behavior with my mom and dad (This is my second complaint against this staff) with us and blankly told me that he can't return me the money instead he will adjust. They also told me that if want my money back, you have to purchase car either it will be your loss.

                                        Since i don't want to take some serious action against dealer so kindly look in to the issue
                                        I will never suggest to anyone buy car from crystal honda. It was such horrible experience.
